"Jack, Coral and I are getting worried," Ivy spoke into the phone,"You haven't been yourself lately."

"I'm fine,"Jack said stubbornly, "I'll come around eventually. You have nothing to worry about."

"Jack, I'm afraid I don't believe you," Ivy told him, "Ever since you ran into one of my knights, you have been acting strange. You have been trying to avoid them, you had nightmares and bad memories, and you've been having anxiety."

Jack sounded like he wanted to argue, but he knew that deep down that she was right. About two weeks ago, Jack was going to meet Ivy's father, the Devil, for the first time. Jack, hearing many stories about The Devil during his time on Earth, was really nervous, but Coral and Ivy assured him that everything would be fine.

Jack expected the Devil to be strict, evil, and short tempered, but to his surprise, he was the opposite: he was casual, good, and calm. Ivy had told him that he was taking anger management classes.

Things were going good until Jack had bumped into one of Ivy's knights.

In the past, Jack remembered a very traumatic part of it. One night, while he was sleeping, a knight had kicked down his door. This had woken up Jack, but before he could react, the knight had his axe raised in the air, preparing for Jack's execution.

That night was so traumatic, Jack never forgot about it, especially after he was decapitated.

"Fine," Jack sighed in defeat, "Perhaps you could come over at my place."

"I will," Ivy said, "I'll take Coral with me as well. She and I believe you need some serious therapy."

"Good, I might need that," Jack said, relieved.

"I'm going on my way right now, Jack," Ivy said, "I just need to fetch Coral and I'll be there in a flash."

"Just hurry, okay?" he asked with worry.

"Don't worry, I will," Ivy assured him, "Just hang in there, okay?"

"Okay," Jack answered before hanging up. If you took one good look at him, you could see that his condition was affecting him badly. His red hair was really messy, his teeth were yellow, his eyes were bloodshot, and his nose was really red, despite him not having a fever.

Throughout the two weeks, Jack haven't been doing prank calls or even pulling pranks at all. All he did was to try to forget about his fear by sleeping, watching funny shows, and looking through books. But the only results he got were nightmares, still fear memory, and no answer from the books.

He have been doing this so much that he hadn't brushed his teeth or taken a shower in a while.

"Please work..." he plead to himself as he then lied down and closed his eyes.

"So, why are we going to Jack's?" Ivy's little sister, Cat, asked.

"I already told you, Cat," Ivy said, "Coral and I have been worried since he bumped into one of our knights."

"So?" Cat scoffed, "Jack's afraid of a knight. Big bone-cracking deal."

"Cat!" Ivy scolded, "Jack's fear is no laughing matter. He must have some mental brain damage,or worse, he could have PTSD."

"PTSD? What's that?" Cat asked, confused.

"You remember how I told you how Coral felt traumatized after getting banished to the Underworld when I first met her?" Ivy then asked after a second.

"How could I not?" Cat scoffed, "After what White Diamond put her through, she felt scared and traumatized and didn't trust anyone, including you! But what does that have to do with Jack being scared of some stupid knight?"

"Jack and Coral both felt traumatized after getting through some bad stuff," Ivy said, "So, I thought they must've had a bad case of PTSD, which stands for Post Traumatic Stress Discorder."

Cat gave a worried look. "Oh," she said, feeling sympathy, "Well, how are we gonna help Jack get over his traumatic experience?"

"Well, I tried giving Coral some therapy," Ivy started to explain, "But when it didn't work, I was about to give up. But one of Dad's servants, Hazel, gave me some advice. She told me to go to the Redigo Accentus Garden."

"I have heard of that garden before," Cat said.

"It's not just any garden," Ivy told her, "It's a magical garden. The flowers and pond there have the power to reduce stress."

"So the garden will cure Jack of his PTSD?" Cat asked.

"Correct," Ivy answered, "If the garden was able to cure Coral, then it should be able to cure Jack as well."

Cat nodded her head, understanding what her sister was telling her.

It was actually quite true. Coral actually was traumatized by White Diamond's punishment, all the way to the point that she wouldn't trust anyone until Ivy found a way to cure her. That was actually the day they started to become friends before Jack came along.

Back at his house, Jack slept soundly in his bed. He was having a dream that turned out good at the beginning.

...

"So, then I asked, 'Is there Amanda Huggingkiss?' and he fell for it!" Jack was telling Coral about his last prank call. Coral started to snicker and laugh. She loved the kind of person Jack was.

The two were at a phone booth, where they planned to make prank calls. After dialing a number, Jack placed the phone to his ear and waited.

"Um, hello?" A voice answered, "Who is this?"

Jack cleared his throat and said in a robotic voice, "I am Siri." Coral continued to snicker.

"Siri?" the voice said, confused.

"Yes?" Jack said as he continued, "What would you like to ask?"

"Nothing," the voice said before asking, "How did you call me?"

"Calling Tia.." Jack continued to talk in his robotic voice.

"No! No!" the voice said in alarm," Cancel the call, Siri!"

"Cancelled," Jack noted.

"I didn't call you," the voice said, annoyed.

"Calling Eris..." Jack said, trying to hold out his snickering.

"Cancel, cancel!" the voice said before adding, "I know who she is!"

"Adding Hi to your caller list," Jack continued to joke around," Would you like to call Hi?"

"Umm...No thanks..." the voice answered, "Can you stop calling me?"

"Deleting Tia from your caller list," Jack said, with a goofy grin.

"No, that was my girlfriend!" the voice said in a panick.

"Calling your girlfriend," Jack declared.

"NO! Don't!" the voice shouted in alarm.

"Sorry, I didn't catch that," Jack said with his goofy grin.

Another dial sound was heard, but it stopped.

"You have one text message from 'my girlfriend'," Jack said after a second," Would you like to read it?"

"Well, okay," the voice answered.

"We are breaking up," Jack said in a now dark robotic voice, "Expect to die tonight."

He then hung up, he and Coral both bursting into laughter.

"Who'd you call?" Coral asked.

"I called Boogey," Jack answered in his normal voice, "You should've heard his reaction."

"I just did," Coral said with a smile.

Her eyes shrunk as she saw something..or someone sneaking up behind Jack. He was dressed like a knight, and was carrying an axe.

Coral's face grew horrified once she saw the knight raising his axe over Jack's head. Thinking quickly, Coral pushed Jack to the side and took the hit.

Jack stood up and froze. He saw what happened. The axe was shoved through Coral's chest, even cracking her gemstone to the point that it was almost shattered. Coral fell back to the ground, knocked unconscious.

Jack stared at the body of his dear friend. Tears fell down his cheeks, and he didn't look up, too horrified and traumatized to even look at the knight.

The knight approached Jack, and raised his axe in the air. Jack let out a scream of pain as the axe was shredded into his back like before.

...

Jack then woke up with a scream. He rubbed his eyes and looked around.

"Just another dream..." he said, relieved before his voice became wary and horrified, "I just hope he doesn't come knocking at my door."

Just then there was a knock at his door. Jack jumped in horror. Gaining his courage, Jack made his way downstairs and to his door.

He slowly opened the door and shouted, "Who are you?!"

It turned out to be Ivy, Cat, and Coral. Coral grew worried upon seeing the condition Jack was in.

"Relax, Long Nose," Cat replied, "It's just us."

"Jack, you look..." Ivy trailed off, lost for words.

"Awful," Jack finished for her, "I know. I'm sorry if I'm stinky too, but I was too busy trying to get rid of the memory. I tried sleeping, watching funny things on TV, and searching through books, but NOTHING!"

"You read books?" Cat scoffed.

"Yes, but I don't usually do it," Jack answered.

"Well, I know something that might work," Cat suggested.

"What's that?" Jack asked hopefully.

"In order to conquer your fear of a person," Cat started, "You have to look at them deep in the eye, and say, 'You better leave me alone, or else I'm gonna cut your throat open with my sword, punch you multiple times until your face looks like medusa's hideous face, run your body over, and mess your face up more with a chainsaw'!"

"Cat!" Ivy scolded.

"What?" Cat said, acting confused, "I did see it in a movie once, and it worked."

"How many times have Dad and I told you to stop watching R-rated movies?" Ivy asked with a stern look.

"Oh come on!" Cat protested, "You know I like violent stuff!"

"Well, violent things aren't for kids like you," Ivy told her.

Cat gave her an annoyed look and rolled her eyes.

"Anyways," Ivy said, before turning to Jack, "I got two better ideas on how deal with your problem. We can try therapy, but if it doesn't work, we can take you to the Redigo Accentus Garden."

Jack nodded his head. He then allowed the three to enter his house. He sat on the couch as his friends prepared for the therapy tests.

"So, we're going to start with an easy test," Ivy said, "Coral, Cat, and I are going to show you some pictures and you have to tell us what they are."

"I understand," Jack said with a smile, "That's pretty easy."

"Okay, I'll go first," Ivy said, pulling out a sheet of paper, "What's this?"

"A plant?" Jack answered, looking at the picture on the paper.

"Good," Ivy said, before turning to Coral, "Your turn."

Coral pulled out a sheet of paper and showed it to Jack.

"Oh, that's a cat," Jack answered.

Coral nodded and turned to Cat.

Cat pulled out a sheet of paper and showed it to Jack next.

"Oh, that's the Grim Reaper," Jack said with a frown.

"So?" Cat asked. It was clear that Cat didn't know about his past with Grim.

"He decapitated me once," Jack told her.

"Really?" Cat asked, surprised, "I've knew Grim always collected souls for my Dad, but I didn't know he had the urge to chop someone's head off."

"Wait.." Jack said, hearing the first part, "Grim works for your Dad?"

"Yeah," Ivy answered, "Did you honestly think that Grim collects souls for himself? People do jobs for other people, not for themselves."

"Yeah, well,I guess your dad is one person I would secretly blame for Grim's stupid decision to decapitate me," Jack said with a straight face.

"A lot of people say that," Cat told him.

"Believe me," Jack started, "When I first met your Dad, I was thinking to think that all the stories I've heard about him wasn't true."

"Dad has a mixed personality," Ivy explained, "He acts nice, but is really evil. He collects the souls Grim receives for him to not only add members for his possible army to take down and rule Heaven, but also to increase Underworld's population."

"Wow," Jack said, lost for words.

"Just wait until you see what happens when you get on his bad side," Cat added, only to get a glare from her older sister.

Jack let out a gulp before asking, "Well, speaking of your Dad and Grim, does he know anything about Grim being friends with two kids?"

"No," Cat answered, "Whenever Grim comes to the castle, he never tells Dad about the friendship deal he had undergoing. In fact, he never tells Dad about any of his deals, including the one when he granted you immortality in exchange for his scythe."

"Which pretty explains how he didn't know about you," Ivy added.

"Well, not like I care or anything," Jack started to ask, "But why is Grim so ashamed to tell your Dad about his deals?"

"Because he's a big scaredy cat!" Cat laughed.

"More like a scaredy skeleton!" Ivy added.

Jack and Cat stared at her with mild confusion. Ivy noticed this.

"Get it?" she asked, "Because he's a skeleton?"

"Ivy, you have to work on your jokes a lot better," Jack told her.

"Yeah," Cat added, "That joke makes sense, but it's lame."

Coral used sign language on Ivy and Cat, reminding them of their therapy tests.

"Oh, yeah," Ivy remembered, "Thanks for reminding us, Coral. Let's get down to the other tests."

"This is clearly not working," Cat deadpanned. It was about 6:30. It was been three hours, and Jack didn't seem to be cured of his disorder, which was confirmed when he let out a yelp whenever Cat showed him a photo of a knight at the end of each test.

"I guess we have another option," Ivy decided.

"Ivy, are you sure the garden is gonna help cure Jack's disorder?"Cat asked.

"Cure?" Jack stood up, confused, "Um, PTSD is a disorder. I don't think they can be cured."

"You're right," Ivy told him, before turning to Cat, "I went overboard saying that the garden cures PTSDs. It actually helps them."

"Help PTSDs?" Cat asked.

"Yeah," Ivy answered, "Coral still had the disorder even after she went to the garden. It helped her stay calm, but only for a day. So every day, she goes to the garden to help calm her down when the stress from the disorder hits."

Jack turned to Coral. "So, the Redigo Accentus Garden is gonna help me?" he asked her. Coral placed Jack's hands in hers and looked up at him with a assuring smile.

"Okay, I trust you," he said, understanding what she had told him.

"Well, then let's go," Ivy told him, opening the door.

For the first time in two weeks, Jack was now outside. He looked around warily as his friends started to guide him. Soon, they were there: The Redigo Accentus Garden.

Jack examined the garden curiously. The grass, trees, and flowers were beautiful.

"So, what do you think?" Ivy asked, wanting an answer.

"It's...pretty," Jack answered, white sparkles in his eyes.

Jack picked up one of the flowers and was about to sniff it when it suddenly sprayed him in some scent. Jack was clearly surprised, but he started to quickly become calm.

There he was. Enjoying the magic of the Redigo Accentus Garden. Jack spent hours here, making flowers for him and the girls, and relaxing in the nice, hot pond with them.

"So, Jack," Ivy started, "How do you feel now? Any traumatic or stressful thoughts about that knight?"

"Actually, no," Jack answered with a grin, "I feel better. You were right. This garden is helping my disorder."

"Told ya," Ivy said happily. Coral swam over and hugged Jack, pushing her head into his chest.

"I can tell Coral is quite happy to have the old Jack back as much as me and Cat," Ivy noted.

"She is?" Jack asked confused, "You guys actually like my pranks? The people back in Endsville didn't."

"Of course we like them," Ivy answered, "You're quite funny."

"And the reason Endsville didn't like your pranks is because they take a joke," Cat added, "Besides, if you're the epic prankster, then perhaps you could give me some good tips on pulling the most ultimate pranks!"

"That sounds pretty good," Jack said.

The four friends then decided to stay at the garden for a bit longer before deciding to head home.

Two weeks later, Jack was now good as new. His red hair was straight, his teeth was now a shiny white, his eyes and nose were normal, and he didn't stink anymore.

As he was walking on the sidewalk and greeting every demon he walked past, he then saw someone familiar. It was Ivy's little sister, Cat.

"Jack!" she called out running to him.

"Hey Cat!" Jack greeted her, "How are you doing?"

"That headless prank idea you gave me was so epic!" she said, "Stupid Tindy was so scared,it was like she wasn't living anymore!"

"Cat, wait up!" Ivy and Coral then both showed up, panting when they caught up.

"Ivy, I was just telling Jack how his headless prank idea was a complete success!"

"That's good to know," Ivy said as she stood up,"But you've gotta stop running off."

Coral walked over and hugged Jack, tightly this time, but it didn't bother him.

"Coral, you worry too much," he said, looking into her eyes, "I'm not going anywhere this time."

Coral then let go of Jack.

"So, Jack," Ivy started, "What do you plan to do today?"

"I was just gonna prank call Eris," Jack told them, "Wanna help me out?"

"Prank call Eris?" Ivy asked with a smile, "Sure! I loved messing with her, so I'll definitely help!"

"Me too!" Cat added.

Coral just gave an eager smile and nodded her head.

And that was how Jack was no bothered by his disorder. Because he now had his friends to stay by his side, including Coral.
