Chandler was waiting for Monica outside of Alessandro's. They agreed to meet each other after Monica's shift so they can start shopping for some things for the baby and some new clothes for her. Now that their baby is starting to show, he knows that Monica would need some new clothes, too.

They had dinner first before they went to the stores. He just loves being seen beside her, standing next to her, holding her hand as they walk. The woman he is holding in his hand changed his life. He always wakes up excited to start each day. She has put purpose to his life.

Sometimes he just finds himself watching her go about her daily routine. He just loves how passionate she is at everything. He can spend all day watching her just like now.

What? Monica tells him smiling while holding a feeding bottle she has been examining for a few minutes.

Nothing. He replies smiling.

Monica puts down the bottle and approaches Chandler who is seated on a bench in the Infants Section of the store. What is it, Mr. Bing?

Nothing. I just love watching you. That's all! He replies looking up to her.

Ah, really? Monica turns around smiling. She just feels so overwhelmed by how much love he can convey with just his stare.

Chandler follows her as she focuses her attention on the cribs lined up at one side of the store. He noticed how her hand automatically rests on her now pregnant belly, rubbing it gently as the other hand reaches out to feel the edges of the cribs.

Chandler stands behind her and places his hand on her tummy. Monica was startled. She realized her mind has been wandering while scouting for cribs for the baby. She immediately wipes her tears and sniffs which did not go unnoticed by Chandler.

Oh why, honey? Something wrong?

Monica faces Chandler but looks down saying -I'm just scared and happy, if that's even possible.

Scared? Chandler trying his best to get Monica to look at him.

Well, this is just so sudden, Chandler. I'm not even sure what I am scared of. All that I know and am sure of is that… Monica lifts her head and looks into Chandler's eyes saying - I love this baby so much, and its father, too!

Chandler knows exactly what Monica is feeling because he's feeling them, too - being scared and happy at the same time. But he pushed being scared deep down. He knows that he has to be brave and strong for this woman. Mon, I love this baby so much! Chandler says as he places his hand on her tummy. And I love its mother so much, too.

When Chandler came to the cashier counter, the baby stuff were already packed. He noticed that Monica has separated her maternity stuff with her credit card on hand. The cashier told Monica the amount but before she could give her the card, Chandler handed his own credit card and took Monica's away.

Let me take care of this, honey. Chandler whispered into her ear and planted a kiss on her forehead.

Wow! Thank you! I can really get used to this! Monica said smiling.

To Chandler's credit, Monica has always known him to be so generous and helpful with all of their friends even with money but he is even more generous with her especially when they started going out. They are yet to start living together but Chandler, early on, would hand in some money for her to spend out of the blue. Most of it, however, she did not spend but saved it in a bank account that she intends to show Chandler sometime soon.

And to Monica's credit, while Chandler knows that she is the best gift-giver out of all of his friends because she really takes time to think about what to give each of them, he does not know her to be one who would ask a friend or a boyfriend to buy things for her. In fact, thinking about it now, he can never think of one thing that she bought for herself out of the money he would give her to spend. And when they go out on dates, she would always insist to pay for half. So, realizing that about Monica early into their relationship, he just became extra observant when they go out for things that she wanted to buy for herself just so he could buy them for her. And he would book for trips early on so she would not need to bother paying for her share.

They arrived at their apartment building with all the things they bought. Apartment 20 is surprisingly empty. They placed the baby stuff by the window in the living room since Rachel is yet to move out, while they brought all the maternity stuff in Monica's room.

When Chandler entered Monica's bedroom, he saw her lying on the bed with her feet still planted on the floor. She must've been so tired. Chandler thought to himself. Before pregnancy, he can never remember an instance where she would get tired like this and just leave the shopping bags on the floor.

Chandler took the liberty to remove her shoes. He heard her moan when he rubbed her feet a little. He lifts her legs up to the bed and gently lifts her up to get her head on the pillow. He stops for a while watching Monica's face as she sleeps. He plants a kiss on the bridge of her nose before going to her cabinet to find her some change of clothing.

Chandler carefully unbuttons her blouse, places his hand behind her back and unhooks her bra. He embraces her and lifts her upper body so he could remove her clothes and replace them with a pajama top. Removing her pants is more of a challenge. He realized just how tight her pants have become because of her growing tummy. After a while, he was able to successfully get her into a pair of loose shorts.

Chandler covers her with a blanket before leaving the bedroom.

On his way out, he bumps into Rachel who just got in from work.

Hey! What's up?

Oh, I just tucked Monica in. She's really tired from shopping today.

Oh, you went shopping with her? Rachel sounding surprised.

Oh, yeah! We started shopping for the baby and for her, too.

Wow, that's so sweet, Chandler! Rachel saw joy written all over Chandler's face with that smile that she has never seen or noticed before.

Hey, but don't lock the door yet, okay? Rachel knows Chandler will be back to sleep beside Monica.

Chandler left Apartment 20 and closed the door behind him while Rachel proceeds to her room thinking how lucky Monica is.
