Naruto found himself at the entrance of the Land of lightning also known as Kaminari no Kuni; which is located on a peninsula north-east of Konoha or the Land of Fire and is one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Its government leader is the Lightning Daimyō. In the heart of the country are vast mountain ranges, whose many thunderstorms are said to give the country its name.
Flashback"I heard that Kaminari no Kuni favours Jinchurikis because of the power they hold. Just act like your abandoned." The nine-tailed fox suggested
"How do you know this? And more importantly why didn't you say it sooner!?" Naruto shouted in his own mindscape.
"I knew this from eavdropping in my previous holder. And its funny to torture you," Kurama answered while going back into the depths of his cage to sleep.
Naruto sighed and continued to dye his hair with permanent ginger brown hair dye, to not get recognised by the leaf. After dying his hair, Naruto packed his equipment into his backpack and left the inn to go to the direction of Kaminari no kuni.
At the gate of Kaminari no Kuni
"Hope this works," Naruto thought. Naruto grabbed some dirt and rubbed it on himself and started to cry. A shinobi went to look for the ruckus and ended up finding Naruto sitting on the ground crying. "Hey there buddy, where are your parents?" The shinobi asked.
"T-t-they s-said s-something a-about aband-oning m-m-me," Naruto answered while sobbing.
The shinobi's jaw was sent to the ground in shock, never had he imagine that a abandoned child was the creation of the ruckus. He leaded Naruto to the Raikage office.
Once Naruto was alone in the office with the Raikage, Naruto spoke,"Raikage-sama, I heard from someone that Kaminari no Kuni favoured jinchurikis, am I right?" The Raikage was stunned, the innocent kid a second ago was gone instead a spirit of a warrior took place. "That is indeed true my boy,but why are you asking me this?" The Raikage asked. Naruto invited the Raikage to his mindscape and ask him to follow him.
At the nine-tailed fox domain, Naruto finally spoke,"This is why," Naruto said with a growling demon fox leaking killing intent behind him. The 4th Raikage stared in shock but slowly showed a smirk. "I see why you asked that question now, but why did you abandon the leaf?" The Raikage asked confused.
"Well... The villagers there calls me the demon fox, hires assassins to kill me and the Hokage is doing nothing about it!" Naruto spat and every word that he said increased the amount of his radiated killing intent.
"I see... I am guessing you want to train to be a ninja here?" The Raikage predicted
"Yes, oh and I am Naruto but I prefer for you to call me Tartaglia." Naruto introduced.
