Chapter 1: The start of a new day.

Tokyo, Japan (MHA Universe)

A group of four armed, masked men were running in the cover of darkness, as they were being chased.

They had just robbed a bank a few blocks away, the job had been successful if not for the mysterious Hero that's been chasing them.

"Damn it! Did we lose him?" One of the men said, panting heavily as they rann

"I don't know, just keep moving! He'll eventually tire out!"

While the robbers we're making a run for it, a mysterious, shadowy figure in the rooftops are stalking them.

The figure narrowed his eyes, looking at the escaping criminals. He jumped and moved in another direction, hoping he'll catch them off guard.

As the robbers ran for the park, they stopped and looked around to see if that figure was still chasing them.

They stood on a lit parklight, casting light on them and they sat down on the park bench underneath it.

"Did *Deep breaths*, Did we lost him?"

"I think so, we stayed in the shadows" One of them replied.

"There's no way he could've found us in the cover of darkness."

But those words backfired.

As he finished saying them, in the darkness the figure had thrown four batarangs at the men's firearms.

Which those batarangs destroyed them, surprising them.

Wasting no time, the hidden figure pulled out a grappling gun and shot it at one of the robbers.

"Wha-!?" The surprised criminal was then dragged in the darkness.

Few sounds of struggle later, and nothing was heard from the robber.

"Damn it, show yourself coward!" One robber angrily shouted.

What happens next is when another of the robbers was grabbed and dragged into the darkness.

"Shit! HELP-!"

And another one was grabbed not one second later.

The leader of the robber was left standing, seeing that all of his friends are gone.

"All right you bastard, come on out and fight me! I don't care if you are All Might or Endeavour, You're dead!" He growled as he uses his Quirk, which is by growing his nails to razor sharp claws.

"Well!? Come out and fight pussy!!" He shouted in the darkness.

"Psst, behind you."

When the Leader turned around he felt a shock of 10,000 volts.

"Argh!" He screamed in pain.

He then dropped down face flat on the pavement.

He looked up and he saw the figure that's attacking them.

The figure was a boy, about fourteen or twelve years old by his height.

He wore a leather jacket, underneath it was a greenish black bodysuit with plates of armor and kevlar the chest had an image of a green colored sparrow spreading his wings, black boots and gloves with metal plates, he has a green utility belt that carried various gadgets, and explosives, he also wore a green half-mask which covers his upper face leaving the mouth exposed, and a green scarf.

(Think of Jason Todd's Red Hood outfit in "Batman: Under the Red Hood" except for the red mask itself, and also replacing the red bat symbol on his chest with a green sparrow.)

"Who-Who are you?" The leader said weakly.

"Your worst nightmare." The green viligante replied as the robber finally faded into unconciousness.

The leather clad vigilante had rounded up the knocked out criminals and had them tied up and gagged.

He took his phone, and then put on a voice modulator and dialed to the police.

"Hello police? I would like to report that I found four suspicious men tied up and gagged in Tokyo Central Park." The vigilante said with his voice modified to a unidentified voice.

"We are sending a Hero on to Central Park now."

The police replied.

The vigilante put away his phone, and looked back at the unconcious robbers.

"That's the 7th crime i've put down for the night." He said.

He took a look at his wristwatch and sees that the time is now 4:00 A.M.

"I guess that'll be enough, time to get back home before Mom finds out I'm gone."

And then, The green vigilante left within the cover of darkness, with the sounds of police sirens getting closer in the distance.

In a bullet train bound for Mustafatu, the vigilante was sitting on one of the train cars alone and sleeping with his head leaning on the window.

However, the vigilante was now unmasked. The vigilante had Green hair, sharp facial features, and a scar on his right eye.

His name is Izuku Midoriya. Former, second youngest member of the Justice League, and Former Second-In-Command of the Teen Titans.

As to how he got here, in this world...

Flashback (1 year, 6 months)

"Ow! Wh-where am I?"

Izuku found himself lying on the ground, In front of him was a building.

He griped his head in pain as if he was hit by a Tank at 60 mph.

He then tried to stand up, but staggered as he lost his balance.

"Come on legs, you survived Batman's training regiment before, a simple injury you can take." He said to himself.

A few minutes later, Izuku was now back on his feet upright.

"Whew! finally I can move properly again. Now, where am I?"

Then, he noticed a piece of paper lying on the ground, it was a letter with the words: To Izuku Midoriya."

Curious, but let's see." He picked up and opened the letter and reads:

Dear Izuku Midoriya,

I know you have a lot of questions, but I will say this. You were dead, killed by the Joker, alongside Jason Todd. As such, I am sorry that you experienced such a horrendous ordeal.

As to who I am, I am known only as "The Presence", but people know me as God. Normally I don't interfere to the affairs of my creations, most notable, The Metahumans such as the likes of Superman or his Justice League compatriots.

But you, you are one of a few exceptions. I saw your Heroic actions, leading the Teen Titans to victory against Trigon, Your invaluable actions that ultimately helped the Justice League defeat Brainiac.

Your death was felt by many, including the ones you loved: Gravity Girl (Ochako), Supergirl, Miss Martian, Terra, Raven, Wonder Girl, Jinx, and the others.

I wish I can send you back, but due to certain circumstances that makes it impossible even for me to do so, All I can do now is send you to a new Earth and help you start a new life.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do. But rest assured, your actions will be remembered by those who loved you.

I have sent you to a version of Earth, where a version of you died early, I can't revive his soul but I can give you a second chance to live. You will be receiving his memories, as a result of replacing him.

I hope you'll understand, but until next time we meet again in the distant future.

Wish you luck!

God.

P.S: Jason Todd is only dead, for a while. Because in the near future he'll be brought to life, and that's all you need to know.

Izuku couldn't believe it, He was alive and reborn in a different world.

But at the same time, he was upset.

He can't go back to his own world, to the Teen Titans.

Most of all, the fact that Jason had died along with him soured his mood.

But he remembered his lessons with Bruce's Butler and Uncle-figure Alfred, that while the ones we loved are gone they always lived on within our memory, that we must not be sad that they died, be happy that they lived.

And so, Izuku learned that while his real parents were gone, the knows that they wanted him to live and that they are willing to sacrifice everything for him, which he is grateful for.

As such, he accepts that while he may have died, At least he was given a second chance.

Might as well roll with it, start over and be a hero in this new world.

As to what he said, about replacing a version of him that died early and receiving his memories.

Immediately, he gripped his head, as memories of the previous Izuku came all at once.

Immediately, he was introduced to information about this world where nearly 80 percent of the human race were metahumans.

And that the Izuku Midoriya of this world, was born with no powers or "Quirks" as the people of this world calls them.

This caused some problems, as Izuku being born without Quirks or "Quirkless" as people called him, were in most cases ignored or treated differently, and worse discriminated just for being different.

Kids his age don't want to talk to him, or want to be friends with him, worse, they bullied him to the point where he's become a social outcast.

Even Inko Midoriya of this world couldn't do nothing to help him, as Izuku was falling into a state of deep depression and emotional abuse.

The final breaking point, was when his so called "friend" Katsuki Bakugou who Izuku called "Kaachan" had told him to jump off a building.

Which this Izuku did just that.

Taking all of this, Izuku absorbed the information and came to the conclusion:

"This world's society is a Hero's Paradise but also sucks."

This world might have superheroes, but the fact that many Heroes in this world take their gifts for granted, and not use their powers to benefit others as a whole.

And while the concept of Pro-Heroes and Hero's license have their merits that make sense, it's also a system that can be easily abused or exploited by higher authorities, with ulterior motives.

Pro-Heroes might not come to answer help, because it's not in their own benefactor's interests.

And that because the Hero Agencies are sponsored or controlled by either state or private enterprises, Pro-Heroes can be easily corrupted by greed and egos, which will hurt people.

Another reason Izuku considered why this world's society sucked: many Pro-Heroes are motivated by fame, money, and glory. Which Izuku felt kinda disgusted by it.

He came from a world, where the lives of innocent people are far more important than money, glory, and fame. The Teen Titans and the Justice League may have the money and resources they want to live a lavish lifestyle, all thanks to WayneTech.

But they are willing to risk their lives to save people, and all lifeforms in the universe. They take their duties seriously, and not half-assed it. Because that's what a true hero should do, regardless of race, ideology, and politics.

Final reason that he considered the world society sucked: Discrimination.

In his world, Discrimination had all but disappeared in the public, though not completely. To be looked down upon because you don't have a Quirk is just plain petty.

That's like looking down on someone because he or she has a different skin colour!

Izuku was angry at those who bullied the previous Izuku, especially this world's version of Katsuki.

The Katsuki Bakugou of his world, his hero name "Grenadier Red". He might be his childhood friend, he can be a bit of an asshole.

But what this version of Bakugou did, just made Izuku want to beat him senseless cause what he said was too far.

While this world might have these problems. Izuku felt he can do just fine in this new world, because he felt he can make a change.

"This world may consider those who are Quirkless useless." Izuku said to himself, now standing straight with his head up high.

"Might as well prove them wrong, time to show the world that the "Green Sparrow" can do: a Hero without powers!'

Flashback End.

Mustufatu,Midoriya Residence.Izuku arrived at his home via his bedroom window, he was careful to leave his window slightly open so he can slip inside without his Mom noticing anything.

"Finally, Home." He said tiredly as he plopped himself to bed without changing his attire.

His room was clean and organized, shelves were filled and organized with books about robotics, gadgets, martial art manuals, and notes filled with data and information of well known and unknown Pro-Heroes and Villains, from their Quirks and Abilities to their personal information and secrets.

The room also had also a few gym equipments such as dumbells, barbells, a punching bag, and a treadmill.

But Izuku's room also had a secret compartment hidden under his bed. In the compartment is his hidden cache of weapons and gadgets that he used in his vigilante work.

Batons, Tonfas, retractable staff, explosive boomerangs, tanto, Kodachis, and stun guns were contained in his cache.

At his desk, Izuku had a computer which contained *CLASSIFIED* information.

This room was a far cry on what it used to be: The previous Izuku's room was filled with All Might memorabilia, which makes sense to Izuku that his former self was *ahem!* a big, BIG fan of him, to put it lightly.

Izuku saw the memories firsthand, but seeing it for himself was another story.

Izuku was freaked out when he saw it, and started disposing the excess and unecessary clutter that is the memorabilia in the house, which surprised his Mom.

However he left one All Might memorabilia behind, a picture of a smiling six-year old Izuku posing with his childhood hero in a photo.

Izuku kept it as a away to respect the memory of his counterpart, promising that he'll become a Hero when his other self couldn't.

*BEEP BEEP! BEEP BEEP! BEEP BE-*Izuku groaned as he punched the alarm clock to snooze. He looked with one eye through his window and saw the first rays of sunshine coming through his room.

He sees the clock and it says 6:00, he had arrived at five thirty.

While he was out there fighting criminals as a vigilante, he had to deal with another part of his new life he never wanted to deal in his former.

School, school with his usual "buddies" including his asshole of a friend, Katsuki.

"Goddamn it."

"Izuku, come out! I made you breakfast!"

"*yawn!* Coming mom!"

Inko Midoriya had tried her best to make her son happy, but fate hadn't been kind to Izuku for the earlier years.

Ever since the doctors declared her son to be Quirkless, it had been a heartbreaking day for her family. Izuku had been the subject of bullying by other kids because of her son's Quirklessness.

Izuku had suffered socially as he was ostracized due to being different. She never felt so helpless in her entire life as she can't even protect her son despite having a Quirk herself.

She tried to send him to guidance councilors and therapists to help him, but they all gave the same empty answer "that everything is going to be okay" where in reality is not, she got angry when they said that it's something he has to deal with.

She got even angrier, when Katsuki Bakugou started to bully him mentally and physically when Bakugou's Quirk manifested, using Izuku as a literal punching bag. She kept trying to tell her friend Mitsuki to discipline her son, but all that does is make the bullying worse.

She was worried about Izuku, fearing that one day things might go over the edge and that Izuku might just snap and take the plunge, figuratively or literally.

However, A year and a half ago something changed.

One night, Izuku came home all tattered up and bruised. She was freaked out when she saw him.

But what surprised her was the way Izuku looked at her, he looked as if he had seen a ghost. He then ran towards her and hugged her tightly, silently crying and tears coming out. All Inko can do was comfort him, massage his head and hum a lullaby.

What happened after was perhaps the biggest change she had seen in her son. Her son who was timid, shy, and insecure started to act confident, calm, and firm.

She even started to see Izuku smile more often, as he started to eat healthy and got to excersise more.

She asked him what's all the change in attitude, Izuku answered:

"A person had told me that, You don't need to have powers to be a Hero. It's the person's will and desire to help those in need and protect those who can't protect themselves. That's what a True Hero should be. Mom, even if people will say I can't be a Hero because I don't have a Quirk, then I'll prove them wrong!"The answer made her happy, but also uncertain. How can her son who is Quirkless find a way to be a Hero?

But Izuku always tells her, "you just have to believe in me."

And so she believed in him, because she can see in his eyes that he's determined not to give up.

She was also surprised in just not her son's change in attitude, but also in habit.

She saw her son taking out his All Might memorabilia in his room and desposing them.

She asked why he removed all of his favorite Pro-Hero collection, he said that while he liked All Might, having too much clutter in his room is just unhealthy, and that if people saw his room by accident or not, people will assume he's weird.

Even his speech began to improve, Izuku started to mumble less and started talking properly and clearly. From his words to his gestures and posture, he went from timid and insecure to calm and mature.

Izuku also began to change physically, in the past he was scrawny and weak due to years of bullying, but then he started working out, developing muscles in his body and is eating healthy.

He even wents to the Gym every so often, after school he would spend two to three hours working out, and even in the weekends.

He also began doing several odd jobs around the city, earning and saving money that he saved enough to buy several Gym utilties that he started working out in his room.

Inko was curious, but didn't mind because Izuku was happy and that's all that matters.

Whatever ventures he undertakes, she'll be supporting him every step on the way.

"Morning Mom, what's for breakfast?" Izuku came out of his room, looking a bit sleepy while wearing a grey undershirt and shorts.

"Your favorite, stewed vegtables and pork curry with rice." She answered as she sat down and handed a bowl of rice to him.

"Thanks Mom, you're the best!" Izuku smiled as he started to wolf down his food.

"Izuku! Where are your manners!?" Inko scolded him, Izuku blushed in embarrasment.

"Sorry, I'm in a hurry" Izuku said, "I had to get to school early." And so Izuku started to eat in a proper fashion but also fairly fast.

Inko giggled, happy that her son is finally growing up.

"Okay Mom, love you!" Izuku left the door saying goodbye.

"Okay Izuku, stay safe out there! and be careful! I love you too!" She answered back as Izuku left the residence.

Izuku started to run for Aldera Junior High, starting early so he can start his running excercise, he started to even perform parkour stunts by performing flips and slides through shortcuts.

Some minutes later, he finally arrived at Aldera Junior High.

Taking deep breaths as he stopped at the school gate, he took his stopwatch out and stopped the timer. He looked at the timer.

"Hmm, not bad." Izuku said, impressed with his record which is a few seconds apart from his previous one.

But as his day starts, this day starts by a shove.

"Get the fuck outta my way, Deku!" The arrogant voice of his friend Katsuki Bakugou said as he shoved past him.

"S-sorry Ka-kaachan." Izuku squeaked in faux-fear, but inside Izuku was just annoyed at his friend's shitty attitude, and has to put up with his crap.

"Hmph! Just stay out of my way!" Bakugou dismissed him rudely and went inside.

'Someday, you're going to thank me for saving your ungrateful, sorry ass!' Izuku thought, really hating Bakugou's attitude.

He sighed, his day started with a shove

"Well, 'tis a start of a new day." Izuku said to himself as he walked inside, "I hope my friends back in the other world are okay."

He wished he had a boom tube right about now.
