Hello everyone. As today (09/05/1999) is my 22nd birthday, I decided to take some time from my busy schedule and inform all of you of the state of my current project. First of all, I wish to thank all those who took the time to review, both the good and the bad, and to make a note that I have taken some suggestions to heart, and made some (necessary) edits to polish my initial prologue chapter. I would also like to thank all the loyal fans of my story here that have given it a level of attention and popularity I had never even considered possible so soon, for such a simple prologue. I am simply blown away by the popularity and attention this story has recieved and I am exceedingly grateful to you all for your interest and can only hope my story continues to earn your support through to it's eventual conclusion. I still hold this story dear to myself, and remain determined to see it through to the end. I would also like to make a few notes about the story itself, as certain concerns were raised. Whether this settles those concerns or not, I can't say, but it is all I can hope to offer at present. I never intended to the prologue chapter to be overly in-depth in terms of plot or story developement, and merely wished to set a bare-bones level of foundation for events to transpire as I enter into the story proper. I am also certain that some of my choices may not meet with mass approval by all of my loyal fans, who eagerly await the release of my next chapter, but I wish to also point out, preemptively, that this story is a long standing ambition of mine and I write it, primarily, based on my own ideas and expectations for a story, and, indeed, for any such storyline and plot to follow. I will endeavour to finalise and publish the first official chapter of the story by this month's end, if everything goes according to plan. I have a tremendously busy schedule at present and little problems seem to keep popping up, adding further stress and distractions from any passion projects, such as with this story. As such, I cannot reasonably commit to any set updating/posting schedule, and will have many long delays, most likely, in any future chapters I add, whenever I can do so. Still, I will do my best and hope you will all forgive any delays in progress to this story that happen to come up, and apologise in advance for when they do. When I have added my next chapter, I will remove this one from the story. At any rate, that's all for now. I am off to enjoy the rest of my birthday and hope you all are safe and, most importantly, happy in these trying times in which we currently find ourselves, and hope things improve for the whole world very soon!
