CHAPTER 1:
Grand Ole Opry Theater/Frozen Heart
It was 6:00 p.m. in Nashville, Tennessee. The people with their kids came inside the Grand Ole Opry Theater. They took their seats facing the stage.
In the dressing room, Princess Anna and her sister Queen Elsa of Arendelle were getting ready to host their concert called the Frozen Country Jamboree.
Suddenly, they heard a knock on the door. "Come in," said Anna.
The door opened and in came Olaf, the snowman Elsa built back at the North Mountain. He said, "Hi, Anna and Elsa. Just came to remind you that you're on in 2 minutes."
"Thanks for the reminder, Olaf," said Elsa. "We'll be right there."
"Okay," Olaf said as he stepped out the door.
"Uh, Olaf? You forgot to close the door," said Anna.
"Oops. Sorry," Olaf said then closed the door.
"We better hurry, Elsa. We don't wanna miss our cue," Anna said.
"I know we don't, Anna, but like Olaf said, we only have 2 minutes," Elsa said.
The audience waited in their seats for Anna and Elsa to show up on stage.
Suddenly, the lights dimmed low, then the audience heard Sara Evans' voice announce, "Ladies and gentlemen, kids of all ages, welcome to the Grand Ole Opry Theater, and we proudly present Anna and Elsa's Frozen Country Jamboree!"
The audience cheered with applause. Then Sara Evans said, "And now, it's time to meet your favorite royal hosts, all the way from the kingdom of Arendelle, Princess Anna and her sister Queen Elsa!"
The audience applauded once more when Anna and Elsa came on stage.
"Thank you, everybody, thank you!" Anna said to the audience.
Elsa held a microphone and said, "Good evening! It's wonderful to be here in Nashville, Tennesse. My sister and I have come such a long way. Don't you think, Anna?"
"Yeah," Anna replied. "We had to sail at sea to get here in Nashville, or we had to fly all the way here. Wait, what?"
"No matter," Elsa said with a laugh. "It was only a long trip."
"It sure was," agreed Anna.
"So, this is what the Grand Ole Opry looks like," Elsa said.
"It's warmer than I thought," said Anna.
"And what's this amazing smell?" Elsa asked.
They both took a big sniff and said, "Chocolate!" They laughed together along with the audience.
"Oh, uh, are you guys ready for our Frozen Country Jamboree?!" Anna asked the audience.
The audience cheered, "Yes!!"
"Great!" Elsa shouted. "We'll all sing our favorite songs from the 2 Frozen movies with different country singers in all the world!"
"That's right!" Anna agreed. "And now, we start with our opening number. So give a huge welcome to the one and only Brad Paisley!"
The audience cheered and Brad Paisley came on stage as he walked in the spotlight. "Thank you!" he said to the audience.
"Welcome to our Frozen Country Jamboree, Brad!" Anna said.
"It's so nice to be here," Brad said. "It's a real honor."
"This is our first time here in the Grand Ole Opry," said Elsa.
"And our first time as hosts, too," Anna said.
"Ready for the opening number?" Elsa asked.
"You betcha!" answered Brad.
"Okay, cue the music!" Elsa shouted.
The country music began to play as Brad sang the opening number.
Frozen Heart
Sung by Brad Paisley
Born of cold and winter air
And mountain rain combining
This icy force both foul and fair
Has a frozen heart worth mining
So cut through the heart, cold and clear
Strike for love and strike for fear
See the beauty, sharp and sheer
Split the ice apart!
And break the frozen heart
Beautiful!
Powerful!
Dangerous!
Cold!
Ice has a magic, can't be controlled
Stronger than one! Stronger than 10!
Stronger than 100 men!
Born of cold and winter air
And mountain rain combining!
This icy force both foul and fair
Has a frozen heart worth mining
Cut through the heart, cold and clear
Strike for love and strike for fear
There's beauty and there's danger here
Split the ice apart!
Beware the frozen heart...
When the opening number ended, the audience cheered and applauded. Brad took a bow. "Thank you, thank you very much," he said.
"Everybody give another round of applause to Brad Paisley!" Elsa said. The audience applauded again.
"That was great, Brad," Anna said.
"Thanks, Anna," said Brad. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be backstage waiting for my next performance."
"Okay, see you later, Brad," Elsa said as Brad went backstage.
Then Anna and Elsa face the audience. With the microphone in her left hand, Elsa said, "Speaking of a frozen heart, I remember the time I froze my sister's heart with my powers. When she completely turned to ice, I cried my eyes out. But a few seconds later, she came back to life because we learned and act of true love would thaw a frozen heart."
"Yup, that's what happened," agreed Anna.
"I hope all of you don't have a frozen heart by now," Elsa said to the audience as she, Anna, and they had a good laugh.
"That would be terrible, wouldn't it?" Anna said.
"It would," Elsa replied.
"Because the only frozen heart around here is Prince Hans'," Anna said.
"Yeah," Elsa said, "never trust Prince Hans."
"Well, we hope you all liked the opening number," Anna told the audience, "but it's only the beginning."
"That's right, our next number's coming up next!" Elsa said, then the audience cheered.
