"Can I swap with you?" David said grinning and Nick laughed and nodded.

"You're all gonna be tired tomorrow. Have you not slept yet?" Kurt said turning his head so he could see them.
"Yeah we had a few hours while you was sleeping. We don't need ad much as you." Blaine said smirking and Kurt laughed
"Anderson, I don't think I've ever slept that good." Kurt said smiling and they all nodded.
"How much sleep do you normally get?" Blaine said softly and Kurt laughed
"Good nights maybe three hours, bad nights I don't sleep at all and I'm like a zombie until I finally crash. I'm not allowed coffee." Kurt said laughing

"I'm a animal." Kurt said laughing and the all rolled there eyes and gestured Kurt to elaborate
"I bounce off the walls, I don't start talking, my sentence are so pushed together they don't have spaces in between. I don't sleep at all. I'm like junkie." Kurt said rolling his eyes and they laughed and nodded.
"Are you worried about starting classes because of that?" Nick said and Kurt nodded.
"I obsess a lot and I like everything perfect." Kurt said shaking this head. "I'll be up all night doing assignments. I'm not worried for me, I'm worried for all of you."
They smirked and laughed and looked at him softly and Kurt frowned.
"Why you looking at me like that?" Kurt said laughing and they smiled
"You're easy on the eye Kurtie." Jeff said casually and Kurt rolled his eyes and placed his head back on David as he started to blush

Kurt laughed nervously and buried his head further into David neck and they all started laughing as watch them blush run up his neck.

They all see Kurt closed his eyes and let him. They knew Kurt had good friends but they didn't think he had experienced this before. His eyes lit up every time he seen Jeff. If anyone was going to save him, it was Jeff.

Kurt phone rang and Kurt shot it quickly and they seen the panic rush through his face
"What time is it?" Kurt said panicking reaching over to his phone
"5:23." Wes said looking at the clock and Kurt seen his it was Carol and he eyes started to water
"Give me a minute." Kurt said standing up quickly and lifting the phone up to his ear and leaving the room by the bathroom.
"Carol is he step mom right?" David said frowning and they nodded
"Oh god you don't think?" Jeff said and they all started to panic
"Oh no please don't say that." Blaine whispered And they listened in to their conversation.
"God Carol is my dad okay? Are you okay? Is Finn okay?" Kurt breathlessly
"Of course we are okay bundle. I know you're normally awake at this time so I thought I would call before I go to work. I've missed you."
"God Carol you scared me." Kurt said laughing and shaking his head

"He seems pretty close to Carol too. His dad had been with her eight months right?" Nick said and Jeff nodded
"Yeah, they don't live together. Kurt said he's grateful he has her." Jeff said grinning

"Is he going to call today? I don't think I can handle it yet." Kurt said dramatically and Carol laughed
"He said if you don't answer he's driving down and going to embarrass you in front of your new friends."
"Oh god." Kurt said groaning and Carol laughed harder
"Okay tell him he can call." Kurt said smiling.

Kurt shook his head and laughed. "I have and they are just fine Carol."

Kurt stopped laughing and swallowed and he felt his eyes welling up and he coughed

Kurt tears fell but he didn't make a noise. He just listened to her.
"I know you and Finn don't see eye to eye and it kills me but I just want you to know that I don't care okay? I don't care if you're gay. You're my son and I will love you no matter what you are. It's only been eight months and I can honestly say I would be lost without you."
Kurt laid down on his bed and closed his eyes.

Kurt wiped his eyes but he still didn't make a noise. His was blown away by her. He felt like he wouldn't breathe. He heard her crying and it broke his heart.
"So, I'm going to put the phone down now. I don't want to hear your voice or I'm going to break. See you soon sweetie."
The phone cut dead and he pulled it away and placed it next to him on the bed. He started to tap against his leg and he closed his eyes.
"Oh my god." Jeff said brokenly looking up to them.
"That was so sweet." Nick said into his boyfriends hair.
"I don't think I've ever heard anything like that before. That was intense." Wes said resting his head in his palm.
"That's the first time she has said it isn't it?" David said and they nodded.
"God I hope he's okay." Blaine whispered

He picked the phone off the bed taking deep breaths and dialled a number. It rang four times before it picked up.

Kurt removed the phone from his ear and ended the call quickly and smiled and laughed before sitting up and running and hand through his face and walking towards the bathroom. He ran the tap and started to splash water over his face and looked up.

"What ever you want to do." Blaine said smiling at him and Kurt swallowed and laughed and closed his eyes.

Blaine bit back a laugh and he looked down. He was killing him. Most definitely a good way.
"Can I get to know you all today?" Kurt said softly opening his eyes and they nodded and smiled. He was caring, very compassionate.

"Mom is from France." Kurt said softly as he looked through them.
"Oh wow we didn't know that." Jeff said smiling at him and he turned his head and nodded.
Yeah. It's so beautiful." Kurt said as he squinted and zoomed on on a photo.
"Who's that with you?" Kurt said pointing a women standing with him.
"My grandmother." David said smiling and Kurt put a hand to his heart.
"God that's so sweet." Kurt said grinning zooming into the photo to have a clearer picture of her.
"You haven't mentioned it?" David said smiling and he looked up confused.
"Mention what?" Kurt said tilting his head .
"She's Caucasian Kurt." David said swallowing.

They all looked at Kurt and seen the way he meant every word. David licked his lips and let out a laugh.

Kurt started looking though the photos again and the others swallowed and watched the way his face lit up at the photos. David hadn't said anything he just kept a hold around his body. He glanced to them and they could see he was trying so hard not to cry.

"Jesus I'm getting thrown around tonight." Kurt said thanking David and passing his phone back and smiling.
"Thank you." David said into his hair and Kurt nodded. Kurt didn't push and he was thankful.
David squeezed his arm and stood up and made him way over to Wes and sat down and Blaine walked over and laid down and Kurt laid on top of him and he wrapped his arms around him and Kurt smiled and closed his eyes. Wes reached up to David silently and wiped a tear away David rolled his eyes and turned do him. Thank you he mouthed and David nodded and placed a hand on his shoulder.

They all cracked up and so did Wes and Kurt grinned and then his grin turned until a smile and he looked at Wes softly. They heard Wes's racing heart when he smiled at him. It was going to be really hard for him. Kurt reached up and started to play with one of Blaine's curls and they grinned.

"We don't have a countertenor in the group. Pretty fucking rare vocal range." Nick said sighing and they nodded in frustration.

His voice was beautiful. He definitely sounded like he could sing. Was it a case of he couldn't sing or the case that he wouldn't in front of people?

Burt laughed and Kurt heard him opening draws and he rolled his eyes and laughed.
"Right so that's another point for me right?"

They seen Kurt relax knowing Wes was okay with it and a sigh escaped his lips.

"We can talk to Mr Alexander if you want?" Nick said kindly and Kurt nodded.
"I have some patience but I can't deal with that on my first day. It's just going to rile me up and I'm gonna explode."

"Why don't you get a bath man, chill out and we can watch a movie?" Nick said remembering that Kurt enjoyed doing that.

Kurt had got his things ready and was in the bathroom. The others was waiting for him the Blaine's room. They had lit sage so Kurt couldn't hear their conversation.
"He's a fucking bastard." Nick said leaning back into his boyfriend.
"He just has to push all the fucking time." Blaine said sighing
"Kurt was great." Wes said smiling and they all grinned.
"He is isn't he?" Blaine said towards him and he nodded.

They could hear Kurt hissing in pain and swear a few times and Jeff walked over and knocked.

"Shampoo stinging my hand." Kurt laughed out and Jeff laughed too.
"Want me to wash it for you?" Jeff said softly.
"I'm on the bath." Kurt said laughing hysterically and Jeff rolled his eyes

Kurt laughed again and they all laughed hearing his gasps escape his mouth.
"Erm. Yeah okay."

"As long as Nicky doesn't swing for me." Kurt choked out and Nick laughed

Jeff turned to them and smiled. He trusted him more than he should and it made Jeff feel a little emotional.
"Okay Hummel, cover your junk."
Kurt laughed harder and they heard him moving around and Jeff opened the door slightly and walked in.
"You go hard with the bubbles." Jeff said looking at him smiling.

Jeff walked over and went to the end of the bath by his head and kneeled down.

Jeff started to wet his hair again and started to shampoo it again.

Jeff laughed and started to massage it into his scalp. He knew Kurt was nervous. This was a huge thing for him.

Jeff laughed harder and Kurt tilted his head back more, his eyes still closed.
"That feel good?" Jeff said smiling and Kurt nodded.

Kurt lifted it up from the water and Jeff groaned. "Jesus that's looks so sore."
"It was fine until it went into the water and I felt like my soul was leaving my body."
"I actually fucking hate you." Jeff said laughing out as he started to rinse the shampoo from his hair.
"How is Nicky okay with this?" Kurt whispeared and Jeff smiled.
"He trusts me and I trust him." Jeff whispeared back.
"It's still weird. I'm naked."
Kurt and Jeff laughed and Jeff leaned over and kissed him on the cheek.

"God." Jeff said pulling his hands back and wiping his eyes with him arms

"Jeff needed him and so does Kurt." Wes added as he walked over and sat himself on the bed.

"Goes to show how much he trusts Jeff. He's been his life line since he walked through them doors." David said smiling and they turned to him and nodded.

The others was shaking their heads in amusement. He was becoming so comfortable around them already. They realised Kurt covered up his embarrassment by making people laugh. It was more than adorable.

"OH MY GOD." Kurt said gasping for air and Jeff was crawling on the floor in fits of giggles.

Kurt didn't think he had ever felt more safe and he couldn't thank them enough.
