After convincing Helena the next day Remus called Mr. Morgan, he was so happy that he arranged everything to register them at the festival and arranged for them to stay in the best hotel in Transylvania.

Helena began to prepare everything necessary for the trip, especially Remus's mediations and especially to notify Alex's school that he would be attending in a few days.

Remus announced that the bakery would close for a few days that almost the entire city ran to buy bread before leaving, but when they found out that they would participate in the Transylvania festival they wished them luck as they did not doubt that they would win.

Remus goes upstairs and watches Helena watching videos of Selena Quintanilla, one of his sister's favorite singers. After living for a time as Blanca she moved to Corpus Christi Texas in the 90's and spent almost 6 years there before moving to Chicago. There was where she met her and loved her songs, sadly Selena was killed but Helena still remembers her, she learned to dance and sing better by following Selena, he noticed the great difference from when they were children and young adults.

The singer sang in Spanish and English, luckily he can speak English and Spanish and a little Italian, unlike Helena who knew 7 languages.

Helena sang while using her hairbrush as a microphone.

When she turns to look at her brother in the doorway, Helena drops her brush and turns off her computer.

"I was finishing packing, that's what i was doing." Helena said nervously as she arranged her clothes in the suitcase.

"You dance very well sister, I insist that you should dedicate yourself to music." Remus said with a smile.

"And that everyone looks at me and knowing that one day I will have to leave to get another identity? No." she said, looking down. "Everyone would recognize me with my album photos and magazine posters."

Remus knew how exhausting it is for her to change her identity, besides that if she became famous with modern technology she would be recognized quickly and that was what she wanted to avoid, she wanted to live as a normal human, although she doubted that humans would persecute her like they did years ago, but she was more afraid of scientists who wanted to experiment on her if they found out who she really is.

"I'm ready!" Alex yelled, dragging his suitcase away. "I'm ready for the trip, I even have my Dracula mask ready." putting it on. "I'm Dracula bleh-bleh, bleh." imitating him."Is that how he spoke?" he asked his aunt

"I don't know if Dracula existed or if he spoke like that." She answered. "But, you look better in your costume and hairstyle like a classic horror movie dracula."

"I already have my costume but I will use the mask in case they give something for free if you have something from Dracula, just in case."

"Can you believe this is the first time we will go to Transylvania? I always wanted to go there, I made an itinerary of what I want to see." Remus pulls out a brochure with marked parts. "I know we won't see everything, but it will be worth the trip."

"ruins of Lubov?" Helena looks at the image of the ruins of an ancient castle. "Isn't it in that castle where a couple died with their newborn baby?"

"Yes, they say there is a portrait of Lady Lubov, they say that she was a very beautiful woman and that her spirit could still be there."

"They also say that the spirit is a myth." Helena folded her arms.

"I know, but we don't lose anything by going to see."

"What if we find real monsters?" Alex asked, both adults turned to see him. "Wouldn't that be exciting?"

"I ammm." Helena didn't know what to answer, she hadn't thought of that.

"It wouldn't be a bad idea, find more monsters, we could find out about your mother and find your Zing." Remus said with a big smile.

"Wow wow!" Helena backs up a bit. "Wait a minute, it would be nice to find monsters and know about my mother, did you think I hadn't thought of that? But it would be impossible, none have been seen in centuries that most of the world believes were made up for horror stories and movies. "

"But what if they live in hiding? I mean, after everything that happened centuries ago." Remus suggested.

"It could be, but I doubt it, I am almost a hundred years old and I have never seen anyone other than my mother, admit it, I am the only monster left in the world." Helena said, looking down.

Remus and Alex look at each other worried, they were hoping to find a monster or even a vampire since he was sure that Helena could be happy with one since it could live the same rhythm as her unlike a human.

"Helena." Remus looks at her.

"We must hurry now, if we keep talking, I swear I will regret it and cancel the trip, understood?" Helena said, looking at them sternly, they both nodded since they knew that she would dare to cancel it. "Okay, come on, our bus leaves in three hours."

Helena, Remus and Alex were on the bus to Transylvania, there were people who went to the festival excited and talked about what they expected to see there, there were those who already knew them and were excited to see what they would prepare there.

She listened to music, Remus slept, and Alex played his portable video game.

She looks out the window and watches the sunset, they would arrive at night so they would take the whole next day to tour the place, she had been thinking about what Remus and Alex told her about finding monsters in Transylvania, she couldn't deny that she liked that idea but she knew it was impossible, she had no hope that there would be monsters.

Flash Black

"Why should we live in hiding mom?" Helena, four years old, asked.

A beautiful woman with the appearance of someone of nineteen, long night black hair, blue eyes, pale skin and a black dress approaches her daughter and smiles a little.

"Because we are different Helena." she responds, patting her head.

"Different?" I ask confused.

"Yes, humans fear how different this is why they have attacked so many of us."

"Are humans bad?" she asked scared.

"No, of course not, well, not all." she sits down and places her daughter on her lap. "They are only afraid of what they do not understand and make them believe that it is dangerous."

"And the monsters fear him."

"I say humans are monsters too, they just don't want to accept it." she said worried. "We are the last thing we have left of our world daughter, do not forget that you are very special, you are proof that humans and monsters could have lived in harmony." hug her.

End Flash Back

Helena sighs when she remembers what her mother said, she wished that she had been born centuries ago so that monsters were alive and she did not have to live in hiding, she would give anything to live without hiding.

"We are here grandpa!" Alex said waking Remus and then looked at Helena. "We're here aunt, we're in Transylvania!" he said excitedly.

"We are here." Remus told his sister about him.

"We are here." Helena said, smiling a little and looking out the window. "I don't know why, but I feel like something is going to happen."

She looks at the buildings and part of the city, the buildings seem to be hundreds of years old, of course there were new buildings and other modern things, but they kept the style of more than a hundred years ago.

She didn't know why, but she sensed that something was going to happen, but she didn't know if it was good or bad.
