"Ten years have passed since Rika and I have befriended Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou. When we were kids, I have discovered that Izu-chan is seemingly doomed to be Quirkless. But I don't believe that it's impossible to get one. In fact, I believe that he's just a late bloomer. The good examples of those late bloomers are my three cousins Akira, Camellia, and Elisia. The Entrance Exams are coming up soon and even I have taken up the test to see if I'm qualified to go for the internationals. I'm sure that Rika has gotten qualified as well as Izu-chan and Kacchan. But I don't know where I am falling at. I mean...as long as I'm born with magic instead of a Quirk...who knows?"
Cecelia has recently lost her birth parents when they sacrificed the last of their powers to save this generation. She's mad that they're no longer alive, but she knows that they love her as any parent wouldn't hesitate to put their lives on the line for her as their child. It might not be the same as having a biological father, but she is grateful that Makarov Dreyar from the Fairy Tail guild even financially supports her as a father from far away. In Aldera Junior High, every student got excited as they want to take into the Entrance Exams to enroll into U.A. High Academy. While a few of the students were angry at Bakugou for talking "smack" about them being sidekicks, the teacher said as he's looking into the list of the test results: "Huh...what do you know? Both you and Miyamoto have equally impressive test results. The same can be said for Makoto as well." Rika silently breathed a sigh of relief as one of Cecelia's friends named Ami Mizuno is kind and studious to have a group study to prep up for the Written Exams for the test needed to get into U.A. High. Bakugou starts to brag about wanting to become greater than All Might who is the Symbol of Peace at that point. What not even knows is that Cecelia's parents were once Pro Heroes in their own power and was taken to their graves about the fact that their powers are of magic rather than of Quirks. She did try to tell him when they would be in the group of four, but that would always get hindered from the constant bullying that would always target Midoriya since they were kids. She was suddenly snapped back into reality when the teacher spoke this out loud: "Oh yeah. Midoriya? Didn't you want to go to the U.A. too?" Midoriya got rather nervous and Bakugou was shocked in disbelief. That's when every student around them started laughing as one of the students said: "What can he do when all he can do is study?" Midoriya stood up from his seat and said this despite the laughing students: "Uh, actually they got rid of that rule. I can be the first one-" Bakugou was just about to attack Midoriya with his Explosion Quirk but finds himself being turned upside down by a unseen force. He shouted angrily as he starts thrashing about in the air: "Hey! Whoever did that, get me the Hell down!" Cecelia stood up from her seat and said as she turned to the side to look at him: "Do you honestly believe that those without a Quirk can't be heroes? You're just as bad as a villain that wants to steal a person's life."
Everyone stared as she continued: "Izu-chan doesn't have a Quirk now, but it doesn't mean that he will be like that forever. My three cousins have their powers much later than the actual age of a child, so they're labeled down as late bloomers. I believe that Izu-chan is likely a Late Bloomer who is destined to become a hero if he's given the chance. And if you disagree or if you have a problem with it, you can set up a match with my power against your own." She heard one of the students asking her as soon as she used her magic to settle Bakugou back down on his feet: "Why would you stand up for Midoriya if you have a Quirk like us?" She shakes her head and said this firmly: "Here's a thing...I don't have a Quirk either. I have of what people would call it magic. So, I'm going to U.A. High to make a difference for this world and its society. And I declare this! No matter what the odds, anyone with or without a Quirk can become a hero in their own way! And I will be the Symbol of Inspiration to do that!" Everyone went silent as even Midoriya along with Rika were speechless. Bakugou could tell that Cecelia is trying to stand up for Midoriya like back when they were kids by trying to turn the bullying into targeting her. It has always been that way and it's ongoing even now. Some time passes by as school has ended n a rather fast pace today. Cecelia was sitting in front of Midoriya on his desk as she lets him read one of her journals. Rika was floating above their heads as she giggled while being upside-down. Cecelia shakes her head when laughing a bit, "Rika? Would you get down from here? You remember the last time you were hanging upside-down like that, don't you?" Rika stuck out her tongue while still being in the air: "Neh! I lose my balance because Natsu scared the heck out of me!" Midoriya said in awe when he was finished reading the journal "Wow! So that other half of the amulet was from your very first solo mission?" Cecelia nodded her head attentively on the boy: "It was on the day after my fourteenth birthday." Rika sighed a bit as she floated back down on her feet to the floor, "I didn't get to go, but I was lucky enough to spend her birthday with even you and Bakuogu." Cecelia turned to her chidhood friend who is a fairy and said to her: "That's because you were with Riku at that time. The last thing I want is to pull you away from spending time with your family."
Midoriya was just about to give the journal back to Cecelia, but that's when Bakugou said when he snatched it out of hand: "I don't know what you're doing, Deku. But we're not done." One of the two students that are likely his other friends asked: "Whatcha got there, his diary?" Cecelia spoke up as she looked at the boys standing nearby: "It's actually my journal. I was showing Izu-chan of a bit of the day after my fourteenth birthday." One page stands out on this entry written in her own hands: em"After the gate of the Demon World is sealed and our enemies have fallen, Dante has given me his twin brother Vergil's half of the amulet and the sword called the Yamato. The amulets must be in two halves to prevent the demonic domain to connect to the Human World again. And now, Dante Sparda has his own shop where he can take in calls of hunting down demons to protect mankind like his father before him. Wanna know the name? It's called Devil May Cry."/em Bakugou's anger got internally boiled over when he sees a photo of Cecelia being dressed in this style of Dante Sparda's outfit which makes her hotter than normal in his opinion. But what really did make him mad was when he realizes that he isn't going to be her partner when and if they both become Pro Heroes themselves. Cecelia said this as she stood up on her feet: "Look Kacchan. I see that you have potential and determination with quite the hard work and effort. But unless you open your eyes and see what's beyond of your knowledge as well as opening your heart, you won't be able to adapt, grow, and improve for the better." She added more as Rika stood next to Midoriya: "I still believe that Izu-chan is still a Late Bloomer and that he will develop a Quirk soon enough. He just needs to believe in himself. And if you still think that it's ridiculous, you can face against me at the Entrance Exams." Her eyes are locked on his as if she's a dragon that set up a challenge against Bakugou." He didn't know what to say even though he knew that she would stand up for Midoriya like she's his sister since they were children. He didn't know what to do but to push the journal back in her hands before he starts walking away with his two friends: "You're lucky that I don't strike down girls in a fight unless I have to." As soon as he stopped by the door, he looked over his left shoulder and said this to Midoriya: "You know? If you really want to be a hero that badly, there's actually another way. Just pray that you'll be born with a quirk in your next life and take a swan dive off the roof of the building." Before his buddies could laugh, there was a lightning bolt that Bakugou barely got away from as he jumped a bit backwards. Rika jumped in a fright as she didn't know where that lighting bolt came from. Midoriya turned to the side to see that it was Cecelia who had done it. Her hands start to shake and her head was looking down as she said this: "You seemed to look down on those that don't have Quirks. It's like you consider those people beneath you. Does that mean you have thought of me like that as well? And to think...that I have feelings for you since we were kids! And I still do, so who's the pathetic loser here?! Maybe, you'll be better off without me if I am no longer here!"
Rika didn't know what to say as she was left to catch up with Cecelia who had ran out of the classroom and pushed Bakugou out of her way. What was left of her in sight was when he sees tears running down her cheeks. Midoriya quickly gathered his things and ran as well. Unfortunately, Cecelia was too quick for Rika to find her, so she's left to accompany Midoriya for a bit. He asked the fairy princess: "Are you sure that Cece-chan will be okay?" Rika replied as she's flying by his side: "I sure hope so. I just can't believe that she didn't tell me that she has feelings for Bakugou." He shrugged his shoulders as he took a guess fro the first thought in mind: "Maybe, she didn't tell you because of how protective you are. Didn't you once said to me that she has her first heartbreak from a guy named Ban?" She sighed while shaking her head: "I guess so...but enough about that! If you don't mind me asking why would you try for the Entrance Exams in the first place? I'm not opposing, but you might get hurt without a Quirk." He said as he continued to walk by her side, "I get what you are saying. And you could be right of what would happen, Rika-chan. But you know what? That makes me want to prove them wrong. Ever since I was a kid, I thought saving people is the coolest thing that any hero can do. I want people to see my fearless smile and feel safe and be the kind of hero everyone looks up to. Exactly like All Might." Unknowingly to the duo, a tall figure of a skinny man was watching from the corner as he could tell that Midoriya has a big heart to prove to the world. On the other side, a girl with her long blond hair and red eyes named Delilah hits the back of Bakugou's head in front of his two other classmates. Bakugou shouted while rubbing on his head: "Ow! What the Hell was that for?!" Delilah said this with a scowl on her face: "Did you have to be harsh on Midoriya? I get that he doesn't have a Quirk, but you should know that Cecelia would defend him as if he's her brother. It's been like that since we were kids." He growled a bit before destroying the empty can of soda with his explosion: "Someones' gotta teach that worthless nerd how the world really works, Delilah. Although...her words that she said really got to me..."
One of the two students that are with the siblings said out: "Oh yeah. Didn't the cute Miyamoto girl say that she has feelings for you?" The second student nodded with agreement: "That's right. Was it that she said about since you two were kids?" Bakugou turned around and shouted: "That's not just it!" He then said when turning to the side: "Miya called herself a pathetic loser...that I'll be better off without her. What the Hell was that about, huh?" This is when Delilah said to her older twin brother: "Guess it's a good time as any, Katsuki. You see...Cecelia has been in her Saturday 'family trips' since we were kids. Basically, she was training and learning on improving her magic to become better than she was. She hoped that it would not only would you see her being a hero that can do great...but that it could also win your heart." He just growled and said to his younger twin sister, "Guess that I have blown it, huh?" One of the two students started to think and than said: "Hey. How about we go to this Cosplay Cafe that's recently open? I hear that it's where the famous Pro Heroes would hang out. Maybe, you can ask All Might for a selfie or an autograph, since he is your favorite hero." Bakugou looked over and said softly: "Yeah sure." The other student suggested with a smirk: "Or...we can sneak into the bar at the station? Pick up some chicks?" Delilah shakes her head and Bakugou shouts angrily at the two: "You idiots! If we get caught, there's no way U.A. would let me in!" Suddenly, something big of a slime appeared behind Bakugou and laughed: "Perfect. I like skin-suit with some fire. HAHA!" Bakugou pushed Delilah onto the side to prevent the possibility of her getting caught as the slime grabs onto his body. She tried to use her explosions from her own Quirk, but it's not enough to break through. Her brother shouted before he's taken somewhere: "Go Delilah! Find the heroes, damn it!" Delilah doesn't want to leave her older twin brother alone, but she knows that she has no other choice. She gets up on her feet and ran as fast as she could to get out of the line of danger: "Help! Somebody! Help me!" On the other side, young Cecelia with the magic ability to create and alter reality was sitting by herself on a bench bits away from what's going on.
