(Mufasa)

It has been three hours since the hyena attack. Mufasa was exhausted and hungry from the travel but lucky his mysterious saviour is around to help him be home at no time.

Both of them did not say a word during the travel aside from "I'm fine." or "I'm okay". Mufasa was not sure if the creature could fully understand him. It did respond to his words a while ago but he wasn't sure if the creature can fully understand the language itself. Maybe sign language would be good way to communicate with him however, Mufasa is not expert at sign language nor does he think that the creature could understand it as well.

"We are almost there. I can see it," Mufasa said and pointed at the sight of the pride rock. The creature at the pointed direction before turning to him and nodded. They continue to travel for another hour.

As soon as they arrived to the priderock, the lionesses saw the king completely injured. "Your majesty!" They cried and rushed to the king.

The creature stepped aside and let the lionesses handle the king's injury. Then the creature noticed that one of the lioness glaring at it with malice. "Who are you, creature?! Were you responsible for the king's injuries?!" She roared. The creature did not respond but just stare at her face.

The lioness did not take the silence lightly. She pulled out her spear for combat. The creature sense her hostility as it brought out its Heavy sword. Mufasa saw the tension that is happening and has to break it before anything happens.

"Zira! That's enough!" Mufasa demanded. Zira dropped her fierce gaze at the creature and turns to the king. "That creature saved me from the hyenas. If it wasn't for him, I would be coming home right now."

With that said, Zira sheathed her spear back and walked back to the rest of the lionesses. The creature did not sheath its sword yet but held it normally. Then another voice called out to Mufasa. It was from his wife, Sarabi.

"Mufasa, are you alright?" Sarabi asked with concern.

"I will be fine, Sarabi." Mufasa replied and slowly gets up. Aside from his injuries, he wants to take his time to thank the creature that kept him alive from the hyena attack. "I thanked you for your brave action, sir."

The creature said nothing but looking at them like he did not understand them. Zira find the silence more offending and cried. "Show some respect to the king!"

"Quiet, Zira! This creature does not speak our language I believe." Mufasa said and remembered something. He turns to his pride. "I need someone who can do sign language."

Everyone looked at each other, not knowing who's an expert to sign language. That is when one lioness raised her hand and said. "I can." The lioness said. Unlike the rest, the lioness's fur was pure white. Like a white as the cloud sky. Her eyes were shining green like grass fields. For any other lion, she was quite beautiful.

The white lioness approached the creature up close. She was 1 metre away from it and looking through the whole metallic detail of the creature was enough to intimidate her. She sighed and began to demonstrate her sign language skills

Hello, can you understand me through sign language? The lioness signed. She waited for a reply and noticed the creature was tilting its head trying to analyse her.

Surprisingly, the creature moved its hands and signed back. Yes, I can understand sign language.

The lioness smiled in relief that she was able to communicate to the creature. The king would like to thank you for saving him.

Tell him that he fought well back there. The creature signed.

The lioness turns to Mufasa and said. "He said you fought well back there."

Mufasa chuckled at the complement. "I thank you for the compliment, stranger. I would like to know who you are and where you come from." Mufasa said while the lioness made the sign language.

(Hayden)

Hayden looked hesitant to tell them where he comes from. He was doubting that they could understand everything he is going to tell them. But it was worth the try if he is going to communicate. He tried to speak his name. "Hay-Hayden."

Everyone looked at him and the king said. "Well Hayden, it was nice to meet you. Can you tell us where you come from?" The response he received from Hayden is him pointing to the sky. "You come from above?" And Hayden nodded.

"Interesting! He must be related to your sister, Mufasa." Sarabi commented.

"Maybe. We are not sure just yet." Mufasa said and cleared his throat. "My friend, we thank you for protecting me earlier. The hyenas have been terrorizing the pridelands lately and their numbers continue to grow and because of that, it's breaking the circle of life. As sign of thanks, I will arranged place for you to stay. What do you say?"

With all of that translated into sign language, Hayden thought about the proposition that was given to him. He thought that if he accept, they might give him information or anything useful to get him back to his world. So you have come to the final decision.

I accept the proposition. Hayden signed.

"Very good. Now everything is in agreement, I will have a pride meeting with the others. In the meantime, get some rest until we come back."

Mufasa and the rest of the pride went back to the priderock for the meeting and to have his injuries healed. All except for one. Zira was just standing there with her eyes filled with disgust and malice. Accepting another stranger to the pride was great insult to the name of Mohatu.

Zira walked close to Hayden. "Mark my words, Demon. One wrong move then I will dismember you into pieces." Zira threatened and stormed off with fierce anger, leaving Hayden alone.

Even though Hayden cannot understand what she said, he was surprised that she was not as welcoming as the others in this place but he quickly shrug it off as if it did not affect him in any way.

(Timeskip)

After the pride meeting, all the pridelanders agreed on letting Hayden stay with them. As for a result, they decided to hold a feast at night and everyone gathered around in a campfire for their new guest and protector of the pridelands. Kisa was sitting all alone, eating her meal while her friend was having a little date with another lion.

Kisa felt left out but having a mate was not on her mind at the moment. She looked around the feast and noticed that Hayden (Inside his Lavos Warframe) leaning in the corner of rock with his arms crossed, feeling out of place in the feast. None of the pride members approach him or talk to him. The only one who is trying to converse with him is King Mufasa, who offered him a meal but Hayden declines the offer, signing that he was not hungry.

It didn't take a minute until Hayden decides to leave. He was walking away from the feast, trying to find a peaceful spot for himself. He stopped when he felt someone was following. He turns around to see Kisa was sprinting towards him.

"Hey! Where are you going?" Kisa asked. Hayden replied by looking at the direction of South. Kisa understood what he meant. He wants to leave! "But you just got here! You can't just leave!"

"Have..To..Go…home..." Hayden replied coarsely.

"But do you know how to get home?" Hayden stayed silent at the question, not knowing how to answer. He got here through the portal but right now, there is no portal. He is stuck in this unknown realm he is on.

"No."

"Then stay with us. You don't have to do this alone. We will do our best to help you, Hayden" Kisa said. She wasn't sure if Hayden catches every word she says but her doubts were washed out when Hayden nodded and walked back to the priderock. Kisa smiled and followed back.

When they returned, Mufasa got worried from Hayden's sudden disappearance but quickly relaxed when the king saw Hayden walking back with Kisa. He thanked her for returning him back.

"Oh and before I forget, there is someone I would like for you to meet." Mufasa said and a figure behind him walked towards to them.

The figure appeared to be a teenage human girl. She has straight blond hair with blue eyes. She has the top half of her left ear cut off from when her lion dad tore it off, she also has a scar across her right eye. She wore a face of an excited and surprise expression with here when she first laid her first impression on Hayden.

She brought her hand close to Hayden's metallic Chassis and touched it. Mufasa was correct, he was cold and hardened steel in the texture. "Incredible! It is actually a real life alien!" She cried.

"Alien? Like the ones from your books?" Mufasa asked.

"Yeah, something like that! But I can't believe I'm looking at one right now! This must be a dream." The girl said excitedly. "Hi! My name is Lana! I love books and shows..."

Lana continues to talk while Hayden was listening. Even though she was very talkative, Mufasa can help but find it cute that his human sister reacting and he was starting to like Hayden. Though he doesn't speak much but he is so patient and good listening to the conversation.

He wonders if Hayden can accept his offer of being part of his kingdom permanently. Maybe be part of his family. Is it possible though? Well, he won't find out if he ask him first.

"Hayden, may I speak to you first?" Mufasa asked.

Lana and Kisa were dismissed by Mufasa. It was only the king and the alchemist alien in the cave. Sarabi joined them along with an infant cub in her arms.

"Hayden, this is our son, Simba." Sarabi saids when she went close to Hayden to show Simba to him. The infant was asleep in her arms. Hayden looked at Simba curiously. He was so small. Like one of those stuff toys that some kids from Cetus owned back in his world.

Hayden moved one finger and place near the cub's cheek. He received a cooing sound from the cub. Sarabi and Mufasa smiled at the scene they witnessed in front of him. They knew he can be trusted and will not lay harm on the pride.

Hayden said. "I…want…show…something…" He stepped back from the two lion rulers and demonstrate want he wants to show. Mufasa and Sarabi tilted their heads with confusion. What is it he wants to show?

Then Hayden's frame started to emit red glow in his body. They became tense as they don't know what's going on. The glowing lights in Hayden's body formed a body of a…teenage human boy. A boy that must be 14 years or below. "You're human?!" both cried shockingly.

"Yes..." Hayden replied.

"So you are not entirely 'alien' after all?" Mufasa asked. Hayden nodded as a response. "This can change everything. Hayden, are you planning to stay with us permanently?" Hayden shook his head.

"Well, Hayden." Sarabi spoke. "I was hoping you can stay with us like a family. You see, the pride are willing help you find your way and we also want to get to know you better. Tomorrow is the introduction of Simba and maybe you could be part in it as well."

Hayden thought to himself. 'Maybe she's right. I can stay as long as I want. I don't have to do this alone. They might teach me a thing or two in this place." Hayden made up his mind and nodded at the request.

"I accept." Hayden spoke with straight fluency.

"Great! Welcome to the family, Hayden."

(Next Day)

Today was that day. The sun lifted over the horizon, as a sign of a new day. All the anthro-animals in the pride lands rose their heads as the sun made its awakening announcements and, after they have finally stretched, they made their way toward the valley of the Pride Lands. Each group of different herds were heading to Pride rock. Only a few days ago, the King and Queen of the Pride Lands, Mufasa, and Sarabi have announced that they were having a son that they wanted to present to the world.

King Mufasa stood on the top of Priderock, watching the many anthro-animals approaches their final destination. When Mufasa spotted Zazu in the air, he sighed and looked down at the blue Hornbill as he landed on the ground in front of him and bowed. Mufasa smiled, their hairs were blown by the wind.

Rafiki, the wise, old mandrill, and a kind friend walked up the ledge of Pride Rock where Mufasa was. Using his bamboo stick to help him walk. As he walked by, several lion guards made way for Mandrill that he could pass through. Rafiki hugged the king gently and the king hugged him back.

Mufasa nodded to Rafiki, who nodded back and disappeared inside the cave. He smiled brilliantly when he saw the small cub wrapped protectively in Sarabi's arms. Hayden was next to Sarabi, keeping an close eye to the queen and the prince of the pridelands.

With a grin on his face, he cracked open one of the coconuts that was hanging from the head of his bamboo stick, sticking his thumb inside the gooey juice; this was a sign of his blessing. He rubbed the juice on Simba's head, who blinked in surprise as he watched the mandrill carefully, with curiosity shining in his brown eyes. Afterward, Rafiki picked up some sand from the ground and sprinkled it onto the cub's face, which causes Simba to sneeze.

Later afterwards, Rafiki did the same thing to Hayden. Blessing him, with juice in his forehead. Hayden nodded with approval and Rafiki nodded back. Sarabi smiled as she watched the scene take place before her, knowing that her sons had a great future ahead of him. She purred as Mufasa nuzzled her neck, closing her eyes halfway as she watched Rafiki pick her son up and carry him towards the cliff. Hayden followed Rafiki when they walked up to the peak of Pride Rock, with Sarabi and Mufasa following him. The lion guards formed a path and saluted as the king and queen approached the peak.

Rafiki lifted the cub into the air in one hand. In the other hand he rose Hayden's arm for all to see. Some anthro-animals cheered while others stared in wonderment. The zebras stomped their hooves, the lion guards saluted, and the other animals roared with excitement.

All except for one, a lion with black was standing behind the shadows of the cave. His name is Kivuli. He was not pleased with the presentation, his arms were crossed and all he could do was stare angrily at the king and queen. He scoffed and left the priderock, not wanting to be part of the ceremony any longer.

Mufasa looked behind and notice Kivuli left the presentation. He will have to talk to him after the ceremony. Mufasa looked up with a smile on his face as the clouds parted, and a beam of light sparkled and glittered down on Simba and Hayden. One by one, each of the herds bowed down to their new princes of the pridelands.
