Recap : Last chapter ended just after he dealt with the emergency question of killing Beldia

After he blew up Beldia, he returned to the shocked crowd towards his party. Yun-yun and megumin out of excitement asked " How did you generate so much mana?". Chris smirked at that question and said before Kazuma could find an answer, " He is special, goddess Eris might be personally watching him ".

I was out of words to how to tell them his secret, thinking what will happen if he tells about his power and how was reincarnated in this world. After thinking a little bit it's safe to make some excuses if they force an answer from him. Crowd of adventurers who were watching was now staring at him and bombarding him with questions about his power.

He shouted and said, " I just defeated, Demon King General Beldia so, let's go back to the Guild so that I can collect his bounty and let's party a little bit, drinks on me for today". So went back to the guild, Kazuma still wondering about the consequences. Upon reaching the guild, Luna gave him a check of 300M Eris and said, " Here is your price for subjugating Beldia but you will need to pay 10M Eris to fix the huge hole you made during the battle from your explosion ". Luna doesn't seem to bother with his power since he just helped saved the town but everyone wasn't the same so people asked, " Can you tell us about the enormous explosion " . Kazuma replied, " I have been practicing explosion from a long time, I came from a far away land where explosion was an important spell to deal with monsters ( grenades irl ) ". Everyone was surprised and satisfied with the answer but a certain someone wasn't, she spoke up, " I taught you explosion not sometime ago and you are saying you already learnt it from your home land? ".

He wasn't wrong completely and completely wright either so he kinda dislikes this explosion loli anyways so he said with a angry expression, " Do you guys believe me who saved the town from Demon King general Beldia or do you guys believe this crazy explosion loli who made him mad and almost killed his all? ". Everyone agreed and said, " We trust Kazuma " , another voice came, " This little girl is dumb, she is just jealous of him since his explosion was better ", another voice came, " Kazuma rocks ". Kazuma felt sort of bad for that girl but it was the only way out, if she just kept her mouth shut and agreed to his story this wouldn't have happened, he thought to himself.

He whispers into his party's ear, " Don't discuss about my story, just accept what I said. We can't talk about it later at the home ", they both nodded in agreement.

They partied for some time, he left before it was too dark, along with the girls, they had to carry Chris she got drunk pretty hard, although she doesn't drink much but I don't know what happened to her today, he thought to himselft while returning to their home.

In the morning, they went to guild usually to get food and Kazuma was picking another quest, it doesn't matter even if he has around 290M Eris but still he wants to do quests. He picked up a quest to check out the graveyard near a big mansion, someone is going there everyday and doing something suspicious ( Since they have a lot money, I won't be mentioning the rewards, unless it's atleast a million Eris from now on ).

They went to the given location and saw an lady doing something, casting spells to be exact. Chris felt uneasy and said, " I have a feeling that person is an undead ". We walked towards that person although a bit scared after hearing what Chris said. Upon reaching pretty close, maintaining still a pretty fair distance, I shouted " Oi, who are you and what are you doing here? ". She replied, " My name is Wiz, I am an undead Lich and I am also Demon King's second General, also known as Ice Witch among other adventurers before dying. A chill went down my spine after hearing her answer and managed some courage to speak up, " W-What are you doing , are you here fight? ". She replied pretty calmly, " No, I am just purifying these souls which have been stuck here and sending them to heaven, although I am a General but I don't work for him, I only help maintain his barrier around the castle".

Kazuma thought, she looks pretty friendly after hearing all that, so he asked about the barrier since he had no idea. She told him that to get inside the castle you need to kill all the 8 Generals, or asking the General to remove their power from the barrier rather than killing would also work. After her work was done, she approached him and told him about her magic shot in the town and said to visit it, if you have time.

Technically the quest was complete and they were returning to the Guild when his eyes felt on the mansion nearby the graveyard. It had a notice board mentioning...

Kazuma went to meet the owner and saying girls to return to the guild and wait for him. He met the owner, discussed about the mansion and paid him the price through check so now he has around 240M Eris. They signed off the deal , finished the paper work and he went to meet up with the girls thinking of suprising them. He met them at the guild as decided earlier and told how he bought that mansion for 50M Eris, they were shocked for why was it cheap, but didn't pay much attention and went home to start packing up to shift.

After a long day, they shifted to the new mansion around evening. Upon reaching he saw, a little girl ghost which reached to them and said, " Welcome to the mansion, I am anna, I am a ghost but I won't cause any problems to you but can you guys just play with me? ". We thought about it and I replied, " Sure why not, after all you are a cute little girl right?". Anna was pretty happy after hearing that and went away back inside the mansion. We choosed our roms, I got the master bedroom , others girls also got their rooms. We had dinner and went to sleep.

Next morning, I visted Wiz's shop alone and met her , he greeted me pretty well , " Welcome my dear costumer, what do you wish to buy? ". I asked her to teach me teleport since she was known as Ice Witch, I believed she should know that spell. She did have it and she taught me , it costed me 10 skill points but it would be worth it. She told me it's functioning, how I can choose only three teleportation markers and told me how to set them up. After that I asked her, " Do you have some stuff that could me helpful for trips? ", I was planning to go on a little bit of vacation with my party. She showed me some stuff like Monster Repel, portable toilet, potions for hunger, sleep, pain etc... so I purchased some goods and left the shop to see my party.

Upon reaching the mansion , I told them to change and I have already done the packing and we are gonna leave soon. They were very excited upon hearing that. We left for the trip in the carriage , on our way he some beautiful scenarios, even sone monsters which he had to fight by the way, they tell you Chris was sitting besides me and she fell asleep and her head was on my lap. Yun-yun giggled after seeing Chris sleeping in my lap, it was a bit awkward at first but I didn't care later. She woke up during the journey and was a bit embarrassed on seeing where her head was but got normal before not too long.

We decided to continue to move through out the night, yun-yun fell asleep and so did I since we haven't slept except Chris but after woking up I saw this time I was sleeping on her lap and she didn't seem to mind at all. So, I continued resting in her lap since it was pretty comfortable. We continued the journey just like that relaxing, chatting, enjoying. We arrived at the town Shinga which was east of Axel. We stayed at the inn and went out and enjoyed the small peaceful town where I met a knight whom I asked to teach me Single-hand wielding and Advanced Single-hand wielding which costed me 4 skill points in total ( 1,3 ) leaving me with 0 skill points remaining.

Single-hand wielding : Makes the user more comfortable with the weapons like axe, swords or other weapons

Advanced Single-hand wielding : Makes the user the master of these weapons

After staying there couple of days, in one morning we noticed people gathering somewhere and just watching something so we also went to check it out and to my suprise, I saw a giant metallic object with 8 legs moving towards Axel in pretty high speed, I asked Chris to fill me with the details. She said, it is an object called Destroyer, it levels everything which is in its path and how no one can destroy it because it's barrier around the machine. We started panicking and decided to pick up our items and went back to Axis to give the information so that we can prepare.

I had an plan, if everyone cooperates then we might pull it off. The destroyer was going to arrive in a day. So after reaching Axis through my new skill Teleport, we went to the guild straight and I forcefully made an announcement.

Attention! I am Satou Kazuma, I want every adventurer to come to the guild at once!

I repeated it several times, they got me off the mic finally. But, everyone was already here and I explained the reason behind that ruckus. Everyone was scared and blabbering some shit so I shouted, " Attention, I have a plan to destroy it so I want your cooperation ". I explained my plan to them, they seemed doubtful but they didn't had any choice and they all accepted my plan. We went to sleep early because tomorrow was going to be a big day.

I woke up early , got prepared. I also bought some manetites from Wiz for the fight and told her, we would need her assistance. I went to the guild and asked Luna to make an announcement

Emergency Quest! Emergency Quest! Everyone reach the Eat Gate at once!

After not too long we met everyone, there were around 20 arch-priests and along with 50 adventurers. My plan was to break the barrier somehow and I could deal with it once the barrier is gone. We saw the destroyer approaching so according to my plan, I used the loudspeaker to shout, " Everyone use your most powerful spell and aim at the barrier and all arch-priests use spell break on it to break the spell". This went on for a while when we managed to get some cracks on it but most of them ran out of mana so I ordered wiz and megumin to hit it with explosion to destroy the barrier and it worked finally.

Now the machine vs me, barrier is gone, everyone is out of mana and I haven't done anything except commanding then around. So I hitted it with my explosion twice cause it stop and fell down, I thought we dealt with it, but something told me it's not gonna be easy.

Huge Damage Inflicted! Emergency Self-Destruction activated! All crew members leave immediately!

This is gonna suck, even after defeating it still, it's going to be auto-destruct. Wiz and Chris came up to me and told me about coronatite and asked if I can use another explosion or not. According to them, one big explosion should be able to deal with it. So I started chanting and released a fearsome explosion at it. This caused the destroyer to stop the Self-Destruction but heat was escaping since the coronatite got destroyed inside.

I used freeze on it to freeze the entire Destroyer and make it into big bulk of ice but, because of the heat, ice started to melt a bit so I hit it with one last explosion to finish it once and for all. Everyone started praising me as I destroyed it pretty much alone. I still had mana enough for another explosion too.

We returned to the guild together with everyone to celebrate and collect it's bounty. We recieved 200M Eris for destroying it and 40M were disturbed among everyone else who helped with the barrier. We celebrated that night and left around midnight to our mansion for resting.

Somedays went by, almost a week after the destroyer attack. We were continuously leveling up to gain skill points and everything else. I managed to reach lv24 and got 6 skill points, Yun-yun reached lv19 and Chris was lv13. We were doing pretty doing if I were to be honest with you.

I went to meet wiz and learnt Bottomless Swamp and Drain Touch from Wiz , costed with 5 skill points in total ( 3,2 ). I also learnt Bind from Chris during this week, it costed me only one skill points though.

Bottomless Swamp : Turns the ground into swamp, immobilizing the foe on stepping in.

Drain Touch : User can drain mana from the foe while he is touching the foe physically by his hands.

Bind : User can constrict the foe by magical ropes ( If the user doesn't have any rope on himself ) or use a custom rope

We were just chilling in the mansion, taking the weekend off from adventurers and enjoying ourselves. But, a knock came on the door, a unfamiliar voice came," Umm... Does Satou Kazuma lives here?", I opened the door to found a messanger outside, he delivered the letter and went away. I opened the letter and started to read it.

It was basically an invitation letter for my party from Royal Family, they asked us to visit them as they would like to talk about our past accomplishments.

We went shopping, bought high class formal clothes which nobles wear during important meetings. We had to go to the capital after two days and so had a bit of time. I was so excited as I was going to be recognized by the Royal family.
