"…holy heck", Mawa whispered as she flew over the enormous, circular patch of broken trees. "What the heck just happened here?".

"What is it?", Tarak asked, trying to peek at the ground beneath them.

"I… I don't know". The Vivillon glided down towards the area once brimming with thriving and lush vegetation. She flapped her wings to halt her descent, generating gusts of wind. "What. The. Heck. Happened. Here?". Mura Town had been completely devastated. Houses collapsed to the ground. Rubble. Broken planks. And… disgruntled, surprised people. The kaijū blinked twice as she approached. "…this is, uh… what? What in the everlasting freak happened?".

Tarak climbed down Mawa's back and looked around, her awareness spiking. "…a kaijū happened", she whispered. "Oddly enough, though, they seem to have left the Mura villagers alone… weird".

The Vivillion nodded. "Let's just go to the village chief and ask for the whole story".

"THAT DAMNED ZORUA!". Kawala slammed his hand on his desk – on of the few things that had survived the kaijū's rampage. "A CLASS F+! HOLY HECK! I CAN'T… I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF STUFF ANYMORE!". The Aggron sighed. "…sorry, my emotions got the better of me".

"It's okay", Tarak commented calmly. "It can happen to anyone".

"Yeah, so, as I was saying", the village chief continued. "This Class F+ gets here, and walks around like he owns the frigging place, then he says he's disappointed, and then he knocks down our storehouse – thank HEAVENS there was no one in there – and threatens us, so we try to make a run for it, and then…". He blinked a few times, shaking his head. "I'm not sure if what I saw was actually real – haven't got a chance to talk with the others, they're all still pretty shook". He pointed at a nearby Raichu, staring at what must've been their beloved home, their ears drooping. "He's been like that for a while, and almost everyone feels pretty much the same". The Aggron raise his hand. "But I'm going off on a tangent. So, basically, this Zorua was about to absolutely thrash this whole place, when all of a sudden, uh… there was a giant kaijū Riolu".

Tarak and Mawa exchanged a confused glare before the latter asked "Isn't that a bit… redundant? Like… if you say it's giant, than of course it's a kaijū, right?".

The Aggron shook his head. "No, no, you don't understand… you're familiar with the Kaijū Size Scale, right?".

"…of course we are". Tarak answered, staring at him. "We are kaijū, after all".

"Right, right, so", the chief kept going, "there was that… a giant kaijū Riolu. And when I say 'giant kaijū', I'm saying that he is probably a giant even by your standards".

"I mean… of course, that is possible". Mawa stretched her wings a bit. "So, what Class was he? A+? S-?".

Kawala lowered hid head, unable to look at the two kaijū in the eyes. "His face was… beyond the clouds…".

"Ah. So he are talking about an SS- at least", Tarak muttered. "Alright, he's going to be hard to track down, but it's nothing we can't deal with". She then raised her right foreleg, pointing at the destroyed forest patch. "Was that caused by the Riolu or the Zorua?".

"It was the Riolu", Kawala explained.

"…huh". Mawa brought her hand to her chin. "…must've taken him a lot of time and effort to wreak such havoc. Even for an SS- it-".

The chief cut her off, gloomy. "He used his finger".

Had Mawa accepted the tea that Kawala had never offered them for obvious reasons, she would've spit it out instantly. "Excuse me, WHAT?!".

"You heard that right". Kawala sighed. "He arrived, made fun of the Zorua, and then…". He put his right index on his desk. "This. And he said 'boop', by the way. He poked us. He poked the Zorua. He poked that part of the forest, all at once. That's how big he is. If I had to take a guess, I'd say that he was probably around… ninety, maybe one-hundred miles tall".

Tarak's eyes widened. "Y… you're kidding… right?".

Kawala slammed his hands on the desk. "OF COURSE I'M NOT KIDDING! YOU THINK I WOULD'VE REQUESTED HELP FROM THE KAIJŪ DIVISION JUST TO MAKE JOKE?!".

"Wait, if what you said is true, then how come all of you are still alive?", Mawa inquiered. "And what happened to the Zorua?".

"I DON'T KNOW!". The Aggron let himself fall on his chair. "I don't know. I'm tired of kaijū trying to mess with us… no offense".

"None taken". The Class E- unfolded her wings, and Tarak climbed on her back. "We'll report everything to the guild. Both the Zorua and the Riolu are to be tracked down immediately before they can inflict any further damage". With that said, the kaijū took off.

Kawala watched them until they were but a point in the sky, then sighed and plopped on his chair, sighing "I don't get paid enough to deal with this".
