Kurt followed his class into the classroom and he went to look for his name that the teacher had put on the desk when he found his seat he saw that he sat next to a little boy that had two last names. "Hi I'm Kurt what your name." " Rylen." "KURT WE ARE IN THE SAME CLASS." Kurt and Rylen looked over and saw Jeff and saw that his seat was close to Kurt's.

When the teacher thought that she had everybody's attention there was a knock on her door. "Oh you must be Mr. Alexander." "I'm so sorry he is late we were looking for his uniform." "No problem."

Kurt and Alexander looked over at each other and smiled Kurt mostly excited to start school. "Alright kids my name is Mrs. Jordan and I'll be your first grade teacher."

Kurt soon felt like he had to go potty but the problem was that the teacher looked mean. "Kurt are you ok?" Kurt looked over at Jeff and shook his head. "What's wrong?" "I have to go potty but she looks scary." Jeff understand what Kurt was going through because all of his friends knew that he hadn't gone to school before and he was scared to ask the teacher last year if it was ok to go potty.

"Mrs. Jordan, is it ok for Kurt to go to the bathroom?" Kurt looked over at Jeff he couldn't believe that he had asked her that. "Of course Jeff but next time let Kurt ask for himself. Ok?" Jeff nodded. They watched as Kurt ran past them and into the hall where the boys bathroom was. Soon Kurt returned and went back to his desk.

All too soon school was over Kurt was waiting for Elizabeth with Blaine and Jeff because they all are going to have a playdate and Nick is supposed to be there too. Soon Burt and Elizabeth showed up. "Mommy Daddy." Burt bent down to Kurt's level and gave him a hug. "How was school kiddo?" "School was better than mommy teaching me but I still love when she does especially when we bake cookies." Kurt looked over at Elizabeth then asked. "Can we bake cookies today?"

Elizabeth rolled her eyes because Kurt is always asking to bake something. "Sure Kurt if the others want to bake cookies we can."

She watched as Kurt jumped around the car being careful of the cars. When they got home Nick and his mom were already at the Hummel's house. "I'm so sorry if you had to wait long." "No we just got here because Nicholas had a dentist appointment." "Oh Kurt is going for his first one on Friday."

Elizabeth and Nick's mom watched as the boys ran around the front yard. "Niky we missed you at school today." "Yeah but mommy and daddy need me to help keep an eye on my younger siblings." "Oh." Soon they saw Chris coming down the street. "CHRIS!" Kurt ran to meet him and they walked back to their house together. "Chris we are making mud pies come help us." "You go ahead and play with your friends. I have some homework because I was late to my classes." Kurt looked sad but went back to playing with Blaine Nick and Jeff.

By the time they all went home Kurt could hardly keep his eyes open because of school and then playing with the others. Just then they saw somebody move next door. "Oh looks like we have new neighbors. Do you want to go say hi?" Kurt looked over at Elizabeth then across the street and saw a little girl and she has two dads. "Mommy why does she have two daddies? Isn't that bad?" Elizabeth looked down at Kurt and smiled at his innocent question. "No it's not bad as long as they love each other it doesn't matter if it's a boy and girl or two boys or two girls." "Oh."

Kurt and Elizabeth walked over to the house and Kurt still had some of his cookies in his pocket he saw that the little girl was crying. "Why are you crying?" "My daddies are missing." "Don't cry it will be ok." "I'm Rachel. What's your name?" "Kurt. Do you want to come over to my house?" "Yeah sure!" Kurt and Rachel ran over to the house and started to play with some of his toys.

"Rachel. Rachel where are you?" Kurt and Rachel stopped playing and followed the sound and saw one of Rachel's dads "PAPA WHERE DID YOU GO!" "I was in the house and daddy was in the truck you need to tell us when you leave." "I'm sorry Papa." "It's ok baby."
