Three weeks passed since Elsa moved into the Arendelle family and Hans was getting groggier each day. Right now he was sitting at a bar, where his friend Citron worked as a barmaid. She smirked knowingly at the brooding male and passed him another mug of beer.

"I can tell what's on your mind, Hansie darling~" She patted his arm and nodded at the container with beverage in it. "Drink up, this one's on me. I know you need it right now."

"Cit, gosh, what do I do?" Hans downed half of the mug and slammed it into the table. "It's eating me away, this frustration, this…this need to fight what I want for!"

"So why don't you?" The female asked and attended another client, swaying her hips in a flirtatious way and winking at the random drooling males.

"Because they are my sisters, for frozen sake!" The man gruffly scratched his sideburns and groaned, slamming his fist into the table. "She was all mine and now I barely see her, that's how much time the two spend together!"

Citron knew her best friend had a crush on his cute adopted sister Anna. It was stupid really, how he was always so brooding and manly, but he acted so sweet and tender towards the adorable strawberry blonde, it was even funny sometimes, his duality. The woman herself thought Hans to be an attractive male, but they were best friends and it pained her to see he made no moves throughout the years to show his youngster of the family how much he actually cared about her.

"Just tell her how you feel, Hansie, show her little by little." Citron suggested while rubbing along the edge of his reddened fist. "And stop hitting anything in your way."

"She's too smitten with Elsa, Cit… I do not think I can get in between them, they're inseparable… I think it's too late, honestly… Gosh, Cit, what do I do…" Hans put his head on the bar surface and grunted. "She is my world, she is so sweet and adorable, her smile can brighten even the darkest of nights… You know, she still comes to my bed when she has nightmares… It's a torture, because she keeps saying how she wants to go to Elsa instead, but doesn't want to invade her privacy or worry her… However, I think Elsa knows of those nightmares, that's why she keeps giving her herbal teas before sleep and they even take baths together…"

"You should join them." Citron spoke after a pregnant silence. "Not saying in the bath, do not think Elsa or Anna would be okay, but for their tea time, for their walks and what not. See if it's innocent or if it's something serious. I mean, it's been only three weeks, so maybe it's just that Anna's excited. Think about it, she had to live with brothers for too long and now she ahs a female in the family. She's obviously using all chances she gets to have quality time with the sister she never had before."

"Maybe you're right… Maybe not…" Hans sighed. "I'll see what I can do… This jealousy is so not good for me…"

Shoveling the snow away from the spot he needed to uncover, Kristoff blew his messy hair out of his eyesight as the harsh wind increased in its torment. He had to be quick to remove quite some layers of snow to build a shelter in the spot he was digging so that the snow wouldn't cover the area more than necessary. After another fifteen minutes he tossed his tool away and immediately grabbed for the shelter building items, planks and nails, kicking a hammer with his foot up in the air and catching it swiftly with his right hand, then hammering in the nails to the planks that created the shelter.

"Kris! Let's go, I'm finished here!" A husky manly voice sounded somewhere further away, still audible through the howling icy winds.

"In a minute!" He yelled back and added a second layer of planks, securing them with a bunch of nails and then smiled at his handiwork, admiring it. Then he packed his tools into the sled and pulled it with him, trudging along the never-ending snow piled towards his buddy, who was waiting for his towering over the piles as if they were nothing but toy blocks.

Kristoff was a pretty tall guy and he built muscles while here in the mountains, but his buddy Sven was a piece of artwork. He was very tall, muscular and had a manly face. No wonder Olaf was a sputtering mess around him. The pale guy had to practically arch halfway backwards in order to look at Sven's face, and he only did that once and never tried it again, always a blushing mess in the buff guy's presence. While it was amusing to watch these occurrences, he also felt bad for Olaf. It seemed like Sven was oblivious to the petite male's attraction towards him and always treated him as a little kid, petting his hair and praising for delicious food. Kristoff tried telling his friend that maybe he should move on, but Olaf was ever as persistent as he was optimistic and brushed his warning off.

But then, maybe there was a way to make things work between the two?.. If he went to visit his relatives for a short while, that would mean Sven and Olaf would share the cabin, and he wouldn't be there to get in the way. Mhm, yes, that was a good plan. Kristoff decided to leave next week and hoped for the best outcome. There was no way he could watch anymore of this pointless back and forth between his close friends. One oblivious to the affection and tension, the other too shy to openly show his true feelings to the man in question. He came to a halt in front of his buddy and clapped him on the back.

"Well then, Sven, let's go get that delicious dinner Olaf made, I heard there's even a carrot pie waiting for us tonight!" He guffawed at the small drool that escaped his friends mouth at the mention of his favorite dish and moved along the road, hoping his plan will be able to sort everything between his pals and not put them even further apart.
