Although no one requested me to continue yet, I just did because I thought of this hilarious idea.
At Fairy Tail...
"Natsu! Gajeel! Wendy!"
"What Laxus?" Natsu called. "Are you asking to fight?"
Laxus snorted. "Yes, but not with you. We've received a message that five dragons have been spotted at a village. Each with a different element. One of them is a fire dragon-"
"It could be Igneel! Say no more, I'm going!" Natsu cut him off.
"There's also a sky one," Laxus continued. "The other three are iron, white, and shadow,"
"Grandeeney?" Wendy widened her eyes.
"Metalicana..." Gajeel murmured.
"I'm going to find Igneel!" Natsu ran out the doors with the iron and sky dragon slayers behind him.
Meanwhile at the Sabertooth Guild...
Rogue got a minute of relaxing before Sting came charging towards him 100 MPH. "Rogue, we just got a message five dragons have been spotted near a village! Two of them are white and shadow dragons!"
"You think it's Skiadrum and Weisslogia?"
"Who else could it be? Let's go!"
"I don't see any dragons," Wendy squinted. They had climbed to the top of a mountain for a better view.
"IGNEEL? DAD? WHERE ARE YOU?" Natsu bellowed.
"..." Gajeel stayed silent, scanning the distance.
"Oh, there's Fairy Tail's dragon slayers. Hey Natsu-san!" Sting was coming from behind them. Rogue followed.
"Sting and Rogue are here," Wendy acknowledged.
"You guys are looking for your dragons too?" Natsu asked.
"Yes," Rogue nodded. "Did you see any dragons?"
"No," Gajeel grumbled. "But this better not be a joke,"
"That's right, because it's a trap!" A smug voice cackled. They whipped around to see a man. He shoved the bewildered mages off the mountain and into a wooden cart.
"Umph!" Natsu grunted.
"Eep!" Wendy shrieked.
"Ow!" Gajeel snarled.
"Oof!" Sting yelped.
"Ack!" Rogue said.
"Have a nice ride!" The smug man gave the cart a firm push, sending it rolling down the rest of the mountain. He whipped out a lacrima to record. "Oh boy, this is going to be hilarious,"
"Urp!"
"I'm going to murder this guy!" Gajeel shouted.
"Is that a cliff?" Natsu screeched.
"NOOOOOOO!"
The poor dragon slayers passed out from motion sickness. They were dropped off at their guilds still unconscious. The scammer sent the lacrima he had used to record the scene with them to both guilds along with a note that it was just a prank.
And they thought it was hilarious.
"I will give that guy hell," Natsu vowed once he had woken up.
"That's if you can find him, Flame Brain," Gray sneered.
"Is that a challenge, Ice Princess?" Natsu growled. "Gajeel! Wendy! Let's go hunt that guy down! That's what our noses are for!"
"Gee hee! You don't need to ask me twice," Gajeel grinned.
"I'm not the revenge type," Wendy shook her head.
"That's okay!" Natsu charged to the doors. "We'll get Sting and Rogue instead! I bet they like revenge!"
At Sabertooth...
"Now I get to relax," Rogue seated himself at a table with satisfaction.
Then Natsu came barging through the front doors. "Sting! Rogue!"
"Oh, come on," Rogue groaned. "What is it this time?"
"We're getting revenge on that smug guy from yesterday who pushed us down the mountain!"
Rogue hesitated but agreed. "Maybe this might be worth it,"
"Great!" Natsu charged away.
Sting followed. "Heck yes!"
The smug guy wasn't smug anymore when four angry dragon slayers tracked him down and beat him up. Such wise usage of their sense of smell. Perhaps being a dragon slayer doesn't suck that much after all?
The End.
