The kids were scared out of their wits once they landed at the bottom of the ride.

"A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-Are the...the characters...ALIVE?!" Roy exclaimed. "I mean, we've been coming here a lot, but WHAT KINDA NUTSY PLACE IS THIS?!"

"HA!" Annette exclaimed. "I told you! Out of all the great places to go to in the state of Florida, Disney is clearly the best!"

"Oh, SHUT UP!" Roy said, climbing out of the log with Annette. "You're scared, too!"

"No I'm n—AAAAGH!" Annette replied, jumping back a little and then staring.

"Ha!" Roy replied yet again. "I told ya!"

"No, wait!" Annette replied. "Look at that..."

Once Roy and Annette shook themselves dry of the water, they noticed that something very different was happening over in Frontierland. Thousands upon thousands of cartoon characters from Disney films past and present were looking around the parks.

("When You Wish Upon A Star" instrumental)

"There's so many cartoons..." Roy gasped, breathlessly.

"Uh, we prefer the term "Animated-American."" A familiar New Jersey accent said.

"TIMON?!" Roy exclaimed.

"Yeah, it's Timon alright, big whoop, say—they closed this park at least an hour ago." The little meerkat got onto Roy's shoulder.

"You're clearly late." The White Rabbit replied, hopping up and holding his gold clock.

"What're you kids doin' here?" The meerkat asked, looking at his animated nails.

"Well, my sister decided we should see the park before it opens." Roy replied, gesturing over to Annette, rather sarcastically. "As you can see, that wasn't very bright."

"HEY!" Annette clenched her fists.

"Well, you two had better be careful." Timon replied. "I've heard the bad guys are wantin' to take over the park, but ya didn't hear it from me..."

"Who did you hear it from?" Annette asked.

"Let's just say a little birdy told me." Timon replied, pointing at a familiar building.

Annette and Roy stared at the Enchanted Tiki Room attraction in the distance, which now had the animatronics moving more like real birds.

"Let's go check it out." Annette told Roy.

"I'm still unsure about all this." Roy replied, but reluctantly followed Annette.

And so, both the kids ended up walking over to the tropic-themed hut, just as the birds were starting to perform their signature song.

"Welcome to our trop-i-cal,

Hideaway,

You luc-ky peo-ple, you,

If we weren't in the show starting right away,

We'd be in the au-di-ence, too!"

The birds continued to perform their cute little song as the chandelier descended from the ceiling, until they started to take notice of the kids.

"ACH DU LIEBER!" The German bird hollered.

"BEGORRAH!" The Irish bird's feathers were ruffled.

"¡AY CARUMBA!" The Mexican bird yelled. "What are chu keeds doin' here eh so late een la noche?"

"Oh, we've come to inquire about the—uh, the villains.." Annette replied. "Timon said you guys are the inside source.."

(*record scratch*)

The chandelier went back into the ceiling, and all the birds stopped performing.

"Take five guys, we'll continue this in a moment!" The Irish bird called. "Thank goodness this is only the rehearsal."
