"N-No! P-Please spa- ack!" A short, rotund doctor was lifted up from the ground by an arm hidden in the darkness. His small figure made him look more like a gremlin than a human, and his red eyes made him seem to be more of a monster as his skin began turning a light shade of blue due to the lack of oxygen. The doctor wore a small white lab coat. He had grey hair, a mustache, and mechanical themed glasses. His eyes showed fear as he kicked his feet in the air.

"You think you can bargain with me? No, there is nothing to gain by keeping you alive. While they are the perfect soldiers, these monsters you create are not as good as having actual people by your side who will lay down the law for you. Ones you can form bonds with and trust as close allies rather than fighting machines. Although, I will put the ones you have created to good use. Now, die, scum." The sinister voice said as he snapped the doctor's neck.

"Pathetic, absolutely wasteful. It's one thing to be a doctor who manipulates and kills others, but to use their corpses as mindless drones is another line of evil that even the most imposing villains would never cross." The man said as he walked up to a chair and sat within it, overlooking the lab as he smirked to himself.

His emerald green, fractured eyes shone in the light as he tabbed the armrest of the chair. "My new empire will start here. The era of All For One is over, and the beginning of my empire will come in its wake." The man said as he looked at a TV monitor before sneering. The image of a bar was on screen, a man-made of nothing but purple mist, yellow piercing eyes, and a bartender uniform, and a man wearing a black set of pyjamas covered in severed hands were in the previously mentioned bar.

"A small start, I see, but it will expand. Those two must be the Consigliere and the Underboss… Hmph… unfortunate, since one of them is dressed like a serial killer." The man muttered as he smirked. "My sweet Izuku will replace whoever the Underboss is and turn the Underboss into a part of my new Unite Speciale," the man said as he glanced at the piece of paper. Two names were on the piece of paper as he smirked.

"Shigaraki Tomura… and Kurogiri. Hmmm, I see." The man said as he leaned back in the chair as his figure was still hidden within the shadows. The only thing visible was his red business suit, black tie, and fractured emerald-coloured eyes. "I wonder how they are reacting to the death of All For One?" the man questioningly hummed as his smirk turned to a grin.

Meanwhile, at the bar, a very confused and angry Tomura Shigaraki sat at the bar, slugging back a shot of whisky as his teeth gnashed against each other. "When we find the person who killed Sensei, we'll kill them," Tomura said as Kurogiri nodded.

"I agree, Shigaraki Tomura. We will avenge Sensei soon." Kurogiri said as he hummed, looking at the TV. "Doctor, are you there?" Kurogiri asked as Shigaraki raised an eyebrow.

"Doctor?" Shigaraki asked raspily as Kurogiri sighed, his yellow eyes looking away from the screen to glance at Shigaraki.

"The doctor is the very person who was responsible for healing Sensei after his fight against All Might. He's an ally to us." Kurogiri stated as he looked back at the screen, static being the only thing shown.

"I'm afraid your doctor friend has already met his end." A new voice that neither of them had ever heard before spoke up as Shigaraki's eyes narrowed, as did Kurogiri's.

"Who are you, and what have you done to the doctor," Kurogiri asked, a hint of aggression in his voice as the voice behind the static screen chuckled.

"Well, to put it simply, I am your new boss, lest you want to be disposed of, just like your doctor friend, Kurogiri." The voice stated boldly as Shigaraki stood up.

"What makes you think I, or even Kurogiri, will listen to an invading faction leader like yourself! I'll kill you!" Shigaraki shouted as the voice, seemingly unimpressed, huffed out a breath of disappointment.

"I see… well, Tomura Shigaraki, I'd like to see you try." The voice said tauntingly as Shigaraki clenched his fists. "However, if I can effortlessly kill the supposed 'King of all villainy,' without so much as dropping a sweat. What makes you, a mere pissant, think you can have even the slightest of a chance to kill me, the emperor?!"The voice boomed as Shigaraki felt a cold chill run down his spine.

For the first time in a long time, Shigaraki felt fear. The voice spoke with a demeanour so chilling that it could've been mistaken for someone with a frost breath Quirk. Mix that with the pure rage that the voice shouted with, and if it hadn't been for the fact that Shigaraki's bladder was empty, he would've pissed himself.

He wanted to call it a bluff. Even Kurogiri wanted to, but when they saw the utter state of All For One's body and how brutally it had been dealt with, they knew he wasn't lying. Whatever this person's, no, monster's, Quirk was; it was something far more powerful than that of All For One's, who supposedly had the most overpowered Quirk in all of existence.

"I… I apologize, Boss…" Kurogiri said, bowing as he lowered his head. He was the first to crumble to the new lead as Shigaraki went wide-eyed.

"KUROGIRI! WHAT HAPPENED TO AVENGING SENSEI!" Shigaraki said, nearly bursting a nerve as the sinister voice of the new 'boss.' hummed.

"He made the smart decision. You, on the other hand, you have not. I suggest you fall in line. Kurogiri is the Consigliere. He is unreplaceable. You, on the other hand, are disposable. Make yourself useful and know your place." The voice said as Kurogiri raised his head.

"Consigliere? Are you foreign mayhaps… Boss?" Kurogiri asked as the voice hummed.

"Let's suppose I am. Does that change anything?" The Boss asked. His voice had a dangerous undertone that Kurogiri picked up on almost instantly. As a result, Kurogiri shook his head.

"Of course not, just a mere question, sir," Kurogiri said as the Boss hummed.

"Good choice of words, Kurogiri. Now, Shigaraki Tomura, since you are a part of the new Unita Speciale, you will be a part of my bodyguard squad. Do you understand?" The Boss said as Tomura gnashed his teeth together. He was being humiliated. He was the leader of the League of Villains, not this prick behind the TV screen.

"You think you can come here, kill my Sensei, and take my spot as the leader of The League of Villains! I'll never be part of whatever the hell you just said. I'll kill you! I'm the faction leader, not you!" Tomura shouted as a light chuckle could be heard from the TV monitor.

"I see. You believe you have a choice in the matter, Shigaraki Tomura. You do not have a choice. You will do as I say, or you will die. I usually don't give as much leeway as I am right now. Be glad that I am. Now, with that out of the way, I have a job for the two of you." The Boss said as Tomura slammed his fist on the table.

"DID YOU NOT HEAR ME! I-"

"Shigaraki, stop it," Kurogiri said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "There is no point in fighting with him. He's our boss now, whether we like it or not. If he was able to kill Sensei with as much ease as he did, we stand no chance against him." Kurogiri said, a slight panic in his voice as Tomura went wide-eyed. He had known Kurogiri for a long time, and never, in his time knowing him, had he ever heard him speak with any semblance of panic, ever. He lowered his head as he gritted his teeth, accepting defeat.

For as much as he didn't want to agree with the living cloud, he was right. This person, whoever he was, was strong enough to kill Sensei and not be a bloody mess afterward. "Fine… what do you want from us, Boss." As Tomura said the word 'boss,' there was a distinct tang of venom laced within. The man behind the screen was no idiot. He knew that Tomura would become a problem in the near future, but he wasn't concerned with him right now.Right now, all he was concerned with was expanding his reach.

"Good to see you've come to your senses, Shigaraki. Keep it that way." The man said as he smirked, fixing his tie as his green eyes became fixated on the two. "I want you two to gather as many thugs and low-rank villains as possible. We will be building a gang in a similar fashion to how they do it in Italy. Despite the system the Yakuza have set up for themselves, I feel as if that being a family makes things far too personal. Trust is the only thing that matters when running a gang. Soon enough, we will rule this country with an iron glove, but it can only be done by dominating the criminal underground, first and foremost. I want you to enlist the help of Giran, a well-known Brooker, to do so. Tell him, The Devil sent you, and he will know your affiliation with me." The man said as Kurogiri nodded.

"Yessir," Kurogiri said as the man smirked.

"In ten months from now, a close and well trusted… friend of mine will be coming down to check on you. They are my Underboss. Meaning they are in charge of you when I am busy. You WILL treat them with respect, as they will treat you with it as well. Upon their arrival, they will come to you with important information and a job for you. Do you understand?" The man said as Kurogiri and Shigaraki nodded in acknowledgement.

"Good, that will be all for now. I expect you to get your job done. You have ten months to do so." And with that, the man severed his connection with the 'League of Villains.' He would have to change their name. The League of Villains sounded too… on the nose. He decided on a new name right then and there. Something that seemed innocent, something that seemed underwhelming, but would strike fear into the hearts of millions when the time arose. "The League of Villains will be no more. We will be known as: Jōnetsu."

- 10 Months later –

It had been ten months since the orders have been given to Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri. When they met the Brooker known as Giran, he didn't want to talk to them.

That was until Shigaraki had mentioned what the Boss had told him to say, and Giran instantly changed his colours. However, Shigaraki could see the fear in his eyes at the mention of 'The Devil.'

Giran instantly got to work finding as many low-ranked villains as possible to join the new Gang, which previously went by the name 'League of Villains' and now went by the name: Jonetsu. When translated to English, the name meant: The Passion. When asked about the name change, The Boss explained to the two that with the name 'The League of Villains,' they would get no respect.

It was clear to Shigaraki that destroying society was not the boss's goal. It was about ruling the society and making changes within it to allow them to be the standing authority. Technically speaking, they were still destroying society, but they weren't doing it in the way Shigaraki wanted to. It pissed him off, but he didn't make his grievances known.

Kurogiri, on the other hand, knew of these grievances. He just hoped that Shigaraki would keep his mouth shut. He cared for the manchild, but he also knew that their boss would take any chance he could get to 'dispose of' him.

However, that wasn't the only change. The bar had gotten an overhaul recently. It now looked more prestigious and was open to the public. Shigaraki was furious at that until the new hideout had been shown to them by one of the bosses' new hires, Tiziano.

Tiziano was an African American man with blond hair and a very… eccentric dressing style. He wore a baggy white, single-sleeved shirt and baggy white pants. Just like their boss, he hailed from Italy and was a former pro hero. However, due to several scandals, he became a villain. Tiziano was a fellow member of the Unita Speciale, along with Shigaraki.

Tiziano's personality was cool, calm, and collected, but aggressive when need be.

When they got to their destination, they were shocked, to say the very least. The new hideout was a literal mansion! It was located miles and miles away from the bar, and it was secluded in the forest.

The mansion had several floors, 3 to say the least. There was a literal indoor pool, a gaming room gotten for Shigaraki, a strategy room, three massive kitchens, four bathrooms, and 17 bedrooms. It seemed too good to be true, and to that, it was. They had to share the building with Tiziano and his boyfriend, Squalo.

Squalo was an orange-haired man with pale skin and brown eyes. He wore a dark blue headband and a dark blue single-piece bodysuit with white stripes running down it. On his shoulders were studded iron shoulder pads that protected his shoulders.

The boss had explained to them that they would all share the house, as it was easy and affordable. Shigaraki did NOT like Tiziano, but Squalo was at least funny to be around, and even though Shigaraki was told to stop wearing the hands, aside from the face mask, outside from missions, he didn't mind.

However, there was something about Tiziano and Squalo that interested the two other members of Jonetsu. They both didn't have Quirks, rather something else completely. They had abilities called: Stands. From what Tiziano explained to the two, Stands were special abilities only 1% of the known population could develop, and rather than being linked to the biological body, they were linked to the person's innate fighting spirit. Of course, those with Quirks couldn't become Stand users.

It seemed like a fair trade. To Shigaraki, it would be far too overpowered to have both a Stand and a Quirk. When they were asked about their Stands, all they gave was their names: Clash and Talking Heads.

Two weeks had passed since they had moved into the mansion, and today was the day that the Underboss was supposed to make their appearance. Squalo, Tiziano, Kurogiri, and Shigaraki were waiting in the main foyer, sitting on two separate couches, minding each other's business while waiting for their arrival.

Tiziano was going through the weekly Shonen Jump Magazine while Squalo was watching an Italian-based cooking channel. Shigaraki played on a Nintendo 3DS XL, and Kurogiri sorted out tax papers, as today was tax day. The boss made it clear to file their taxes to a villain-run tax agency, private, and legal and refused to give private information to the heroes or government.

Shigaraki, being the impatient person that he was, was beginning to get annoyed with how late the Underboss was being. Putting his 3DS XL down, he glared at the front doors. "If they don't show up soon, I'll kill them when they come through that door," Shigaraki said as Tiziano sighed.

"Shigaraki, you need to stop saying stuff like that. Tua madre non ti ha mai detto di non minacciare gli altri? (Did your mother ever tell you not to threaten others?)" Tiziano said as Squalo snickered to himself.

Shigaraki had been studying Italian, per the boss's request, and he had been getting the hang of it so far. He could understand some of the words, but he couldn't speak a lick of it. However, he did understand what Tiziano had said. His response was simply huffing out hot air from his nose.

"Has he always been like this Signore Kurogiri?" Squalo asked as Kurogiri let out a dry sigh.

"Unfortunately, yes. He was raised by All For One to be this way. He has no social skills because of it, and his only vent is anger." Kurogiri said as Shigaraki turned to face the mist man.

"Shut up! I'm not a neet, Kurogiri. Besides, you're supposed to be a minion. I never said you could speak!" Shigaraki said as Kurogiri mentally smirked.

"Actually, Shigaraki. I'm now considered your superior. Regardless of that, they deserve to know why you are the way you are." Kurogiri said as Shigaraki's left eye twitched.

"That explains why then. You were raised to be an asshole. That explains your merda attitude." Squalo said as Shigaraki snarled, jumping over to the other side of the table, only to be teleported by Kurogiri behind Tiziano's and Squalo's couch.

"Shigaraki Tomura. Stop this now. Sit down and behave. I've got a message from the boss that the Underboss will be here in a few minutes. He's on the premises as we speak." Kurogiri said as Shigaraki stood up after face planting.

"Yeah, yeah. I get it." Shigaraki muttered as he walked back to his couch, all the while glaring at Squalo. Just as Shigaraki was about to sit down, the front door slowly started to creak open. Squalo and Tiziano stood up from the couch as Shigaraki stared at the doorway.

The fully opened, revealing a smallish green-haired individual. He stood at the height of 5'6, and his hair was a light green mixed with hints of black. His dark green eyes and slightly pale skin reminded Shigaraki of Squalo in a way. On each side of his cheeks were four freckles, and his nervous look on his face told a lot about who he was.

His outfit, however, was probably the most bizarre thing about him. He wore a green sweater with a single slit through the chest, and the lower portion of the sweater had been completely removed, aside from two strands that connected to the lower portion of the sweater, which was tucked into his purple, gold studded pants. The gold studs were only on the upper portion of the pants and not on the legs. Finally were his shoes, a pair of dark purple sneakers with golden orbs on the shoes' front.

In his right hand was a steel briefcase. Squalo stared at the boy, who was now standing in front of the two doors. "Are you the Underboss?" Squalo asked as the boy snapped to attention.

"Huh? Oh, yeah, that's me! Sorry, I was trying to go over what the Boss wanted me to say to you. My name is Izuku, just Izuku." His original upbeat tone dropped to that of a serious, low-sounding tone with the mention of his name. Shigaraki was quickly taken aback by this, simply thinking he was some immature brat.

Walking over to them, he placed the briefcase on the table between the two couches and opened the briefcase. Within the briefcase were several small stacks of papers, each of which were lists of names, Quirks, schedules, and schematics for U.A. Academy.

Tiziano picked up one of the sheets of paper as he raised an eyebrow. "Might I ask what is with these, Izuku?" Tiziano asked as the boy in question took a step back.

"This is all relevant and important information. It revolves around the new mission the Boss has assigned to you. With a small portion of the thugs that were hired, Shigaraki Tomura, Kurogiri, Squalo, Tiziano, you will all go forth and attack the USJ during one of the classes that will be partaken there! This attack will be a message, a message to this country that we are here! That with us, the corrupt hero system will fall!" Izuku said with such confidence that even Kurogiri felt his blood pumping.

Shigaraki smiled a massive, wicked grin behind the mask on his face. Squalo and Tiziano couldn't help themselves but smirk, and Kurogiri, behind his mass of purple mist, had a small smile on his face. "I've been waiting for a moment like this. Sir, when is the operation commencing?" Kurogiri asked as Izuku smiled.

"Tomorrow. The attack on the USJ will start tomorrow."

-To Be Continued –

Hello, hello! How are ya'll doing this fine day/evening/afternoon? Here is the new chapter ya'll been waiting for, and I have to say, this chapter was my favourite to write so far. Now, concerning Squalo and Tiziano. They are mainstays in the cast, and as for Shigaraki being turned into a member of Unita Speciale, he will be replacing Carne, who was, in my opinion, a useless character.

Don't worry. However, Dabi and Toga will be showing up too. They'll be part of this world's variant of La Squadra Di Excuisone, basically the Vanguard Action Squad. Speaking of La Squadra Di Excuisone, I'll tell you from the original team will be there: Formaggio, Ghicciao, and Illuso. The rest will be replaced by MHA characters.

As for Izuku and why he isn't playing the main role just yet, I want to play around with the other characters and flesh them out and their dynamics with each other out before we get to see Izuku and Diavolo do some serious hard-hitting. He won't participate in the USJ Raid, but he will participate in the forest training camp attack. That is all I will say, for now, as if I say too much more, I'll end up spoiling a lot.

Until next time, I'll see you in the next chapter.
