Her hair whipped around her face, the salty tang of the seawater permeating the air. This is where she felt at peace, where she felt safe and secure, and happy. It is in some ways, ironic, that a daughter of dragons, a daughter of fire and blood, is at peace on the water. She was raised as a Seaworth though, which could explain why she was so at home on the water. While she may not be a Seaworth by blood, she is a Seaworth in her heart, and that shows in her love of the sea.

"Lenya, my dear, as usual, when I can not find you, I know to head to the bow. Its where I have always found you. I remember you telling me when you were little, that you always felt like you were flying."

Visenya turns around, and smiles at her father. "You are becoming sentimental again father."

"Yes, my dear, I know. I just find myself worried. Ned Stark, while known for his honor, is also known for being Robert Baratheons best friend."

"Ned Starks honor is one thing I have heard of, multiple times from Stannis. From what I have heard, he has only ever stained his honor once."

"Aye, that is what I have heard too. Ned Stark brought home a bastard after the war. He is the same age as young Robb. From what I have heard, Ned did his best to raise them as brothers. Which is something not usually done with bastards."

"Father, how much should we worry, if Ned Stark, or any of the Starks, discover our secret?"

"I wish, my dear, I could answer that. I do not truly know. I do not know if Ned Starks honor or his loyalty to Robert will win out. He was the most outspoken about the deaths of Rhaella, Elia, Aegon and Rhaenys. So, I do not believe his honor would allow him to turn you over to death. However, there is still the loyalty to Robert that I do not know how he will react if it is discovered. I also do not know if he instilled the same sense of honor into his children. I fear there are more questions than answers regarding the Starks, and your future with them."

"Should I try father? Should I try and consider a future with Robb Stark? Is it worth the risk? Is living a lie for the Starks, worth the risk?"

"You should always try my dear. I want you to find love. I want you to be happy, to find a future. I don't want you to live in fear. There are some days I wish I had tried to find Viserys and Daenerys. To reunite the three of you together. A dragon alone, is a horrible thing."

"Father, I have never regretted being raised as your daughter. Now come, let us not speak of these things. There is a possible wedding in our future. Being the Stark family, we would most likely be married under the Old Gods. When we reach White Harbor, can we find some tomes that describe the Godswoods and the Old Gods? I would like to be prepared. Just in case."

"You would be within your rights to request to be married under the Seven, my dear. The Starks most likely would agree to honor you as the future Lady Stark."

"Yes father, but in case my secret does get out, I would have honored the Starks and showed that I am not the Mad King through diplomacy and compromise. Marrying in the Godswood would go a long way for securing my future should the secret be taken unfavorably."

"You have always had a mind for politics, and negotiation. It is a shame, that if the Targaryens ever came back into power, the throne would go to your brother Viserys. You would be an amazing queen."

"Thank you, father. We both know however, that the Targaryen rein has come to an end. I have accepted that."

"Yes, my dear you are right. Look Lenya, there is White Harbor, we shall be off the ship soon. When we land, we shall stop and shop for a bit. We will pick up some tomes for you to read in the carriage."

"Father! Must I ride in the carriage? I had hoped to ride horseback alongside you."

"You may ride the majority on horseback, however, when we get close, you must put on a proper dress and enter Winterfell in a carriage like a proper lady."

"Yes father."

"Now, go get your trunk ready for us to depart the ship."

"Yes father."

Visenya walks back to the cabin, she shared with her handmaiden. As she enters the cabin, she finds her handmaid closing her chest.

"Oh, my lady! I was not sure where you had wandered off to so I finished packing your trunk. I knew it was useless to lay out a proper dress for you so instead I did pull out a warmer peasant dress. The journey to Winterfell will be cold. I also did move your cloak into my satchel so you have access to it once it is too cold for just the dress."

"Thank you Mirena. I do not know what I would do without you looking out for me. You have taken such good care of me these last few years. I hope you will not be too lonely in the carriage on the beginning of our journey."

"No, my lady. I knew your father would not deny you riding with him. I have some stitching to keep me busy and some tomes as well. I will be fine. This gives me time and space to work on your banquet dress as well. I think you will find it lovely. I am adding a few special designs to honor Rhaella, Elia, Rhaenys and Aegon. This way, your family is with you as you meet your future family as well."

"Mirena, I do not have words. I am so glad you came with my father and I all those years ago, when you rescued me. Having someone who served my family, who knew my family, is something so helpful. You have done your best to instruct me on how to be a Targaryen and I am so thankful to you."

"You are and will always be my princess. It will always be an honor to serve you, my lady. Now no tears. We must get you changed since we are docking. The faster you get changed, the longer you get to peruse the shops while the crew and bannermen get ready for travel."
