Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug, Cat Noir and Steel Butterfly

A young man is brought to the world of Miraculous Ladybug by Master Fu to help Ladybug and her allies. But the twist is, there's a different kind of Butterfly Miraculous in the Miracle Box that's completely different from the Moth Miraculous. Will Steel Butterfly fulfill his destiny, or will threats like Hawk Moth succeed? Rated T for violence and death. Chloe redemption.

2. Origins

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug, Cat Noir and Steel Butterfly.

Chapter 1: Origins.

(Author's notes: This is it. The Origins episode. However, it won't be in two parts this time. This is just to save time to introduce Steel Butterfly.

Also, in a flashback sequence, it's revealed that when Marinette was six years old all the way to the Origins episode, she was physically and mentally trained to use the Ladybug Miraculous. At the same time, it was previously revealed by Steel Butterfly himself that Marinette has an older brother. In the present day, Marinette's older brother is currently in collège and is completely aware of her future life as Ladybug and is supporting her decisions from the shadows. However, she's currently unaware of her older brother's existence. Mostly because Tom and Sabine are keeping it a secret, knowing that Marinette would not like being told what to do by an older sibling. At the same time, Adrien also has an older sister who lives with Gabriel Agreste's brother, Antonin Agreste, but Gabriel's been keeping it a secret knowing Adrien would try to have his sister attend Francoise Dupont with him, even if they won't be in the same class together. Marinette's secret older brother is Arnaud Dupain-Cheng. And Adrien's older sister is Jeannette Agreste.

Additionally, during Alya's confrontation with Chloe in the school, there's a special plot twist. Here's a hint: Alya's first Tenshized transformation at the hands of Steel Butterfly's shapeshifting Tenshi makes the Ladyblogger look like a combination of the Cosmic Ghost Rider and The Shredder – minus the various iterations of The Shredder's helmet – and Alya's retribution against Chloe is similar to the Ghost Rider's Penance Stare, but all of that is not necessarily enough to warrant a copyright in both the story and in real life story formatting. Also, just because there are some elements of the Ghost Rider franchise and The Shredder's appearance doesn't mean this is neither another Ghost Rider crossover nor a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover with Miraculous Ladybug. Only thing is, Alya's new form, the Ghost Punisher, is more permanent without anything happening to Steel Butterfly's powers or his transformation timer whatsoever unless Steel Butterfly finds someone else to carry on the Ghost Punisher mantle. After all, the real Butterfly Miraculous grants people their own transformations, not just because of the recipient's desires, but also because of the Miraculous user's desires. And similar to many different versions of the Ghost Rider, including the Angel Rider in Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Alya can transform into the Ghost Punisher, even in broad daylight. As long as she is angry enough, or in the presence of someone evil or someone who has sinned or even if it's a school bully. And even if it's a force of will.

In addition to that, when Steel Butterfly uses his hologram projection ability to talk with Ladybug and Cat Noir after the first successful battle against Stoneheart, Steel Butterfly will be using Ghost Punisher's Tenshi multiplying itself to form a hologram of his head. Of course, Alya will be returned to normal as Steel Butterfly wishes to keep Alya's role as a superhero in the right chronological order in terms of Alya receiving the Fox Miraculous in the Sapotis episode chapter.

Moreover, from now on in this chapter in terms of Alya's interactions with anyone, should Chloe and Sabrina torment anyone again, should Andre Bourgeois abuse his status as mayor of Paris again, should Caline Bustier lecture bullied victims and cuddle bullies again, should Mr. Damocles not do his job properly again, and should anyone torment her friends again, the Ghost Punisher is not far behind. That is, if Steel Butterfly permits it if he so wishes to go against the chronological order of the superheroes introduced in future chapters.

Lastly, Ladybug's averted near-blunder will be a part of inspirations from other Miraculous Ladybug stories that feature an early reveal during Ladybug and Cat Noir's first days on the job.

(Agreste mansion, Hawk Moth's lair, September third, 2014, third person POV...)

Nooroo, the soon-to-be enslaved Moth Kwami of Transmission, explains to his new master, "Many centuries ago, magic jewels bestowing extraordinary powers were created. These were... the Miraculouses. Throughout history, many heroes have used these jewels for the greater good of the human race. Each Miraculous jewel represents concepts, ideas and emotions that come into existence in the universe, such as creation, love, beauty, and mathematics. However, for sixty-five to fourteen billion years, we kwamis were unable to communicate with tangible life forms, as we kwamis were 100% intangible, and the Miraculouses had not been invented yet. Thankfully, a mage from ancient China invented the Miraculouses and the Miraculous tools. Thanks to the Miraculouses, we kwamis are now able to communicate with solid life forms, including human beings. For five thousand years, many chosen heroes wore our Miraculouses to protect the people they love, the countries and nations they care about, and to help the world in times of danger and times of war. To prevent villains from getting their hands on the Miraculouses, the Order Of The Guardians was formed to protect the Miraculouses from any villains looking to acquire them, and to distribute them to worthy champions to save the world from being consumed by death and years of warfare. Along the way, everything about the Miraculouses and the associated kwamis was written down into grimoire spellbooks in a specific code that only a Guardian can decipher. We kwamis are not supposed to know how to read the code in the event of being used for evil. Additionally, there are special Miraculous potions that can grant Miraculous users extra superpowers to deal with specific threats in their own elements. However, we kwamis are also not supposed to know the recipes for the potions in the event a Miraculous and its kwami end up in the wrong hands. In addition to that, only two of these Miraculous jewels are more powerful than all of the others: the Ladybug Miraculous, a pair of ladybug-colored earrings that provide the powers of good luck and creation, and the Black Cat Miraculous, a black cat colored ring that grants the powers of bad luck and destruction. According to legend, whoever controls both of these jewels at the exact same time will achieve absolute, godlike power. In addition to that, the user will be granted a single wish after speaking a special incantation. This special wish is easily able to alter reality, granting anyone whatever they desire, and the wish can all too easily send anyone forwards and backwards in time. However, there is always an equivalent exchange drawback. For every wish granted by the Ladybug and the Black Cat Miraculouses, there is a price to pay in order for the universe to maintain balance. For every action, a reaction."

Concealed by the shadows of his new lair, Gabriel Agreste closes the locket showing his wife and replies, "I want that absolute power, Nooroo. I must have those Miraculouses."

Nooroo responds, "But no one knows where these Miraculouses are!"

Gabriel drawls out, "I found you, though, my little Nooroo. Your Miraculous... remind me of its powers again."

Nooroo replies, "The moth brooch enables you to give someone their own superpowers and to make that person your devoted follower."

Gabriel smirks in the darkness of his lair and states menacingly to reveal his true colors, "And when it comes to luring superheroes into the open, what could be better than creating supervillains?"

Nooroo's eyes widened in shock and fear.

Nooroo protests, "But master, the Miraculouses are not meant to be used for evil whatsoever! There's always a price for using magic jewels for evil, as well!"

Gabriel angrily stomps his foot and shouts, "I must have this absolute power! I need it to save my wife!" Gabriel points at Nooroo as he finishes, "Your Miraculous is under my control! I am your master now, and you must obey me."

Nooroo lowers his head as he replies sadly, "Yes, master."

Gabriel puts the brooch on the collar of his suit after removing the ascot.

Gabriel states out loud, "Nooroo, dark wings! Rise!"

Multiple butterflies cover Gabriel in a dark purple and bright pink light as he transforms. The transformation phrase made Nooroo travel into the brooch.

Soon, the butterflies disperse from their master and they start to flutter about without aim or direction while staying inside the observatory.

Gabriel Agreste is now completely different. He's currently wearing a dark purple dress shirt with a black butterfly-shaped lapel, along with having the Moth Miraculous brooch pinned on the center of the collar. He was also wearing dark purple dress pants, black formal gloves and black dress shoes. Covering his head and neck was a silver, dark purple and black helmet with a reflective green butterfly-shaped visor covering his eyes. In his left hand was a dark indigo cane with a silver sword inside.

Gabriel declares out loud to himself, "From now on, I shall be known as... Hawk Moth. Hmhmhmhmhahahahahahahaha!"

(Master Fu's massage shop, Miguel Guevara's POV...)

Wayzz woke up and sensed something was wrong.

Thankfully, I told Wayzz in advance that if he detects a Miraculous jewel's negative aura, he is not to disturb Master Fu until he was done with his latest customer. As for me and my new teammates, we were "hired" as Master Fu's security guards. But that's only on the surface so as to avert suspicions. In secret, we are Master Fu's field strategists, foreknowledge tacticians and guard dogs.

The first of my new teammates was Jeffery Ironside, also known as Lion Hunter, a lion-themed superhero with the power to summon lions made of fire to assist him on the battlefield, as well as a sonic roar. He wields the Lion Miraculous from a different Miracle Box, thanks to one of Master Fu's fellow Guardians.

My second teammate and my first lieutenant is Tania Darby, also known as Blueclaw, a bluebird-themed superhero with the ability to paralyze anyone of her choosing with a simple scratch of her claws. She also has the ability to emit a sonic bird call that makes an enemy deaf for five minutes. She uses the Bluebird Miraculous.

My third teammate is Markie Kurtzman, also known as Rhinocharge, a rhinoceros-themed superhero with the ability to run at super speed and destroy anything she charges at. However, unlike the Marvel supervillain The Rhino, Rhinocharge can easily change course if her targets move in the opposite direction. Markie is using the Rhino Miraculous for her power set.

My fourth teammate is Ryoka Mensah, also known as Corvo, a crow-themed superhero with the ability to manipulate the powers and abilities of heroes and villains alike. Basically, she can amplify our powers and bestow new ones. As for villains, she can nullify and remove their powers, either temporarily or permanently. She uses the Crow Miraculous for this task.

My fifth and final teammate is Angela Whiteley, also known as Cat Knight, a multi-colored cat-themed superhero with the same powers and abilities of the Ladybug Miraculous and the Black Cat Miraculous, including the enhanced powers of the Black Cat Miraculous in the hands of Cat Blanc and the Ultimate Miraculous Absolute Power she only uses as a last resort. She wields the Mother Cat Miraculous, an offshoot of the Black Cat Miraculous, but in the various colors that most cat breeds in the world tend to appear in.

Once the latest customer has left, Wayzz flew up to Master Fu and said, "Master, the Moth Miraculous! I felt its aura!"

Master Fu replies, "I originally thought it had been lost forever before Fluff and Steel Butterfly told me the truth!"

Wayzz continued, "But Master, it's a negative aura. I fear it may have fallen into the hands of a dark power!"

Master Fu says in an authoritive manner, "We must find Nooroo and his Miraculous. If it has indeed fallen into the wrong hands, as Steel Butterfly and Fluff surmised, there's no telling what kind of evil and destruction will come upon the world!" Master Fu brings up his wrist, showing the Turtle Miraculous. "Time to transform! Wayzz, shell on!"

Wayzz is sucked into the Turtle Miraculous as Master Fu becomes Jade Turtle. He looks the same as he did in the Miracle Queen Battle in the original timeline, complete with his armor. However, in an additional twist, his armor looks like a combination of his Jade Turtle armor and fan-made Carapace armored spacesuits. Complete with a visored helmet.

Wayzz protests in Jade Turtle's thoughts, "Please, Master, be reasonable. You're –"

Jade Turtle interrupts, "Still young! I'm only 186. But you're right, Wayzz. I can no longer do it alone. We'll need some help. Wayzz, shell off."

Master Fu is back to normal as he opens the gramophone, revealing the Miracle Box he was sworn to protect.

I took this time to appear and I stated, "Master Fu, you must know this: just like some people in my reality, I don't like how in the original timeline, Tikki rushed things for Marinette when she took on the mantle of Ladybug. In addition to that, she almost revealed her name to Cat Noir, and that caused a form of stubbornness to prevent her identity from being revealed to her partner and vice versa until Hawk Moth was defeated. That caused a lot of the hardships I told you about, the ones that had almost tore their relationship, friendship and partnership apart on several occasions. On top of that, their 'partnership' caused them to not think about the possibility of being able to spy on Hawk Moth because they didn't have their kwamis spy on Hawk Moth's civilian identity to confirm their suspicions. The reason why, is because they didn't reveal their identities to each other during their first day on the job. And I can't even forget how rushed Marinette was when she went into combat with no proper instructions, and without the proper protective body armor. Now, that combined with the aforementioned hardships, forced rushing into combat, the inability to see past the deception of The Collector and the stubborn secret identity trust issues literally caused Marinette to almost successfully hand the Ladybug Miraculous over to her new best friend Alya Cesaire after failing to purify Stoneheart's akuma the first time around. Furthermore, in an alternate timeline in the form of a fanfiction from my home universe, Marinette did indeed successfully hand the Ladybug Miraculous over to Alya. And while I don't deny she was better suited for the job, she took the ideals of a superhero far too seriously and far too strictly."

Master Fu asked me, "Meaning?"

I answered, "Meaning, like with Knightowl treating Sparrow in the same manner, as well as Batman and all of his sidekicks, Alya treated Cat Noir harshly as a partner, scolding him for tardiness just because of his suffocating schedule making him overly exhausted, and she was constantly reminding him that it's a bad idea for superheroes to be interacting with civilians, even if they might be friends to their alter-egos."

Master Fu and Wayzz stated in unison, "Ohhhhhhhh."

I continued, "Now, I truly don't deny that it's true that when it comes to superheroes interacting with friends or civilians, it is indeed dangerous as it could lead to eventual retaliation attacks from enemy forces. However, that doesn't change the fact that sometimes, even superheroes need someone to talk to, or a shoulder to cry on. Civilian friends from the heroes' civilian lives are definitely no exception. Besides, I'm normally all for strict methodists, strict teachers, strict parents, and strict disciplinarians and so forth, but even I happen to recognize when someone is being overly strict. Sometimes, they're too strict and far too harsh with no regard for how their charges, students, biological offspring, teammates and employees might be feeling behind the scenes. In addition to that, I happen to be one of the very few people left in the multiverse with the knowledge of which signs of emotional distress behind the scenes to keep an eye out for."

Master Fu comments, "A commendable skill for someone as kind-hearted and wise as you, Miguel. A commendable skill, indeed."

I stated before finishing my previous explanation, "Thanks. But my point is this: with the added powers of the Butterfly Miraculous you told me about, I think if given more than ten hours of training in frozen time, Marinette Dupain-Cheng will be further prepared for when she receives the Ladybug Miraculous. Besides, the physical and mental training is gonna prove beneficial, but me and my teammates are the only ones who can train her in martial arts, hand-to-hand combat, and how to combine specific fighting moves from different fighting styles. Along the way, I believe that Corvo should be allowed to give Marinette the ability to predict and copy her opponent's moves by watching them fight."

Master Fu stroked his beard in thought before answering, "I believe it's a wise idea. You may proceed."

We each left to prepare Marinette for receiving the Ladybug Miraculous.

(Dupain-Cheng bakery, third person POV...)

In Marinette Dupain-Cheng's bedroom, her alarm on her phone is going off.

Marinette's mother, Sabine Cheng, calls out to Marinette, "Marinette! Your alarm's been going off for five minutes! You're going to be late for your first day back at school!"

Marinette turns off her alarm and says tiredly, "Got it, Mom."

Marinette walks down the stairs leading from her room to the kitchen.

Marinette says to her mother, "Morning, Mom. I bet you anything Chloe will be in my class again this year."

Sabine asks, "Four years in a row? Is that possible?"

Marinette answers, "Definitely. How fortunate for me!"

Sabine replies, "Oh, don't say that! It's the start of a new year – I'm sure everything will be just fine!"

Marinette smiles and nods, setting down the cereal she was preparing.

Thankfully, her years of being gentle prevented her breakfast from being spilled or spoiled.

Marinette suddenly had a thought and asked, "Mom. Is today the day I receive the Ladybug Miraculous?"

Sabine replied, "As a matter of fact, it is. So, I want you to be ready."

Marinette nods as she starts to have her breakfast.

In the bakery downstairs, Tom Dupain, Marinette's father, was singing La Marseillaise while he works.

Once Marinette saw the macarons her father made, Marinette said to him, "Dad, these are so awesome!"

Tom replied, "Glad you like them."

Marinette states, "Thank you, Dad. My class will love them! You're the best!"

Tom responds as he holds up a paper featuring one of Marinette's fashion designs, "We're the best, thanks to your amazing designs."

Marinette hugs her father, dropping the box in the process. Thankfully, Tom caught the box with his foot, and tossed it back to her.

Marinette giggles and thanks her father before kissing both of her parents on the cheek. Marinette says as she walks out the door, "See you tonight!"

In the streets of Paris, outside of the Dupain-Cheng bakery, Marinette started coming out of the bakery and out on the street, Marinette tries to cross the street, but a car stops her. Thankfully, Marinette managed to move out of the way before she could fully trip.

Marinette sighs in relief before seeing an old man – she doesn't know about Master Fu yet – crossing the street with a wooden walking stick, pretending that his "bad back" is making him go too slow to the other side.

Marinette gasps in shock as she sees the old man about to get run over by an oncoming car.

Marinette rushes to the old man, grabs him by his hand and takes him to the other side of the street, tripping and spilling the box of macarons in the process.

Of course, Steel Butterfly just couldn't help but quietly snicker at Marinette making the "Dwwaa" sound the moment she hit the pavement, as he was watching from the cameras he secretly placed all across the city.

Composing himself, he got out his walkie-talkie, turned it on, and quietly said, "Okay, Angela. You're up. Over."

Steel Butterfly got in response Angela saying on the other end, "On it, sir. Over and out."

As Marinette gets up, Master Fu says, "Thank you, miss. Oh! What a disaster."

As strangers step on some of the spilled macarons, Marinette replies, "Don't worry, I'm no stranger to disasters. Besides, there's still a few left."

Master Fu takes a macaron and takes a bite out of it.

Master Fu says, "Mmmh. Delicious!"

Steel Butterfly snickered and smirked as Angela came up and said, "If I may, Madame?"

She closes the cookie box, she waves her hand over the box twice in a left and right motion, and she opens the box again to show Marinette the results. Marinette was truly amazed at how more macarons filled the empty spaces, like the spilled ones hadn't been spilled at all.

Marinette gasps in shock and asks, "How'd you do that?"

Angela replied, "One, I happen to be prepared for situations like this. And two, I'm a stage magician, capable of using all manner of stage illusions, parlor tricks and sleight of hand."

Marinette smiles and says, "Welp, thanks for the little magic trick, ma'am. I don't wanna be late. Have a nice day, you two."

Marinette starts speed walking towards the school while double-checking to make sure she was extra careful this time.

Master Fu takes out a smaller Miracle Box capable of holding only one Miraculous jewel that Steel Butterfly knew was the right one, even if it means the Moth Miraculous might end up in Lila Rossi's hands in the future. The Great Guardian chuckles softly and says, "Thank you very much, young lady."

After discreetly giving Steel Butterfly the thumbs up sign that told him, "Test completed flawlessly," Master Fu and Angela walked over to the entrance of the Dupain-Cheng bakery, prepared to change Marinette's life forever.

Thankfully, Steel Butterfly managed to inform them ahead of time to keep some temporary amnesia dust on hand to wipe Tom and Sabine's memories of Marinette's identity in case they get kidnapped or Akumatized. Thankfully, Steel Butterfly made sure that the formula would have the effects being temporary and only active as long as the Akumatization holds. Hopefully, the effects will only amplify the amnesia curse that will activate once either Tom or Sabine becomes Hawk Moth's unwilling, but temporary pawns.

Then, Steel Butterfly decided to send a couple of invisible reconnaissance drones to the school to keep an eye on the students and staff, just to make sure they don't do any of the chronologically stupid deeds they did in the original timeline.

(Inside Francoise Dupont, third person POV...)

Marinette continued speed walking until she reach Caline Bustier's classroom.

Ms. Bustier asks Nino Lahiffe, "Nino, why don't you have a seat in the front row this year?"

Nino quietly grumbles in response, already starting to hate Ms. Bustier for telling him where to sit in the classroom.

Nonetheless, Nino did as he was told, knowing Ms. Bustier would try to snitch to his parents, and he would rather not cause a three-way argument between him, his parents and Ms. Bustier.

As Marinette sits in her seat, Chloe Bourgeois approaches and says, "Marinette Dupain-Cheng."

Marinette bemoans, "Ugh. Here we go again."

Chloe frowns and says, "That's my seat."

Marinette retorts, "But, Chloe, this has always been my seat."

Sabrina Raincomprix appears next to Marinette and states, "Not anymore! New school, new year, new seats!"

Chloe continues, "So, why don't you just go and sit beside that new girl over there?" She points at the previously unknown Alya Cesaire for added emphasis, causing the future Ladyblogger to angrily glare in response.

Chloe continues, "Listen. Adrien's arriving today, and since that's gonna be his seat, this is going to be my seat. Get it?"

Slightly scowling as she had reached her limit, Marinette asks crossly, "You're referring to Adrien Agreste, the son of my favorite fashion icon Gabriel Agreste, right?"

Chloe and Sabrina look surprised to hear what Marinette said, but not really paying attention to her tone or her scowl.

Sabrina asks curiously, "How did you know?"

Marinette explains briefly, "I've seen him modeling on TV and on magazines. Plus, he doesn't love Chloe romantically as Chloe delusionally believes. I've seen closely how Chloe's advances make Adrien uncomfortable, but not to the extent of him showing his discomfort in public, thanks to his father trying to quell Adrien's emotions via a sheltered house life and preventing him from making new friends at school by keeping him home-schooled by tutors. I can tell that he's not hard on Chloe because not only were the two of you best friends since childhood, but he's also a PUSHOVER."

Everyone gasped in shock, Chloe in particular looking like she's seen a ghost.

Marinette then states in a crossed tone, "Either way, if you torment me one last time, I will personally pull myself out of the school, see if the school board and the city council can't get through your father's thick skull about the consequences of your actions and the consequences of his own."

Chloe's face contorts into a sneer as Alya states before the mayoral heiress can utter a syllable, "Yeah, and who elected you to be the Queen of School Seats?"

Just then, unknown to everyone, Steel Butterfly freezes time, and sends a shapeshifting Tenshi into Alya's bag, ready to grant her superpowers and a transformation of her own.

Soon as the Tenshi merges with its new host, which in this case is Alya's bag, Steel Butterfly unfreezes time without being seen, without being heard, and without any adverse effects happening to everyone in the classroom.

Chloe snobbishly sneers, "Oh, look Sabrina! We've got a little do-gooder in our class this year. What are you gonna do, super newbie? Shoot beams at me with your glasses?"

Much to Chloe's confusion, Alya bursts out laughing maniacally before answering, "Ahh hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Who do I look like, Cyclops from the X-Men? Ha! Fat chance of even that! I can't exactly shoot laser beams out of my eyes or my glasses. But I will tell you, anyone who wishes to do physical or emotional harm without expecting any retribution will suffer the consequences, one way or another. In particular, I don't care if your father is the mayor of Paris or not. He will learn the consequences of his actions sooner or later, and so will you. Because what I'm about to do to you is twice as worse as Billy Batson getting lobotomized by the Injustice Superman when he's in a really bad mood." Alya's eyes start glowing orange and red for added emphasis, literally scaring everyone frozen in the room.

Chloe starts backing away as Alya starts advancing, Sabrina wisely staying away while an undetected Steel Butterfly has frozen Ms. Caline Bustier to prevent any interference, in addition to wiping her memory of the whole confrontation.

Chloe starts stuttering in a scaredy-cat tone, "H-hey. T-take it easy. You don't want to do this."

Alya retorts in a Ghost Rider-style voice, "Yes, I do."

As Alya lets out a shout that quickly transforms into a monstrous roar, Alya's skull becomes a combination of Scorpion's flaming skull in Mortal Kombat and the Ghost Rider's flaming skull, while lavender and red smoke simultaneously envelops Alya's clothes, transforming them into a suit of spiky leather and razor sharp metal body armor surrounded by multiple melee and ranged weapons.

Alya looked like a combination of the Cosmic Ghost Rider and many incarnations of The Shredder, but without any of The Shredder's helmets.

Everyone in the classroom is so scared that they couldn't even move.

Taking on the name of the Ghost Punisher, Alya's eye sockets shoot beams of orange light into Chloe's eyes, causing Chloe to look into Alya's eye sockets, where small flames substitute for her eyes.

No matter how much Chloe resists, she can't turn her gaze away from Alya's demonic flaming eye sockets due to how powerful the beams of light really are.

Ghost Punisher states, "Your soul is stained with the torment, will bending and suffering of the innocent in your attempts to become like your mother for her approval. Feel their pain, Chloe Bourgeois. See all of the negative impacts on the minds, bodies and souls of the people you tormented all your entire useless life. Feel the torment of all those innocent souls who did nothing to you except for the occasions where they had to protect their friends and families from your desires and your wrath. The beams intensify, showing Chloe how all of the people she tormented to be like her mother wound up being negatively impacted in the short term and in the long term. Especially in terms of falling outs with friends who decide to cut ties with the people Chloe tormented.

Chloe starts clutching her head in pain, finally starting to see for herself the ramifications of her actions.

Chloe starts screaming in pain as the visions become more unbearable for another three and a half minutes of frozen time.

Once the light show ends, Chloe is on the ground, crying her unharmed eyes out.

Thankfully, no time had passed for Steel Butterfly once again froze time, but without anything happening inside or outside the classroom, and without anyone being frozen.

Once Chloe has finished her grievances, Chloe hugs Marinette tearfully, asking her for forgiveness.

To everyone's surprise, Marinette says, "I might be able to forgive you, and God Himself might be able to forgive you, Chloe. But the big question is can you forgive yourself?" Chloe tearfully looks Marinette in the eye as the budding fashion designer continues, "It's never too late to do the right thing, Chloe. We got all the time in the world, no matter if time itself is frozen or not."

Chloe starts to consider Marinette's words as Steel Butterfly unfreezes time and Ms. Bustier while Ghost Punisher transforms back to normal simultaneously.

Noticing Marinette hugging Chloe, Ms. Bustier asks, "Is everything alright, Marinette?"

Thinking quickly, Marinette answers, "Yes, Ms. Bustier. Chloe needed help with some grievances after having an epiphany of how her actions impact people around her."

Ms. Bustier hums in curiosity.

As Marinette passes around macarons to the class, she hands one to Alya while whispering, "How did you do that?"

Alya answers in a whisper, "To be honest, I don't have a clue. But what I do know is that it's partially how Majestia would do it." She shows Marinette a picture of her favorite superhero from the United States, Olympia Hill/Majestia. Alya continues, "Majestia always says that all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing. But I will be honest; I think I might've gone a little overboard before Chloe had that epiphany. She might've changed for now, but who knows how long that'll last?"

Marinette replies, "If I'm also being honest, I wouldn't have it either way. But, on the bright side, Chloe won't be getting on my nerves if it's not my wrath, the school board's wrath and the city council's wrath she and her father need to worry about."

Marinette grabs a macaron from the box and breaks it in half while giving half of it to Alya. Marinette and Alya make their introductions and become good friends, much to the undetected Steel Butterfly's pleasure.

Ms. Bustier writes her name on the chalkboard for everyone to see as she states, "For those of you who don't yet know me, I'm Ms. Bustier. I'll be your teacher this year."

Chloe grumbles quietly, "I wish Adrien was here right now. I would've asked for his input on how my actions impacts even him."

Outside of the school, Adrien is approaching the school steps, having been resourceful enough to have him electronically accepted into Francoise Dupont.

Just before he can start his ascent up the stairs, his bodyguard's car stops at the curve and his bodyguard and his father's secretary, Nathalie Sancoeur, step out of the car.

Nathalie pleads coolly, "Adrien, please reconsider. You know what your father wants."

Adrien replies with a scary scowl, "This is what I want to do!"

Just then, everyone hears an "Ohhh!" and sees the currently unknown Master Fu fallen on the ground, trying to get up while trying to reach his cane. Unbeknownst to Adrien, Nathalie and Adrien's bodyguard Gustav, Master Fu was literally playing pretend in the hopes that Adrien would pass his test and become worthy of wielding the Black Cat Miraculous.

Adrien rushed over to the old man and helped him up.

Master Fu said to him, "Thank you, young man."

When Adrien looks back, he sees Nathalie and Gustav blocking the stairs.

As Adrien starts walking back towards the car, he states angrily, "I just wanna go to school like everyone else. What's so wrong about that? Whatever you do, don't tell my father about this, or else."

(Meanwhile, back in Ms. Bustier's classroom...)

Ms. Bustier says to the class, "For those of you who have P.E, Mr. D'Argencourt is expecting you at the stadium. The rest of you can head over to the library."

Ivan calls out, "Kim!"

Ms. Bustier asks, "Ivan, what's going on?"

Ivan answers, "Its Kim! I'm so gonna get..."

Before Ms. Bustier can say anything, a simple glance at Alya's eyes turning orange in anger informed Ms. Bustier to do her job properly, or else Ghost Punisher will be unleashed, even though Ms. Bustier didn't completely remember.

But Ms. Bustier did the exact opposite as she said, "Ivan, go to the principal's office."

Ivan crumbled up the paper and growled but Alya's roar of pain turning into a demonic roar caught everyone's attention.

Ms. Bustier gasped in shock and horror at the sight before her.

One of her students, a budding reporter no less, had just demonically transformed into an unholy combination of the Cosmic Ghost Rider and the many counterparts of The Shredder!

Ms. Bustier was so scared she was about to run away when Ghost Punisher teleported in front of her.

Ms. Bustier was shoved against the chalkboard and pinned against it with chains, but they surprisingly didn't pierce her flesh, the chalkboard or her clothes because Ghost Punisher doesn't kill those like Ms. Bustier just because of her naive views on resolutions to problems.

Holding a samurai sword against Ms. Bustier's throat in a threatening manner, Ghost Punisher angrily stated, "Ms. Bustier, as far as I'm concerned, a true teacher should listen to both sides of the story before deciding who gets sent to the principal's office and who gets sent to detention. What you're doing could result in bad things happening, starting with Paris' first magic terrorist transforming and mutating Ivan into a rock-based supervillain with the simple goal of murdering Kim. If Ivan murdered Kim and was returned to normal, Ivan's parents would launch a series of lawsuits against you and Mr. Damocles over your teaching styles being the catalyst leading to a great tragedy and leading to severe problems for your students in their futures. Would you really sacrifice your career and perhaps your life just because of your naive, flawed, skewed teaching style, no matter if you didn't know the negative impacts it leaves on your previous, current and future students?"

Ms. Bustier began to see Ghost Punisher's point before sighing and replying in a slightly intimidated tone, "Very well. Ivan, please tell me your side of the story."

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth was fuming about how there were currently no negative emotions from anyone for him to Akumatize into supervillains.

But Hawk Moth had since learned patience and self-restraint in terms of lashing out over his failures.

Hawk Moth mused, "It's only a matter of time."

Just then, he felt it: pure anger.

He determined that it came from Ivan since Ms. Bustier sent him a warning for almost starting a fight with Kim just because the jockey teased the more muscular boy about being unable to confess his feelings for Mylene.

Hawk Moth said relievedly and evilly, "Negative emotions. This is perfect. Just what I need. Anger, sadness... Burn a hole into his heart, my horrible akuma." Hawk Moth holds out his hand in invitation. A single white butterfly lands on his palm. He gently covers the butterfly with his other hand and infuses the very same butterfly with dark Miraculous magic, transforming it into an akuma. Hawk Moth finishes and says while twirling his cane in his hand, "Fly away, my little akuma, and Akumatize him!"

The akuma, the now single black butterfly with translucent purple streaks on its wings, flutters away to Francoise Dupont to create Hawk Moth's first supervillain.

(Meanwhile, back at Francoise Dupont...)

As Ivan is heading to the library, Ivan quietly growls angrily while crumbling up the piece of paper, the note Kim gave to him, thereby attracting the akuma.

The akuma flies into the rugged paper and infects it.

A pink and purple butterfly outline symbol appears over his face, and the area around his eyes darkened to a dark rust color.

Hawk Moth's voice states to Ivan, "Stoneheart, I am Hawk Moth. I will give you the power to seek revenge on those who have wronged you."

Ivan's dark reply was, "Okay, Hawk Moth."

Soon enough, the outline symbol disappeared and Ivan is enveloped in a magical dark-purple ether, and he becomes Stoneheart.

Ivan/Stoneheart shouts, "KIMMM!"

Meanwhile, Marinette and Alya were in the library, when suddenly, they were thrown to the floor by a sudden non-damaging earthquake.

As they start getting up, Alya shouts to Marinette, "Come on!"

A random student asks, "Did you hear that?"

The students see Stoneheart on the security camera screen. Stoneheart had somehow gotten outside and was throwing cars around.

Stoneheart shouts again, "KIMMM!"

Mr. Hobbie Damocles, the principal of Francoise Dupont, is on the phone in his office as he asks, "Hello? This is the police? Give me the army!"

Marinette asks, "What's going on? And why does he have Ivan's voice?"

Alya replies, "It's as if he's been transformed into a real-life supervillain! GPS, check. Battery, check. I am so outta here!"

Marinette shouts, "Hey! Where are you going?!"

Alya answers, "Where there's a supervillain, there's always a superhero close behind! No way am I missing this!" Then she runs off.

Briefly annoyed, Marinette retorts, "But don't you have that 'Ghost Punisher' transformation to help you out?"

Alya states in realization, "Ohhh. Right."

Alya runs off to transform privately, while Marinette looks back at the security camera screen. She sees Stoneheart pick up a car and throw it at the security camera, breaking it and showing a rainbow-error screen.

Marinette winces as Stoneheart shouts one more time, "KIMMM!"

Marinette bemoans aloud, "This is just not my day, isn't it?!"

Meanwhile, from his perch at the Eiffel Tower, Steel Butterfly is watching the whole thing from holographic video footage.

As the damage and casualties continues to rise in count, Steel Butterfly is getting angrier and angrier to the point where he made a silent vow to murder Hawk Moth if he came after his friends and family, interdimensional or not.

In Hawk Moth's lair, the first magic terrorist of Paris was watching Stoneheart's rampage with a slasher smile on his face when, out of the blue, he felt an extremely strong negative emotion.

It was so strong that it hit him like a combination of a raging fire burning him alive and a really painful sunburn in the summertime.

It was pure, unbridled, white-hot anger.

But that wasn't just it.

Whoever was the source of this anger was extremely bloodthirsty and outright murderous.

It was as if the person had in question had previously taken lives in the past without any remorse, without suffering the consequences for it, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Even if it meant being permanently declared guilty by God Himself during Judgment Day and then eternal death in the Lake of Fire at the end of days.

Hawk Moth was ecstatic, curious and frightened all at once.

On the one hand, if he could find the source of that white-hot remorseless anger, he could create the ultimate akuma to get his heart's desire much faster. And Hawk Moth theorized that with the ability to grant his Akumatized champions the powers of their dreams, taking the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses would easily be a piece of cake.

But on the other hand, if this anger turns out to be too much for him to handle, he'd immediately lose control of his future champion and his traitorous champion would literally murder him in cold blood should any harm come to the champion and the champion's allies and family.

If Hawk Moth was murdered, not only could he possibly be exposed as fashion mogul Gabriel Agreste without being able to stop his future killer before succumbing to his fatal injuries, but he would also be unable to say goodbye to his comatose wife, let alone be able to save her.

Never mind the fact that despite not growing up in a religious household as a kid, Gabriel Agreste knew that God's wrath, Satan's temptations, the total number of people who won't be allowed into Heaven for their despicable actions and the fiery inescapable pits of Hell and the Lake of Fire were all too real, if his online Bible subscriptions and biblical DVDs were any indication.

On top of that, if he lost control of his champion without being murdered himself the first time around, the champion would become the biggest mass murderer in history, willingly or not.

And if almost everyone on Earth was murdered, including Gabriel's son Adrien, Hawk Moth would be the next victim to die.

Hawk Moth asks out loud, "Who could this be? Who could be letting out such unbridled anger that can only be described as murderous?" After trying to pinpoint the location of the emotions, only to find negative results, Hawk Moth remarks, "I can't find him. Whoever this is, they must be masking their location by bouncing their negative emotions all across the city. Very clever. But I won't fall for the same scheme twice. This requires further investigation. I'll find out who's feeling murderous and I'll create the perfect champion, no matter what! But wait. If this person is truly feeling murderous, he or she could double-cross me and outright murder me. If my future champion does murder me, I'll become exposed on TV. And I won't be able to save Emilie. Never mind the fact that I could easily be sent to Hell until Judgment Day and I'd be sent into the Lake Of Fire. I'll need to be extremely careful. Emilie, in case I die, I want you to know that I'm sorry I couldn't save you."

(Meanwhile, at the Agreste Mansion...)

Master Wang Fu is standing outside of the famous mansion, holding in his hand the box containing the Black Cat Miraculous.

Inside the dining room, Nathalie asks Adrien, "Who was the first president of the 5th French Republic?"

Adrien boredly replies, "Everyone thinks it was de Gaulle, but it was actually Rene Coty before the first elections."

Nathalie states, "Excellent, Adrien."

Suddenly, Gabriel arrives and asks Nathalie, "Give me a minute, would you, Nathalie?"

Nathalie replies, "Yes, sir."

Nathalie steps off to the side.

Gabriel coldly states to Adrien, "You are NOT going to school. I've already told you."

Adrien stares at Nathalie for a second before regarding his father with a hideous scowl on his face.

The scowl causes Gabriel's eyes to slightly widen in fear, knowing how violent his son is when he's mad.

Adrien replies two-fold with venom in his tone, "If Mom was here, she would NEVER have hesitated to show you the consequences of you neglecting me and micromanaging my life. I've tried so hard to earn your praise, I've tried so hard to earn your respect and familial love by doing the things you tell me to, yet I earned nothing! Well, guess what? I've had it. I hate you and I hate you, Nathalie." Adrien finished while scowling at Nathalie, causing her to shiver in fear for a little bit.

Adrien speed walks up to his room in pure anger.

Gabriel looks past Adrien, and then looks back at Nathalie.

Nathalie states, "Sir, I hate to say this, but I'm worried that Adrien might lose his temper if this trend continues."

Gabriel sighs and says in response, "I'm aware of that, Nathalie. But I'm afraid that Adrien might find out something about me he's not ready to learn about." He pauses before continuing, "What kind of compromise do you think will work best before Adrien brutalizes me?"

Nathalie looks lost in thought for ten seconds before answering, "I don't really know, sir. All we can do is hope for the best."

Gabriel returns to his lair and resumes his Hawk Moth form before considering the ramifications of his actions.

Hawk Moth starts to wonder, "If Adrien finds out who I am, will he ever forgive me for being too controlling, prejudicial towards the people he makes friends with and constantly micromanaging his life while neglecting him? Would he rat me out to the French authorities despite the fact that I'm his only family left, not Emilie's stupid twin sister and my nephew Felix? I've gotten this far; I can't stop now, not when I have a promise to keep. But if Adrien does throw me in the slammer, I'll gladly suffer the consequences with dignity."

Meanwhile, in Adrien's bedroom, Adrien hears some thumping noises.

Adrien rushes outside and sees the police about to open fire on Stoneheart.

Officer Roger Raincomprix says to his fellow officers, "Ready? Fire!"

The officers fire their laser stun guns at Stoneheart in unison, only for him to grow slightly bigger.

Stoneheart lets out a roar, causing the officers to chicken out.

As Officer Raincomprix runs away like a scared chicken, Stoneheart grabs one of the police cruisers and throws it at Officer Raincomprix.

Despite his athletic stature, Officer Raincomprix was still unable to outrun the oncoming police cruiser.

Adrien returns to his bedroom and turns on his TV.

The Mayor of Paris, Andre Bourgeois, states to a crowd, "I'm asking all Parisians to stay home until this situation is under control."

Members of the news crews state to the mayor, "Mr. Bourgeois! Mr. Bourgeois!"

Nadia Chamack, one of the news anchors for TVi Studios, says to the camera, "As incredible as it seems, it's been confirmed that Paris is indeed being attacked by a supervillain. The police have been struggling to keep the situation under control."

The screen shows Officer Raincomprix with his right arm in a sling. He states to one of the reporters, "Be confident, the strong arm of the law will come crashing down on the..." He raises his broken arm, causing a cracking noise to happen, and causing the reporter interviewing him to wince and gape at the same time. He clutches his arm as he reiterates, "I mean, the other arm."

In Marinette's bedroom, Marinette and her parents are watching the news report on her computer, although Marinette is unaware that her parents snuck in and decided to keep quiet until the time came.

Marinette states to no one in particular, "I hate first days back at school... On the other hand, Chloe and Sabrina finally got the chance to face the music." Marinette manages to give a small smirk.

Marinette gazes downward to seea small, lacquered box that she never recognized in her entire existence.

As she was alone in her room, or so she thinks, she asked aloud in her bewilderment, "What's this doing here? I don't think I've seen this particular box before."

She reached down and grabbed the box with the utmost delicacy. Marinette looked carefully at the intricate red designs inlaid into the treated wood. She noticed that there was only one hinge on one side of the box.

Marinette opened the box, to find that it opened all too easily, much to her satisfied relief.

Inside the box is a pair of ladybug-colored earrings. They are circled earrings with a smooth surface and a silver lining. For some reason, the earrings were red with five black spots in a quincunx pattern, like the pattern of spots on an actual ladybug.

However, before Marinette could even think about taking a closer look at the earrings, the earrings were encased in a shimmering globe of red-pink energy, which quickly tripled in size and shot up towards her, staying in one place.

For a few seconds, there was no sound except for the quiet continuation of the news report on the computer monitor. Then the creature's eyes opened.

Anticipating Marinette's reaction, Tom and Sabine stepped back, if only because they didn't want Marinette crashing into them.

Marinette drew back in her chair, got up quickly before she could fall down with the chair and shrieked, "Ahh! Help! It's a giant bug! A... a mouse! A... a bug-mouse!"

Tom and Sabine couldn't help but quietly snicker, as Steel Butterfly told them Marinette's reaction in both timelines.

The creature calmly stated in a high-pitched voice, "Everything's okay! Don't be scared!"

But that only caused Marinette to panic even more, even throwing things at the creature as Marinette shouted, "Ahh! The bug-mouse talks!"

Soon enough, Marinette started to throw things at the "bug-mouse," all of which the creature successfully dodged.

After about fifteen seconds, Marinette started running out of things to throw as the creature said, "Listen, Marinette. I know everything may seem a bit strange to you..." But the creature is interrupted as Marinette trapped it into a glass cup. The creature continues, "Okay, if that makes you feel safer."

Upon further inspection, Marinette realizes just in time that she received Tikki and the Ladybug Miraculous today.

Marinette asks, "Are you Tikki, the Ladybug Kwami of good luck and creation?"

Though slightly dumbfounded, Tikki replied, "Yes. I am Tikki, the kwami of creation. But if you don't mind me asking, how did you know if you were freaking out just now?"

Tom and Sabine came forward as Sabine answered, "We've been training Marinette for the day she'll be called into action with the power of the Ladybug Miraculous."

Tikki's eyes widened in shock, disbelief and fear.

Tikki exclaimed in a high-pitched tone, "NO! You guys weren't supposed to know!"

Sabine replied sternly which made Tikki stay quiet for the time being, "Our mutual benefactors believed it was absolutely necessary for Tom and I to know about Marinette's double life so that way, there'd be no secrets, she'd get additional support from the sidelines, she'd get leniency for any slipping school grades, she wouldn't have to lie to us as we respectively hate liars, and she wouldn't have to worry about being overly stressed out about keeping her identity a secret from us. Also, we felt it was necessary for Marinette to be trained for the day she would be called into service."

Tikki pouted but still managed to say, "Well, as long as you guys and Marinette's partner know who each other are, I'm sure we can work something out. But I don't have to like it. I still believe Miraculous superheroes should keep their identities a secret from each other just in case any evil holder of the Moth Miraculous manages to turn Marinette and her partners against each other."

Blissfully unaware that time was frozen again, Marinette stated matter-of-factly in response, "Tikki, from what I know about superheroes, they can't exactly keep their identities a secret from even their parents. The reason why is because if the hero's parents were strict disciplinarians, they'd ground their heroic offspring for a long duration of time, even if they're aware of the consequences of doing so. And besides, even if I have to keep my identity a secret, I hate liars. Also, if I kept my identity a secret from my partner, there'd be serious trust issues between me and him or her."

Tikki sighed in reluctance, as she finally understood Marinette's point of view.

(Meanwhile, in Master Fu's massage parlor at the same time...)

As Master Fu closes the Miracle Box, Wayzz asks his owner, "Do you think they'll be up to it, Master?"

Master Fu responds, "I only got it wrong once. It will never happen again. At least, I hope not."

Steel Butterfly says, "Well, if it's all the same to you, I'm gonna get ready for the rendezvous tomorrow. Hopefully, I make a great first impression when I meet my two favorite heroes."

Steel Butterfly starts heading to the roof, his jetpack and his wings starting their activation countdown thanks to his thoughts telling them to do so. The reason for that being that Steel Butterfly's wings and his jetpack are symbiotically linked to his thoughts and are capable of responding to his thoughts. Whether those thoughts involve retracting into his back for later use, turning off to conserve power, activating only one of them just in case the wings or the jetpack are in need of repairs or activating themselves at full power for a blastoff, the responses are the same in the sense that the wings and the jetpack will always obey Steel Butterfly's mental commands.

Master Fu calls to him, "Steel Butterfly... in case you fail, which I find highly unlikely, may God protect your soul, as well as those of your favorite heroes."

Turning his head to look back at the reverse-aged Great Guardian of the Miracle Box, Steel Butterfly replies, "Thanks, Master Fu. May God help us all." And Steel Butterfly made a tipping your hat gesture on his helmet like it was a hat before continuing up to the roof.

As Steel Butterfly heads for the roof, Master Fu sighs and states in an internal monologue, "I hope all goes well with the power of the real Butterfly Miraculous in the hands of an original character from an alternate dimension where my own dimension is a fictionalized television cartoon to entertain children and teenagers alike. If Steel Butterfly fails in the slightest unlikely scenario, either because he was erased from existence by a rogue Time Guardian, either he was murdered by Hawk Moth and his Akumatized or Miraculous associates, or he was imprisoned and depowered permanently, all of existence will be doomed. Including Steel Butterfly's own home dimension. No matter how powerful or how smart Steel Butterfly is, even without the power of the Butterfly Miraculous to upgrade his physical prowess and his intelligence, there may be a small to big chance for Hawk Moth to overpower and outsmart him, either at different times or all at once. Whichever one comes first in those scenarios. Let us all hope that it doesn't come to that, for the sakes of our dimensions and many others to come into existence, thanks to our choices in one dimension splitting them in two to create more dimensions. All thanks to the theory of the multiverse being true due to my powers proving it during my attempts to find a champion to fight for the chance to liberate the Moth Miraculous, the Peacock Miraculous, the grimoire, and everything from the Guardians' temple being eaten by my Sentimonster. Hhhhaaaa. I hope Steel Butterfly's foreknowledge and enhanced superhuman intelligence will not be abused by anyone affiliated with Hawk Moth or two to three times worse than Hawk Moth and Satan combined. If Steel Butterfly's foreknowledge and enhanced superhuman intelligence is respectively abused by anyone affiliated with Hawk Moth or by someone two to three times worse than him, we will need a Time Guardian to fix everything. And if what Steel Butterfly says about Bunnyx is true, we will need someone to ensure that Bunnyx does not come back into the present day to be able to undo my actions regarding Steel Butterfly and his allies coming to our dimension to help his two favorite superheroes with defeating Hawk Moth and his associates. I just wish I can help with Steel Butterfly in more than just in the role of a mentor, even though I'm younger once again. But Steel Butterfly's right; if I enter the field, something's bound to go wrong, not including Hawk Moth trying to follow me without me knowing about it. May God and the Order's spirits watch over you, Steel Butterfly."

Taking to heart Steel Butterfly's desire to spread the existence of God and the Holy Trinity to those willing to be declared innocent during Judgment Day and be given eternal life after death for various good deeds and following God's Word to the letter, Master Fu did the last thing Wayzz expected. Master Fu gets to his knees, places his hands together, bows his head with his eyes closed, and sends a lengthy prayer of apologies to God for disobeying his laws about usage of magic jewelry, a prayer for forgiveness for previously refusing for years to believe He exists. And then, the Great Guardian prays for an opportunity for redemption to fix his mistake with the Feast Sentimonster and restore the Order of the Guardians, no matter if they believe in Him or not.

(Meanwhile, back in Marinette's bedroom...)

Marinette smiles as she looks about at the things Tikki can do with and without being merged with the Ladybug Miraculous.

Even though Marinette was raised in a religious household, even her parents have to admit that once a Guardian of the Miraculouses chooses someone to be a Miraculous wielder, it's almost impossible to decline unless there is a solid reason with the pros and cons.

Marinette asks Tikki, "What do I say to transform?"

Tikki replies, "To transform, say 'Tikki, Spots On.' To transform back to normal, say 'Spots Off.' That's basically it in a nutshell. And if you have any other questions, don't be afraid to ask."

Marinette asked Tikki, "Okay, Tikki. Is it true that when I become an adult, I'll be able to use the Lucky Charm an unlimited number of times?"

Tikki answered, "Of course, Marinette. But until then, you'll have to train yourself."

However, Marinette was not done, so she decided to get back on track with a small recap. Marinette starts with another question, "Okay, so, just to recap, I have to break the object where the 'akuma' is hiding, then I have to open my yo-yo and catch the akuma?"

Tikki replies, "Yes. It's a black butterfly with translucent streaks of purple on its wings. Your yo-yo is the only Miraculous tool capable of purifying an akuma created by the Moth Miraculous."

Marinette inquired her next question, "And what happens if I accidentally forget to purify the akuma?"

Tikki answers the question sternly, "Then, the akuma will fly away, and it'll multiply into thousands. When that happens, they will indiscriminately seek out any person nearby and touch them. Once that happens, he or she will be transformed into an exact physical duplicate of the original akumatized villain, and will remain frozen stiff like statues until the original villain is akumatized again. Once the original villain is akumatized again, the duplicates will unfreeze and they will become the original villain's personal army."

Then, with some thinking, Marinette asked Tikki another question, "Tikki, aside from the Lucky Charm and the Miraculous Ladybug cure, what other powers will I have?"

Tikki responded thoughtfully, "Well, the Ladybug Miraculous will grant you superhuman strength, superhuman speed, superhuman agility, superhuman reflexes, superhuman flexibility, near-invulnerability to physical harm, the ability to stick to walls like an actual ladybug, and the ability to fly like an actual ladybug. In addition to that, you will also be given the ability to produce magical charms to protect akumatized villains from being akumatized again. But that's only for if you gain enough experience, as it happens to be a next-level superpower and an adult superpower as well."

However, there was another question about Marinette's powers that came to mind, so she asked Tikki, "Okay, and are there specific things that the Miraculous Ladybug cure cannot restore?"

Tikki looked at her new owner with a glint of sadness in her eyes, and she answered thoroughly, "Yes, there are specific things the Miraculous Ladybug can't bring back or do anything about in general. Chief among those things are returning lost Miraculouses, resurrecting destroyed Sentimonsters that were born through the Peacock Miraculous, and reverting anything on a mental and/or emotional state unless the change in someone's mind and/or emotion was directly caused by the crisis such as one done by Akumatized supervillains. At the same time, the magic ladybugs cannot restore the memories of a former member of the Order Of The Guardians in the event of passing on their roles, the ladybugs can only go as far as the damage range the Akumatized and Amokized champions have caused, the ladybugs can only fix disasters that are caused by Akumatized supervillains and evil Amokized Sentimonsters, but not pure natural disasters caused by the forces of nature, and the Miraculous Ladybug can only fix the damage caused by the villain or sentimonster it was used against."

Marinette then asked, "How many times can I use my primary powers before I detransform?"

Tikki replies, "You can only use your primary powers once before you detransform. And in order for me to replenish my energy, I have to eat something. Oh, and chocolate chip cookies are my favorite food!"

Shaking her head fondly, Marinette had another question as the next-to-last of questions she had. Marinette asked Tikki, "Okay, next-to-last question. Can my yo-yo become any other weapon?"

Tikki nodded her head and said in response, "Oh, yes. The yo-yo can split in half to become a staff, generate a wing-like shield, and explode like a bomb. But don't worry, it'll regenerate shortly afterwards."

There was one more question Marinette had, and so she asked Tikki, "Well, what kind of costume will I get when I transform?"

Tikki replied, "The Ladybug Miraculous will grant you any costume you want. It can even give you magical body armor, if you wish."

Soon, Marinette closed her eyes and subconsciously decided what costume she really wants. Determined, she opened her eyes, she put on the earrings, thankful that they attached by magic and thus didn't require piercings, and she says for the first time, "Tikki, Spots On."

Marinette transformed in place, completely in shock as she starts to feel her normal clothes being replaced in a wave of warm, benevolent magic energy.

Marinette was wearing a ladybug-patterned suit of armor arranged like all versions of a suit of knight armor, different styles of motorcycle armor, different types of police armor, and different types of military armor. In addition to that, she had ladybug patterned boots that look like a combination of knight shoes and combat boots. It also comes with a black turtleneck and swan-necked collar and black spots on parts of her armored bodysuit to go along with the white ones. In addition, she was wearing a red and black neck guard. She was also wearing red and black armored gloves with retractable claws on the fingertips, along with microscopic ladybug legs attached to her armored hands to increase her wall-crawling ability, and black and white spots adorned her armored gloves. She also had black accents on her knee armor, her upper arms, her forearm armor, her armored waist, and her armored gloves. To further identify herself among the superhero community, her armored chestplate has the symbol of the Ladybug Miraculous. On her hips is a magical ladybug-patterned utility belt which has the symbol of the Ladybug Miraculous in the middle. In addition, Marinette found her face to be covered by a completely red mask with blue sclera, pink irises, a black mouth guard with a built-in voice changer, and robotic ears that fit snugly against her normal ears. At the same time, she had magical armored techno-organic ladybug wings on her armored back. They looked like a combination of Cosmo Bug's wings, the wings on the Flutter Ladybug toy, and the removable wings from two other Ladybug toys. Except that these wings are retractable. Of course, these wings were attached to a jetpack with additional propulsion engines to enable extra flight in case the jetpack starts to run out of normal power. Lastly, Ladybug's hair was a combination of black, blue, pink and light platinum blue.

Meanwhile, in Adrien's room, Adrien has just finished watching the news on his TV and sees a little box similar to the one in Marinette's bedroom, even though he doesn't know about it yet. He asks, "Huh?"

As Adrien holds the box in his hands, he asks, "What is this doing here?"

Once he opens the box, he finds a black ring with a green cat paw print inside it.

The ring glows in a yellowish-neon green light that triples in size and shoots up to Adrien's eye level, causing him to cover his eyes.

When the light fades away, Adrien sees a floating creature resembling a black cat, which completely yawned in exhaustion and says in astonishment, "No way... Like the genie in the lamp!"

The black cat-looking creature replies, "I met him once. So he grants wishes. Big deal! But I'm way more personable! Besides, he's much crankier than I am. I'm Plagg. Nice to meet you. Ooh, that looks nice."

As Plagg flew towards the arcade game's joystick, Adrien shouts, but not too loud for anyone else to hear, "No! Don't touch that! Come back here!"

Plagg answers sheepishly, "Relax, dude. I'm not gonna touch anything. I'm just curious to know what this is. That way, I'll know if it's edible or not. Besides, I've been cooped up in that ring for too long, and I'm starving."

Adrien shrugs and explains, "That's called a joystick. It's used as a video game remote control for controlling any character you play as. And no, it's not edible at all. But I'll get you some food. My father's mansion is filled with food, thanks to my father's wealth and fame that comes with being the world's greatest fashion designer."

Plagg states, "Well, any food you have will do just fine. Just make sure that the security cameras in the mansion aren't working, as well.

Fifteen to maybe twenty-five frozen minutes of explaining things later, and discovering that even Nathalie seems to be frozen stiff, Adrien asks Plagg, "You've been fed, my friend. But I still don't understand how time stood still after you showed up. Wait. My dad's pranking me, right? Wait, he couldn't be. He has no sense of humor."

Plagg flies up to Adrien's natural eye level and states matter-of-factly, "Well, that's true. However, your father must never know that I exist! Or anyone for that matter. Besides, based on how strict and emotionally abusive you described him as, you could wind up in even more trouble than we wouldn't ever imagine."

As much as Adrien hated to admit it, Plagg was right.

Meanwhile, in the Agreste Mansion, Adrien complains to Plagg, "But I'm stuck here! My father doesn't even let me go to school! What good is a superhero who's imprisoned in his own house?!"

Plagg answers, "No good. That's why it's all gonna change soon. That is, if you're willing to change."

This left Adrien pondering over whether or not it's the right choice to change his behavior, even a little. Then he made his decision as he put the camouflaged Black Cat Miraculous on his right ring finger.

Adrien asked Plagg, "How do I transform?"

As Adrien slips on the ring, Plagg responds, "Just say Plagg, Claws Out to transform. And well, you pretty much already know the rest."

Adrien states, "Yep. Plagg, Claws Out!"

Adrien transforms after doing a transformation dance.

Both Marinette and Adrien observe their new costumes, in amazement and shock, respectively.

Whereas Marinette already observed her armored outfit, Adrien could see that he was wearing a black cat-themed space helmet with a visor that allows him to see, a black mask around his eyes, a black mouth guard, and his hair was longer and untamed, thus covering his normal ears, but not necessarily making them disappear. His eyes have become cat-like eyes with green sclera, dark green irises, and oblong pupils. Adrien was also wearing an armored black skin-tight space-themed catsuit with metal details, green accents, matching gloves with claws on the fingertips, and black astronaut-style combat and space survival boots with a hidden wedge, silver toes, and paw-shaped treads. He also has a golden bell on his neck, connected to a zipper on the front of his armored costume, a long belt that wraps around his waist and hangs out from the back like a cat's tail, the symbol of the Black Cat Miraculous on the front of his belt and on the front of his armored chestplate. Lastly, Adrien was wearing a jetpack. Adrien suddenly remembered that Plagg told his charge that his jetpack produces neon green bat wings for flight stability and to steer him when in use.

Adrien, soon to call himself Cat Noir, exclaimed in astonishment, "This is too cool!"

Marinette, soon to call herself Ladybug, looks at herself in the mirror and asks, "Tikki, how does all of this come off?"

Tikki replies in Marinette's head, "Unfortunately, your entire outfit will only come off when you detransform."

Just then, Nadia continues the report as she says, "Stoneheart is heading towards the Montparnasse tower. The monster appears to be unstoppable!"

Ladybug looks closely at the computer screen and sees the last thing she wanted to see on her computer monitor: Ghost Punisher riding her new motorcycle behind Stoneheart in an attempt to follow him. Ladybug gasps in shock, "UGGHH! Ghost Punisher?"

Looking closely at Alya's transformed state, Sabine asks, "You know that armored flaming skeleton?"

Ladybug answers, "Yes. I met her when she was still Alya Cesaire. She was one of the new students in my class today. And because of her headstrong nature and love for superheroes, she literally thought it was a good idea to chase after Stoneheart, thinking that a superhero was gonna show up. AND, she seems to think that capturing footage of superhero and supervillain fights will cement her future as a reporter. But I didn't think she would actually be this serious about chasing Stoneheart. And I didn't think that she was this headstrong. On the other hand, her Ghost Punisher form was created by an unknown power for a simple multi-step purpose: to make sure that people like Chloe and Sabrina don't torment anyone ever again, to make sure that Andre Bourgeois and people like him don't ever abuse their statuses as mayors, governors, Prime Ministers and Presidents of every nation again, to make sure that people like Caline Bustier don't ever lecture bullied victims and cuddle bullies ever again, to make sure that people like Mr. Damocles do their jobs properly, and to ensure no one torments her friends again."

After processing this information, Sabine and Tom say in unison, "We'll be waiting for you, sweetie."

Smiling softly at her parents, Ladybug goes upstairs to her roof balcony.

Ladybug says to herself while managing to look at her back thanks to her flexibility, "Okay, I apparently have this cool jetpack with retractable wings. Tikki, how do I use my jetpack?"

Tikki replies, "Start by taking a calming breath and start by thinking about flying. It'll help to have a clear and calm mind to start bonding with your wings and your jetpack. But remember, with no practice, you won't be able to control where you fly, and you could easily fall from thirteen stories if your wings and your jetpack refuse to work with you. And after enough practice, your jetpack will self activate when you jump up from ground level and when you take a jumping leap off a high enough structure."

Ladybug did as instructed. She took a calming breath, and started thinking about flying.

Soon, her wings started vibrating and buzzing like an actual ladybug in flight and her jetpack helped with the slow take off.

Even with excitement building up inside her, Ladybug kept her cool and did as Tikki instructed.

Soon, Ladybug could feel that her armored feet were no longer touching the ground of her balcony.

With newfound determination, Ladybug, with Tikki's encouragement, took off in the sky very slowly like a space shuttle in takeoff.

Now that she was getting the hang of flying after about five frozen minutes, not that she knew about Steel Butterfly just yet, Marinette decided to mentally increase the speed and thrust power by two percent.

Ladybug cheered excitedly as she was getting the hang of flying.

Ladybug could literally feel her wings moving and buzzing like an actual ladybug's wings, and she could feel her jetpack increasing her control over her speed, altitude and steering thanks to her and Tikki using their thoughts to better control the jetpack and wings.

Ladybug thought to herself, "This is SO COOL! I'm flying!"

Tikki responded cheerfully, "I know, Marinette! I'm so proud that you're taking the time to enjoy yourself, but now, we must find your partner."

Nodding, Ladybug took off, seen by a concealed Steel Butterfly.

He moaned as he realized he was right about something from fourteen years ago when he first came to this dimension: whether in his normal transformations or with his space power-up, Steel Butterfly is definitely gonna stand out as the only flying Miraculous user that uses his arms to help him steer and increase and decrease his speed the way Superman does it. Or so he thought, as he didn't know how Cat Noir was gonna be able to pose as he flies. Whether he flies while posing like an angel, like Iron Man or like Superman is Steel Butterfly's need-to-know.

Pushing the matter aside for now, Steel Butterfly flew off as quietly and as concealed as possible to get ready for his "climatic rendezvous" with his favorite heroes the next day.

Meanwhile, Cat Noir started practicing flying with his new jetpack, with Plagg's help in his thoughts.

Of course, even Cat Noir couldn't resist stretching his arms in front of him while flying like he was Superman.

Cat Noir said to himself, "Hey, I'm starting to get the hang of this, Plagg. But let's not rush it."

Plagg replied, "No problem, Adrien. But remember, you can only use your Cataclysm once, and after that, you have five minutes before you detransform and I'll have to recharge by eating food. And I'll eat anything available."

Cat Noir then does a slow barrel roll and remarks, "I'm starting to get the hang of this."

Suddenly hearing the buzzing sound of insect wings, Cat Noir stops to hover in the air, the bat wings on his jetpack flapping slowly to help keep him hovering in place.

Cat Noir looks to his left to see Ladybug flying with her own winged jetpack.

Ladybug sees Cat Noir and flies to him at slow speed.

Ladybug hovers and Cat Noir bows while making his introduction, "Nice of you to fly in the superhero business just in time. I bet you're the partner my kwami told me about. I'm... Cat Noir. Yeah, Cat Noir really fits my appearance. And you?"

Ladybug quickly replies while staying slow enough for Cat Noir to catch up, "I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng, but I'm also known as Ladybug. No one else must know our identities."

Cat Noir then states, "Well, in that case, I'm actually Adrien Agreste."

Ladybug's eyes widened in shock, knowing precisely what she called the son of Gabriel Agreste earlier that day due to having reached the end of her patience with Chloe and Sabrina.

Ladybug quickly says in response, "Well, nice to meet the son of Gabriel Agreste. But just so you know, I know the real Adrien Agreste deep down, wanting a warm home and a loving family because you don't know what really happened to your mother and your father's changed in a bad way. Correct me if I'm wrong, kitty."

Cat Noir replies back in a somber tone, "No, you got that right. But you see, my father's reputation as a fashion mogul who keeps his emotions in check has always had a firm clasp on me. Because of that, I feel like he's my puppetmaster, a ventriloquist waiting to cut my strings when I'm no longer of use. Even when I'm with friends that my father allows me to have because of his overly strict and controlling nature, I feel like my father's secretary and my bodyguard are watching me wherever I go. I feel like I have to be the perfect son for him all the time because I'm paranoid in the sense that I feel like he's watching my every move, waiting for some excuse to keep me at home so he can keep a closer eye on me."

Ladybug states in response, "Oh. I see. Rest assured, Cat, if you and I ever enter a relationship in the future, I'll make sure you're well-loved by my parents."

Cat Noir smiles and hugs Ladybug, causing her to hug him back.

Suddenly, the ground shakes. However, Ladybug and Cat Noir were hovering above the buildings, so they didn't feel the rumbling of the pavement.

Cat Noir and Ladybug see a building fall.

Ladybug growls, "RRRR. Let's go save Paris!"

The two Heroes of Paris fly off at a high rate of speed to the source of the disturbance, secretly observed by Steel Butterfly.

(Meanwhile, at the Parc des Princes stadium...)

The students have just finished with P.E. But then, Stoneheart appeared.

Stoneheart bellowed, "KIMMM! So, who's the wuss now?"

The mere sight of Stoneheart was more than enough to send the kids running in fear.

Stoneheart lands in front of Kim, and this causes Kim to flee, prompting Stoneheart to chase him.

When Kim trips and Stoneheart advances, Cat Noir's staff blocks him.

The black cat hero says, "Hey, it's not very nice to pick on people who are smaller than you."

Stoneheart replies ominously, "I guess you're talking about yourself."

After dodging two of Stoneheart's attacks, which consisted of Stoneheart trying to grab Cat Noir with his left fist and the cat hero clad in dark-colored battle armor managing to jump out of the way and Stoneheart trying to smash Cat Noir with his left hand, only to miss again, Cat Noir starts planning on how to take down the stone villain. Cat Noir was planning slowly and quickly all at once due to his own experiences of planning, thanks to his schedules provided by Nathalie.

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth monologues, "Everything's going according to plan. The Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses have been activated. Here come the new holders of the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses to save the day, and now my first supervillain will destroy them."

Back at the battle, after dodging another of Stoneheart's attacks, which meant Stoneheart tried to pound Cat Noir into the ground with his right fist, but Cat Noir dodged it, the armored cat hero manages to vault over the stone villain without hitting him and manages to get away as quickly as possible without getting hit himself.

Cat Noir's instincts had warned him of Stoneheart's greatest advantage: his size and super strength increases with each hit he takes.

Cat Noir asks aloud in a shouting tone to no one in particular, "Where are you, partner?!"

Cat Noir dodges yet another smash hit.

On top of part of the stadium, Ladybug was watching the whole thing with great interest, her newfound confidence and intuitive mind working its organic gears in her head.

Ladybug mutters to herself, "What could be useful in this one?"

Meanwhile, Stoneheart throws a net at Cat Noir, but the cat hero dodges the net.

Of course, the net was gonna hit the Ghost Punisher, but she just slices the net in half with her samurai sword.

Cat Noir looks so astonished that he fails to escape from Stoneheart's grasp.

Looking up at the armored ladybug hero, Ghost Punisher calls out, "What are you waiting for, super red bug? The world is watching from my camera drones!"

As Ladybug hears her own heartbeat, her armored mask morphs itself to match her expressions as she is filled with more courage and resolve than before.

She jumps in the air, activating her wings and her jetpack, and throws her yoyo at Stoneheart's legs while quipping, "Animal cruelty? How shameful!"

Ladybug pulls back on her yoyo, making Stoneheart trip while releasing Cat Noir.

Ghost Punisher states, "Yes! This is getting good!"

As Cat Noir stands up, Ladybug says to her partner, "We're not gonna make much headway because every time Stoneheart gets hit, he grows in size and strength."

Cat Noir then announces to his beloved opposite, "Well, I've noticed that his right hand is closed like the Russian dolls. He never opens his right hand because that's where his Akumatized object is. And apparently, if I use my Cataclysm on Stoneheart, I might end up accidentally destroying him as my Cataclysm can make any organic being petrified and their bodies will crumble to dust. Therefore, even if Stoneheart is returned to normal, whoever he really is would be turned to ashes."

Ladybug replies, "You're right! So let's be extra careful with our powers of creation and destruction. Lucky Charm!"

Ladybug's yoyo summons a wetsuit.

Looking around, Ladybug's Lucky Vision highlights Stoneheart's right fist, a nearby water tap, Ghost Punisher and the hose connected to the water tap.

Ladybug grabs the hose and ties it to the wetsuit. Then she ties Cat Noir's feet with her yoyo.

Ladybug states, "Don't resist. Trust me."

Ladybug spins Cat Noir around a few times to build up the releasing momentum as Cat Noir shouts, "This girl's crazy!"

Cat Noir gets thrown in Stoneheart's waiting left fist.

Ladybug flies in the air with the wetsuit as she taunts Stoneheart with, "Catch me if you can!"

Stoneheart fell for it hook, line and sinker as he drops his Akumatized object to catch Ladybug.

Succeeding in the first stage of her plan, Ladybug states, "And now... Ghost Punisher, the tap!"

Ghost Punisher goes to the water tap and turns it on. The water sprouts and inflates the wetsuit. Stoneheart lets go of Ladybug. Ladybug breaks the Akumatized object and slides her yoyo open as she says for the first time, "No more evildoing for you, little akuma. Time to deakumatize!" She swings the yoyo and catches the akuma. The yoyo snaps shut and traps the akuma in it, purifying it. Ladybug opens the yoyo and says, "Bye-bye, little butterfly."

Ladybug throws the deflated wetsuit in the air and cries out, "Miraculous Ladybug!"

The wetsuit becomes an enormous swarm of magic ladybugs that fly all across Paris, repairing the damages done by Stoneheart, healing anyone wounded by the stone monster and reviving anyone who actually died in the entire rampage.

Stoneheart is enveloped in a magical dark-purple ether once again, transforming back into Ivan Bruel.

Of course, some parts of Stoneheart's stone armor fell off him and landed on the ground as Cat Noir was released.

Then the rocks of stone armor disappear in a cloud of yellow and white smoke.

Cat Noir remarks in awe, "This girl is awesome. She's crazy awesome!"

Ladybug looks down at the Akumatized wad of paper reverting back to normal.

Ivan looks around and asks, "Whu-what's going on? What am I doing here?"

Cat Noir states to his partner, "You were awesome, Ladybug. You did it."

Ladybug replies, "No, we did it, partner."

The two first heroes of Paris bump fists and say in unison, "Pound it!"

Ladybug and Cat Noir look back at Ivan as he gets his bearings back.

Ladybug unwraps the crumpled up paper and reads it, " 'You haven't even got the guts to tell Mylene you love her, wuss.' "

Ivan clarified, "Kim wrote it. He's always making fun of me."

Ladybug comforts Ivan and says, "You know, you shouldn't get so bent out of shape about that. There's no shame in telling someone you love them, Ivan."

Ivan asks confusedly, "Hey, how do you know my name, miss?"

Ladybug replies without hesitation and without stuttering, "A mutual friend told me."

Just then, Ladybug, Cat Noir and Ivan notice Ghost Punisher returning to normal as her transformation wears off, revealing a purple, white and red butterfly multiplying itself to form a holographic head.

The head looked like a man wearing a helmet that combines design aspects of an armored full head mask with a butterfly-shaped visor and various depictions of The Shredder's helmet, but without the depictions of the Super Shredder's helmet.

The hologram says in a soft, booming voice sounding like two different Ghost Riders, "Ladybug, Cat Noir, listen carefully. I am Steel Butterfly."

Ladybug and Cat Noir ask in shock, "Steel Butterfly?!"

Unfazed, Steel Butterfly continues, "I'm here to help you two. The one responsible for turning Ivan Bruel into Stoneheart is the first villainous terrorist of Paris who calls himself Hawk Moth. Maybe this will suffice as to what he looks like?"

A holographic drone produces a hundred percent accurate holographic photo of what Hawk Moth normally looks like, giving Ladybug and Cat Noir a clear picture of what their enemy looks like.

Steel Butterfly continues, completely unaware of Alya still filming, "Basically, Hawk Moth's main power source is called the Moth Miraculous, also known as the Butterfly Miraculous. But the Butterfly Miraculous I have is radically different as it enables me to use multi-colored butterflies to create my heroic champions while Hawk Moth uses moths and/or pure white butterflies for his own purposes. Anyway, both the Butterfly and Moth Miraculouses have the ability to use energized butterflies and/or moths to grant people their own superpowers and make them devoted followers of the Lepidoptera species Miraculous users. In the right hands, the similarly different Miraculouses can create superheroes through positive emotions in the hands of someone like me. But in the hands of a madman like Hawk Moth, they can be used to instead create supervillains through negative emotions. The stronger the emotions of the recipient, the stronger their powers as a Tenshized superhero and as an Akumatized supervillain will become."

Taking this information to heart, Ladybug then states, "Thank you, Steel Butterfly. When can we meet?"

Steel Butterfly replies, "I'll meet you at the next Akuma attack. Just be on the lookout for a tall man clad in dark purple, lavender, black, burgundy red, indigo blue, pink, sea green, silver, and regular blue butterfly-themed and Shredder-inspired battle armor and wearing a jetpack with retractable butterfly wings. I gotta go now. My benefactor is waiting for me. Ta ta."

The tenshies purify themselves and fly off back to Steel Butterfly's lair.

Alya says while continuing to film Ladybug, "Uncanny, amazing, spectacular! Are you three gonna be protecting Paris from now on? How did you get your powers? Did you get stung by a radioactive ladybug? Oh, I've got tons of questions to ask you, uh, miss... uhhh..."

Ladybug replies, "Call me Ladybug! As for your questions, they will be answered once I have fully rested and recuperated. After all, I may have cool powers, but even I'm only human."

Ladybug and Cat Noir activate their jetpacks and their wings as they jump and blast off, their wings flapping and fluttering in the process.

Alya remarks, "Ladybug... Super awesome!"

In Marinette's room, Marinette and Tikki are watching the news report.

Nadia says on the TV, "So, thanks to this amateur footage, the Parisians now know the identities of their new heroes! As for this Steel Butterfly, he says he's gonna meet Ladybug and Cat Noir at the next akuma attack. More on that later on."

Marinette says happily, "I did it, Tikki!"

Tikki replies, "I know! I always knew you were up to it, Marinette. I'm so proud of you. And your parents are proud of you, too."

Just then, Sabine's voice called out, "Marinette! Tikki! Dinner time!"

As the Dupain-Chengs gather at their table for dinner while the TV plays in the background, Tikki decides to say something.

She says, "Sabine, Tom. I hate to say this, but part of me wishes that you never knew about Marinette's double life."

Slightly offended, Sabine asks, "Why not?"

Tikki replies, "Well, if you ever got kidnapped by anyone like a terrorist organization who wished to steal my Miraculous to hand it over to Hawk Moth just because they disagree with Marinette resisting Hawk Moth, they would force you to reveal Ladybug's real name to make things easier for them. And if you ever got Akumatized, Hawk Moth could easily force you to reveal Marinette's identity by inflicting pain on you. And that kind of superpower was originally meant to prevent Tenshized superheroes from going rogue and to ensure that they follow orders."

Sabine says warmly, "Rest assured, Tikki, Steel Butterfly and the Great Guardian of the Miraculouses left us some amnesia dust to temporarily wipe our memories of Marinette's identity in the event we ever get kidnapped or Akumatized."

This left Tikki relieved that Steel Butterfly had thought all about lots of contingency plans for every occasion.

But that didn't necessarily mean that Tikki was gonna completely agree with Master Fu's decision to let Steel Butterfly be the leader of any future team of heroes that involve her chosen as a member.

Meanwhile, in Adrien Agreste's bedroom at the Agreste Mansion, Adrien and Plagg are watching the news on their TV.

The Parisian Mayor, Andre Bourgeois, makes the following announcement, "I am pleased to announce that we will organize a huge celebration in honor of our city's new protectors. Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Steel Butterfly!"

Adrien says with a heart, "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, the only baker's daughter in Paris, is Ladybug. I can't wait to get to know her soon."

Just then, Plagg took in the smell of a handheld fruit bowl Adrien got from his luxurious room service, and takes a whiff before saying in a satisfied manner, "Mmm. What's this, kid? It smells good."

Smiling at his kwami's reaction, Adrien answers, "It's a handheld fruit bowl. My father's personal chef made all of this."

Plagg took a liking to the handheld fruit bowl, so he ate it's contents while making sure that he's taking it slow so as to not get hiccups.

Of course, Plagg stopped only once to drink some water and to assure Adrien that he wasn't gluttonous whatsoever, as even the kwami of destruction knew that gluttony was one of the seven deadly sins of mankind.

That meant that even kwamis believed in God as much as the majority of their owners in the past, the present day and the future, even if the remaining minority will be ostracized and outcaste by the majority who happen to be bullies of religious people.

Meanwhile, Steel Butterfly is telling Master Fu all about the fight against Stoneheart.

Master Fu gave his interdimensional protégé props for being honest and thorough with the details.

In particular, Master Fu was pleased to hear that his new chosen champions will meet his first one at the next Akuma attack tomorrow.

Of course, Steel Butterfly had another thing to say. He said, "Oh, and there's something you need to know. Ever since Marinette was six years old, she was physically and mentally trained in preparation for when she would receive the Ladybug Miraculous. Here's how it happened:"

(2007, Dupain-Cheng bakery, narrated by Steel Butterfly...)

Ever since Marinette turned six and was capable of learning how to keep secrets, trivial and personal, her parents told her about what will happen on the first day of school of this year, 2014.

At first, Marinette was not so excited about wielding magic jewelry to be a superhero as an older girl due to having grown up in a religious household.

But eventually, she conceded once she found out that it was her destiny, one that she couldn't back out from as such important matters of the future are extremely difficult and that attempting to avert such a destiny won't be so beneficial in the long run.

Marinette found out the easy way that if she didn't handle such big matters of the future carefully, the consequences will be most severe.

So, for the past seven years, Marinette was physically and mentally trained on the things she needed to learn before she entered the world of superheroes.

To start off, she was put on a strict nutritional diet and a rigorous exercise regiment.

Next, she was trained in acrobatic gymnastics and parkour maneuvers.

Then, she was trained to mentally resist the temptations of Hawk Moth's akumas.

Next, she was trained to keep her emotions in check to avoid getting Akumatized.

Then, she was trained to use her instincts to find out who might turn out to be good friends and who might not be. Especially if push comes to shove in the presence of a megalomaniacal liar.

Next, she was trained in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat.

Then, she was trained on how to use any melee or ranged weapon which is available to use.

Next-to-last, she was trained on how to communicate with angels through meditation, without magic.

And finally, she was trained to determine if someone is lying or not through common sense and foreknowledge of anything that the liar might be lying about.

(Meanwhile, back in the present day in third person...)

Master Fu and Wayzz were thoroughly shocked at the backstory of Marinette's training.

Oddly enough, they were also thoroughly impressed that Steel Butterfly, Tom and Sabine were thorough enough to prepare Marinette for her destiny.

Just then, Steel Butterfly got a buzzing notification on his latest invention: his Foreknowledge Alert Watch.

His watch informed him that Hawk Moth sent out another Stoneheart akuma, but he had it multiply so as to make Stoneheart clones.

Steel Butterfly leaves to warn Ladybug and Cat Noir discreetly by using messenger butterflies.

One of the messenger butterflies arrives at Marinette's place and flies through the window.

Just as Marinette was gonna shoo the butterfly, it spoke in bright plain English as it said, "Ladybug, I deliver a message from Steel Butterfly."

Completely taken by surprise, Marinette asks, "How did you speak English if you're a butterfly?"

The butterfly answers, "My master, Steel Butterfly, has granted me the ability to speak in English as his messenger boy. Or should I say, messenger butterfly? Heh heh. Anyway, Steel Butterfly brings you an urgent message. Somehow, Hawk Moth has managed to recreate Stoneheart's akuma and sent it to the Eiffel Tower to multiply and transform multiple Parisians into Stoneheart clones. The clones will remain frozen until the original Stoneheart is Akumatized again, and once that happens, the duplicates will serve as his army. We've already informed the mayor and the police, and Officer Roger Raincomprix wanted to bring Ladybug in for, and I quote, 'One of the greatest superhero failures of all time.' But of course, Steel Butterfly didn't like that one bit. So, as part of his many contingency plans, he intimidated Officer Raincomprix into leaving you and Cat Noir alone, unless he wanted his daughter to see him lose his job and rot in jail for threatening teenage superheroes, one of which who has been physically and mentally trained for the job at hand."

Marinette was growing increasingly livid at how Hawk Moth was fighting dirty and how Officer Raincomprix was about to have the Ladybug Miraculous taken away. But thankfully, she was calmed at the explanation of how Officer Raincomprix was intimidated into leaving her, Cat Noir and Steel Butterfly alone unless he wanted to lose his job and rot in jail.

Soon, the butterfly was on its way back to its master.

Marinette was left to her own thoughts and her own devices.

Marinette grumbled in her thoughts, "Hhhhaaaa. How many lives will Hawk Moth corrupt and destroy to achieve whatever megalomaniacal goals he has in mind? I can't risk my Miraculous and Cat Noir's Miraculous falling into Hawk Moth's hands or into the hands of someone twice as worse as him. I hate to admit it, but I have to comply with Steel Butterfly's orders, since he sounds and partially looks like he's older than Adrien and me. And who knows? Maybe I might learn something about Steel Butterfly's leadership position."

(Meanwhile, in Hawk Moth's lair in the present day...)

Hawk Moth monologues as he watches over the entirety of Paris from his window, "Ivan Bruel has a sensitive heart. It won't be long before anger and sadness strike again. Then I'll make his Akuma multiply and create Stoneheart's army. Then we'll see how long you and your new friends will remain hidden, Steel Butterfly, Ladybug and Cat Noir. Once I have your Miraculouses, you will be powerless against me. Everyone will be powerless against me! I will have absolute power! Mwahahahaha!"

As Hawk Moth laughs maniacally, Stoneheart's newly reakumatized akuma lands on the Eiffel Tower and multiples. Then they spread out, indiscriminately transforming anyone they come across into Stoneheart clones.

While watching the news, Sabine states worriedly, "Oh my!"

Marinette asks, "Hmmm?"

Nadia Chamack states while partially reading off the off-screen teleprompter, "Just as Paris is about to celebrate the appearance of our three new superheroes, a new wave of panic is sweeping across the capital as dozens of people are mysteriously transformed into stone monsters. They all look eerily the same as the original Stoneheart, no matter what they looked like before. It's simply unbelievable. These victims transformed into stone beings are frozen stiff, completely still like statues. The police are perplexed as to what will happen to them. Will they come back to life, or will they be frozen in time forever?"

Marinette silently grumbles as she realizes Steel Butterfly was right.

As Marinette went to sleep, she started to pray to God for a sign that wielding the Ladybug Miraculous will be beneficial in the long run or if it won't be.

The next day, at the TVi studios, Nadia Chamack is reporting the latest morning news.

Nadia states, "The stone beings are scattered all over Paris, and for the time being, they are showing no signs of movement." A variety of pictures is shown as the Stoneheart clones remain frozen stiff like statues, waiting for the primary Stoneheart to be reakumatized so they can awaken. Nadia continues, "Police have cordoned off the area."

Mayor Andre Bourgeois announces, "We won't stop until all of us and our heroes to get these people back to their normal selves, but for now, we're not making much headway."

Nadia finishes, "Paris is relying on our guardian angels, Ladybug, Cat Noir and Steel Butterfly, to save us all. Our lives depend on them."

Meanwhile, in the Dupain-Cheng apartment above their bakery, Marinette is standing next to her father, watching the news report on the TV while her father washes the dishes with Tikki's help.

Tom turns around and puts his arm around Marinette's shoulder as he says, "Listen, honey, I know how upsetting it is knowing that Hawk Moth is not gonna stop until he gets what he wants, but don't worry; we've got you and your new teammates looking out for Paris. And the best way to help you guys is to show you guys that we're not scared, because we trust you." Tom raises a fist and scrunches his face with confidence and faith.

Marinette asks sadly, "But what if we fail?" She looks down in shame.

Tom replies, "Then I'd come and save you." He holds a piece of long bread as a sword and finishes for dramatic emphasis, "Super Baker to the rescue!"

Marinette and Tikki giggle at Tom's antics. Marinette reaches up to peck her father on the cheek. She states, "Thanks, Super Dad!"

Marinette runs up to her room and grabs her purse. Pausing for a moment to look at her reflection in her vanity mirror, Marinette notices something odd. Upon looking closer, Marinette has just noticed she gained slightly bigger muscles and a developing six-pack. She pokes herself in the chest, unintentionally tickling herself. Deciding to never do that again, Marinette asks Tikki, "Will we meet Steel Butterfly soon enough?"

Tikki replies cheerfully, "I believe so. Until then, we will have to be patient. When the time is right, we will fight back at Stoneheart, his clones, and whatever Hawk Moth throws at us today and in the future."

Marinette exits the bakery and she takes off for school at best pace, having fifteen minutes before school starts.

(Meanwhile, in the Agreste Mansion...)

Nathalie is waiting for Adrien in the dining room.

Nathalie asks herself aloud, "Hmm, what's he doing?" The clock chimes once. Nathalie looks for Adrien in his room, only to find it empty. Nathalie calls out calmly, "Adrien?"

Near the staircase and entrance of the mansion, Nathalie and Gustav stand side-by-side. Gabriel stands above them on part of the stairway, and he is not happy.

Gabriel asks, "You didn't see him leave? If anything has happened to my son, you'll be held responsible!"

In the streets of Paris, Adrien is running to the school and away from his mansion.

Plagg remarks, "You're so desperate to escape your father's clutches, aren't you?"

Adrien replies, "You got that right, Plagg. I've had enough of being shut up at home by my dad. I want to meet people and make friends! I wanna go to a normal school like everyone else!"

Plagg states, "Well, if you ask me, I believe that children should have the opportunity to explore things about the part of the world they live in."

Adrien offers a smile to his kwami as he flies into Adrien's pocket.

(Meanwhile, at Francoise Dupont, Alya and Marinette are having a discussion about the Ladyblog.)

Alya states while handing her phone to Marinette, "The Ladyblog, bringing to you all the latest news about the coolest superhero in all of Paris, Ladybug! How awesome is that?!" She takes back her phone after Marinette finishes looking at the new Ladyblog. Alya finishes, "Check out the number of views I got since I posted the video!"

Marinette asks Alya a question that her parents and Tikki asked her last night that kept her awake for half an hour, "Alya. If you knew who Ladybug was, would you do the right thing and help protect her identity by any means necessary, even if she won't tell you whatsoever?"

Alya looks at her new best friend with a confused look, before understanding what she meant, albeit the same way that Marinette predicted. Then, Alya answered, "Of course I would, Marinette! After all, even though my goals as a reporter are simple, that doesn't change the fact that my extensive knowledge of superheroes has made me realize even Ladybug and Cat Noir's identities are extremely important. And I would've been in serious trouble if I ever posted the heroes' identities on my blog, as well. So, long answer short, yes, I would certainly do the right thing and help Ladybug hide her identity by any means necessary."

Marinette looks at Alya with a curious look, trying to discern if she's lying, until Marinette hears Alya's voice in her head say, "I don't know what Marinette's afraid of. Surely, if she could read my mind, she would know for sure that I'm not lying. Besides, as far as even Chloe Bourgeois knows, I hate liars."

Marinette whispers to herself as low as possible to prevent Alya from hearing, "I hate liars, too."

Next, Marinette asks Alya, "But seriously, why do you trust Ladybug so much? She wasn't informed by Steel Butterfly in time about Hawk Moth's contingency plan, even if Steel Butterfly had some sort of foreknowledge..."

Alya responds confidently, "It wasn't Steel Butterfly's fault if he forgot. Besides, Ladybug, Cat Noir, Steel Butterfly and whatever crew they have will handle the stone beings when the time is right."

Marinette asks, "But what if Ladybug's not really cut out to be a superhero, even though everyone thinks she is?"

Alya inquires in response, "What are you talking about, girl? Oh, wait. I know what this is about." Marinette gets flustered and scared about what Alya might say. But then, to her relief, Alya states, "You're scared of the whole thing. But don't worry, I've seen Ladybug with my own two eyes, girl! Ladybug is a true superheroine! She's going to protect us all! I believe in her, and if I were to know her identity at her deathbed, I would've wanted my final words to be this: 'Thank you, Ladybug. For everything.' "

As Marinette and Alya walk towards the inside of the school, the two girls notice a group of students gathered around Ivan. As Marinette and Alya got closer, the two girls realized they were talking to Ivan about the Stoneheart incident yesterday.

One of the students, Alix Kubdel, asked Ivan in a concerned manner, "So, you really don't remember anything?"

Another of the girls, Juleka Couffaine, said to Ivan, "You were totally going ballistic, Ivan. It was so cool!"

Kim, fully recovered from his first near-death experience, explained to Ivan, "Yeah, and I will say this, it was intense, dude. You were seriously out to crush me, dude!"

Ivan said apologetically, "Oh, I'm sorry... I wasn't myself..."

Just then, one of the math teachers came up and said, "You're not at fault, Ivan. Whoever did this will get what's coming to them, one way or another."

Just as Chloe was about to say something along the lines of "Once a monster, always a monster," a look at Alya's eyes glowing orange and red signified to Chloe that she better practice what she preaches, or else the consequences will be severe and DEADLY.

In short, Chloe came up to Ivan and hugged him as much as she could muster, much to the surprise of everyone in the school.

Meanwhile, in Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth was fuming about how Ivan's positive emotions were negating his negative emotions. Especially because Chloe was amplifying Ivan's positive emotions a notch. But he was not giving up just yet. He knows that Ivan will become negative once again. And when he does, Stoneheart and his army will get him the chance to make Ladybug and Cat Noir surrender their Miraculouses. And if this so-called Steel Butterfly is coerced into surrendering as well, that'll be Hawk Moth's bonus. Thus showing that starting now in his quest to revive his wife, Gabriel Agreste is starting to become more and more power-hungry and will not hesitate to obtain more powers, regardless of whether or not it's part of his goals.

Meanwhile, outside the school, Adrien runs up the steps to the front door. Exiting his bodyguard's car once again, Nathalie tries to stop Adrien yet again.

Nathalie protests, "Adrien! Don't do this! Your father will be furious!"

Adrien replies with a lion snarl, "You're too late!"

He runs inside as Nathalie sighs disappointedly.

Inside the school, Alya was talking to Chloe. Alya asked Chloe, "How'd you know how to comfort an Akuma victim without having to say anything?"

Chloe answered truthfully, "I may not have the experience to comfort someone in a situation involving some sort of magic-abusing terrorist. But I used to be experienced in comforting upset young kids at my age in the past, especially a childhood friend of mine who had bad nightmares from time to time. But thankfully enough, some big butterfly man in colorful Shredder-looking battle armor taught me how to comfort an Akuma victim. The experience is well worth it, even if I have little experience in such an endeavor."

Alya took in this information as she watched Marinette signal her that Chloe was indeed telling the truth.

Alya then asks, "Did this butterfly man in Shredder-looking colorful battle armor have a name?"

Chloe replies with two words: "Steel Butterfly."

Just then, Adrien came up to Chloe, as they had been childhood friends, even before Chloe recently became a heart of gold in the first stages of her own character development. Even if Adrien didn't know about the pseudo-Penance Stare experience Chloe went through yesterday.

Adrien's first words were, "Hey, Chloe!"

Chloe whipped around and said in response, "Adrien! You came!"

As the two childhood friends hugged each other, other students rushed towards him and shouted in recognition.

Outside the school, Nathalie gets back into the car, and says to Gustav, "I'll handle it." Then the car drives off.

Meanwhile, Marinette went to the locker room, and she sees Ivan sitting on the ground, successfully attempting to meditate with his headphones playing some calming music.

Marinette states, "You know, you should tell Mylene how you feel about her."

Ivan trails off as he nervously replies, "I... don't know what you're talking about."

Marinette states in response, "Come on, I saw the way you looked at her." Ivan looks down again. Marinette continues, "No! No negative emotions, Ivan. You're only gonna get yourself Akumatized again. Besides, what I meant is be positive. I'm sure Mylene has feelings for you, too. Go talk to her."

Ivan replies, "I'm no good with words, anyway."

Marinette says, "But... who needs words? You could draw her a picture, send her flowers..."

Ivan finishes, "I could... write her a song?"

Marinette replies, "That's a great idea! What girl wouldn't want a love song written especially for her? Go for it, Ivan. Stay positive and practice your singing voice so you can try not to sing too loud. You might scare Mylene away if you sing too loud."

Ivan states, "I'll try." He then runs off excited.

Marinette made her way back to Ms. Bustier's classroom.

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth snarls, "Negative emotions... They're fading! Ughhhh..."

As Adrien and Chloe made their way to Ms. Bustier's classroom, several students had their autographs signed by Adrien, even though he hates signing autographs.

In Ms. Bustier's classroom, Chloe showed Adrien his new seat next to the bench Marinette and Alya were sharing yesterday.

Chloe said with a bubbly voice, "Trust me, Adrien. You're gonna love Marinette and Alya!"

Adrien froze as he asked Chloe, "Wait. Did you say 'Marinette', as in Marinette Dupain-Cheng?"

Chloe gazed at Adrien suspiciously, wondering how her first childhood friend could've known her former enemy.

This caused several other students in the room to look at Adrien with widened eyes and gaping mouths, something that Adrien wasn't gonna be comfortable with for as long as he can remember.

Chloe answered, and with her own question, "Yes. Do you actually know her?"

Adrien answered shyly, "Yeah, I might've ran into her yesterday while she was at the Louvre after the Stoneheart incident, attempting to find new ideas for her next fashion designing project. Although, I believe my father will like her, as she wants to be a fashion designer, like Dad."

Thankfully, it wasn't a total lie, as yesterday, Ladybug was indeed looking for new inspiration for her latest design while the city was taking a breather before the Stoneheart clones came to be. Cat Noir was so impressed with how Marinette's fashion designs looked that he taught her some tips on how to recognize anything wrong with the design and stitching patterns, due to his years of modeling for his father's fashion brand and studying fashion design part-time.

Just then, Nino Lahiffe came up to the two and said, "You must be Adrien Agreste. I'll have you know, dude, any friend of Marinette is a friend of mine. Name's Nino Lahiffe."

After introductions were made, Adrien spotted Chloe, Sabrina and the rest of the students cleaning every desk with disinfecting sprays and disinfecting wipes.

Adrien asked Chloe, "Chloe, are you and the others sure you have to clean the desks? Shouldn't that be left for the janitor?"

Chloe answered truthfully, "Adrien, you may not realize it, but these days, even our teacher, Ms. Bustier, turned out to be big germaphobes over the years. That's mostly because the previous janitors were mentally challenged to the point where they don't clean the classrooms thoroughly enough. And besides, even Ms. Bustier wants to help prevent the spread of germs and any rodent or cockroach infestations. After all, you don't want to see Marinette getting a stomach bug that causes her to get dehydrated for three days, do you?"

As much as Adrien hated to admit it, Chloe was right.

The very thought of seeing his new friend and his crime-fighting partner very ill caused Adrien to visibly shudder.

As Marinette and Alya were walking into Ms. Bustier's classroom, Marinette whisper asked Alya, "Would you willingly take an opportunity to get turned into the Ghost Punisher again if you were granted the opportunity?"

Alya whisper answered, "Totally! I'm not scared of anyone!"

Soon as the two girls entered the classroom, Marinette spotted Adrien literally disinfecting her desk.

Marinette asks Adrien, causing him to look at her, "Excuse me. Why are you disinfecting my desk?"

Adrien answers, "To make sure you don't contract any germs."

Then, something in both Marinette and Adrien's minds clicked.

They each realized almost immediately that the person looking at them is their crime-fighting partner.

Marinette realized she was looking at Adrien Agreste, who's secretly her partner, Cat Noir. At the same time, Adrien realized he was looking at Marinette Dupain-Cheng, who's secretly his partner, Ladybug.

Ten seconds of silence later, Marinette and Adrien hugged each other like they didn't see each other in a long time.

This left the students and even an entering Ms. Bustier with widened eyes and gaping mouths.

(Meanwhile, in the locker room, at the door to the girls' bathroom...)

Mylene Haprele, one of the more fit girls in the school, was rushing out of the girls' bathroom because she was gonna be late due to her being in the bathroom for an extended period of time because of indigestion.

Mylene was stating fretfully, "Oh, no. I'm gonna be late."

Unbeknownst to Mylene, Ivan was waiting outside to ask her if it's okay for him to walk her to the class.

Soon as Mylene saw Ivan, Mylene exclaims, "Gah! Ivan, don't startle me like that."

Ivan says sheepishly, "Sorry."

Mylene looked at Ivan and asked him, "Ivan, what are you doing here?"

Ivan replies, "I wanted to know if it's okay with you for me to walk you to class."

Mylene states in response, "Ivan, it's okay. I'm aware that you love me."

Ivan asked confusedly, "How did you know?"

Mylene replies, "In addition to teaching me on the fine arts of being an actor, my father also taught me how to read someone's facial expressions to determine their thoughts and motives. So, yes, you can walk me to class."

Pushing aside the explanation for now, Ivan walked with Mylene to Ms. Bustier's classroom. Soon enough, Ivan started singing his love song, being careful not to be too loud and shrilly.

Mylene pecks Ivan on the cheek.

(Meanwhile, in Hawk Moth's lair...)

Hawk Moth was still fuming over how Ivan is still not experiencing negative emotions.

Hawk Moth was closer to losing his temper.

But instead of taking his anger out on anything, he decided to wait until Ivan actually experiences negative emotions.

And then, his patience paid off as he detects negative emotions Ivan was secretly holding in.

Hawk Moth deduced that the reason was because one of the older students, Megan Weissman, teased Ivan over whether or not Ivan and Mylene were gonna turn into stone monsters right about now.

As it just so happens from what Hawk Moth could garner, Megan was in Ms. Bustier's class not only as a student, but also as an assistant student counter.

Hawk Moth says darkly and excitedly, "Yes. This is what I've been waiting for. You know the way to the school, my evil Akuma. Track down your prey! Fly away and Akumatize Ivan once again!"

The original akuma held in Hawk Moth's cane exits it and flies out the window.

Hawk Moth is guffawing evilly, completely unaware that Steel Butterfly and their crew had already warned the police and their allies in advance about the situation. Anonymously, of course.

At the same time, Steel Butterfly chose to give Officer Raincomprix a little warning. Steel Butterfly warned Officer Raincomprix that if he says anything negative and rude to Ladybug and Cat Noir for any reason, especially if it involves Raincomprix saying "I have a new plan, unlike you! Move aside and let the pros do their thing. You've already failed once," then Steel Butterfly won't hesitate to imprison Roger and send him to Hell for the next forty-five years. Steel Butterfly backed up his claims by opening a hole to Hell by utilizing his energized butterflies. Thus, this showed how serious Steel Butterfly really was.

Suffice to say, this got Officer Raincomprix a little nervous, as he didn't know that Ladybug and Cat Noir succeeded the first time around, with years of physical and mental training.

(Meanwhile, back at Francoise Dupont...)

The Akuma infects Ivan's paper of song lyrics, and the telepathic connection between Stoneheart and Hawk Moth is reestablished.

Hawk Moth's disembodied voice says, "This is your second chance, Stoneheart. And this time, you have extra help. No one will stop you from capturing the love of your life. And no one will ever tease you again. Just remember, I'll need something in return."

Soon, Ivan is once again covered in the all too familiar dark purple magic ether, and Stoneheart emerges once again. Stoneheart opens his eyes, causing all of his clones to come back to life across the city.

Mylene saw what was happening and decided to flee, knowing that Stoneheart would've tried to take her hostage.

Outside, Mylene was thankful that she had years of exercise and sports training to help her shed much weight. However, before she could get far enough, Steel Butterfly and his crew came to her.

Mylene asked fearfully, "Are you here to help return Ivan to normal?"

Steel Butterfly answers, "That's part of the reason why I'm here. Some associates of mine wish to see the man responsible for Ivan's two Akumatizations being thrown in jail. But don't worry. I have a plan. But we're gonna need your help."

Meanwhile, in Ms. Bustier's classroom, Ms. Bustier is checking her student attendance.

Ms. Bustier asks, "Agreste, Adrien?"

Nino quietly reminds Adrien, "You say 'present' to signify that you're here."

Adrien replies to Ms. Bustier, "Uh, present!"

All the other students start laughing. Even Ms. Bustier seems to think Adrien answering the roll call attendance was a little funny.

Ms. Bustier calls for the next student on the attendance sheet, "Bourgeois, Chloe?"

Chloe answers, "Present."

Ms. Bustier calls for the next name on the sheet, "Bruel, Ivan?"

Suddenly, the re-Akumatized Stoneheart breaks down the door, and enters while saying mockingly, "Present! Megan?"

Chaos erupted, indirectly causing Marinette and Adrien to run out the classroom, specifically for the purpose of giving the two heroes time to transform.

Not noticing the absence of anyone in the room, Stoneheart grabs Megan in his right hand.

Shirley shouts in pain from Stoneheart's grip, "Let go of me, Ivan!"

Stoneheart replies darkly, "I'm not Ivan anymore. I'm Stoneheart."

Megan asks Stoneheart in fear despite subconsciously knowing the answer, "Why are you doing this?"

Stoneheart answers, "So as to make sure you never tease me about being a rock monster again. What was it some people with a zero villain tolerance attitude used to say? Oh, yeah: ' "Once a villain, always a villain!" ' Well, I'm making that phrase a lot more literal!"

Chloe calls her father on her phone and says hurriedly, "Daddy, the monster is back! Steel Butterfly's warning is already happening as we speak!"

Stoneheart grabs Chloe with his left hand, thankful he doesn't have an Akumatized object to hold in his hands at all times.

Stoneheart starts looking around for Mylene, but deduces that she must be close by. Stoneheart takes the two girls with him as he breaks a wall and jumps out of the school.

Megan shouts, "Put us down, Ivan!"

Alya calls out to Marinette, "Come on! Let's follow him!"

Marinette retorts, "And risk getting squashed underfoot? Hell no! I'd rather hide long enough to wait for the crisis to be over."

Alya replies pesterly, "Girl, you're gonna miss Ladybug in action!"

Marinette says in response, "Whoever Steel Butterfly is, he'll give me a nice front row seat to see Ladybug in action."

Alya replies back, "If you say so!"

Alya sprints out of the school, making sure to take her bag with her.

Marinette comes up to Ms. Bustier and states, "Don't worry, Ms. Bustier; I'll make sure to do any assignments due tomorrow just in case the school undergoes extensive repairs."

Marinette sprints towards the girls' bathroom to transform.

(Meanwhile, in the locker room, at Adrien's open locker...)

Adrien complains out loud, "My first day of school and I don't even make it past roll call."

Plagg remarks seriously, "On a slight downside, you'll be given homework and your father will be checking on you through Nathalie to make sure you're doing your assignments."

Adrien states in response, "We'll worry about that later. Plagg, Claws Out!"

Meanwhile, outside the school, Stoneheart is still holding Megan and Chloe captive.

Chloe snarls dangerously, "You have no idea who you're dealing with. My daddy, the mayor, will bring in the police, the army, the entire cavalry!"

Cat Noir, after analyzing his strategy, swoops in, takes Chloe out of Stoneheart's hand, and flies out of Stoneheart's attack range.

Cat Noir inquires Chloe sarcastically and rhetorically, "And what part of the 'cavalry' doesn't involve superheroes?"

Chloe, knowing a rhetorical question when she sees one, dared not to answer.

Stoneheart roars out and shouts with Cat Noir and Chloe still in earshot, "Ugh! You wanted the cavalry?! Well, here it is!" Soon, Cat Noir's extra-sensory ability to detect every form of danger in all directions, no matter the distance, ringed in his human and cat ears, causing him to steer his flight upwards.

This causes the Stoneheart clones to smash into each other without getting bigger or stronger.

Stoneheart growls in frustration and vents out loud, "The heroes can fly! That's not fair! No matter." Stoneheart continues walking to his destination, the Eiffel Tower, with Megan still in one hand.

Megan asks Stoneheart while being careful with name addressing, "Stoneheart! Where are we going?"

Stoneheart answers, "To the Eiffel Tower to deliver a message. Then, Mylene and I will be brought together forever by a pretty black butterfly."

Chloe decides to stay quiet, knowing that if it comes down to it, she'll face the consequences for her actions in the afterlife with dignity. Humbled and humiliated enough to possibly ask for God to give her a second chance through rebirth in the past.

Stoneheart notices Chloe's silenceness and decides not to comment on it.

Meanwhile, Alya is running to the Eiffel Tower, all the while taking the time to assess her strengths and weaknesses.

As Alya was going over her recently-discovered strengths and weaknesses, she managed to learn from a little colorful butterfly that the heroes were on their way and that the confrontation with Hawk Moth was upon them. Albeit the butterfly decided to leave out the detail of Hawk Moth's terrorist identity so that Hawk Moth can introduce himself when the time is right.

Cat Noir calls out, "If you can hear me, Ladybug, I could use a little help!"

Alya whispers to herself, "What's she waiting for?"

Meanwhile, Ladybug watches from a high perch. She sees one of the stone beings knock over a car. Ladybug sees the car about to hit Alya. Suddenly, Alya lets out a scream that turns into a demonic roar as she becomes the Ghost Punisher again.

As soon as she gets trapped, Ghost Punisher's demon flames cause the car to melt into a pile of goo.

Cat Noir is amazed as he hovers in the air via his winged jetpack.

Cat Noir and Ghost Punisher fly up to where Ladybug is.

Ladybug asks, "How did you become the Ghost Punisher in the first place?"

Ghost Punisher replies in her demonic voice, "I was granted my powers by Steel Butterfly. He also granted me my powers to forcefully give Chloe a reality check about the consequences of her actions."

Ladybug hummed as Cat Noir stated seriously, "Well, at least Chloe doesn't need to worry about anyone ostracizing her because of her previous actions or past friendships."

Ladybug remarked, "Your seriousness is astounding. But it could use a few notches taken out."

Ladybug and Ghost Punisher start flying, Ghost Punisher utilizing her new flaming metal bat wings to fly.

Cat Noir follows them and asks while gesturing to the Stoneheart clones, "Hey, aren't we gonna take care of them?"

Ladybug opens her yoyo and uses it like a phone to see the news footage of the original Stoneheart being taken from a news helicopter.

Ladybug replies, "No. If we wanna save them all, then we go to the source. That one!"

Ladybug looks ahead at the original Stoneheart at the Eiffel Tower as the three heroes make their way to the famous monument.

As the heroes are continue to their destination, Stoneheart stands on the Eiffel Tower, with the police surrounding him.

Andre Bourgeois speaks to Stoneheart through a megaphone, "I demand my employee's safe return!"

Megan shouts, "Mr. Mayor!"

Stoneheart replies darkly, "You know what? You're welcome to have her back! Huh!" Stoneheart throws Megan towards the ground.

Megan silently prays for anyone to save her, along with the genuine promise to never tease anyone again and to be nicer when it comes to rubbing people the right way, with and without humor. Just moments before Megan hits the ground, Ladybug's yoyo catches her.

Soon as Ladybug sets Megan on the ground as gently as possible, Ghost Punisher says to Megan, "Your prayer has been heard. Now, practice what you preach if you wish not to be murdered by any more Akumatized villains."

Megan shivers before nodding.

Just as Roger Raincomprix was about to disregard Steel Butterfly's warning from earlier and from yesterday, a glance at Ghost Punisher's eye sockets glowing a combination of orange and red, as well as a demonic growl coming from her bare skeletal mouth was all that Ghost Punisher needed to remind Raincomprix to shut his mouth and to make sure he knows about what happens to anyone who chooses to ignore Steel Butterfly's warnings. Especially since his powers list also includes the powers and abilities of even angels and demons and that he could use them, with his butterflies and without them.

Soon enough, Roger Raincomprix was ordered by Mayor Bourgeois to stand down, much to Raincomprix's displeasure.

Cat Noir, on the other hand, could've sworn he heard Ghost Punisher quietly laughing maniacally.

(Cat Noir's POV...)

Just as we were about to discuss our next move, Stoneheart coughs and spits out a swarm of akumas that form Hawk Moth's face.

Hawk Moth's impromptu hologram began his message with, "People of Paris, listen carefully. I am Hawk Moth."

We all exclaimed in unison, "So that's Hawk Moth!"

Hawk Moth's hologram finished as he said, "Ladybug, Cat Noir, give me the ladybug earrings and the black cat ring now. You've done enough damage to these innocent people! Oh, and tell your friends to walk away while they still can. They have no business here!"

Just as Ladybug was about to ask me to help her with the hologram made of akumas just because the two of us can purify akumas, something happened. Me, Ladybug, Ghost Punisher, the people gathered at the tower and Hawk Moth suddenly heard some 1970s Superman theme music playing.

As the music gets a tad louder for everyone to hear, the source of the music seems to get closer. And then, when the three of us looked up, everyone else looked up to see some sort of armored half-human, half-butterfly hybrid flying overhead while humming the Superman theme out loud as flying radio drones play the music. Whoever this was, he was humming the Superman theme song at the same time as the flying radio drones playing the music.

The armored butterfly superhuman was clad in a form-fitting suit of metallic armor faintly resembling many different forms of Hawk Moth that we may not have seen just yet. That is, if he ever thought of using body armor for his transformations. The rest of his armor resembled many different forms of The Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, ranging from comic book iterations to concept arts to animated cartoons to even live action blockbuster movies. Such cartoon iterations of his Shredder-inspired armor happens to include elements of the armors worn by the Utrom Shredder, the Karai Shredder in the male version, the Demon Shredder, the Tengu Shredder and the Cyber Shredder. Meanwhile, his armor was also using design elements of The Shredder's mechanized armor from the 2014 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. As for the man's armored helmet and mask combination, it looked like a combination of Hawk Moth's mask with the butterfly visor, but with added burgundy-red and with a tear-shaped dark blue peacock feather-like cocktail mask with bright purple mark in the center and a brilliant scarlet translucent eyehole over his right eye. And the entire helmet ensemble shared design elements from many depictions of The Shredder's helmet. Except for depictions of the Super Shredder's helmet. On top of that, his armored back also had retractable metallic butterfly wings attached to a jetpack that would help him fly in the air in case his wings aren't powerful enough, or in case they're too weakened to help him fly in the air on his own. At the same time, his wings also looked like they could help him fly in case his jetpack is damaged, running low on fuel or completely out of fuel. To top it off, he was holding in a holster on his back a cane swordstick which was as tall as this guy was, and a combat hand fan covered in metal plates. As for the cane swordstick, it looks like every version of Hawk Moth's cane swordstick, even from a burgundy-red version of Hawk Moth and a Hawk Moth transformed with both the Moth Miraculous and a "Peacock Miraculous." At least, that's what we were shown yesterday. As for the combat hand fan, it looked like a combination of a Japanese hand fan covered in peacock feathers and April O'Neil's tessan from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. As for the colors of this butterfly man's battle armor, they were dark purple, lavender, black, burgundy red, indigo blue, pink, sea green, silver, and regular blue. Lastly, his wings and his jetpack were purple and red.

Chloe asks, "Is that Steel Butterfly?"

Mayor Bourgeois confirmed it, as he had met Steel Butterfly years ago.

As Steel Butterfly lowers himself just enough for everyone to get a close look at his armor and his winged jetpack, Steel Butterfly shouted to the hologram, "NICE TRY, HAWK MOTH! BUT WE HAVE ALREADY KNOWN WHO THE REAL BAD GUY IS FROM THE BEGINNING! REVERSING THE ROLES HAS NEVER WORKED IN THE PAST, IT NEVER WORKED IN THE LONG RUN IN MOST COMIC BOOKS, AND IT AIN'T GONNA WORK TODAY! NOT NOW, NOT EVER!"

Hawk Moth's hologram retorts, "You have no idea why I'm really doing this!"

Steel Butterfly replies loud enough for everyone to hear, "See, that's where you're wrong, Hawk Moth! I know why you really want Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses! You want to conjointly use them so you can access their ultimate power and speak a special incantation to be granted a reality-altering wish to revive your dearest wife from her endless slumber! And yet, you chose to ignore the fact that there's an equivalent exchange drawback that could cost you your son's life! I triple dog dare you to correct me, you piece of s***!"

We all gasped in shock at Steel Butterfly's choice of words.

Hawk Moth's hologram states, "As long as I get what I want, nothing else matters!"

Steel Butterfly says in response, "And that is why you'll lose!"

Ladybug interjects while clapping her hands slowly and sarcastically, "I'm gonna say this right now, Hawk Moth: Steel Butterfly's right. Without you, none of these innocent victims would be transformed into villains. Hawk Moth, no matter how long it takes, we will find you, and YOU will hand us YOUR Miraculous!"

Steel Butterfly shouts to his radio drone, "CUE THE MUSIC!"

This time, the radio drone plays the 1980s RoboCop theme as Steel Butterfly hovers in front of Hawk Moth's hologram.

Steel Butterfly starts spinning around in a tornado-like fashion with his wings flowing and crackling with magic electricity as he hovers in front of the akuma-based hologram and shouts, "TIME TO DEAKUMATIZE!"

Steel Butterfly spins in a zigzag omnidirection as his wings and his power-infused hands purify the akumas, one magic-infused butterfly at a time while simultaneously transforming them into his angelic servants.

Everyone downstairs, Ladybug and myself included, were astonished at what Steel Butterfly did. He literally purified those akumas and transformed them into... TENSHIES.

Steel Butterfly declares to the audience, "Let me make this promise to you, people of Paris. No matter who wants to harm you, my crew and myself, Steel Butterfly, will do everything in our power to keep you safe! BUT, should Hawk Moth spill any innocent blood in his goals, especially in the form of mass murder, he will suffer the consequences by my hand and BY THE POWER OF GOD!"

(Third person POV...)

Everyone in Paris started to cheer, even Steel Butterfly's recently-arrived crew.

Steel Butterfly floats down to his two new friends and lands, showing them how tall he really is compared to Hawk Moth.

Ladybug holds out her right armored hand and she and Steel Butterfly shake hands, causing everyone else to cheer even more.

Just then, Mylene comes running over and asks Steel Butterfly, "Time for Plan B?"

Steel Butterfly's only reply in one word was, "Definitely."

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth was fuming over how his plan to "reverse the roles" and make the heroes surrender had just failed. Hawk Moth's exact words for the moment were, "AGH! That's the problem with superheroes! They're too... heroic and they choose not to let the bad guys win!" Hawk Moth sends another telepathic message to Stoneheart, "Stoneheart, they're trying to take your loved one away from you. You must snatch their Miraculouses so they will be powerless against you!"

Stoneheart replies, "Okay, Hawk Moth."

Stoneheart gets back up.

Soon as Ladybug and Cat Noir fly up to him, Stoneheart bellows out, "Give me Mylene! Come to me, my stone beings!"

Soon, Stoneheart's army of clones start climbing up the Eiffel Tower.

Cat Noir gapes and states, "We're surrounded! What do we do now? We know we can't attack Stoneheart without him getting bigger and stronger."

Steel Butterfly teleports and replies, "Yes, but we know where his new akuma is, same as the last one."

Cat Noir remarks, "In his clenched fist. So..."

Steel Butterfly finishes, "So, we know he's in love with Mylene. I happen to have a plan. We'll bring them closer together. They're literally made for each other. Thing is, they don't know it just yet."

Soon as Steel Butterfly's wings started flapping to initiate take-off, Cat Noir stated, "Um, okay. I'm following you and I trust you." He looks at the "camera" as he finishes, "Something tells me this is how it's gonna be from here on out."

Cat Noir flies via his jetpack and manages to get to the balcony part of the tower.

Steel Butterfly and Ladybug managed to land on the very top of the tower, with Mylene being flown by Corvo, one of Steel Butterfly's crew members.

Mylene screams, "This better be worth it! I'm scared of heights!"

Corvo replies, "This'll be worth it!"

Stoneheart lets out a roar that shakes the tower and causes the heroes to cover their ears in pain, with Corvo holding onto Mylene tightly.

Cat Noir manages to dodge a stony hand from one of the clones.

Cat Noir calls out, "How do you plan on getting them closer than they already are?!"

Ladybug calls out, "By using our powers! LUCKY CHARM!"

Soon as Ladybug's yo-yo worked its magic, a ladybug-patterned parachute appears and lands on her armored hands.

Cat Noir gets thrown by a stone being, only to get himself above the Stoneheart clones.

Cat Noir calls out, "You sure you know what you're doing?!"

Ladybug replies, "We'll find out soon enough!"

Ladybug tosses her yoyo and manipulates it into tying up Stoneheart's hand.

Ladybug calls out, "His hand! Get ready!"

Ladybug starts pulling Stoneheart's hand and Corvo brings Mylene to Stoneheart. Mylene kisses Stoneheart. Stoneheart tries to grab Mylene, only to drop the Akumatized song lyric paper. Corvo manages to get away with Mylene in hand. Cat Noir flies towards the paper and hits it with his baton like a baseball bat, forcing the paper up to Ladybug's waiting hand.

Ladybug remarks, "Home run!" She breaks the paper, freeing the Akuma. She slides open her yoyo and says, "No more evil-doing for you, little Akuma. Time to deakumatize-huh?"

Ladybug sees Stoneheart revert back to normal, falling down from the tower.

Ladybug flies down to Ivan and says, "Cat Noir, take care of Ivan!"

Raising his right hand, Cat Noir calls out, "Cataclysm!"

He uses his Cataclysm on the Eiffel Tower, making part of it fall off. He slides on it and rescues Ivan while Ladybug captures the Akuma.

Ladybug calls out, "Gotcha!" She activates the parachute, descending to the ground safely with the aid of her jetpack. She opens the yoyo and releases the purified butterfly while saying, "Bye-bye, little butterfly." Ladybug grabs the Lucky Charm object into the air and shouts, "Miraculous Ladybug!" The magic ladybugs restore the damage done by Stoneheart and his clones, and reverting the Stoneheart clones back to normal people.

Cat Noir asks in awe, "Whoa. Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"

Ladybug answers truthfully, "Yeah. It's beautiful and amazing. It's... uh... miraculous!"

Meanwhile, in his lair, Hawk Moth was fuming about his second failure in a row. His precise words were, "This is just the beginning, Steel Butterfly. You, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and your new crew may have won this battle, but I will win the war. I will get your Miraculouses! I will get the absolute power! And then, my secret dream will come true!"

Soon after Ivan and Mylene resolved to never get themselves Akumatized again and embraced their feelings for each other, the heroes gathered around.

Ladybug remarks, "Oh, they're so made for each other."

Cat Noir remarks, "Like Marinette and Adrien are."

Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses alert them they have ten minutes left, much to their confusion.

Tikki and Plagg telepathically inform their owners that they upgraded the timers just in case they had unfinished business to take care of.

Ladybug looks over at Steel Butterfly and asks him, "Hey, how come your timer isn't blinking?"

Steel Butterfly answers, "One, I didn't use any of my special powers yet. And two, I'm an adult Miraculous user. Adult Miraculous users can stay transformed for extended periods of time after using their powers, in addition to being able to use their powers an unlimited number of times."

Ladybug lets out an "Ohh. I see."

Soon, Steel Butterfly, Ladybug, Cat Noir and Steel Butterfly's crew depart.

Meanwhile, outside the school, Marinette and Alya are chatting.

Alya stated, "So, by the time I was reverted to normal, it was already over. I don't remember anything about what happened and I'm way bummed."

Marinette's response was, "Not to worry. You'll get your scoop eventually."

Alya states coyly, "You're right. Next target: Steel Butterfly and Ladybug, an exclusive interview!"

Marinette remarks, "Ooh. Sounds exciting."

Alya replies, "Oh, wait! Even better: finding out who's really behind those masks of theirs."

Marinette sternly asks in response, "You do realize that you're starting to act like Lois Lane and J. Jonah Jameson in terms of wanting to find out the heroes' identities without regard for the consequences, right?"

Alya looks at Marinette in confusion as Marinette continued, "Besides, earlier today, you said so yourself that even though your goals as a reporter are simple, that doesn't change the fact that your extensive knowledge of the world of superheroes has made you realize even Ladybug and Cat Noir's identities are extremely important. And you would've been in serious trouble if you ever posted the heroes' identities on your blog, as well. If you want to keep yourself out of trouble, if you want to prevent Hawk Moth from coming after you, if you want to avoid being grounded for life, you should practice what you preach. Especially in regards to your desire to be a reporter."

Alya looks lost in thought at the explanation as she considers Marinette's words.

Meanwhile, in the Agreste car, Gabriel says to Adrien, "You disobeyed me, Adrien. Take a look at that school."

Adrien looks at Francoise Dupont.

Adrien says dejectedly, "Yes, Father."

Gabriel continues, "You will never, I say, never go back there again..."

Adrien states, "Father, no."

Gabriel finishes, "...without your bodyguard. He will drop you off and pick you up every day. Nathalie has offered to organize for you a new schedule. You'll be continuing your music, Chinese, and fencing classes, and your photoshoots."

Adrien thanks both his father and Nathalie, then gets out of the car.

In Ms. Bustier's classroom, Marinette and Alya sit behind Nino as Chloe and Sabrina come in the classroom with expressions on their faces that look like a cat got the cream.

Adrien comes in and waves at Marinette, causing her to wave back.

Much later, it's raining outside the school, as Steel Butterfly has previously predicted when his crew asked him for a weather report.

Marinette feels the rain with her hand.

Miguel Guevara, the civilian alter ego of the now famous Steel Butterfly, holds in his hand a spare raincoat with a hood for Marinette.

He hands it to Marinette, who gingerly puts it on.

Marinette states, "Thank you, sir."

His voice normal without the voice modulator, Miguel says in response, "You're very welcome. You most certainly don't want to end up with a cold, Ladybug."

Marinette and Adrien stand there, their mouths gaping open.

Miguel states, "Relax. As long as I have amnesia dust and the ability to manipulate anyone's memories, your secret is safe with me... Steel Butterfly. But rest assured, I know what I'm doing. No one else knows except for my crew and our mutual mystery benefactor."

Tikki pokes her head out and asks, "Who are you?"

Miguel answers, "...Miguel Guevara."

Miguel leaves, the rain falling off his waterproof trench coat and his waterproof hat.

Marinette and Adrien part ways on good terms, possibly hinting to each other a possibility of a future romantic relationship.

Unbeknownst to the holders of the Ladybug and the Black Cat Miraculouses, Miguel is actually standing next to Master Fu and Wayzz.

In particular, Miguel had to bend down slightly due to Master Fu being shorter than him and the fact that Miguel's clothes are more waterproof than Jade Turtle's battle armor.

Wayzz remarks, "Excellent choices, you two."

Stroking his beard, Master Fu states, "Those two are made for each other."

Miguel responds, "Yeah, but as long as Gabriel Agreste lurks in the shadows, he won't hesitate to kick-start the Cat Blanc timeline. We need to be ready, and it starts with finding a worthy permanent replacement of Bunnyx."

Ever since the first day of Ladybug and Cat Noir on the job yesterday, Miguel took the liberty and pleasure of telling Master Fu about Bunnyx and how her choices impacted the timeline of this universe and people's reactions to her choices as a Guardian of time and space.

At first, Master Fu was gonna agree with Bunnyx's choices. But after Miguel showed Master Fu different timelines of the future where Ladybug and Bunnyx have an irreversible falling out about keeping the Cat Blanc timeline a secret to preserve the future that caused Ladybug to have Cat Noir destroy the Rabbit Miraculous and Ladybug expelling Bunnyx from the team – with Steel Butterfly's permission, of course – let's just say Master Fu is more than willing to help find a worthy permanent replacement for Bunnyx.

Especially because, as Miguel predicted for a later date, once Bunnyx finds out who Steel Butterfly is and where he comes from, Bunnyx won't hesitate to abuse her powers to send Steel Butterfly back to his dimension, lie to Master Fu's past counterpart about his protégé and ensure that the time alterations are irreversible so as to preserve the futuristic existence she arrogantly believes is better for her universe.

If Ladybug found out about it, she wouldn't be happy one bit. Especially if she were to find out about it by unifying the Ladybug and Rabbit Miraculouses in a future unknown battle as a last resort.

Much later, Steel Butterfly was testing out his space powers, his supersuit and his jetpack imitating a combination of Astro Cat's spacesuit, but without the Black Cat aesthetics, and Steel Butterfly's current armored battle suit.

As Steel Butterfly flies across Paris' nighttime skyline, the Superman movie ending march theme plays on his radio drones.

As Steel Butterfly flies towards the United States skyline where the sun was rising, the Superman movie ending march theme continues playing as Steel Butterfly hums the song out loud.

As Steel Butterfly flies higher, the theme song gets more dramatic as it continues playing.

Once Steel Butterfly reaches outer space, thankful that his radio drones can survive the vacuum and coldness of space outside the Earth's atmosphere, Steel Butterfly mimics what Superman did: flying in the direction of the sun, facing the "camera," smiling for the camera, and continuing his flight.

Also, Steel Butterfly's powers are numerous, but they don't make him as overly powerful as Scarlet Moth, Shadow Moth, Louis Reynolds/Ghost Rider and Night Crow put together.

Additionally, the Master Fu salt was basically the explanation of his argument with Steel Butterfly about finding a permanent replacement for Bunnyx. But there'll be no more Master Fu salt; his character development in THIS story is in MY hands.

Lastly, just because Alya becomes Ghost Punisher and Lady Wi-Fi doesn't mean she won't become Rena Rouge in the story's future.
