Soon fourteen people, plus Harry and Edward, were gathered in the Dursleys' kitchen. Ron and Hermione had found the two boys happily: Hermione had hugged Harry and Edward while Ron had thumped Ed manfully on the shoulder, saying "Well done, mate!" which he translated as "bravo for having escaped!". Everyone in the Order also seemed excited to see Edward in the flesh as he was apparently one of the few people to have escaped Voldemort's clutches. Even Mad Eye Moody snapped a compliment about his escape, even if God knew he was stingy with those, especially when it came to Ed. Bill, on the other hand, had examined the bite that Edward had on his shoulder and had promised to give him an ointment to help it heal.

Harry watched them all, his heart beaming with affection for each of them, except, perhaps, for Mundungus Fletcher whom he had tried to strangle last year for stealing Sirius' things. He chatted a bit with Kingsley (he said that Harry was more important than the Muggle Prime Minister) and with Remus and Tonks who had gotten married. But the paranoid old Auror had quickly cut off the discussion that threatened to drag on in congratulations on this happy event.

Moody explained that they had to change plans because of Pius Thicknesse: although the latter was at this very moment under observation by Scrimgeour to see if he was under the Imperius, he had, before that, succeeded in completely isolating the Dursleys house under the pretext of safety and unfortunately Harry's departure couldn't wait for the Ministry to make up its mind or not. The former auror explained the plan to get Harry to escape and it unfortunately seemed to match what Voldemort expected, with the exception of one detail: there would be seven Harry Potters in the sky, escorted by a flight companion who would each reach a different destination.

"No! No way!" Harry exclaimed.

"I already warned them that you would react like that." Hermione said with a very infuriatingly superior air.

"If you think I'm going to let six people risk their lives..."

"Come on, you say that like it's new to us." Ron said with the same air as Hermione: apparently being in a relationship with her was not a good influence on him…

"Taking my appearance is very different..."

"Oh, you know, Harry, nobody here really wants to. Imagine something goes wrong and we are all doomed to be skinny little idiots with glasses forever." Fred commented seriously.

Edward, Ron and Hermione had a very Slytherin sneer in Harry's opinion, who didn't even want to smile.

"You can't do it if I don't cooperate. I have to give you my hair! Harry exclaimed before realizing the gap in his logic. Edward's gaze had turned very thoughtful- he seemed to enjoy the use of force far too much in Harry's opinion. Moreover, Fred and George drove the point home well:

"Indeed, that completely destroys our plan," began one of the twins. It is quite obvious that it will be impossible for us to take some of your hair if you do not cooperate..."

"It's true, thirteen- no, sorry Edward- I meant fourteen against one and that one being someone who doesn't have the right to use magic, it's true that we don't stand a chance." The other twin ended with a smirk.

"If there is a need to use force, we will. Everyone here is willing to take the risk and is a full-fledged wizard. We must stop talking and go now! With a little luck, You-Know-Who will have fallen for our false trail, but he's bound to have posted at least two Death Eaters on duty to warn him in case you leave. Our only chance is decoys: even You Know-Who cannot be in seven places at once."

The four members of the Circle barely suppressed a nervous sneer.

"Get on with it!" Moody bellowed as he fixed both eyes on Harry.

Finally, dying inside, he had to give a lock of hair and placed it in a vial of polyjuice. Upon contacting the surface, the potion began to foam and took on a golden, clear and shiny color. Hermione commented that Harry seemed to have better taste than Goyle while Ron looked skeptical. Then the fake Potters lined up: it would normally be Ron, Hermione, Fred, George, Fleur, and Mundungus but the latter seemed so reluctant that Edward volunteered himself to take his place, on the sole condition that he could ride a Thestral. Moody didn't seem pleased with the last minute change to his plan, but he growled that Edward was more reliable than the coward who would serve as a bodyguard on a broom. Soon everyone had a glass of Polyjuice Potion in their hands, which they swallowed dry. The change happened quickly and Ed felt himself grow taller all at once, his hair shortening and turning black. He barely had time to disconnect his left leg before a new one, made of flesh, replaced it. He placed his mechanical leg in his backpack, trying not to think about the pain he would have to go through to put it back on.

Obviously, after the transformation, there were a few comments on it: Fred and George made the pointless remark that they were still exactly the same and Fleur exclaimed that she looked horrible, which earned her an 'ahem' from the real Harry. Then the fake Harrys changed in the kitchen with a total lack of modesty and the real one gave in to the bizarreness of the situation by asking them to have a little more respect for his privacy, which earned him a burst of laughter and other comments about his physique or having fun (for the twins) by making facial expressions.

After that, Moody divided up each Harry with their bodyguard: Fred with his father, George with Remus- the twins taking advantage of their eternal resemblance to make sure Moody gave them good ones- Bill and Fleur (who unfortunately wore a cutesy and submissive look on Harry's face) together on a Thestral, Hermione with Kingsley, Ron with Tonks, and Edward on a Thestral with Moody flying in front of him. Harry, meanwhile, would ride in the sidecar of the flying motorcycle driven by Hagrid.

Soon everyone was on their respective mounts and Harry couldn't help but notice that Edward, though looking a little pale, still seemed more comfortable on the Thestral than on a broomstick. He clutched at Moody's waist as if his life depended on it, which it probably would. Harry, on the other hand, felt slightly humiliated to sit in the Sidecar which was the size of a small bumper car for kids. He exchanged rude hand signs with Ron, trying not to be caught by Ron's father. But they had to interrupt their exchange when Moody was about to give the signal to leave. Ron clutched at Tonks while giving Remus and Hermione a nervous and somewhat guilty look. Then finally, the old auror gave the signal to go.

No sooner had they ascended into the sky than hell broke loose: about thirty hooded figures surrounded them, encircling them on all sides. Screams rang out as well as bursts of green lights from all sides. It was becoming impossible for the Order members to know where they were, each flying around in an attempt to escape the Death Eaters chasing them. Some managed to extricate themselves from the circle formed by the Dark Lord's henchmen and they charged in the direction of God knows what destination, pursued by the Death Eaters.

Harry watched this show, still stuck in his sidecar and rocked all over the place. He had the idea of getting Hedwig out of her cage hoping she would have a better chance of survival as well, then he clutched at his backpack, his wand gripped tightly in his right hand. He no longer had the impression of being in a simple bumper car but rather in the car of a thrilling fairground attraction. His knuckles were white from holding onto the sidecar, his bag now tucked well between his legs. An Avada Kedavra narrowly missed him and he turned to see four pursuers behind them. Thinking that it was time to retaliate, he threw a few stunners that somehow slowed down the Death Eaters. One of them cast a killing curse which, instead of hitting Harry or Hagrid, was intercepted by a beautiful white owl flying through the night. The beautiful bird fell to the ground, struck by the curse, and Harry, heart in his throat, knew that the brave owl- one of his first friends- had died to save him.

Meanwhile, the bike continued speeding on and their pursuers gained more and more ground as green lightning flashed left and right. Finally, Hagrid pressed a green button and a compact brick wall (worthy of Acme) appeared behind them into which a Death Eater crashed screaming as Hagrid accelerated further. Harry continued to cast stunner spells that struck killing curses, turning them into some kind of multi-colored fireworks display. The second button Hagrid clicked sent out a net that didn't immobilize anyone. Finally, the half-giant resigned himself to activating the purple button which made the motorcycle accelerate sharply but which had the effect of weakening the joint of the sidecar. The latter finally pulled away from the bike when Hagrid tried to fix it with his pink umbrella and Harry fell to the ground at high speed which was only stopped by a Wingardium Leviosa cast by the teen.

At the same instant, Harry heard his own voice calling out to him and finally he finally saw himself appear, mounted on a Thestral, very pale but reaching out to grab him and pull him onto his mount. Soon Harry and his bag were safe on the skeletal horse and they were racing to join Hagrid. The false Harry said in a trembling voice- Harry quickly understood from the tenor of his speech that this was Edward-:

"Moody is dead, I think. We were attacked by half a dozen Death Eaters and also by Voldemort. He can fly now, and he's come after us. He probably thought that I was the real you since I was with the most powerful member of the Order. Moody got hit in the head and started to slide off, then he got hit by an Avada Kedavra but before he died, he told me to protect you first. I couldn't do anything. So I cast a Disillusionment Charm to make it look like I had fallen from the Thestral and I was left alone, then I got my Thestral to join you and arrived just on time."

"Yes, thank you… So Moody is dead?" The news struggled to reach Harry's mind as focused as he was with the surrounding battle.

"Yes… and then Voldemort went after Kingsley and Hermione… I don't know if they're okay- duck!"

A streak of green light brushed their heads and they looked at each other, scared but determined:

"You drive the Thestral, I'll shoot Death Eaters!" Harry exclaimed.

"Good idea!"

And soon, flying side by side with Hagrid leading them, the two Harry Potters continued their frenzied ride, in a mad chase. The spells continued to flow, Stupefy against Avada Kedavra.

But before long Harry accidentally allowed the Death Eaters to recognize him when he cast a powerful Disarmament Charm on Stan Shunpike who looked trapped under the Imperius: the two Death Eaters turned around as one screamed that it was him, the real one. Ed turned and bellowed at him:

"Are you reduced to casting those kinds of spells?! One, raise the caliber of your damn spells and two, you are going to give me the pleasure from now on of casting silent ones otherwise they'll think that I didn't teach you anything!"

"Stan Shunpike is innocent! Stunning him would have killed him!"

"Except that now, we are in their sights! At least try to cast silently! Otherwise we will be spotted, if that's not already the case!"

And indeed, it was too late. Moments later, as Hagrid warned them that they were almost there, the two saw two Death Eaters each flying on either side of their Thestral which continued to fly at full speed, its strange white eyes looking around frantically. And suddenly Harry felt his scar burn him excruciatingly and he saw in the midst of the dark clouds the dark clad figure and chalky white snake face of Voldemort. As Edward had said, he was flying without the support of a broom or a Thestral.

Terrorized by the green sparks that were about to shoot from the Dark Lord's wand, the Thestral and Hagrid- still perched on his motorcycle- dived to the ground as the two boys continued to fire Stupefies while clinging with all their might to their mount, screaming in fear. They managed to take down the two Death Eaters but Voldemort continued to get closer and closer. The pain was now blinding Harry who was having a hard time aiming correctly.

A new Death Eater soon appeared in the equation and he managed, with one lucky shot, to hit their Thestral which whinnied in pain and terror before dropping down. Edward and Harry screamed again as they fell at full speed towards the ground. Both teens felt their death approaching at full speed. But Voldemort wanted to finish off Harry himself; he didn't want it to be an accident of fate that robbed him of his prey. He yelled:

"He's mine! Avada-"

But as Harry closed his eyes, his wand kicked into action. He felt it rotate his hand like a magnet. He saw between his half-closed eyelids a spray of golden fire and he heard a sharp crack, like shattering wood and Voldemort thundering a resounding "no!". Then he made out Ed's voice whispering "Incredible!" Obviously, what he saw was almost worth it.

But in the meantime, they continued to fall towards the earth and Voldemort had just, according to his orders, seized a wand from one of his Death Eaters. He again sought to kill him with a curse. Harry caught sight of the Dark Lord's red eyes and thought for a moment that this would be his last sight in this life. He wondered for a second if Hermione and Ron would have the strength to continue hunting the Horcruxes without him…

But all of a sudden Voldemort disappeared from their sight to the astonished gaze of Harry and Edward, still clinging to their dying mount. It crashed into a muddy pool, protecting its passengers just enough to prevent them from breaking their necks. However, they were both thrown about ten meters before landing in a few centimeters of water where they lost consciousness for a few moments.

Harry got up first and crawled closer to Edward. The latter was returning to his normal size and shape, which in his condition was not necessarily a good thing. Harry was certain that Edward's right arm and leg should not be twisted like that. The blond now looked like a grotesquely disjointed puppet, his arms crossed in shallow water. Harry paled, wondering if his friend had died because of him. But he clung to the hope that if the Polyjuice Potion stopped working, Edward must still be alive and when he touched the young Ravenclaw's neck he felt a weak and irregular-but still present- pulse.

Only then did he remember Voldemort's strange disappearance and he looked up to the dark sky but he didn't see the Dark Lord once, even though his scar continued to burn him excruciatingly and his imagination made him perceive cries of fury in a shrill voice. At that moment, a voice rang out, asking:

"Who's there? Is that Potter? Are you Harry Potter?"

Harry barely had time to nod before sinking back into darkness.

When he awoke, he saw that he was lying on pillows and he felt a sensation of pain on his right arm and on his ribs, a sign that they must have been broken according to his many experiences in Hogwarts' Infirmary. His scar, on the other hand, continued to throb like an open wound, a sign either of Voldemort's closeness or of his fury at the thought that Harry had escaped him. But he didn't have time to worry about it. He straightened up too quickly and stifled a small moan of pain while asking for Hagrid and Edward. A light-haired, overweight man replied:

"Hagrid is fine, son, unlike you and Edward he arrived pretty much unscathed. Your friend is doing well too, my wife is taking care of him. He was injured but he shouldn't have too much damage. You had one hell of a fall, but your Thestral cushioned the end of the journey. She did not survive but she did her duty to save your skin. Let me introduce myself, my name is Ted Tonks, Nymphadora's father. Now, I'd like to know what happened?"

"Death Eaters, there were about thirty of them waiting for us and they chased us."

"Death Eaters? I thought they didn't know you would be transferred tonight?!" Ted Tonks exclaimed.

"Well they knew!" Harry stated, knowingly omitting Snape's role from the information he was delivering. He couldn't reveal Snape's role as the mole.

"At least there's proof that our protective charms are holding up, right? They shouldn't be able to come within a hundred yards of the house, wherever they come from."

At the same instant, Hagrid and Edward burst into the room, both covered in mud and blood (apparently the half-giant hadn't made a flawless landing either) and they seemed relieved to find him pretty much unharmed. Edward had apparently put his automail back in place while Harry was passed out as his face was a little tight with pain. Behind him, a person Harry identified to his horror as Bellatrix Lestrange was following them but seeing Edward shake his head discreetly, he realized then that it must be her sister, Andromeda Tonks, née Black. Edward whispered in his ear:

"I don't get it either, but she doesn't like being mistaken for her sister at all, so a word of advice, don't make the same mistake!"

Mrs. Tonks then addressed Harry, looking mortally worried:

"What happened to our daughter? I was told that you were ambushed!"

"I don't know," Harry replied, "but according to the plan, we were to return to the Burrow using a Portkey. That way, we'll know more and we can tell you what happened to Tonks…" There was nothing more he could say to relieve the parents of their worries for their daughter.

"Dora must be fine. She knows what she is doing, she did very well with the Aurors… The Portkey is there," said Ted Tonks to Harry.

Harry would have liked to say a few words of comfort to this tormented family, but he didn't know what to say. So he just grabbed the brush with the silver handle that had been turned into a Portkey and waited for the count. Edward looked a little pale but Harry couldn't tell if it was due to the fact that he was going to use a wizarding means of transport or if Moody's death was the cause- or maybe it was the narrow escape from death. Hagrid stepped forward and whispered condolences for Harry's owl. He didn't know yet that the old auror was dead and no one was in a hurry to tell him. Harry preferred to wait until more people were gathered so that he wouldn't have to repeat this harsh news several times and that seemed to be the case with Edward as well.

Soon the three wizards were grabbed by the navel by means of the Portkey and they landed in the Burrow's garden. The landing was not glorious but at the point where they were they didn't care. Mrs Weasley and Ginny greeted them immediately, visibly panicked: apparently they were the first to arrive when Ron and Tonks and Mr. Weasley and Fred should have arrived at their destination before them. Hagrid, still a little shocked by the battle against Voldemort, asked for some alcohol for medical reasons, then drank the whole bottle.

Just then, Lupin and George arrived. The boys and Ginny saw right away that something was wrong: Lupin was supporting an unconscious George whose scarlet blood streamed all over his face from his missing ear. The sight was dreadful but Edward was the only one who was more or less calm: he had seen worse than that in his life, including his severed leg as well as the abominations he had seen from his younger years.

However, that didn't mean he just stood there doing nothing: remembering the sung formula he had memorized (like all Circle members) from the Half-Blood Prince's book, he began to run his wand over George's open wound. He had to be careful closing the wounds so as not to close George's ear canal or he might make him go deaf on one side. Soon, to his relief, the blood stopped flowing and, aside from the glaring lack of an ear, there wasn't even a scar that was too visible.

Seeing her son doing much better, Mrs. Weasley grabbed Edward in her arms and hugged him. But Lupin abruptly broke off the hug and verified that Ed was who he pretended to be by checking his automail and asking him security questions. He then did the same for Harry. Paranoia seemed decidedly in order after the ambush of which the Order of the Phoenix had been victim. Right after, Harry had to explain what had happened while vigorously denying that there could be a traitor in the Order of the Phoenix. The only one he didn't fully trust was Mundungus Fletcher, but according to Lupine, he was the one who came up with the Seven Potters plan, and Voldemort had only realized he was with Hagrid towards the end of the battle. So Mundungus, despite his dubious conscience and cowardice, hadn't sold them out- although he did run away, abandoning Moody and Edward.

Harry knew, thanks to Ed, that Snape was the one to reveal the date of Harry's move, which meant he still had at least one contact (knowing or not) within the Order. Harry would have personally bet on Mundungus: the guy seemed to be of mediocre intelligence and had little willpower and yet he had the (too) good idea (though Harry hated it) to resort to seven Potters. Could it be that Snape had influenced him?

However, he had to leave that question hanging when Lupin asked how the Death Eaters had identified him, Harry knew that part of the conversation was going to be difficult. So he quickly explained how he had cast an Expelliarmus at an Imperiused Stan Shunpike to prevent him from dying by falling several hundred meters. Unfortunately, Lupin did not seem to share his opinion on the use of the Expelliarmus. At least Edward had told him to use it silently and not to get Stan Shunpike off his broom to kill him.

Harry had too much respect for life to allow an innocent person to pay the price for his escape. It was already hard to know that Moody had died through his fault… Harry didn't blame himself for only using the Expelliarmus against Stan: at that height, using the Stupefy wouldn't have been better than using the Avada Kedavra and Harry refused to sink to Voldemort's level by committing murder. He had no intention of killing someone innocent even if the Death Eaters came to think of the Disarmament Charm as his signature! On the other hand, when he was sure that his spells weren't causing unnecessary deaths, he would counter-attack using slightly stronger spells, as Ed had advised him.

However, their attention was diverted when Kingsley and Hermione appeared in the garden. Kingsley also seemed convinced that they had been betrayed and he had his wand waved at Lupin as he asked him the usual questions. He then recounted his actions in the fight, stating that he had possibly killed one Death Eater and injured two. He also brought the unnecessary information that Voldemort knew how to fly now but Edward suspected that anyone who saw Voldemort that night was going to tell the others.

Hermione was madly worried about her boyfriend and wrung her hands in anguish. However, she had the instinct to ask why Stan Shunpike was not in Azkaban, as Scrimgeour had announced but Kingsley informed them that there must have been an escape that had not been revealed to the public. Lupin then explained the circumstances in which George lost his ear, explaining that it was Snape's work. However, he seemed puzzled, almost lost in thought and when Harry asked him why, Remus replied:

"Just a move from Snape that I found strange… It seemed to me for a moment that he was aiming at a Death Eater attacking me, but he deflected and it was George who was hit. I could have sworn that… But you did tell us that it was he who killed Dumbledore, Harry and I don't doubt what you saw."

Harry used all the Occlumency he knew not to let the truth show on his face. Nonetheless, Remus' comment echoed Snape's point of view that the latter really wasn't a traitor. Harry was sure now anyway because Edward had revealed to him how Snape had allowed him to escape with his advice.

Harry's thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of Mr. Weasley and Fred. The latter was looking at his twin brother as if he didn't understand how such a thing could have happened to him. Meanwhile, George, finally awake, was joking about his lack of an ear but Fred seemed to find his humor appalling and made it clear to him. Harry and Edward smiled: the twins could always be counted on to find the positive side of life- at least, they said, their mother could finally tell them apart.

For several long minutes, the members of the guard waited in anxious silence, watching the sky incessantly for Ron and Tonks, or Bill and Fleur. After what had happened in the battle, everyone doubted that Mundungus would be back here for a long time. Edward had finally revealed Moody's death to the rest of the Order, and everyone's morale was at an all-time low.

But eventually, a broom materialized above them, giving the group hope: indeed, Ron and Tonks had just landed unscathed but shaken. Immediately, Hermione threw herself into the arms of her boyfriend who hugged her and kissed him on the neck with a relieved look, on the verge of tears, whispering:

"You are alive, thank goodness you are alive."

"Ron has been wonderful, extraordinary. He stunned a Death Eater in mid-air- which is equivalent to a death warrant from that height."

Ron was a little pale but stood erect, looking determined as he asserted that he didn't regret his act of self-defense. Everyone shared his opinion: in this war, it was them or the Death Eaters and the latter had not hesitated for a second to cast Avada Kedavra at them. It was a case of self-defense.

"You are wonderful, Ron." Hermione whispered, kissing him on the mouth.

"Heyy lovebirds, you better go our separate ways before mom sees you! Ron, go inside. Mum was worried and she wants to make sure you're okay."

"What kept you?" Lupin asked Tonks, looking both relieved and angry.

"Bellatrix. She wants my skin as much as Harry's and she's been hell-bent on trying to kill me. We wounded Rodolphus but we missed the Portkey and Aunt Muriel made quite a fuss…"

During this time, each also recounted their own journey. After a while Kingsley had to leave them to protect the Muggle Prime Minister. Then finally Bill arrived and the first thing he said when he saw Edward was:

"Thank God, you're alive. I witnessed Moody's death and thought the Death Eaters got you too."

"No, I'm fine… When Voldemort rushed at us, Mondingus ran away, the coward, and a spell hit Moody. He slid off the Thestral and then, just before he was hit by the Avada, Moody ordered me to rescue Harry just in case and I did, after casting a concealment charm on myself."

"He arrived just in time to get me out of trouble." Harry added.

Knowing now that there was no one left to wait for, everyone walked into the Weasleys' house. Bill brought out a bottle of Firewhiskey and glasses from a buffet and served everyone a drink. All solemnly raised a toast in remembrance of Moody.

Lupin and Fleur were the ones who broached the question of the betrayal that may have taken place within the group. Everyone gave each other suspicious and suspicious looks, wondering who could have betrayed, on purpose or not, the date of Harry's move. The latter decided to raise his voice (probably under the influence of the strong alcohol) to reaffirm his confidence in everyone. He knew he must have looked naive, especially in the eyes of Remus who had seen James Potter be betrayed by one of his best friends, but he couldn't help it. Only the Circle members knew Snape's true allegiance and the less people knew, the better. However, he also could not allow doubt to poison the relations within the Order because divided, they would fail.

For a moment Harry considered leaving the Burrow, knowing all too well that staying here would put everyone in danger. But when he started to bring up this idea, he received dangerously serious looks from Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Edward that seemed to threaten him if he ever dared to even try the idea of leaving this temporary refuge. Even if he put all those people he loved or valued at risk, they would never complain or kick him out on the pretext that Voldemort wanted to kill everyone protecting him. Harry would have liked to make them all understand that he didn't want to put them in a position to lose their life or the life of a loved one, that they had to think about their safety. But at that moment, Arthur Weasley spoke in a firm voice:

"Harry, each of us has made a free and informed choice to fight You Know-Who. By wanting to take everything upon yourself, you deprive us of the freedom to choose to fight for the good of all. Now, I once heard a Muggle say that those who were willing to trade their freedom for their safety deserved neither safety or freedom. So we will fight, each in our own way, against evil and in my case that means giving you safe harbor so that you can regain your strength to continue your fight, even if it means putting my loved ones and me in danger."

Harry nodded, seized by the father's wise words. All the Weasley children looked at their father with respect and approval and Harry knew he couldn't change that.

Soon the conversation turned to a slightly less serious but nonetheless important topic: how Harry had survived against Voldemort this time. The Boy-Who-Lived explained the strange phenomenon he had witnessed: his wand reacting on its own and saving him from Voldemort's curse by making golden flames appear… Many in the Order blamed it on accidental magic, but the teen was sure it wasn't that: since he was using magic from his magical heart, he was much more perceptive and he was sure it had nothing to do with it.

He went outside to get some fresh air because his scar was really hurting him. Suddenly the pain intensified and he saw a vision of an old man, whom he recognized as Ollivander, being tortured at the hands of Voldemort who accused him of lying to him by claiming that using another wand would work against Harry. Ollivander had thought that using another wand would undoubtedly neutralize the strange phenomenon that had occurred during Harry's fourth year… But apparently Lucius Malfoy's wand had been destroyed during their confrontation. No matter how much the poor man begged, he was still tortured by Voldemort. At that moment Harry invoked the memory of his mother as a Patronus and managed to extricate himself from the thoughts of the dark wizard.

He explained his vision to Ron, Hermione and Edward who had come to join him to make sure he was okay (and to ensure that he didn't sneak away). Hermione was terrified to learn that the connection between the two had reopened again and she concluded:

"Harry, he's taking over the Ministry, the journals, and half of the Wizarding World. Don't let him get into your head as well!"
