A/N I hope you guys are enjoying this story so far. It honestly will take me a while for where I want this story will go but I have two other ideas for stories I might Publish maybe in the upcoming week. Also, I know these characteristics aren't like Callie and Arizona on the show but I wanted to take a different approach. And I know that Jay there might be other people that come in but this is a slow burn and as the story goes the both of them will fall for the other

So my morning was great. I got to see my friends and catch up with some of them before classes started and I got to sit next to Arizona Robbins. I mean I know I played it all cool and act like I didn't know her but she is just so interesting. Arizona Robbins man I wish I was more like her.
Since seventh grade, everyone in school knew that Arizona was a lesbian and even though she is not popular she is proud of who she is and doesn't care what people think about her. Ever since I heard about that I wish that I was like that and came out sooner like her.
See for me I didn't come out as bi until tenth grade. Some of my friends already knew before and accepted me for it.
My last boyfriend last year that I met outside of school found out and dumped me a day later. What a jerk. Anyways he was homophobic and I should have broken up with him sooner.
Back to Arizona, I mean I don't have a crush on her or whatever. But, she inspires me and I admire how she is comfortable in her skin.
There is this one girl on the softball team though that I do have a tiny crush on though.
Jennifer Williams.
A man just saying her name gets butterflies in my stomach every time. She is seriously hot. She's tall, brunette and gorgeous. I wouldn't say that we are close friends but we are friends. Man, I wish we were close because I want to be with her. The thought of her makes me smile big every time like a freaking idiot. Now I know I don't have a problem with her being homophobic because she is bisexual herself as well. Even though I know this knowledge I'm still scared to ask her out. Ya, I know what you might be thinking, confident and very popular and afraid to ask someone out. I know but this is not something I wanna mess up. Truthfully I haven't had a crush this big on someone since Sixth grade when I was crushing on this one kid named David Foster. But that's not important. Even when I was dating George O'Mally in freshman year I still didn't feel that way whenever I was near her. But who knows that maybe I will have the courage or someone else will catch my eye.
On our way to the cafeteria, we ran into Jennifer.
" Hey Mark, Teddy, Alex and Callie, how are you guys on the first day of senior year."
"Amazing"
"Great"
"Terrific," they all said at the same time.
"The best way to have a great break before the summer," I say casually and shyly.
After she turns to Arizona, I am very surprised actually that they know each other.
" What about you Arizona? Did you go to Science Camp?" She jokingly says.
"Of course I did Jen. Why are you surprised by this? I told you this at work when I came back because I thought it was the best thing ever." Arizona says.
"Yeah, I remember just wanted to hear it again because she is such a dork," Jennifer replies.
"Hey, now I for one am proud to be a dork."
Jennifer just agrees because she knows that's true."
Jennifer, are you sitting with us?" Said, Mark.
"Of course I am. I am on the softball team dummy" he just rolls his eyes as we all head towards our table.
I couldn't help but notice how in deep conversation Arizona and Jennifer are while we are heading to the table and I feel conflicted...
Man, I wish I was close to her like Arizona was damn.
As they continued talking Jennifer said something to her that got me Jealous as we waited for the others. At the same time as Teddy, Alex and Mark went to get food from the cafeteria lunch ladies
. " Hey, so I know that we both have worked this Friday and I was wondering if we could have a sleepover at my house this weekend." She tells Arizona.
" Oh that sounds like fun, we can play monopoly and never have I ever." Jennifer just laughs.
"Man you're such a nerd you know that right?"
" Yes I do that's why we are a great duo and have the best time during our shifts at Baskin Robbins"
" yup that's true".
Feeling Jealous and left out I started up a conversation.
" So Arizona when are we going to work on that stupid project for history."
" Umm we can start after school in the library," she says shyly and lifted her eyes away from me.
Hmm I wonder what that's about. " that's cool "
After that, the rest of my friends join the table.
Jackson, Maggie, Merideth, Derek, Cristina and Owen looked cozy with their significant others and sat down. But looks confused when they see Arizona with us.
" Hello everyone umm Arizona is here because I and Mark needed to talk to Teddy and Alex. Don't be mean"
''ok then. Hello," they said to her.
After that Mark, Alex, Addison and Teddy Joined us and then we all just started eating and chatting about the upcoming seasons for Softball, Football and cheerleading.
My last two classes weren't bad as they were law and cal us. Thankfully I had friends in that class that I got to sit around. Not thankfully though is that Arizona and Jennifer are in this class. I spent a good part of the period watching as they interact with watching making my blood boil.
Arizona POV
I say that I had a good day at school. I made some new friends and I am going to be working on a project with Callie Torres. Man oh man do I wish I could she saw me as more than a friend but I knew she would never. As I keep dreaming over her I hear my name is being called out.
" Hey Arizona what are you doing right now Said, Jennifer
" I Have to work on a project with Callie Torres"
" Oh hi, Callie. Do you mind if I tag along we have work afterward"
" No problem"
At the Library
Callies POV
Ẁe sitting here in the library the three of us. I and Arizona start asking questions about each other.
"Where are you from," she asks me
" Well my family is from Cuba but I was born in Miami, Florida. What about you from"
" I travelled all over the world since my dad was in the army and we never stayed in a place for more than 10 months until seventh grade, and I was originally born in Messori."
" Not in Arizona wow I thought you were born there" I joked. I see that Arizona laughed and Jennifer rolls her eyes. Nerd
"Umm ok then do you have any siblings." She asked
" My sister Aria is two years younger than us."
We kept on going back and forth for 2 hours and I have learned quite a few things from Arizona, She has a good family, her parents know that she is gay, she likes sports, she is a major nerd, loves science and math, she works at an ice cream shop and she likes going on walks with her friends.
I nodded and was about to say something until Jen cut me off. Man, I could listen to her talk for days.
"Arizona are you done I wanna go to work and then hang out afterwards, I have finished my homework half an hour ago and I have been board and your my ride since Maggie left ages ago"
I laugh about how cute she is but I just ask "Can I tag along with you guys, my dad drove me and I have nothing better to do"
" Sure you can" I see Jennifer smirk at Arizona and she just rolls her eyes. Wonder what that was about.
Heading towards Jennifer's car I see that Arizona has taken the front seat. Sucks I have to sit in the back man.
" So Arizona I was thinking that for our sleepover we can use the pool and get some laps in and just chill out there for a few hours on the weekend, Hangout and go to the mall and get our nails done. Get you a makeover to impress this girl you like from school" Jennifer says to her.
"JENNIFER! Shut your damn mouth about that" Arizona half yelled at her
I chuckled wishing I had something to say.
" Fine but maybe we can work together on trying to win her over"
" You Know she will never notice me. Like that" I hear Arizona says sadly.
Here I am just listening to the and I feel bad for Arizona.
"Don't worry about it maybe it will work out or maybe you just have to move on from it"
Shocked at my voice I see Arizona nod and look ahead and not look at me.
"I hope so" I heard Arizona mumble.
At The shop,
Well, we have been here for a few hours with me doing my homework, I cranked my neck and looked up from my neck to see Arizona talking to a customer. Or more like Flirting to a girl about our age. Wait I know her .
Julie Woods.
The town's slut who sleeps with everything and anything.
Eww. I don't know what anyone sees's in her.
" Well if it isn't my favourite customer. Julie, how are you" Arizona says.
" I am good Arizona I wanna some oreo ice cream and wanted to ask you something"
" ok go right ahead. I'm all ears"
"Umm Will you go on a date with me?"
I see Arizona dumbfounded. Surely she wouldn't agree with this girl.
Hey, I may not know Arizona Robbins that well but I don't get the vibe that she will accept this offer from someone who sleeps around.
" I'm very flattered but I have to denied."
" oh come on now one date wouldn't hurt."
" Sorry Woods but she's not interested. She has eyes only for me."
My mouth dropped. Arizona and Jennifer are a couple? What?
No.
Omg.
" oh ok I'm sorry I didn't know. Bye Arizona." Julie says before dropping her head down and rushed out of the shop.
A minute later I heard laughter.
" Thank you for saying that. I just didn't know how to reject her." Arizona said
"Anytime Robbins, besides your not my type"
" You aren't mine either. So guess that makes two of us."
" Right. I guess it does."
I hear them playful banter to each other for the rest of the time hear.
Saturday
" Hey addie. Can I ask you something?"
"Ya sure Cal"
"What do you think about having tryouts next week at the end of the week."
" That sounds great. Need to gather up all the returning players. Plus new ones who wants to take the swing."
So now that I have that covered. I go back to working I my homework.
" We should throw a back-to-school party next week."
" Yes, that would be cool. Let's do it at my house. My parents will be gone and my sister never tells."
" Yay. Next Friday it is then."
" Yup. We can throw a pool party. What do you think?"
"Agree. We will do that."
Now that we have saddled that we start planning how we want to throw the party.
Monday
Walking towards class I feel like there is something different in the air.
New. Must have been the wind, nothing different right?
So why do I feel like there is something different? Oh well
Walking towards class I look towards the back where I sit and I swear my breath catches. Trying to figure out who I'm looking out I just remember
Holy shit.
Is that Arizona Robbins?
