After Alya had collected all her belongings, she headed straight to the main entrance. All she wanted to do is leave the school and everything Miles-related behind as fast as possible. The holidays couldn't come at a better time. Now she had at least two months to get over him. Maybe even his wish would come true. There was a reasonable chance that Keaton had to close and she would never see him again. Her heart ached at the thought of that. She couldn't wait to curl up in her bed at home and sleep for a week. Her eyes were still burning and she had never felt that exhausted before. Without looking back she left the building. Keeping her head down while crossing the courtyard, she hoped that no one would interrupt her escape.

"Alya!"

Damn it, she thought. Not now. She decided to ignore the voice calling after her and hurried towards the street.

"Alya, wait! Please wait!" The voice was now right behind her and she felt someone tap on her shoulder. Defeated she turned around, but when she realised who was standing in front of her, she stiffened up.

"What do you want?" she snapped, fixating a point on his chest. She couldn't risk looking into his eyes so he could see how hurt she actually was. And she didn't want to start crying again. At least not in front of him. So she tried to bury all her emotions and not show any expressions.

"I...I wanted to say I'm sorry for what I said to you the other day," Miles said.

"Okay," she said bland and started to turn around again. Miles stepped in her way.

"Let me through!" Alya demanded.

"No, please let me explain," Miles pleaded.

"Well, guess what Miles. I don't want to talk to you. You made it pretty clear the other day how you felt about me and in case you didn't noticed, that hurt... So, all I wanna do now is go home."

She raised her eyes and for a few seconds they were just looking at each other caught in their emotions and lost for words. Then, Alya turned around and before Miles realised she was gone.

"Damn!" Miles cursed.

"That didn't go too well."

He turned around and saw Jax and Bianca walking up to him.

"Did you see...?"

"Everything? Yeah, pretty much," Bianca said, "But honestly, what did you expect?"

"I don't – How do you – did she tell you?"

Bianca nodded. "So why did you wait for her? Didn't you tell her that you never wanted to see her again?" she quoted his words.
"I didn't mean that. That's what I wanted to tell her...that I'm sorry and that –"
He got cut off by Bianca whose eyes lit up in excitement. "I knew it. You still have feelings for her." She turned to Jax. "See I told you they are OTP."

"I'm not so sure about that," Miles said. "She is not even talking to me right now."

"She is hurt, give her some time. And then Jax and I will help you."

"I don't think meddling is such – " Jax tried to say.

"Of course it is. OTP, remember?" Bianca shot Jax a determined look.
