Jackal was obviously a crazy person. He enjoyed setting off explosions for no reason. He's causing sheer destruction through New York. Now, he's decided to score big by attacking the UN headquarters. He attacked the building and was holding some people hostage.

"Unless you all want to go boom, keep your heads down!" Jackal said as he threatened others from different countries. "I'm going to go down in the history books for this one."

"Please, do not hurt us. What do you want?"

"What does it look like?! I want to score big! I want to go down in history!" Jackal said. "This will certainly be the way to go! Who else would have the guts to do something like this?!"

"More like who would be in their right mind to do something this crazy?" Jackal looked around and spotted Dragon-Man up in the ceiling.

"You again?!" Jackal said as he was getting annoyed with all of Dragon-Man's interruptions. "Damn dragon weirdo. Don't you have anything better to do than bug me?!"

"I would ask if you have anything better to do than act like living dynamite, but I'm guessing you had a lousy life." Natsu said. "What's wrong? Didn't get enough love from Mommy and Daddy? No friends? No, wait. You got rejected hard by the girl you've been crushing on for years?!"

"Will you just shut up!" Jackal shouted as he was annoyed. He grabbed a chair and tossed it at Natsu, but he dived right down and flew at Jackal. Natsu tackled Jackal and pinned him to the wall.

"Run!" Natsu called to the hostages. All of them were running as fast as they could to get out of there.

"Big mistake. Hands off!" Jackal said as he placed his hands against Natsu and caused an explosion to go off. Natsu was blown back from the explosion and smashed into the opposite wall. "How did you even know I was here in the first place?"

"That's easy. You don't seem to shut up. You must love the sound of your own voice." Natsu said. "When you told me you were going to go "country-wide", that must have meant you were coming to some place like this."

"Guess you're not as dumb as I thought." Jackal said.

"Really? You actually are as dumb as I thought." Natsu said. Jackal was annoyed with Dragon-Man and has decided to take him down for good. Jackal placed his hands against the floor and caused linear explosions to go off. "You just prove my point." Natsu took in a deep breath and inhaled all the fire from his explosions.

"Damn." Jackal said as he should have seen that coming. Natsu breathed out some fire and it seemed to have blasted him. Natsu waited for the flames to clear. He saw he left a giant hole in the wall, but there wasn't a sign of Jackal.

"I know I'm hot, but not hot enough to turn someone to ashes." Natsu said as he flew over to where the hole was. "Come on, Jackal! How long do you think you can keep running?! I'm going to get you eventually!"

"Come and get me! Let's settle this!" Jackal called. Natsu looked around for him, but he didn't see a sign of him anywhere. Natsu knew to keep his guard up for when an explosion goes off. Jackal was actually on a higher level than he was as he waited for him to get in the right place. When he was, Jackal caused another explosion to go off.

"What the hell?! Again?!" Natsu said just before he was buried by the debris. Jackal thought that was that, but he clearly didn't know Natsu that well. Natsu lifted a large piece off him and tossed it at Jackal. Jackal moved out of the way, but the impact knocked him off his feet. Natsu flew up to him and grabbed a hold of Jackal.

"Let go!" Jackal said as he tried to get free.

"Let's go for a little ride first." Natsu said. He flew around the hall as he smashed Jackal against the ceiling, then the floor, and he also smashed Jackal against the wall and dragged him against him. He finished it as he tossed Jackal at the end of the hall. "You know, this is pretty ironic. This place is usually about peace."

"That's it." Jackal said as he got back up. "I'm going to blow you and this whole place to a blazing hell!" Jackal looked like an actual bomb with how he was blowing his top off. Natsu flew right at Jackal, but Jackal caused an explosion to go off and it blew him back. Natsu bounced against the ground, but he was able to pull himself together and land on his legs.

"This is getting out of hand. I don't know how he's causing those explosions, but it looks like it's all coming from his hands." Natsu said as he was trying to think of some way he can beat this guy.

"Any last words before I blow you to pieces?" Jackal said as he moved closer to finish Natsu off. "Too bad the dragon can't rise from the flames?"

"Is that so?" Natsu said as he believes he might have an idea. Natsu flew fast as he tackled Jackal and was going as fast as he could and smashed right through a window. He carried Jackal and lifted him higher and higher.

"Hey! Let go! Let go!" Jackal demanded.

"Okay!" Natsu said as he got above the building and tossed Jackal right on the roof. Jackal was getting ready to finish him with another explosion. "Wait a minute!"

"Losing your nerve?" Jackal said.

"Don't flatter yourself." Natsu said. "I know you're thinking of blowing this place high in the sky, but is that really a wise idea right now? Look at where you're standing."

"So?" Jackal said as he didn't really seem to care.

"What do you think would happen if you set off an explosion while you're trapped on the roof?" Natsu said. Jackal thought about it for a moment and realized that Natsu trapped him. He can't set off an explosion as long as he's stuck there because he'll go down with the building.

"Damn it!" Jackal said. Jackal looked for a way out and saw a door that could do that. He hurried to it, but Natsu used his fire breath and welded the door shut.

"You're not going anywhere." Natsu said.

"You think you can stop me?" Jackal said.

"Yeah... Wait right there for a moment." Natsu said as he flew straight down. Jackal rushed over to the edge of the roof and tried to follow him. Jackal looked around, but Dragon-Man seemed to have disappeared.

"Where'd he go?" Jackal questioned.

"I'm sure that flagpole won't mind if I borrow this rope for a moment." Natsu said as he flew back up and had a thin rope with him.

"What are you going to do with that?" Jackal said.

"I'll show you!" Natsu shouted as he flew right Jackal. Jackal tried swiping at him, but Natsu flew around and tackled him from behind. Natsu held him down long enough as he grabbed Jackal's arms and was able to tie the rope around his wrists to hold him down.

"Hey! What did you just do?!" Jackal said as he tried to get free, but Natsu tied a pretty strong knot.

"That should keep you from causing anymore explosions. Looks like as long as you can't tough anything, you can't make it go boom." Natsu said. Jackal kept trying to get free, but he wasn't having any luck. "My old man was right. All that knot tying did payoff." With that, Jackal was beaten and there were less explosions going off. Natsu handed Jackal over to the authorities and there were reporters wanting to answer questions.

"Dragon-Man, how did you get inside the UN building?"

"Can you give us any insight as to where these villains come from?"

"Was this an attempt to spread your reach to the whole world?"

"Sorry, but I don't do interviews." Natsu said as he took to the sky and flew off. What he didn't know when he flew off was that there was someone else watching him. It's someone that holds interest in Dragon-Man as well and it's somebody he knows. As for Natsu, he flew around the city until a large black building came in sight.

"Tartaros..." Natsu said as he thought of all the suffering and mischief they cause. Many good people like Dr. Torafuzar, Jude Heartfilia, and Silver Fullbuster had their lives ruined or taken because of that company. "I swear that I will bring you down. I don't care how long it takes." Natsu might be just one guy against a whole company, but he'll find some way to bring it down.

The Airport

Someone else was coming into New York as well. As a plane from England landed down. When it did, someone else from Natsu's past was returning after being away for so long.

"It feels good to be back in New York." Lucy Heartfilia, someone who is very precious to Natsu. She's been away for so long. How will her return have an effect on Natsu?
