But before Mystery Incorporated could get to the Arrowcave, they had to be blindfolded first.

Once they were inside, the Arrow let them take a look around. Velma almost lost her mind at the amount of top-of-the-line technology. Daphne marveled at the wall of weapons while Fred checked out all the trick arrows. (Scooby and Shaggy slipped away to find the kitchen).

A pretty blonde woman was sitting at one of the computers. "Everyone, this is my tech person, Felicity Smoak," Arrow said. A bald, dark-skinned man stomped in NEXT. He held Shaggy and Scooby by their collars. "And that's my bodyguard, John Diggle. You can let them go, now, Dig. They're friends."

"Are these the ghost hunters who helped Flash back in Central City?" asked Felicity. Fred, ever the leader, quickly introduced themselves.

"So how do you catch ghosts?" asked Diggle.

"Well, usually we run around a lot, meet creepy land developers and then pull off someone's mask," Daphne said.

"We might be able to narrow down our suspects if we could meet with Oliver Queen," Fred said.

The Arrow looked surprised but recovered quickly. "Oliver…uh…yes…he had to…uh…go out of town and told me to help you. I know almost everyone in Starling City."

Velma didn't think he was telling the truth, but decided to let it go. "Then let's get to work."

While Velma and Felicity researched Starling City, Daphne and Diggle traded martial art tips. The Arrow tried to teach Fred the salmon letter, but he passed out after the third rung. And Scooby and Shaggy ate takeout from the Jade Dragon.

"According to this," Velma said, "Verdant Nightclub has lost money every year it's been open."

"So I wonder if Oliver Queen is trying to close down Verdant by pretending that it's haunted," Daphne mused.

"Oliver wouldn't do that," the Arrow said gruffly. "I can promise that. He's one of the good guys,"

"Batman said the same thing about Bruce Wayne when some creep was haunting WayneTech," Fred said. "Must be a superhero thing."

"So why else would someone be haunting the nightclub?" Felicity asked.

"Maybe someone thinks your music is too loud and wants to shut you down?" asked Daphne.

"Rooked real restate reveloper?" Scooby suggested.

"Like, maybe there's, like, oil under the nightclub," Shaggy added.

The Arrow frowned. "There are a lot of things under Starling City. I don't think oil is one of them."

Velma tapped a few keys and pulled up a map of Starling City. "But there are a lot of land developers in Starling City," she said. "This Merlyn Global Group might want to compete with Queen Consolidated by scaring everyone away from your properties and buying them up for cheap."

Diggle looked over Velma's shoulder. "Malcolm Merlyn really doesn't like Oliver Queen," he said. "It's not that much of a stretch."

"First ghosts, then superheroes and now wizards," Shaggy grumbled. Scooby whined.
