"yuuji, daddy home!" Sukuna announced as he open the entrance to his home. The delicious smell of his wife's cooking filled the air. He strolled inside and went to his wife in the kitchen.
"I'm home" he said and his wife greeted him with a smile.
"Welcome back dear" she said and hug him. He returned the hug and put a light kiss on her forehead.
A small running footstep was heard from the room toward the living room.
"Mommy! I heard daddy's voice!" The 5 years old yuuji said cheerfully while running.
Sukuna who heard his son voice quickly go toward the living room and saw yuuji who make his way there.
"Yuuji.. daddy here!" He said and open his arm wide.yuuji who was so excited started jumping and running toward his father.
"Daadd-" *smack! Before yuuji could reach him, he fell to the floor face first. It was silent for a while as he stay on the floor trying to get a grip on himself. Sukuna was in dilemma , 'should I help him?' he thought silently because when it happen before and he tried to help Yuuji, Yuuji was pouting saying that he is a big boy and doesn't need his help to stand up. It was cute but at the same time he thought 'when did his son grow so fast?'.
The silent was deafening. Sukuna was still in his position with his hand open wide and on his knees. "Yuuji, want daddy to help you?" He ask carefully. Yuuji hand curl into a ball as he push himself up slowly.
"N-no.. I .. I can" he said and tears swell up in his eyes. "Urgh .." ...
"It hurts" he cried and look up at Sukuna. Sukuna huff and smile.
"Up you go" He pull his son up and dust him off an invisible dust.
"Daddy ... Welcome home" Yuuji smile between tears. Sukuna chuckle at the sight and pat his son head trying to sooth the pain away.
"I'm home Yuuji." He hug his son and carried him. Yuuji buried himself in his dad hug and smile. The tears stop and he cheerfully talk about his day
"Daddyy , u know what.. Today I make a new friend!" Yuuji said as he pull himself out to look at his father face.
"You did? Good job!" Sukuna praise him and ruffle his head.
"Yeahh! His name is Fushiguro Megumi!" He said cheerfully. "He look like this!" Yuuji make a tired look and mess up his hair.(pretend to be megumi). Sukuna laugh at the look his son make and suddenly something Crossed his mind. 'why is this kid familiar' he thought. Remembering the time when Satoru said he take in some kid named Megumi because of the kid family circumstances. Unknown to him, Yuuji was staring at him and tilt his head to the side.
"Daddy" he called.
"Ah! Sorry, I lost in my thoughts" he reassure his son and pat his head.
"Dinner ready!" Yukari shout from the dining table and both of them proceed toward it.
"Mommy called. Let's eat." Sukuna smile toward his son.
"Yeah! I'll eat a lot and grow strong like daddy!" Yuuji excitedly beamed.
"Yeah! That's my son!" Sukuna said proudly and ruffle his son hair. But inside his mind is different 'no! Don't grow up so fast!'
- 5 months later -
"Dear, don't forget to pick Yuuji at 12 p.m., after that, make sure he take his shower and give him his favourite yogurt. And-" she was about to say more but Sukuna cut her off.
"I know, I know, don't worry, just enjoy yourself for today. I'll take care of him." Sukuna reassure her and push her toward the entrance. He kindly help her put on her shoes and give money for her to enjoy. Yukari was lucky to have Sukuna as her husband. Some of her friend even said that she will regret it later before she get married to him because Sukuna is branded as a thug but with handsome face. But all of them are wrong, well except for the 'handsome' part. He is cunning and a gentlemen to her, and only her. He is also a great father to her son, Yuuji. What's more does she want? He is everything that she ever wanted.
She smile softly and kiss him on his cheek. "Thank you dear, please take care of yourself too... You just came back from work afterall."
"I'm not that tired. Moreover, a housewife work is neverending. So today you should go out and have fun.be careful on your way" He told her. She smile warmly and walk out.
Sukuna was staring at her from the door entrance until her silhouette is gone. He look at the time and it still early ,9 a.m.
"Hmm.. should I cook something?" He mutter to himself and walk toward the kitchen only to see his favourite food on the table safely wrap with plastic cover and a note saying 'i know you are hungry,I make your favourite food, please eat' . He chuckled to himself and thought how lucky he is, to have a caring wife and a bright son. He want things to stay like this.
'i should eat and clean things up. After that maybe take a nap and pick up Yuuji later' he thought and proceed to do just that.
-12 p.m. Orchid Kindergarten-
"Megumi! Megumi! Look!" Yuuji show his tiger mask that they were told to make during class. Megumi look at him and pull out his own mask but it was a cat mask that he make and put on his face.
"Oh! It's a cat!" Yuuji beamed and he too put on his tiger mask on his face. Both of them walk side by side toward the entrance and most of the student already have their parents waiting for them. Megumi look around to see who going to pick him up this time. His father and mother are both busy but they always try their hardest to be there for him. He is always being taken care of by one of his father friend(?) , Named Gojo Satoru who suspiciously enough look unreliable in every way. But still he was taken care of well by that man if both of his parents are outstation. Since both of them are outstation now, the man should have pick him up. But he is late. Megumi face turned sour but no one notice it since he wore a mask.
-with Sukuna-
"Oh no! I'm late! That nap was longer than I thought!" He said while locking the door of his house and hurriedly drove his car toward the kindergarten.
*Ring ring ri-
"What is it?" Sukuna answer the phone while driving. Good things the traffic isn't bad.
"Yo! Sukuna! I know you just got back but can you come to jujutsu high?" Satoru said from the other line
"What?! Why?!" Sukuna have a tickmark on his forehead. Clearly annoyed by the sudden call.
"Well you see, there's something important I need to discuss with you. It's about Yuuji." Satoru told him with seriousness.
At the mention of his son name, Sukuna clench the phone tightly and said "I'll be there later. I need to pick up my son at the kindergarten." He said and sigh at the end.
"Ah! Now that you mention it. I forgot to pick up Megumi." Satoru scratch his head. He totally forgot that Toji said both him and his wife will be outstation to settle the curses that gone berserk recently at Korea, So today Megumi will stay with him until they got home.
"What the?! How come you forgot! That poor child." Sukuna shake his head as he see that he almost near the kindergarten.
"Well since I'm going to meet you too, I'll pick him up with Yuuji." He sigh and got out of the car.
"Wow! Benevolent Sukuna-sama! Thank-" Satoru cheerfully said but Sukuna doesn't. Even want to hear him finish his talk and ended the call.
"Tch!" He click his tounge and proceed toward the entrance of the kindergarten. A lot of parents just got out from the kindergarten meant that he is not that late. He look around and saw two student sitting and chatting with each other while wearing a mask. He can tell right away that Yuuji was the one with the tiger mask. So he can only guess that Megumi will be the one with the cat mask since Yuuji always talk about Megumi and look like they become bestfriend.
Some of the whisper by the parents are heard saying that Sukuna look so cunning. He wore a simple white long sleeve shirt with black pants and black dress shoes. The sleeve of the shirt was pulled to his elbow and show some of the scar he received while exorcising curses. He may look like that but his aura is a bit different. He doesn't feel dangerous and the kid aren't that afraid of him.
- With Megumi and Yuuji-
While chatting, which mostly done by Yuuji, a Shadow loomed over them and caused both kid to look up to see the owner of the shadow.
"Hey there son." Sukuna smile and crouch down.
"Dadd!" Yuuji cheerfully stand up and hug his dad."I thought you are still working! I miss you!" He buried himself in his father embrace.
"I miss you too." Sukuna hug his son and then look at Megumi.
"You must be Megumi, Yuuji talk a lot about you." He said and Megumi eyes widen slightly and pull his mask up on his head.
"He-Hello sir. Nice to meet you!" He bow 90 which shock Sukuna because he didn't expect that to happen.
"Nice to meet you too Megumi. Are you waiting for Satoru?" Sukuna asked as he stand up while carrying Yuuji with his arm.
"Ah... Yeah.." Megumi look sideway
"Well he told me to pick you up with Yuuji. So let's go home." Sukuna said and also pick up Megumi in his other arm. Megumi is clearly shock by this as only his father would do this to him.
"Ah sir!" He was embarrassed at the way Sukuna act just like how his father would pick him up.
"Dadd! Megumi going to follow us home??" Yuuji was so excited at this.
"Not really, we are going to meet with his caretaker so since I'm meeting up with him anyway, I decided to bring Megumi along." Sukuna smile at his son and proceed toward the place he park his car.
"Umm sir, am I not a burden? Moreover, your arm might get hurt if you carried both of us like this." Megumi said.
"Haha, Megumi. You talk just like a grown up. It's okay to be a kid you know." He reassure the child.
"Yeah! Megumi always talk like an adult! We are a child! We should act like one" Yuuji grinned with a thumbs up.
Sukuna just chuckled at his child antic. Truth to be told, Yuuji may be a copy of his appearance, but the way he act and the way he talk and everything is the total opposite of him. Not that he mind that, he actually preferred it to be that way.
Megumi just stare wide eyes at them but then a small smile plaster in his face. Yuuji dad gave the same aura as his father. Which cause him to feel relaxed and comfortable.
Sukuna put both children at the back seat and put on their seatbelt. He brought them to the restaurant to eat first and buy them ice cream. After that, they make their way to Jujutsu High.
