They came face to face with a female Iron Man suit. Tony was dumbfounded.

"Who the hell are you and why do you have my tech?" he asked, stepping forward. Two of the people removed their helmets, including female Iron Man, revealing a dark-haired teenage girl and a slightly lighter-haired and older brunette.

"We don't want to fight." The older of the two girls said. The younger one nodded, as well as the other three. The third girl had a bow and arrow, and the two boys had revolvers. Suddenly, Clint recognized two of them. So did Natasha. They exchanged glances, extremely confused. Lila and Cooper were young, and here they looked around twenty. Lila noticed.

"Dad, it's okay. We'll explain." The other four Avengers whipped around to face Clint.

"They're your kids?" Bruce asked.

"Yes," Clint said slowly. "Lila and Cooper. But they're six and eight." Then he noticed Nate. He smiled.

"You're mine, too?" he asked. Nate nodded, also smiling.

"My name's Nathaniel. Or Nate, as I like to be called." he replied. Tony turned to the other two girls.

"And you two are -?"

"Cassie Lang." Cassie replied. "Also known as The Wasp."

"The Wasp disappeared twenty-seven years ago," Natasha said, confused. "SHIELD looked into it." Cassie smiled wryly.

"You could say that I'm the third generation," she said. "My dad's the second Ant-Man." The Avengers nodded.

"Go ahead, M," Lila said gently. The Avengers traded confused glances. The youngest girl took a deep breath.

"Okay, this is going to sound crazy," She said. "My name's Morgan Stark." All of the sudden, Tony saw it. His eyes, his hair color, his cheekbones. Pepper's mouth and heart-shaped face. She was his and Pepper's daughter. He managed to slow his heart rate down.

"That explains how you got my tech," he said wryly. "But how did you get here?" he asked them.

"Can we go upstairs?" Cooper asked. "It's a bit of a long story."

"Give us a detail only people who know us would know," Steve asked, eyeing them. Morgan, Lila, and Cooper bit their lips.

"Whenever you'd leave, you told us that you were always with us." Cooper said, looking Clint in the eyes. He nodded.

"Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist." Morgan recited, a small smile on her face. Tony nodded, also smiling slightly. Finally feeling secure, Morgan tapped the arc reactor, causing the suit to disappear. Tony and Bruce were shocked.

"Nanotech?" Bruce asked, amazed. Morgan nodded.

"I just used my dad's design." She said, smiling at Tony. He returned it.

"Shall we go upstairs?" Thor asked, and everyone nodded.

"So, how old are you guys?" Steve asked. They were all seated in the Avenger's common room floor.

"Fifteen." Morgan replied.

"Twenty-five." Cassie said. Lila, Cooper, and Nate looked at each other, internally debating which age to tell them.

"Twenty-two." Cooper responded.

"Twenty." Lila supplied.

"Thirteen." Nate said, a little shaky about lying to his dad's face.

"Hey, where's mom?" Morgan asked Tony.

"On a business trip," He replied. "Does she need to be here?" Morgan shook her head.

"Did I miss something?" Clint asked. Tony sighed, exasperated.

"Think about it, Legolas," Tony said. "Who's the one woman that I'm with, and will be with for the foreseeable future." Lila, Cooper, and Nate burst out laughing.

"Legolas?" Cooper asked, grinning.

"See what you've done, Stark?" Clint asked, gesturing to his kids.

"Oh, so you're resorting to surnames?" Morgan asked, with a signature Stark smirk on her face. Steve groaned.

"Never in my life did I think I would have to deal with three generations of Starks." He deadpanned. Everybody burst out laughing.

"Alright, back to business," Bruce said once everyone had settled down. "How'd you guys get here?"

"Do you know what the Quantum Realm is?" Cassie asked. Bruce and Tony nodded their heads. The others shook them.

"Okay, if you didn't know: it's a dimension in the multiverse that's only accessible, for the average human, by subtonic shrinking," Cassie explained. The Avengers nodded.

"How does that explain how you got here?" Steve asked.

"Well, a few years ago, it was discovered that this could be harnessed, meaning you could exit the realm into a specific point within space and time." Cassie said.

"You time traveled." Natasha stated. They nodded.

"Who invented it?" Tony asked.

"Well, Cassie's dad thought of the initial concept," Morgan said. "But you executed it."

"Wow." Tony said, dumbfounded.

"Anyways, we came here to warn you." Lila said.

"About what?" Clint asked.

"A couple of things, actually." Cassie replied.

"Dad, do you remember the Ultron program?" Morgan asked. Tony nodded.

"Yes, what about it?"

"Long story short, it went wrong," Cooper said. "People died." The silence hung in the air for a moment before Natasha broke it.

"What's the Ultron program?" she asked. Tony sighed.

"It was supposed to guard Earth," He explained. "Just in case we can't. Obviously, something happened." The five time-travelers nodded grimly.

"It became a genocidal machine hellbent on human extinction," Morgan explained. "Or, more specifically, the Avengers' extinction."

"Geez," Tony replied. "Definitely stopping that project, at the very least for the time being."

"Hang on, you said there were a couple things you wanted to warn us about." Steve reminded them.

"Yeah," Cassie said. "The second one's the Sokovia Accords."

"What're those?" Bruce asked.

"Essentially, it's legislature keeping the Avengers in check," explained Lila. "It means they operate under the government. They were put in place after what happened with Ultron."

"And Lagos." Nate reminded his sister.

"Lagos?" Thor asked.

"Basically, something goes wrong, a building's destroyed, people die." Morgan explained.

"So, we screwed up," Tony summarized. "Multiple times." Morgan makes a so-so motion with her hand.

"They also resulted in a civil war," Cassie says, propelling the conversation.

"Over the Accords?" Steve asked.

"Yeah," replies Cooper. "You don't believe in the Accords, Tony does."

"Hang on, I have a copy." Cassie takes out a tiny packet of paper and throws it through a disk, enlarging it.

"Woah, what was that?" Clint asked.

"Pym Particles Disk." She replies, handing the copy of the Accords to Steve.

"Take some time to look through them later," She warns. "And make a group decision. They won't be ratified for another couple of years. When that time comes, you need to be on the same page." The Avengers nod, and Steve sets them aside.

"Hang on," Morgan says. "Cap, can I talk to you for a second?" He seems confused, but nods all the same.

"What's this about?" Steve asks once they arrive in the kitchen. Morgan shuffles awkwardly.

"I don't know exactly how you found out, but I know that you know about Hydra's involvement with my grandparents' death." she says. Steve's eyes widened.

"'Accidents will happen'," He recites in awe. "It's true?"

"Yeah. You need to tell my dad. There's still a chance he'll forgive you."

"The Accords wasn't the only thing we fought over, was it?" he asked numbly. Morgan shook her head.

"There's still time to fix it." She said, and walked out of the room. Steve took a deep breath and followed her.
