Several days have passed since they reunited, and Kara became Supergirl. Naruto remained in the DEO, training and getting used to his new powers. While Kara flew over the desert, dodging missiles. It was her workout and she did it flawlessly. Naruto wanted to be close to her, but he knew he had to get a handle on his powers.

No one could answer why he didn't die after being almost cut in half. Alex also wondered what was happening to him. Therefore, she tried to solve this mystery. Kara may have believed him, but not Alex. She wanted to protect her sister, so she decided to keep an eye on Naruto.

Soon, Winn informed Kara that the dock in the port, in which the ship carrying oil stood, had caught fire, and Kara flew over there. Upon arrival, Kara decided to extinguish the fire with her icy breath, but this only increased the area and intensity of the flames. She was a little confused, but decided to take a different approach. She decided to move the ship. Kara cut the cables with her heat vision, flew up to the bow of the ship and began to pull it away from the shore. This brought it forward and the ship began to sail from the shore, giving the firefighters the opportunity to extinguish the fire on the dock. The firefighters applauded Supergirl. But the movement had applied too much force, a crack started along the bow of the ship and oil proceeded to spill from it. Kara was confused.

Naruto and DEO watched it all live on TV and didn't know what to say. One thing Naruto knew was that Kara would be very upset about this failure.

In the evening, Alex, Hank, Naruto and DEO officers arrived at the plant where the security guard was murdered, to find Supergirl already there. Naruto walked over to the body that Kara was examining.

"How are you Kara?" - Naruto asked worriedly as they examined the corpse.

"Fine." - answered Kara.

"I know you well Kara and you seem far from fine." - comforted Naruto to support her. Naruto pulled the thorn out of the guard's body, looked at it and sniffed. - "Why does he seem familiar to me?"

"Because mom told us about them." - answered Kara. - "Hellgrammite."

DEO

Back at the DEO, Kara and Naruto talked about who the suspect was.

"Mom put one hellgrammite in Fort Rozz," - Kara said as she walked over to the monitors.

"Yes, according to Fort Rozz, there was a hellgrammite within it." - confirmed Alex.

"What do we know about this race?" - Hank asked.

"Almost nothing." - answered Alex, displaying the image of the criminal on the screens.

"That's not entirely true. Did you say that this plant produced sodium hypochlorite and ammonium nitrate?" - Naruto asked and Alex nodded in agreement. - "He's not making a bomb, he's feeding."

"And also that it is a huge insect, and it can take many forms. Including humanoid." - added Kara.

"So we have a huge insect that's most likely making a bomb. This job is never boring." - Hank summed up, ignoring what Naruto said. Because He didn't trust him.

"You will locate him, and I'll grab him just like I'll grab Vortex." - said Kara, hesitantly though remembering the oil spill.

"Of course Miss Danvers, then first prove to us we won't be sending you to a certain death." - said Hank and looked at Kara.

Naruto went to have a bite to eat and when he returned he went to look for Kara. When he found her, she was fighting Alex in a room with green lamps. Upon entering the room, Naruto immediately felt a little weakened. He began to examine what could weaken him. Finding nothing, he went to the lamps and felt even weaker. He looked at Kara and saw how she was losing to her sister. But that wasn't the problem, Kara became slower than an ordinary person. Without thinking twice, Naruto smashed all the lamps in the room. A few seconds later, employees of the DEO ran there and pointed weapons at him.

"What are you doing?" - Hank demanded.

"I'm saving Kara!" - answered Naruto looking at the director of the DEO.

"What are you talking about?" - Alex asked, helping her sister up.

"These lamps are harmful. I am partly Kryptonian and I felt weak. Imagine how Kara feels. Imagine the long term effects it could have." - Naruto replied, glaring at Hank. Naruto sensed that something was wrong with Hank, but he couldn't figure out what it was.

"But that's the only way she can train till complete exhaustion." - Alex said.

"Then we'll have to find another way, because I won't sit back and watch Kara get hurt." - Naruto said. - "In the meantime, I'll take care of Kara's training myself."

Naruto waited for Kara to change then they went head home. At home, Kara talked to him about her training. They recently discovered that Naruto could withstand Kara's blows easily enough, so she wouldn't have to hold back.

The next day, Kara helped the residents of the city, while James Olsen and Winn Schott helped her with technical support. Naruto spent time at the DEO improving his control over his abilities together with Alex. He wanted her to trust him. They both wanted to protect Kara, and it was easier to do if they were on the same page.

"You should talk to her." - said Naruto, while Alex conducted the next experiments on Him.

"She's still glowering over me." - answered Alex.

"She will be angry until you explain everything to her. I personally know how she feels. When I was growing up, everyone constantly hid who my parents were. People who were dear to me had a hand in this. I was angry with them. Then they explained why they did it. Only then could I forgive them. It's the same with Kara." - Naruto explained.

"Okay fine, I'll talk to her later." - Alex relented.

"Today, because if you put off this conversation, then everything will only get worse." - Naruto said, making it clear to Alex that she had no other choice in the matter.

In the evening.

Naruto and Alex walked up to Kara's apartment, but Naruto stopped her by saying that he could smell two more people in the apartment. They proceeded with caution, prepared for the fact that there could be a fight waiting for them inside. Alex knocked. Kara opened the door and they saw two men inside.

Kara introduced them to each other and went to talk to her sister. Naruto, Winn and James sat in the room and were silent, as no one knew where to start the conversation.

"So where are you from, Naruto?" - Winn asked.

"Before coming to Earth, I lived on Krypton for several years. Prior to that I was in another dimension." - Naruto replied calmly.

"In another dimension?!" - James and Winn asked in surprise.

"Yes." - Naruto replied.

"Cool!" - Winn exclaimed. James was speechless. - "I have so many questions. I don't even know where to start." - Winn continued.

But Winn was never able to ask his questions as Kara came in, and they realized that she had talked to Alex. After which Winn and James left to give her privacy.

In the morning, Kara went to work, and Naruto went to the DEO. Alex said that his information about hellgrammite was confirmed, and they were preparing a trap.

In the evening, Alex and Hank went hunting for hellgrammite with bait. They were driving a car, and in front of them was a car with barrels full of DDT. Suddenly, the hellgrammite landed down on the DDT barrels. Alex and his boss started shooting at him, but the Hellgrammite dodged the bullets. Then he fired a spike at Alex's car and hit one of the operatives in the back seat. The hellgrammite then jumped onto the roof of their car and began shooting his spikes through the roof, killing everyone except Alex and Hank. Alex started shooting at the roof, hoping to shoot the alien. Suddenly a thorn pierced her leg, and she screamed in anguish. The hellgrammite ripped open the roof of the car, grabbed Alex, jumped off the car and disappeared.

Naruto was in the gym lifting special dumbbells weighing about two tons and, to be honest, he did not need the weights. He recalled how Vortex cut it in half. He should have died, but he survived. He also remembered for sure that he never had ancient Kryptonian DNA.

Naruto put down the dumbbells and looked at the wall, for some reason he knew that Kara had arrived. This was also one of the oddities. Naruto left the gym to find out what was going on. When he approached and asked what had happened, Kara told him everything.

They decided that Kara would fly in search of her sister over the city and as soon as she found her, she would give them the coordinates. Soon, Kara gave them the address and Naruto ran there.

Naruto came running just as Kara was fighting a woman that Naruto did not expect to see as he thought she was dead. It was Astra, Alura's twin sister.

"Astra?" - Naruto asked in surprise.

"Nice to see you Naruto." - answered Astra.

Kara hit Astra and threw her back several meters.

"Help Alex, and I'll deal with Astra!" - cried Kara.

Naruto ran to Alex's aid. He found her just as the Hellgrammite began to choke her. He ran up to him, grabbed his jacket and threw him into the wall. Naruto walked over to Alex and helped her sit up. He didn't see the hellgrammite get up and run at him with one of his thorns.

"Behind you!" Alex shouted. Naruto spun around, grabbed the alien's arm with a spike, bent it at an unnatural angle and jammed the spike into the hellgrammite's head, killing him instantly. Then he returned to Alex.

"Its thorns are poisoned, so I'll have to suck the poison out." - Naruto said.

"Okay." - agreed Alex, as she could barely feel her leg.

Naruto ripped the clothes around the wound so that nothing would interfere with him. He looked at Alex, then pressed his mouth to the wound on her leg and began sucking out the poison, spitting it out after. Alex groaned a little at this intimate interaction. Neither Alex nor Naruto noticed that Kara and Hank approached them.

After the wounded Astra escaped, Kara and Hank began looking for Naruto and Alex. They found them in a strange position. They approached Alex who was sitting on the floor with her back to them and moaning slightly. While Naruto's head is at the level of her genitals.

"WHAT'S GOING ON HERE!?" - cried Kara. She was shocked by what she saw. She was in love with Naruto back in Krypton. Now her sister is trying to seduce him.

Alex turned and looked at her sister and boss. Naruto looked up from sucking on the poison and looked at Kara. There were traces of blood and poison on his lips.

"Kara, this is not what you think." - answered both Naruto and Alex.

"So you think it's normal that while they were beating us, you ... you were having fun here." - said Kara reproachfully, after which she flew to the DEO. Hank just shook his head.

DEO

Alex, Kara and Naruto were in the infirmary where Alex was bandaging his leg and explained that Naruto did the right thing by removing the poison. Otherwise, her leg would have had to be cut off. It was only then that Kara realized that Naruto was not flirting with her sister. Although she still felt a little jealousy.

Alex also spoke and showed the hologram of Alura, which was programmed to help Kara. Alex and Naruto left so Kara could talk to her mom.

Later that evening, Kara decided to talk to Kat Grant as Supergirl.
