The next day Clare woke up with a huge grin on her face she had to pinch herself to check if she was dreaming of last night but it happened she lost her virginity to the love of her life, her ex, the ex she had a bad break up with back in spring and it got chaotic after the spring break Eli wrote a play about their relationship. That was in the past they both matured and now it is a new year, new beginnings but could that new beginning mean finding old flames. Clare climbs out of her bed, making her way to the bathroom but it was locked and she knows it was Jake. "Jake hurry up in there I need in there" she knocked on the door.

Jake, who was fully aware that Clare was on the other side of the door, had brushed his teeth and hair combed. "Alright, I'm coming no need to be touchy" he was joking opening the door and noticed that there was a hickey on Clare's creamy skin. "I'm Clare you have a hickey" he points while passing.

Clare rolls her eyes at Jake stepping into the bathroom locking the door behind her, she takes off her jammies and stepping into the cold shower which turns warm. After a few minutes, Clare stepped out of the tub wrapping her soft towel around her, she took a look in the mirror. Jake was right there was a love bite on her neck. Memories of last night came to her mind. She can still feel Eli's touch on her, his lips sucking and biting her neck. She loved the way he makes her feel like the only girl in the world. She brushed her teeth and made her way to her room to get her fresh uniform on, dried her hair, used a curling iron on her hair and put makeup on looking perfect for Eli.

Why was Clare doing this to herself she thought he was taken, she kept reminding herself but a part of her wanted this of course. She quickly sprays perfume on herself, walks downstairs to eat breakfast.

"I didn't know you were seeing someone" Jake broke the silence driving him and Clare to school, Clare was adjusting her scarf making sure it hides her love Mark she doesn't want people to talk and it's Degrassi and their people talk and spread rumours which creates drama.

"Uh, it's no one really" Clare hated lying but if he knows about Eli he would give her a lecture on not going back to an ex who broke her heart so this was the safest way to avoid any further questions about it. She glanced out the window and noticed they were at Degrassi so Jake parked his car getting out so did Clare.

Near the steps, Fiona was grinning like a kid on Christmas Day, she was walking up the steps thinking about last night between her and Imogen, the kiss led to a make-out session that lasted for about an hour. "Imogen!" She practically skips up to the younger teen.

"Someone is chipper this fresh cold morning" Imogen squeals glancing at Fiona.

Fiona was about to reply when Eli came up wrapped his arm around Imogen's shoulder acting like he hasn't just slept with Clare the night before and Imogen acted like she never made out with Fiona so she fakes a smile looking at Eli "How are you this morning" she kisses his cheek.

Fiona wasn't the only one watching this horror of charades, at the same time Clare was watching this her face was shocked she froze but of course, she couldn't just go up and ask so she tightens up her scarf and walking up the steps avoiding eye contact but Eli stole a stare he noticed her but made sure Imogen see it as he gestured Imogen and Fiona into Degrassi.

Eli made sure he was out of sight of Fiona and especially Imogen he wanted to see Clare and kiss her again, he just wanted to be with her luckily the bell doesn't go for another ten minutes and the hallway that Clare's locker is in was empty right now. He spotted the girl in the red grade 11 uniform, to which Eli said she was the most gorgeous girl at the school. He made his way over tapping her shoulder smiling.

Clare had taken out her textbook for Social studies she felt a tap on her shoulder, she shut her locker locking it looking up at his captivating green eyes of his which makes her weak at the knees. "May I help you?" She raised an eyebrow at him with a smile.

"You can" he teased, flashing his smirk knowing Clare fell for that and had. He eyes the janitors closet looking back at Clare. "Follow me" he starts to walk to the closet door opening it as Clare bites her lips.

"Now?" Clare whispered but she already knew that answer and that was they would just make out so she walks into the tiny room with Eli following her in waiting until the door was shut tight before they made their way to each other lips, lounges were explored fighting for dominant, Eli pins Clare against the wall with Eli playing with Clare's curls with one hand and Clare has one hand behind his neck.

A few minutes later Eli stops just to look into her blue eyes. She still had the prettiest eyes he has ever seen. He loves her eyes. He loved everything about her. "We should get to class but I'll leave first" he informs re-fixing his blue polo, Clare gives him a nod watching him leave. She fixes her hair and shirt waiting for a few minutes before leaving making sure no one was hanging out in the hallways.

Once Clare reached class she sat down in her usual seat putting down her textbook on her desk when Alli and Jenna came in she smiled at them as they stood in front of her "Morning you two."

"We looked everywhere for you, where were you?" Alli asks. She and Jenna were supposed to meet Clare in the cafeteria but when they got there she was nowhere to be seen.

"I forgot I'm so sorry" Clare responds, a part of her wanted to tell Alli and Jenna that she lost her virginity to Eli but she couldn't not now not when Eli's with someone else.

"We forgive you now tell us why the extra makeup" Jenna gestured at Clare's face as she sat in her seat next to Clare looking at her with Alli sitting at her desk now which was the other side of Clare.

"Wanted to feel good" Clare shrugs her shoulders and leans in her bag to grab a pencil, but her scarf rolled down exposing the bruise on her neck which caught Alli's eyes.

Alli's eyes widened. She automatically knew that that bruise was a hickey she had received a few in the past. She knows Clare single so who would get a hickey from. Alli needed to get Clare alone with no one around so she could get her to spill. "Cute scarf" she grins to Clare who has sat up now.

"Thanks, Alli."

A few hours had passed it was finally lunch when Clare was walking down the hallway to the cafeteria when Alli approached her, "Clare! Wait up" she was practically skipped and ran up to Clare, linking her arms. Clare turns her head smiling but before she could speak Alli already pulled her into an empty classroom. "First thing I got to ask and you can tell me anything right?" The girl narrowed her brows.

Clare had a look of confusion on her face looking at Alli, "Of course, I would tell you everything."

"Good because I noticed that you have a love bite on your neck" she pointed at Clare's neck which still had the scarf, but Clare tried to avoid the topic she knew she couldn't tell anybody was with Eli last night and he even texted her after she got home to not tell anybody.

"I wish I can tell you I do but I can't, please trust me" Clare was honest Alli knows Clare but she wasn't done with questions about this but she dropped it.

"Fine" Alli sighs opening back the door "But one of these days I'll find out" Alli adds as she walks with Clare to the cafeteria.

When the school day came to a close Clare had her hands in her pockets walking towards Jake's truck when she heard her phone ring in her pocket she took it out seeing it was Eli so she answered it with a blushing smile spread across her face.

'Hey beautiful, Want to meet up at the park?" Eli asks softly through the phone he was grinning, Clare could sense he was.

Clare curls her hair nervously, "I would love to I'll be there in 10" she replied.

"Perfect see you there" Eli smiles while hanging up. He took his dad's car so it took him two minutes to get to Riverdale Park East.

It took Clare 10 minutes she made sure no one was following her or watching, she reached Riverdale Park East she searched for Eli it only took her a second but finally she spotted the dark-haired boy she calls out "Eli!" She skips up to him. Eli was sitting on a bench she walked right over, Eli stared at her smiling.

"Hey beautiful" Eli was genuine; he gestured to Clare to sit next to him as she did. She couldn't believe how beautiful Clare Edwards is. A blush grew on his face and he leaned over kissing her lips which she kissed back. But obviously, he had asked her here for a reason so she leaned back looking at him trying to read his face and he knew her too well. "I think we need to set some rules so we don't get caught."

Clare was taken aback she was confused why would Eli ask to set some rules? "Rules?" She raised an eyebrow at the older teen boy. Why was Eli talking about rules? They were just meant to mess around but she was ready to listen to him.

"Yes Clare rules," Eli tells her "We need to be careful at school. You know I'm dating Imogen so wait until I call or text you when we can meet up" he explained.

"If I say no?" Clare looks at him.

"Then we can't do this which I don't want" Eli's eyes met Clare's "I love you too much to lose you" he mutters not wanting Clare to know that yet.

Clare grins at him "You love me?" She blushes.

Eli nodded, "Always had and so sorry for everything I put you through."

"We both had to take time apart and we are here now" Clare leans in running her hand back of his head playing with his dark hair. Eli kisses Clare softy putting his hand on his waist.
