So here is the First Chapter of the Cassandra Cain edition of The Last Prank Of Sirius Black. This is being cross posted here and on AO3. I hope that you enjoy.

"Holy Shit," Astra gasped out, and an amused trill echoed through the room, causing the already splitting headache she had to increase in severity. She glared in the initial direction of the sound to see Fawkes fully grown perched on a very nice chandelier in the center of an absolutely massive bedroom.

Her brain caught up with exactly what her mind was telling her, it took between five to seven days for a phoenix to become fully grown.

"How many days am I missing," She wondered aloud, horror etched into her tone, which was followed by a groan from her bedmate.

"Quiet...Head hurts," The other… a young voice growled beside her, and then the other girl stiffened, causing Astra to turn her head slightly and Emerald eyes met chocolate, and Astra looked over the other girl whos she had apparently slept with. She was about the same size as Astra herself, she was a teen maybe a few years older than Astra, her features were slightly oriental, she had short and slightly choppy dark hair.

"W-What," The other girl stammered as she scooted over to the edge of the bed, pulling up the sheet to cover her own naked body.

"Ah- Hi," Astra awkwardly waved her hand, then after a minute without a response, she realized that the other girl's eyes were pretty much glued to her breasts. With a blush of her own, Astra pulled the comforter up over her chest, rather happy that her scars were on her back and not her front and cleared her throat.

The girl blinked a couple times then flushed as she hesitantly locked eyes with Astra.

"Hi, I'm guessing that you don't remember much either," Astra asked in a lower tone so she didn't cause the girl that she had most definitely slept with, looking over to the side of the room, Astra nodded her head toward it, "Why don't shower and attempt to piece things together, do you want to go first?"

The other girl shook her head slightly, and gestured for Astra to go first, wrapping the comforter around her and she walked towards the bathroom, and upon entering the room, saw two enclosed showers and a very very large jacuzzi tub.

Looking back out into the main room, she called back, "Actually there are two showers in here, so if you just want to get it done with, we can both take one."

The other girl nodded and walked across the room with the sheet wrapped around her as Astra turned her sower on, the warm water flowing over her body as she thought about exactly what happened last night. It wasn't exactly something new about herself she had known for a while that she was primarily attracted to women.

While Astra would have loved to take a long shower, she knew that she needed to do several things in short order, First was to find her clothes and get dressed before her bedmate saw her back, two find tonks, and figure out what the hell happened and how much of her memory was missing. Turning the water off and grabbing the towel that was nearby she dried herself off and wrapped it around her chest and walked out into the bedroom.

Fortunately for her, it was rather easy to find both her and her bedmate's clothes seeing as they were discarded in a trail from the bed out of the open doorway into what looked like a living room to this suite. She began to grab her clothes in one hand and the clothes that she assumed where her bedmates.

"Should probably find out the name of the girl who I had sex with," Astra muttered to herself as she collected the clothes, slipping her own on just in case her bedmate came out of the shower before Astra was completely ready. When she entered the living room she scanned the area, and her eyes locked onto the stacks of magically expanded briefcases that each could hold $120,000,000. There were four stacks that each were about twenty-one briefcases tall.

A snort came from the couch that faced away from her as Astra shimmied into her shirt, causing the petite almost sixteen year old to freeze, then finished putting her shirt back on. Slowly she crept over to the couch and peered over the couch in curiosity, then just as quickly retreated her face tomato red.

"Well I've found Tonks," Astra thought to herself, her face suffused with nearly half the blood in her body at the state of undress of the bubbly metamorph and her crimson haired bedmate. As she prepared to go back into the bedroom with her bedmates clothes she noticed something glimmering on her right ring finger, and when she thought of it, the Ladyship ring of the blacks was on her left hand, not right. She looked intently at the somewhat familiar ring, but she couldn't-

She suddenly remembered where she had seen it, when she had been browsing the gift shop for something to get Andromeda, she had wandered into the jewelry section, and this one was under wedding rings. Her eyes widened as she quickly looked around the apartment hoping and praying that she wouldn't find…. Two official looking papers.

She grabbed both of them and groaned softly, Both were marriage licences. One of which had her name on it, the other girl's name was on it, Cassandra Black Nee Cain. Witnessed by a Barbara Gordon and Nymphadora Tonks.

When she looked at the other one, she felt more than slightly vindicated that it was a Marriage licence for a Nymphadora Tonks-Gordan, and a Barbara Tonks-Gordon. Witnessed by both her and Cassandra.

As she left the living room, she heard Tonks groan loudly, a sure sign that she was entering the same world of unwelcome consciousness. Astra's thoughts were slightly derailed as Cassandra walked out of the Bathroom in a tightly wrapped towel that did nothing to hide her figure.

"Um, Cassandra," Astra asked as her mouth went dry at the sight of the dark haired goddess that stood in front of her, and then handed her the pile of her clothes.

"Yeah?" She asked as she began to dress as Astra turned around with a blush on her face.

"You, ah might want to take a look at this," Astra stated, offering the marriage certificate with both her and Cassandra's names on it. She knew Cassandra had finished reading it when she gasped slightly, Astra looked over her shoulder slightly, and was both slightly relieved, and slightly disappointed to find that Cassandra was already fully clothed, and staring at the document incredulously.

"How….When?" Cassandra managed to get, out her eyes wide and bugged out slightly.

"Still trying to piece that together, as well as the past week or so of my life. What I've gotten so far is that I got absolutely pissed, we got married, My chaperone got married, and I think I became a billionaire." Astra stated, crossing her arms across her chest, "I'm sorry about this. I just wanted a vacation away from my crazy life, and it seems crazy has followed me.

"It's not as crazy as mine, I think crazy followed both of us on something that was supposed to be a vacation," Cassandra replied slowly, then snorted, "That will teach me to get into a drinking contest with Barbara."

"Barbara Gordan?" Astra asked, interrupting Cassndra, and was surprised at how quick the other girls face turned to suspicion.

"Yes, Why do you ask," Cassandra asked, her tone carefully neutral. Stifling a smile, Astra handed the second Marriage certificate to Cassandra, who looked at it then snorted in amusement.

"She is Married to my chaperone, and likely the one naked next to my chaperone," Astra stated, and Cassandra started laughing.

Astra liked the sound of her laugh, it was a light and strong laugh, which was followed by her own when Cassandra replied, "And Barbara always yells at me for being too reckless, I never want to hear her tell me that again."

There was suddenly a very loud and horrified, "WHAT!?" from the living room, followed by a very loud thump and groan that Astra immediately identified as Tonks. Causing another round of laughter from the two teens.

"That appears to be our oh, so responsible adults, waking up with their own hangovers," Astra said in between laughs, and there was a little more laughter, before they calmed down slightly, with Cassandra wiping a small tear away from her eyes.

"So shall we go and inform them about our very unholy matrimony Cassandra?" Astra asked, and Cassandra nodded.

"You can call me Cass." Was the quick reply, a vindictive gleam in her chocolate colored eyes.

When the two teens walked into the room, Cass gasped at the person that Astra assumed to be Barbara, who was standing in the center of the room, completely starkers, looking at her legs like they were an alien attachment.

Tonks on the other hand seemed to have army crawled over to a corner where she was rifling through the extended bag that she had brought with them, before finally crowing in triumph as she pulled out the greatest invention known to wizard kind. The potion which upon its creation, its inventor was immediately given an Order of Merlin first class upon humanitarian grounds, Hangover Potion.

"Oh, Nymphadora you are a Lifesaver," Astra stated as she strode over to the green haired Metamorph and plucked the potion from her hands, and then took a swig of the potion as she walked back towards the girl she had married the night before, wincing slightly as steam poured out from her ears.

"Don call me Nymphadora, Astra," She growled in reply as she glared blurrily after her, However when her eyes landed on Cass

"Here drinks some of this," Astra told her as smoke poured out from her ears from the potion. Cass grabbed the drink and sniffed it slightly before wrinkling her nose in disgust.

"It tastes like crap, but would you rather have the hangover," Astra asked, amusement in her tone as Cass sighed then took a gulp of the potion. She made a face at the taste as smoke drifted from her ears.

"Thanks," Cass replied, and that seemed to snap Barbara out of her trance as her head snapped over to the two teens.

"Cass? My legs, they, they really work again?" She asked as if not really believing it.

"It appears so," Cass replied as she walked over to Barbara, potion still in hand, "Drink, Hangover Cure."

Barbara took a swig from the bottle and gagged slightly. But the disgust did not last long as she seemed to realize that she was standing completely naked in the center of a room, with two strangers, one whom she had just woken up next to in the same state of undress, and her young companion. Her cheeks flashing crimson, she grabbed a sheet off of the floor and wrapped it around her chest as if it was a toga of some sorts.

"Astra," Tonks whined as she crawled over to the mischievous looking dark haired girl, her face shifting color until it was as green as her hair, "Potion please?"

Cass gave an undignified snort as she capped the mostly empty bottle and tossed it over to Astra, who caught it deftly and handed it to the green metamorph. Tonks opened it as fast as she could and drank greedily, but she groaned when only half a mouthful trickled into her mouth.

"Astra… you suck," Tonks grumbled as she sat up grabbing a nearby blanket that seemed to have been tossed haphazardly on the floor.

"Hey Nymmie, you have any memories of the past, I don't know... week," Astra asked as she saw the date on a nearby clock.

"Find my wand, I need to use a spell Mad-eye taught me to retrieve drunken memories," Tonks replied as she stood unsteadily, then seemed to realize that there were two other people in the room with them when Barbara gave a horrified, "It's been that long."

"Hey Astra, who're the birds?" She asked as she walked unsteadily back towards her bag.

"Why Nymmie," Astra replied with an evil smirk on her face, "They're our wives."

In an instant, both women froze in their search for their clothes, and they were all privy to tonks, hair turning white as a sheet.

"We didn't," Barbara asked Cass horrified, who with a raised eyebrow helde up both marriage licenses and the finger where a glimmering wedding band was placed..

"Bugger," Tonks muttered, rubbing her head with her palms, before remembering her nudity and grabbed her bag and sprinted into the bedroom.

While the older women were clothes hunting Astra began to count her ill gotten gains from her week of gambling and debauchery. There were 87 of the extended cases that Gringotts had provided, as well as the deeds of nine casino's, and papers that stated she had 15% shares in Wayne enterprises, 10% shares in Queen consolidated, and 60% shares in Lexcorp.

"Bloody hell Astra, how much did you make?" Tonks asked, and Astra turned to see a fully clothed Tonks and Barbara as well as an amused Cass.

"Well I have about eighty seven cases of the cases that have been… altered to hold about a hundred and fifteen million a piece, I also have the deeds to at least Nine Casinos, as well as Shares in Wayne enterprises, Queen consolidated, and a majority share in Lexcorp.

"Wait… What!" Barbara asked and Astra offered the papers to Barbra for her to look over. Astra smiled as she watched on, then looked over at Tonks who was squinting at the marriage licenses. Barbara spent several minutes looking over the papers, before looking incredulously at Astra.

"You… You're the Majority shareholder of Lexcorp," She stared at Astra then shook her head and asked,"How the hell do you own lexcorp?"

"Astra… A word," Tonks asked, her voice several octaves higher than normal as she inspected the marriage licences.

"Halfa mo," Astra told Barbara , and walked over to Tonks.

"Wassup, Nymmie," She asked as Tonks pointed to the signatures on the licenses, they were written in a red… ink."

"Astra please tell me that is just a hallucination created from the hangover," Tonks begged as Astra looked at it.

"It's blood," Astra replied, and Tonks groaned loudly.

"Fan-freaking-tastic, Marriage bound in blood," Tonks muttered, then in an attempt to find some humor in the situation, stated, "Well at least now you don't have to worry about marriage contracts."

"Tonks this is a cluster fuck, even for me. I thought felix felicis was supposed to make you lucky," Astra replied in a harsh whisper.

"Well… It kind of did," Tonks replied, wiggling her eyebrows, "And dragged me along for the ride too."

"Not helping Nymphadora," Astra growled in reply, but before Tonks could retort there was a loud cough from behind the two of them, and both Astra and Tonks turned to see both Barbara and Cass looking at them with eyes raised.

"Mind informing the rest of the group what is so important about those marriage licenses." Barbara asked, her tone brokering no argument, both of the witches froze, then Nym gave a long suffering sigh.

"Well let's sit down, we may as well rip the band-aid off now." Tonks groaned as she flopped into one of the two couches in the room, Astra sat down next to the older woman, Which left both Barbara and Cassandra to sit on the couch parallel to their own, "Alright so first off, Both Astra and I are wand waving, magic using witches. Second off the Marriage Licences are magically binding using our blood to bind us into a permanent and unbreakable union."

There was a moment of silence and the two women blinked in confusion, then Barbara's eyes almost seemed to flash with anger, "Not Funny, Not funny at all. Tell us the goddamned truth or so help me-"

Barbara was interrupted by tonks toppling her wand on the table and it transforming into a badger, while Astra incanted, "Expecto Patronum."

To Astra's surprise instead of the stag that it had normally been, a silver grimm shot out of the wand and bounded around the room before stopping in front of Cassandra.

Barbara looked over at the badger trying to hop onto the couch with wonder, "I- I've never seen Zatanna do anything like this before."

Cass stared in wonder at the Grimm Patronus and stretched her hand out to touch it.

"It's so warm, It makes me feel happy," Cass informed Barbara with a smile on her face.

"Its a called a patronus charm," Astra informed her, a small grin on her face "It's meant to fight off creatures of shadow and despair."

The smile dropped off her face quickly and the patronus disappeared, causing tonks to give Astra a confused look. Astra Mouthed Lupin, causing Tonks to give a wide eyed look of understanding.

"Well anyway, the two of us came to vegas to get away from a whole mess of crap in our little hidden society of witches and wizards." Tonks continued on to draw attention back on herself.

"Hidden society?" The concern and suspicion were suddenly back on Barbara's face.

"Yeah, you know how they hunted witches and wizards in the dark ages, well our people went into hiding and have never really come back creating a hidden society of magic users, only ever revealing magic to either those who marry a magical, or those whose kids were born with magic.

"What happens to those not in the know who find out," Cass asked and both Astra and Tonks shift uncomfortably.

"Normally their memories are wiped unless as stated before they were married to a magical. Which brings us to these," Nym stated and held up the marriage licences in her hand, "Normally we could anul these, tear them up and forget they ever happened. However these are signed in our blood, and there is only one type of marriage in the magical world that has this kind of signature, and unfortunately, due to the soul binding properties of this kind of marriage, they are unbreakable."

"Hold up," Barbara held up her hands in a T, then asked "Can I call a magical friend of mine to verify this.

Tonks raised her eyebrow, then asked, "You knew about the magical world before this?"

"About magic, yes, The Magical World… No," Barbara replied then held up her phone, "Can I call her?"

"Ah, Hell why not," Tonks sighed then asked, "So What Casino are we in, cause this sure as hell ain't the room that Astra and I checked into."

"Bellagio," Cass replied, holding up a pen a contemplative look on her face as she stared at Astra. Astra shifted in her seat nervously as Barbara stood up to make her call.

"Well," Barbara said as she hung up, "Zatanna is on her way to verify what you've told us."

"Well I guess we should do a round of introductions. My name is Nymphadora Tonks… Or at least I think it still is. Anyway don't call me by my full name, Nym is fine," Nym told the two women on the couch opposite them. Astra had opened her mouth to speak when a knock came at the door.

Nym stood up, her wand in hand as she walked to the door. Opening it up a crack she asked, "Who are you?"

"My name is Zatanna, Barbara gordon called me," The woman replied and Tonks looked back to Barbara who nodded.

"Come in," Nym told the woman, opening the door up again.

Barbara stood up and Zatanna froze as she did so, her face one of shock.

"Barbara… How, When?" Zatanna asked, flabbergasted as she looked at Barbara's legs.

"Sometime in the last week, We aren't too sure about the timetable," Barba replied, and Zatanna's eyes flitted around the room until they landed on Astra.

"Well, of all the things that I expected to see today, this was not one of them," Zatanna stated as she looked down at Astra who bristled, "The disgraced girl who lived, who carved a bloody path through twenty four death eaters with a small band of allies behind her, before you were defeated by Voldemort."

Tonks tensed up as Astra looked Zatanna in the eye, "We were attacked by terrorists, who had either been locked up in azkaban, or had bribed their way out of prison before. Every single one of them was guilty of rape, torture, and murder. They were planning on doing the same to myself and my allies. Why should I show them mercy if they had none to show me."

Zatanna's eyebrow rose slightly, a glimmer of respect in her eyes as she grabbed the Marriage contract, "I may not approve of the methods, But I can approve of the resolve. I'm going to give you a fair warning, MACUSA is pretty firmly under Dumbledore's thumb due to the defeat of grindelwald."

"What is going on Z, who is she," Barbara asked concerned as Zatanna muttered something under her breath and the contracts glowed a soft gold.

"She is Astra Black, Formerly Potter, and she is most definitely married to Cass. Barbara you are married to Nymphadora Tonks, Hyphenated name on that one." Zatanna stated, putting the contracts down.

There was silence in the room as they all digested exactly what Zatanna had said, then Cass stood up, and walked over to Astra who had braced herself for what she assumed was an oncoming blow. But was pleasantly surprised when Cass lifted her chin up and gave her a long and deep kiss.

Their little moment was interrupted by the sound of Barbara's phone ringing loudly. Cass and Astra both pulled apart to look at Barbara who was looking at the caller I.D. on her phone.

"One second," Barbara groaned and walked into the bedroom to answer the call.

"How did you heal Barbara's legs," Zatanna asked, looking at the two women, "I haven't heard of any healing that could repair paralysed...anything."

Suddenly Fawlkes flew into the room and landed on Astra's shoulder and began to preen his feathers.

"Is that?" Zatanna asked, her voice full of awe.

"This is Fawlkes, Dumbledore's former phoenix," Astra informed her with a smile as she rubbed underneath Fawlkes chin, "Who I am pretty sure is smug at the moment, and the cause of the healing we have to thank for Barbara's legs."

"I'm sorry did you say Dumbledore's former Phoenix," Zatanna asked wide eyed.

"Who is this Dumbledore, You mentioned him before?" Cass asked as she sat down next to Astra and began to stroke Fawlkes' feathers.

"He is in charge of pretty much everything in the magical world, a master manipulator who justifies everything he does with its for the greater good." Astra told her and buried her face in her hands, "And even despite my best efforts he still has managed to play me like a puppet for years."

Cass pulled Astra into a hug, a strange protective urge shooting through her. The dam broke once again for Astra who felt oddly safe in the other girl's arms and she began to quietly cry into Cass's shoulder. Fawlkes flew over to the briefcases and perched himself on top of one of them, singing a soft song as he gave the two a moment. Tonks sighed as she leaned back into her chair rubbing her forehead. When she looked up she saw Barbara in the doorway looking at the entwined girls with a mixture of concern and pity. The room was silent for a little while before the tears stopped once more. Astra wiped the tear from her eyes and gave Cass a thankful look as Barbara sat down on the opposite couch.

"Was that your boss? Zatanna asked as she flopped onto the couch next to the crimson hair woman.

Barbara nodded her head, "Yeah, he figured out that Lexcorp had a new majority shareholder and had come to vegas to try and meet them."

Barbara seemed to pause and then sighed as she noticed all of the attention was on her, "I May or may not have told him where to find us."

"Why," Tonks asked in an angry tone as she stood from her seat.

"It's nothing to worry about," Zatanna interrupted getting between the two women, "Since you are from Wizarding Britain you may not know about the Justice League."

"Wait, you are that Zatanna?" Astra asked her eyes wide, "I can't believe it."

"Well it gets better from here I was once Bat Girl but due to the Joker shooting me in the stomach I was forced to adapt and become The Oracle." Barbara stated, then gestured to Cass, "She is the current Batgirl."

"I married a superheroine!?" Astra stammered.

"I'm not a hero," Cass replied in a monotone, bowing her head in shame "I'm just a girl who for the longest time had a death wish and had recently allowed it to come to fruition."

"Hey, you've helped so many people, saved so many lives," Astra argued, pulling Cass's head up to meet her eyes.

"Oh Morgana's skimpiest thong there's two of her." Tonks groaned theatrically, covering her eyes.

Both teens sent glares at the pink haired metamorph, and then at the two chuckling women. Tonks stood up and then sat down next to Barbara draping her arm across the other woman's shoulder as they gave an almost identical amused look towards the two teenagers.

"So Astra is self deprecating as well?" Barbara asked and Tonks snorted.

"Oh is she ever," Tonks chuckled, and then promptly received a pillow to the face for her trouble.

"So Br-Batman called," Cass asked, stumbling a bit when she spoke.

Barbara nodded then responded, "He's coming out of costume to meet our spouses. He disapproves."

Astra's stomach chose that moment to give a loud growl. Four sets of eyes looked at the now blushing teen.

"Perhaps some breakfast would not go amiss,"Tonks chortled slightly, her hair shifting to yellow as she smirked, "And since Astra owns the place we get free food."

After breakfast had been ordered and delivered, one of the room's phones rang. Astra walked over and answered the phone.

"Ma'am Bruce Wayne is here to speak with you," The voice stated, then asked, "Shall I send him up?"

Astra turned to Barbara and mouthed, "Bruce Wayne?"

At Barbara's confirming nod Astra informed the man to send him up. Several minutes later there was a knock on the door.

"Come in," Astra called, and the door opened to reveal a tall dark haired rugged looking man. His blue eyes were calculating as he walked into the door. That calculating look turned to shock as Barbara stood to greet him.

"Barbara-, you," He stammered momentarily, "How is this possible?"

"Magic Bruce," Zatanna told him,"Specifically the strongest source of healing magic on this plan. Phoenix tears.

The situation was quickly explained to Bruce who's face remained stoic during the entire conversation. He was silent while the women ate their food. When they had finished he began to speak.

"This is why I detest dealing with Magic, Benefits of the situation aside. But, I do not envy your talk with Commissioner Gordon ." Bruce stated as he leaned back into his chair.

Tonks face paled drastically and her hair which had been a bright yellow quickly turned the same ghastly shade of white as her face.

"How do you do that?" Bruce asked, fascinated.

"I'm what's known as a metamorphmagus, pretty much means that I am a shapeshifter," Tonks replied, her face still horrified.

"Sounds useful," Bruce commented.

"Yeah I helped when I was an Auror," Tonks replied glumly.

"Don't worry Nym, seeing as I am Rich I will need a bodyguard." Astra teased, causing Tonks to maturely stick her tongue out at the younger woman.

" ," Bruce interrupted, the barest hint of a smile on his face, "I could teach you how to manage a business successfully."

"I'll need to go back to Britain to attend the will reading of," Astra paused the pain rearing up again, "My adoptive father. I will also have to deal with the parents that abandoned me to an abusive home."

"I'll come with you," Cass reassured her, putting her hand on top of Astra's.

"Shit What day is it?" Tonks asked her eyes slightly wide.

"July Eighth," Zatanna replied, and everyone was surprised when the two witches Lept from their seats.

"The Will reading is tomorrow." Tonks practically shouted as she and Astra hastily began to pack everything up. Shrinking down the briefcases as needed.

"Ladies," Bruce stated, "Allow me to escort you to england. My jet is at your disposal."
