School

The first month of the Academy went well for Naruto. He was finally at the place where the other students started at when it came to chakra control. His chakra was so dense he needed to get used to moving it around inside his body before he could even think about doing chakra control exercises. Once it became natural to him to circulate his chakra Sekko-sensei asked a girl named Hinata to look at him to make sure he could. Naruto had no clue how she could tell but she gave him the ok, now it was time to practice chakra control. Sekko-sensei said the leaf and rock spinning exercise would be too difficult until Naruto's chakra would mature. So he started Naruto off in tree climbing. At first he kept getting blown off for thirty minutes straight until he learned to tone it down a little bit then finally he made some progress. The class stopped so they could have lunch, apparently they were having a test after lunch.

Naruto POV

"Man, that tree climbing thing drained me out. I could take a nap right now but we have a test after lunch. I haven't studied any of the new stuff so I'm definitely failing." Naruto said out loud while eating lunch, which consisted of rice balls and grilled chicken on skewers. "Iruka-sensei didn't tell us we had a test this week so I doubt it's important." Sasuke replied after he ate whatever he had for lunch. He had on a high collared blue shirt with white shorts, as well as arm warmers on both of his arms and his shins taped up and into his blue sandals. My outfit was way cooler but he was alright I guess. The bell rang and we both went inside waiting for the test. We sat down in the last row on the right when we saw we had ink, paper and a scroll on our desks. " Alright class today we are taking a fuinjutsu aptitude test, this will show us if you are skilled enough or interested enough to continue the lost art of the shinobi world. Your goal is to make a sealing scroll, most of you won't be able to do that and that's ok. We will have this test twice a year. Those that can do it will be offered to continue if so we will offer extra classes for fuinjutsu only. Alright you have the rest of the day to complete this." With that I was off to the races.

'This is AMAZING, I can understand what each symbol does and means. Now it's just like putting the pieces together.' There was no way it was this easy to make a sealing scroll. The little book next to the scroll on the desk explained what each symbol meant and what function they did. It was up to us as students to figure out what goes with what and for me it seemed natural. There were four chakra receptors and storage on the scroll. The four symbols powered the stasis symbol that put whatever was being sealed in the same condition and made sure it stayed that way, as well as creating the small pocket dimension that stored the material. The bigger the items being stored the more chakra it needed and in turn the bigger the symbols needed to be to hold the chakra, but there was an exception to this. The denser the chakra put in, the smaller the symbol needs to be. The way I understand it is to power the seal you need a certain output of chakra, it's the same for everyone. Say it takes one pound to fill up a scroll, normally someone uses dirt to make up the one pound, that's someone filling up a scroll with average chakra density. If I do it, I use iron to fill up the one pound. Therefore it's more compact and smaller than a regular person. This was like it was made for me to use. I could make tiny scrolls that would hold the same amount as a regular size scroll or a normal size scroll to hold the same amount as a large scroll. The hardest part was making sure my kanji were well written and the symbols matched up. When they all fit together you can pump chakra into it and boom a working sealing scroll. It took me an hour to finally figure out the placement of each symbol and to write the kanji needed for it to work. I was so excited when I tested it out and it worked. I yelled, " Naruto Uzumaki is the best damn student in this class, Jiji has no chance against me now!" I looked around to see who else was done because this was so easy somebody else had to be finished. "Ah Naruto I assume you finished. Let me see it to make sure it is correct'', Iruka sensei seemed to be impressed but he hid it well. He scanned it over for a minute, nodded and spoke to me, "Well I am impressed, it's not the best handwriting but it's functional and it seems you made it a little bit smaller than normal. How did you manage this, these scrolls need a certain amount of chakra and the symbols are the correct size for the amount you put in but for it to function correctly you need more chakra in these symbols. That's why we make them bigger, so how did you manage it?" So I went into the whole chakra density thing and explained to him how I understood it.

"Well Naruto it seems like you're like fish in water when it comes to fuinjutsu. Tomorrow I will give you the books, paper and ink to start practicing. First you will understand the theory behind everything. Then when it is shown that you understand we will begin making seals. For now tho take the left over ink and paper you have and practice your handwriting. For fuinjutsu you need perfect handwriting." I was a bit prideful in the fact I was the only one to finish that day, the second closest person was a pink hair girl named Sakura who got to about half way when the day ended. I was packing up my stuff ready to leave for the day when I heard the duck butt guy start talking to me, I have yet to tell him of his nickname but one day I will. "How did an idiot like you manage to figure out one of the most obscure and difficult shinobi arts?" He looked at me with genuine curiosity. "I'm not sure myself, its like I knew how to read a second language its just I never seen that language yet and now I have."

"Well, I'm super impressed and did you hear that we are doing a physical exam tomorrow, we finally get to start physical conditioning. Wanna bet who faster and stronger?" Showing his arrogance in his own physical abilities. Ohh I am going to enjoy wiping that smirk of his face.

"You're definitely on, if I win you owe me ramen. If you win I'll get you udon, fair?" He nodded in agreement.

Next Day

Today we were with Mizuki-sensei for the majority of the day just to get our baselines down. The first test we had was our strength, we had to do as many pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, lunges and squats as possible. Overall me and Sasuke tied with him doing more pushups, pull-ups and chin-ups but me beating him in lunges, squats and situps. We had a long lunch to get some of the weaker classmates' feet back and refuel for our next test. It was our flexibility and how acrobatic we were, I lagged behind Sasuke AND a boy named Kiba when it came to how acrobatic we were, but I beat out everyone, even the girls when it came to flexibility. The second to final test was to see how fast we are. "Alright girls you go first, run around this track four times as fast as you can. This track has chakra suppressing seals so you can't use chakra to aid you. This is a pure physicality baseline test. So everyone on the line and when I say go is when the clock will start." Honestly what came next was not that impressive. The only two girls that broke the eight minute mark were Hinata girls with the white eyes, and a blond girl named Ino. "Boys are next, same thing applies on go is when the timer starts."

"Dobe I'm going to dust you."

"Teme, be prepared to buy me ramen"

"GO!"

What happened next was the academy record that would never be beaten for the next one hundred years by a first year academy student. I dusted everyone, I lapped everyone twice, even Sasuke. I finished with a three minute and twenty two second time. The second closest time was Sasuke and that kid Kiba again who managed to get under five and half minutes. "What was that Sasuke~" I sing out just to annoy him. He was getting his breath back from beating Kiba in the race for second place. "How did you get that fast dobe? What training did you get? How long did it take?" He was hounding me with questions but I told him the truth. "I didn't get any special training and as far as I know I've always been this fast." He just nodded to himself, because next thing we knew we had to run an endurance test. It went about as well as the speed test, I kept running until it was time to go. Mizuki-sensei didn't seem surprised when I beat everyone in the speed and endurance tests for some reason. "Alright, Sasuke, Kiba, Choji, Shino, Naruto, Ino and Hinata come over here." We walked over the storage room and what looked like weights were lying around. "You seven were deemed physically fit enough to start wearing weights for your legs and arms. Where these at all times and once a week we will take them off and let you adjust for the day before putting them back on." Out of all the weights my leg waits looked the heaviest, well they sure felt like the heaviest but I could understand the benefits of these things. Everyone got a pair of wrist weights and leg weights. We all put them on, packed up our stuff and left for home.

For the next couple months we had a routine at the academy, chakra control and expansion was the first thing taught by Sekko-sensei. Afterwards we had physical conditioning, acrobatics training and flexibility exercises with Mizuki-sensei and to wrap up the day we had strategy and survival training with Iruka-sensei. We would still learn history and science in the beginning of Iruka's class but then we transitioned into how to survive in the wild or practice leading a squad on a mission. We had a good system until today, apparently today we had something different to do. We were all standing outside training ground one, a heavily wooded training ground with sparse open areas. The trees were no problem since we could all tree hop. Not the same as tree walking, it had almost no chakra control and was purely physical, right up my alley. Then Iruka spoke up, "Today will be a survival exercise, we will split you into four teams, the students that hail from clans as well as those who we deem capable of competing with them will be a separate group. Then we have the students who hail from civilian families or can not compete with the clan children. This is not to make anyone feel bad, all this does is insure that we can get accurate results on your abilities. So, Sakura, Ino, Sasuke, Shino, Choji, Shikamaru, Hinata, Kiba, Naruto, Daichi, Emiko and Ayumi are over here with me. Everyone else gather around Sekko he will explain your test." We moved over to a different part of the woods a little ways over. Then Iruka started speaking again. "This exercise will test survival skills, evading skills and for some there tracking skills. Hinata, Kiba, Shino and Shikamaru you will be the hunters, your objective is to tag your targets with these blue paint tags. When one is tagged you must come back to me, those who are being hunted will receive a scroll, they can not open the scroll until they get into the forest but all the huntend will have non blue paint tags. If one of the hunters is tagged with these paint tags they must report back here to be cleared for action. For everyone who is tagged by the hunters they will be released back into the forest to hunt the remaining students at my discretion. These tags perform just like exploding tags, you must prime them with chakra then you can use them to denote them manually, or have them connected to shinobi wire that when it moves it explodes or whatever you seem to figure out. Does anyone have any questions?" I raised my hand cause this was a good question.

"What if we get hungry?"

"Eat something, good thing you paid attention in survival class, isn't that right Naruto?" Iruka-sensei asked, 'more like told'.

"Of course Iruka-sensei, there was no way I wouldn't pay attention in your class." I laughed nervously maybe I wasn't putting one hundred percent of my focus when he started talking. It's not my fault that he makes it soooo boring.

"Good, everyone hiding take a storage scroll. You will have fifteen minutes before the hunters begin and this is everyone for themselves so good luck. Time starts… NOW!" and like that we took off like a bat out of hell.

Third Person POV

Daichi was probably the slowest out of the boys group but made up for it in strength. His first objective was to get far enough away to examine what was inside the scroll. He got to a large tree, ran up it and checked his scroll. It had six yellow paint tages, one spool of ninja wire and four dull kunai. "What the hell am I going to do with this." Then it struck him, he was going to set up a hell pit around this tree, with ninja wire connected to every tree around the big tree he rigged up the tags to cover everywhere except one escape spot. This was a solid plan, if he knew where to put the tags so this could actually happen.

Sakura who was the slowest of the group but the smartest devised a simple but effective plan with the seven red paint tags, four smoke bombs, one flash bomb and four dull kunai. She would constantly stay on the move, taxing her stamina but with no shinobi wire to set up decent traps that could detonate remotely. Once cornered or out of tags she would use her smoke or flash bombs to get away. Simple but effective indeed.

Sasuke had the same idea as Sakura but he got a spool of wire so he decided to set up traps around random areas and save his four kunai as well as his five green tags. "Damn I got the short end of the stick.

Ayumi and Emkio ditched the 'everyone for themselves' plan and teamed up. If they didn't get caught what's the big deal. Between them they had three spools of wire, eight kunai, five pink tags and four purple tags. They also had two flash bombs and two smoke bombs, they planned out that they would sporadically place traps around and when they found a suitable spot to hunker down they would. Ino and Choji probably had the simplest idea, if they get close, throw a kunai wrapped paint tag around it and then run away in the confusion. The most simple plans tended to work. Finally, Naruto figured out a plan that he liked, he unsealed his scroll and found he had three spools of wire, six orange paint tages, three smoke bombs and four kunai. It seems someone hit the jackpot. His plan was to make elaborate traps around certain areas that were suitable. Then he would go into hiding, when caught instead of running away he would run into his own trap, dodging his trap while catching the hunter off guard. The plans were set but there fifteen minutes were up and there was no bell or indication that it was and the game finally began.

The hunters also had fifteen minutes to plan, all of them looked at Shikamaru. They all knew he was the smartest person when he wanted to be. He saw all of them look at him and muttered 'troublesome', "Iruka-sensei didn't say we couldn't work together so we will, first we will split up to find as many of them as possible, just find them don't engage. When I throw a flash bomb and a paint tag in the air with kunai that is the symbol to meet back up here. Then we will travel together to pick them off one by one since they can't work together." He finished with a sigh while laying back to look at the clouds, 'why wasn't I born a cloud?' While Shikamaru questioned his existence, Kiba and Shino discussed the best ways to find them. "Hey Hinata, how are you going to find them?" She made an 'ep' sound but found the courage to respond, "I-I have t-the Byakugan that c-can see c-chakra and through w-walls."

"Thats AWESOME! All I can do is smell them while Shino uses his weird bugs." Kiba stated lamely at the end.

"They are not weird, they are in fact the opposite of weird." The small abrume stated, annoyed at the slight against his beetles.

"Sure they are, anyway what do we do when we get back together?" Kiba asked while looking at Shikamaru, who was still looking at clouds. "Well when we get back together, we share our information and pick which targets will be the easiest to get. The more we get, the more hunters join our side. Then we have more bodies to get the ones we couldn't get before. Be wary of Sasuke and Naruto, they are both the most physically gifted as well as Naruto has a history of playing pranks and getting away with it in broad daylight." They all shook their heads in agreement, then they all saw Iruka give them the signal to begin.

"Alright, remember the plan and the signal." With that they were off into the woods after the other students.

With the Others

Daichi was just waiting on the large tree. Standing a partially big branch to block the view of certain angles. He set up the wire, and tags in the places he thought they would work then he heard a rustle. He instantly was on alert, but as soon as he heard it, it seemed to disappear back into the forest. He had no other options but to stay in his spot since he used all his materials in this one spot.

Sakura was not quite tired, but she could feel the slow ache of her muscles being constantly taxed. She was resting when she saw Kiba stalking her like a wolf, she then took off in the opposite direction. Fast as her legs could take her but she heard something strange, she didn't hear the trees creaking from jumping on them or foliage being ruffled. She looked back and saw the feral boy not pursuing her. This was weird indeed.

Sasuke could see the marks on the ground from someone walking around, he then felt several insects drop on him. He knew the Aburme was one of the hunters so he shook them off as well as killing them. He wouldn't be tracked by such a simple trick. Little did he know Shino had something else in mind. Sasuke wanted to go check his traps to see if anywhere set off. So he circled around to his old traps.

Ayumi and Emiko found a spot near a creek with a dead tree on the bank of the creek. Since Kiba was one of the people tracking them, they decided if they set up near a creek they could wash their smell off in the water to get away easier. Then as if the world went silent, they heard a whisper. Looking around to see anything, "Emiko, you heard that right?" She asked her friend to make sure she wasn't going crazy.

"Heard what?" Emiko retorted, slightly worried her partner in crime is going slightly crazy.

"I swore I just heard something whisper around us." Ayumi stated while peering through the surrounding foliage.

"You're just paranoid since it's a hunt or be hunted test. Calm down, we will be fine" Emiko reassured her. Ayumi nodded her head in agreement, trusting her friend's judgement. Only if they knew.

A certain pineapple haired child was jogging through the forest at a leisurely pace, he had the mindset of, 'if I see someone, great and if not, great'. His plan was going well until he actually found someone or more like heard.

"AHHHHHHH, WHO PLANTS PEPPERS IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRAINING GROUND!" He heard a distinctly male voice yell. He started running over toward the noise and he saw an unusual sight. A blond haired boy eating grass while his face was red as a tomato, as amusing as it was it was time for him to turn back and group everyone up. As he backed up he stepped on a dead stick on the ground and made a quiet but echoing sound throughout the forest. He then saw the boy whose name was Naruto, look up with eyes that could only be explained as a cornered animal.

For as lazy as the Shikamaru was he was decipticaly0 perceptive, and he saw those eyes. They were scouring the forest looking for anything that posed a threat, with the trees blocking out a good portion of the sunlight, his pupils almost took up his whole eye. Then the boys locked eyes, brown meat blue and Naruto's eyes seemed to have a form of recognition in them. The blond child proceeded to give a foxy grin and take off before Shikamaru could even blink.

"Troublesome." Shikamaru will save this for a later date.

With the Naruto

He was running away after he saw Shikamaru stalking him in the bushes. 'Good thing I heard him before he got away.' he thought to himself. He still had a couple peppers from when he tried to eat them and he took stock of what he had left after he set up his traps. Then he had a devious idea pop into his head. The smile that adorned his face could only be matched by a certain orange fox.

With Shikamaru

He decided it was time to group up so he sent the signal into the air and waited for everyone to come to him. First was Hinata, then Kiba and the last one to show up was Shino. "Alright who saw who and where at?" The lazy child asked the group of hunters. Hinata stepped forward, "I s-saw Daichi , as w-well as Ayumi and Emiko set up t-traps all around there h-hiding spots."

"I marked Sasuke with my beetle pheromones, he killed them thinking I needed them alive to track him. He doesn't suspect anything. It seems he was just moving to keep moving." Shino said after Hinata, slightly sad that his bugs were killed. "I caught a whiff of Sakura's scent and know the general direction she is, she seems to be on the move constantly just like Sasuke." Kiba finished off the three's report.

"Alright, I found Naruto and it seems he was just goofing off but I'm not sure. Lets take out Dachi, Ayumi and Emiko first. First we will go around their camp and set off as many traps as we can without getting caught in them. Let them panic and run out of the camp and we will capture them afterwards. For Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto the plan is for two of us to herd them toward the other two who will have a trap set up. Maybe we will run into Ino and Choji while looking for them. If they have a camp set up we will go with plan A, if it doesn't seem like that we will go with plan B." He finished with a drawl and a sigh. This was already too much for today.

Everything went smoothly with Shikamaru's plans. As predicted, Dachi, Ayumi and Emiko panicked when their traps were activated and were captured easily. The hunters also found Choji napping in a hollow tree, Shikamaru was hard pressed not to join him in napping. They were moving swiftly as a group and they found Sakura who looked tired from running so it was time for a change of plans. "She looks worn out so instead of wasting our supplies lets surround her and pressure at all sides with tags, if she escapes group up on wherever she goes." Everyone shook their head and went to follow his orders. When all in position they threw their tags. To Sakura's credit she dogged all of the tags in the assault but she picked the wrong side to dodge too. All she saw before she was enveloped in a blue cloud of smoke was a glasses wearing boy.

"Alright Shino! One point for bug boy!" Kiba exclaimed while slapping the 'Bug Boy's' back.

"Kiba-san I would appreciate if you not call me 'Bug Boy'' please." He replied in what seemed like a calm manner. Kiba just laughed nervously while Hinata giggled at the predicament.

"Alright good job, let's continue as a team to look for, Sasuke, Naruto or Ino. Whichever we find first, so let-'' He was interrupted by a scream, a high pitch girly scream. "Shikamaru-san I believe we have found Ino-san." Shino stated while pointing at a running and screaming Ino.

"Get these bugs off of me! I'm tired of sitting in this dark forest with bugs crawling all over me! Just throw your paint bomb or whatever. Just don't tell Iruka-sensei." She finished while using her best puppy eyes. Shikamaru just sighed and nodded, he threw a paint tag at her and covered her in blue paint. Only two left, the problem was those two were the most athletic of the whole class. He made an executive decision at this point, "We are looking for Sasuke. With how fast Naruto is we are going to need as much help as we can get to capture him. We will wait for our teammates to be released for him." How were we going to catch him? Heck how are we going to find him? These were questions Shikamaru was thinking to himself about.

"Do not forget, I marked him with the pheromones with my insects. We can track him like that and let's go with the same strategy we used with Sakura." They all shook their heads in agreement and allowed Shino to lead the way.

They caught the black haired boy relaxing or what seemed like relaxing. Sasuke knew he was being watched so he decided to go on the offensive before they could use their plan to full effect. He launched at Hinata and tagged her with a green tag, forcing her to retreat for the time being. That left him with four kunai, two tags and a tiny bit of wire.

Kiba was shocked by Sasuke aggressiveness but that would be his downfall, Kiba darted over to where the tag was set off. He could smell Sasuke so he decided to go after him and as reckless as Kiba was he could see the hastily set up trap on the ground with a tag and some wire. He smirked as he jumped over the trap but was extremely surprised when he saw a kunai sailing straight for him. In a show of extreme dexterity and agility he managed to position himself in the air to dodge the tagged kunai. Unfortunately he landed awkwardly and managed to trip the trap behind him.

"Well damn." was all kiba could say before he was consumed in a cloud of green smoke. Sasuke was happy he took out two of them but he now only had one tag left with two kunai. He took his victory and took off but he didn't plan on Shino to be waiting for him. Nor did he expect a tagged kunai to come from the bushes. He took out his own kunai and deflected it away before it exploded. A cloud of bugs started flying around and obscuring his vision but he 'felt' the kunai coming from a different area so he just ran a direction while swatting away the bugs. Unfortunately for him Shino was quite smart, he gave a tag to his bugs to blend in with the minor swarm annoying Sasuke the best they could. They got close enough to denote so he did and this time their arrow struck home and an annoyed, blue haired Sasuke came out of the cloud.

A sight of release came out of both the black haired boys after capturing Sasuke, probably the most talented student in this class but next was definitely the most troublesome student. Heck the entire academy now that Shikamaru thinks about it, "Troublesome. I guess we start hunting for Naruto, he will be on the run most likely if he heard our fight with Sasuke. We do not engage till we have everyone ba-" He was interrupted by what was definitely Iruka-sensei's voice. What he said next was music to Shikamaru's ears. "JAILBREAK!" This meant everyone captured so far turned into a hunter so Shikamaru gave the signal he did earlier hoping Hinata or Kiba would get the hint and bring everyone over here.

A while later everyone showed up, "Hey Shikamaru we saw your single so we decided to bring everyone over to you." Kiba said enthusiastically. "Good job, so our plan is-"

"Who made you in charge?" The platinum blond girl said loudly.

"I-I did" Hinata said meekly.

"I did as well Ino-san." The glasses-wearing boy spoke out with Hinata.

"You got a problem with that, goldie?" Kiba barked out, trying to antagonize her a little bit.

"My fault everyone except Kiba, who do you think you're calling goldie? Dog breath." She shot back, sparks flew in between the two. "Alright knock it off. This whole forest is troublesome and I'm ready to get out of here. We are going after Naruto, Sasuke, your friends , what are his strengths and weaknesses?" He asked Sasuke who was now back to having black hair.

"Honestly this whole test is his strength, he is the fastest out of all of us and by a fair bit. He knows how to use fuinjutsu a little bit and he is the Konoha's 'Prank King from Hell' that falls straight into his hand. His weakness is that he is impatient, very impatient. Give him too much time and he will do something rash, he seems to fly by the seam of his pants much better than making actual plans or strategies." He finished thinking about anything else he was forgetting.

"Troublesome, let's take our time. Don't rush, let's see if he will act out and if he does throw a tag in the air and we will surround him. If he darts toward a person, slow him down and we will converge onto him." He finished with a sigh while preparing himself for what was to come.

"Sounds good le-"

"SURPRISE ATTACK!"

With that all hell broke loose. A kunai landed in the middle of all of them with a live tag that clipped Dachi and Sakura. The slowest of the group but the rest of them managed to get away, unfortunately Naruto had enough foresight to see this would happen and put a large trap down. Shino and Ino were heading for the trap but Shino stepped over it, turned to tell Ino to do the same but he was a smidge too late and proceeded to be covered head to toe in orange paint along with Ino.

"Sorry" she said with a blush even though you couldn't see it.

"After him I caught his smell!" Kiba yelled in the chaos when he saw Naruto getting away. The remaining students followed Kiba chasing after Naruto. Sasuke was definitely right, he was damn fast. Only thanks to Hinata and Kiba could they figure out where he was going, he barely left a trail to follow as well. Then he stopped in a clearing, they were worried about what he have planned. "Get in close, surround him so he cant denote any tags on himself and so he cant dart away." A convertversal call in the heat of the moment but he was tired, dirty, sweaty and ready for a nap. They did as follows, Kiba and Hinata were in front and to the left of him. Sasuke was behind him, Emiko and Ayumi flanked his right. Shikamaru came walking in afterwards, "Alright Naruto give up, we have you surrounded this doesn't have to get messy."

"Do you know what crazy person plants peppers, especially Habaneros in the middle of a forest?" He asked seemingly random questions. They looked at each other and shook their heads in confusion. "Well me neither but kami bless him!" With that several things accrued, one he covered his eyes while his nose and mouth was covered by his mask, this helped him out because Kiba and Hinata found out very fast why he brought up the peppers. He threw a smoke bomb on the ground while darting right past Hinata.

"He put pepper powder in the smoke bomb!" Kiba yelled out but then an Orange cloud exploded right behind Hinata covering her and a stunned Kiba. Those farther away were forced to run toward Emiko and Ayumi but this was all a part of Naruto's grand plan. Naruto had put his last two tags on the trees behind the two girls with enough ninja wire to slow them enough to the point where he could denote them. Everyone got caught up in the explosion except for our favorite blond ninja-to-be. When the paint settled from the air, everyone was looking like a delicious orange colored fruit. Naruto came out behind the trees grinning from ear to ear, "That's for messing with the 'Prank King' dattebayo!" Everyone groaned at this but they slowly made their way back to Iruka-sensei.

Iruka was shocked to say the least, first it was Sakura and Dachi who came back clipped with orange paint. Of course Naruto had to get orange. Then he saw an ashamed Ino and an annoyed Shino covered head to toe in orange paint. Ok four hunters was impressive for an eight year old but with a Nara at the helm of three clan heirs as well as two impressive civilian girls it was over. Then he saw them, walking one by one out of the forest looking like citrus fruit with boy wonder behind them looking too proud of himself.

"Congratulations Naruto on not only surviving the longest but taking out all the hunters at the same time, very impressive. When we get back to class I will explain who did well and who could do better. After that you may have the rest of the day off you all deserve it." He finished, proud of himself for teaching such amazing students and he has three more years!

For the next couple months Mizuki taught everyone how to punch without hurting yourself and how to kick without hurting yourself. They started on how to get in and out of joint locks but no actual taijutsu yet, that will wait till next year. Sekko was still teaching everyone chakra control with Sakura, Ino and surprisingly Shino who had a lot of chakra for his age, at the head of the class. Naruto was still struggling with tree walking but he was making progress, and with the end of the year coming he was so excited to learn how to use weapons. His Jiji spilled a little secret while Naruto was showing him what he learned.

Naruto would be ready for next year's classes.

Thank you for reading, some of you might worry Naruto is a little strong but I assure you he still has a long way to go. This test just showed his strengths since he is quick, a master prankster and has incredible senses.
