The Receptionist was standing behind the desk was talking to Angelica about her membership to the gym there the woman led her on a tour of the place she walked by bottle water with the "approved for lounge consumption big packaging redesign label " on the glass door window there she saw pictures of men that had worked out and everything on the orange wall & a two posters as well when her & the Receptionist had stopped.
Receptionist: oh yeah and there is other girls from the Koyo Girl's Academy here as well
Angelica : interesting i can't wait to meet them
Receptionist : they're in the training room right now so once you get changed into your gym attire you can meet them
Angelica : sure you got it
Leaving the Receptionist now goes into the locker room to change out of her normal clothes into her gym clothes. She started by taking off her pink sleeveless shirt revealing her purple bra then takes off her orange Capri pants revealing her purple panties finally takes off her white sneakers now barefoot placing her clothes into her locker changes into her gym attire now wearing a red tank top purple shorts and orange sneakers with green polka dots. Exits the locker room returning to the Receptionist.
Receptionist : here right this way to the training room
The two walked down the hallway now with more posters of body builders & muscular men arrive at the training room where the doors slide open automatically to reveal the inside with a bunch of men lifting weights with muscular bodies doing different exercises to stay fit and avoiding gaining weight.
Angelica : so this is the training room huh ?
Receptionist : yes this is the perfect place to workout to burn off a lot of fat
Angelica : oh okay
Machio : well it's look like we have a new visitor
Angelica : and you are ?
Machio : i'm Machio Naruzo i coach Hibiki and the others i'm the personal trainer
Angelica : wow
Macho : there's the boxing trainer Uehara Nana she's the older sister of Ayaka you'll see her more as you visit more often
Angelica : right
Machio : there's the personal trainer Utsunomiya Koharu from the Koko Branch
Angelica : that's great i'm looking forward to this
Machio : so you'll sign up ?
Angelica : of course
With that said she signs up for the gym membership Hibiki , Soryuin , Gina and Ayaka spotted Angelica signing the sheets for the gym membership also paying for it as well the four smiled for having another gym member to work out.
Hibiki : this is going to be fun
Soryuin : yes this really is going to fun doing bench presses together
Gina : and other workouts as well
Ayaka : that's it i declared her to be my rival !
Hibiki : you're saying that already and you haven't met her yet ?
Ayaka : you know how i am with my competitive streak that comes out
Hibiki : yeah i know
Angelica : hi i'm Angelica Charlotte Pickles i just enrolled into your academy and now a member of this gym
Soryuin : that's wonderful you're going to have a lot of fun working out with us i'm Soryuin Akemi
Hibiki : i'm Sakura Hibiki
Ayaka : i'm Uehara Ayaka
Gina : i'm Gina Boyd
Soryuin : we should head to the beach after this
Hibiki : not yet we still have to work out
Soryuin : oh yeah

Angelica : sure
All of them used the dumbbells that was there to lift them with their hands and arms for a few hours then they did 20 sit-ups , 30 push-ups and 30 pull-ups then ran on the treadmills that were there with Ayaka & Angelica in heated competition to see who could last the longest on the treadmills while Soryuin and Hibiki watched and the two chuckled at the sight until Mrchio showed up and he flexed his muscles ripping his clothes in the process in front of Hibiki.
Hibiki : oh brother Machio
Marchio : can't help myself for flexing
Soryuin : nice muscles ! I really love you and your muscles
Hibiki : you really have a muscle fetish
Soryuin : i learned that from my sister about men with muscles
A few hours later the four girls and Angelica finished their workout now in the locker room and changed out of their gym clothes with the girls changing into their school uniforms and Angelica in her normal clothes that she arrived in from there the group exit the gym.
Angelica : i feel a little better now working out
Hibiki : i do as well
Ayaka : let's go hit the beach tomorrow
Soryuin : sounds like a plan
So they head home % Angelica stays with Hibiki at her place placing her clothes into the closet where Hibiki's was at a few minutes later she placed feet on the weight scale the number 30 Kilograms appeared on the screen which meant that she was on a good story and was going to continue to stay fit unknown to her what she had got herself into with the gym but she was going to find out soon that she was in for the ride of a lifetime.
