Hope you like the chapter! R&R!

"May I please have my clothes back Toga," I say dully. She nods and walks into the other room. It was nice being carefree while I could. Now it was time to go back to being the straight-A powerful but quiet invisible girl in class 1-A.

She comes back with a sad expression on her face as she hands me my dress along with some clothing that isn't mine. I give her a questioning glance and she just looks down. "I dont want you going out there in just this, I bet that people will be happier when they see you if you're covering more than just your stomach.

I nod appreciably and she shows me the way to the bathroom not speaking. My crying must have really affected her. I mumble an apology and close the door behind me and turn to see a decent size bathroom with grey tiles, white tile walls, and dark cabinets where I assume the towels and extra shower things are. There's there is a clear glass stand-up shower stall (I spent so long trying to figure out how to describe this shower, I bet I still dont have it correct.) and a few tiled steps so you can get into the low gorgeous bathtub. Oh god.

I take a hesitant step towards the mirror and look at my appearance. It was definitely not one to be proud of. My ginger hair was tangled in a bunch of little knots, my makeup was smeared from being slept with and the tears were still running down my cheek, not picking up speed, but not showing a single sign of stopping soon.

The clothes were crumpled and at least three sizes too big, but that wasn't saying much. I had a petite 5'1" frame and the doctors said I was apparently done growing. It sucks being short, everyone can always manhandle me. I had ginger hair that fell down to my thighs in loose curls accompanied by spread-out freckles all over my face.

I have pale skin that made me look like a ghost in the winter and emerald green eyes. At least that's how everyone had described me. Of course along with "Cutey, Shorty, and anything that would describe a quiet submissive girl, one of those is correct, and I think we all know which one.

I sigh and strip bringing the clothes to my nose (weird I know, but she can't figure out how it smells) I inhale deeply and impiety figures out what im smelling.

Smoke. It smells like smoke, but not cigarette smoke, more like fire smoke. I was immediately smiling like an idiot and wanted to keep the shirt like a stalker. Jeez, how have a stooped this low? Getting wasted and burdening these nice people and being crazy enough to steal a shirt.

I neatly fold the clothing and walk the couple steps to the shower turning on the hot water. I giggle as I remember what Katsuki's mom (auntie) had said a couple of months back. I was over at their house and Katsuki was passed out on the dining room floor.

I had finished washing the dishes and was putting them away now. Auntie was standing over the sink hesitant to put her hand in the hot water. I just sighed and reached over putting my hand in it and pulling up the drain and the water flushed out.

I smiled smugly and turned towards Auntie. "Well, that was easy." She just scoffed and put her hands over her chest offensively.

"Well not all of us are from the firie pit of hell!" (Fun fact: My mother actually said this to me in the exact situation making my father choke on his own spit. hahaha) She yelled and stuck her chin up expecting to have won.

I heard a snort and a hand clamp onto my shoulder making me jump slightly. "You can say much either you old hag, we're all from hell if you think a cinnamon bun like this is from hell," Katsuki growled at her. This just led to a whole other argument that I somehow fell asleep in the middle of.

I smile and hum at the memory, stepping into the shower, the steaming water hitting my back in a steady rhythm. I look down at my scarred, bruised, and cut body. I remember how I got every single scar, every single bruise, every single tear. Everything, I remember it all. That's one of my curses.

I finish washing my hair and body trying to detangle my hair in the process. I just grunt when I realize im getting nowhere and get out of the shower, I reached for the shelf grabbing a random towel wrapping it around my small body.

I step out of the bathroom and quietly walk to the kitchen. "T-Toga?" I call out stepping into the kitchen and freeze when I see Dabi sitting there on one of the stools staring at me as I take a step back bumping into the wall.

"U...Uh, she's um she's downstairs," he clears his throat looking away from me. "What do you need? I dont think that she wants to be disturbed...I dont think you want to go down there right now anyway." He grumbles out and reaches for the bottle of amber liquid filling up his cup again and downing it in one sip.

I wince at the tone of his voice and put one of my hands on my hip staring at the older boy angrily. "What do you mean by that? I can go down there if I want to! You dont control me you d-" Im cut off with his hand clamping over my mouth and he quickly stood up caging me against the counter. I gasp and lean back as far as I can without exposing anything to him.

He smirks and leans down trailing his nose lightly over my collar bone and neck and I shiver. "Don't go downstairs if you ever want to leave this place." I whimper and nod at his low voice.

Toga takes that second as the perfect opportune moment to hop into the room then freeze as she sees our position. A lethal glare enters her eyes as she stalks towards us. I growl erupts in Dabi's chest as soon as Toga places her hand on my shoulder. And she glares at him, giving him an excuse to glare back.

"Dabi. Let. Her. Go." Toga said slowly, trying to get him to let me go, I pull my towel tighter around me and wince as feel it scrape against my stitches. I lean down and get on my hands and knees crawling out from in between his legs, I stumble lazily through the hall opening the first door I see. It's a bedroom, mostly soft grey's. A soft grey comforter on the queen-sized bed, with a white night table a few feet away from it. There's an off-white rug at the end. At the top of the bed, there are curtains and a skylight above the bed making me gape at it. The wall next to the bed was grey painted bricks and a long black bookshelf full of worn-out books. There was another room, one of which I guess is a bathroom or closet, and another door.

I take a step towards the door and reach for the handle to hear the door open and I whip back, I meet a glaring Dabi, I stumble back glancing at a way to escape. He turns away from me cursing under his breath and im not sure if it was my fault or not. I quietly walk to the drawer and pull out a shirt and sweatpants before dashing out of the room.

Once that's all done and over with and im now clothed and not just in a towel. I have no idea whose clothes these are, but they smell like smoke, so im guessing it's from the same person who lent me their clothes last time. Were these Dabi's clothes? He seemed to know his way around the room, and im, not 100% clear what his quirk actually is.

I wander out to the kitchen and see Kurogiri giving a man shots of an amber liquid. I sit on one of the stools and lay my head on the counter closing my eyes. I slowly reach for the bottle of achihol and when I wrap my hand around the brim Kurogiri takes it from me causing me to whine.

"What's wrong with her?" The man asked poking my head making me growl and tense when I feel arms wrap around my waist and a sharp chin rest on my shoulder leaning me away from the sweet sweet alcohol. I whine again and the man chuckles. "You guys make a good couple."

I shoot up my head banging into Dabi's causing him to groan and stumble back rubbing his head furiously. "WE," I say gesturing between me and the injured man. "We are not a couple, that's never gonna happen. Like ever." Dabi nods in agreement and puts his arms back around my waist. "Do you like to make me angry?"

"Not sure yet." He replied and I smirk, he went rigid turning towards me.

"Okay now, please unwrap your arms from around me," He did as he was told and glared at you, "Now go sit on the couch," He nodded and did what he was told once again but let out a low growl in response to what his body was doing against his own will. The smirk on my face is still evident as he sits down gripping onto the couch.

"Okay…" I sigh turning towards the counter and hop over it, I crouch down looking through the cabinets as everyone else stood in shock as I took out a bottle of more amber liquid and walked up the stairs towards the roof. Once I had gotten there and taken a few swigs, getting my ass up on the ledge sitting there with my back against the wall. I finally released my hold on his mind and heard crashing down below.

I sigh once again taking another swig of the burning liquid as the door slams open. "Hey," I say lazily turning toward him.

"What the fuck was that down there!? I thought your quirk was repelling! Not whatever the fucking shit that was down there!" He yells stalking towards me.

"Exactly," I pausing taking another gulp and sit criss-cross putting the liquor in between my thighs, "You think it's repel because that that I told you, for all you know I could be quirkless," I say softly, and close my eyes leaning back slightly.

He reaches for me but I lean back further putting my thumb over the opening on the bottle and fall through the air gracefully. "MARIE!" He yelled. Then, like a whisper in the wind, she was gone.
