A/N A bit sad it's my last day of the Easter holidays today so I won't be able to post as often for anyone who is reading this because to be honest, I'm not exactly sure if people are reading this because this story has had no reviews, no favourites, and no follows so far which is a bit sad but let's get on with the story.
No one's POV
Over 20 hours later, Cleo has given birth to twins, a boy, and a girl.
"Phew," Cleo says, "I'm about to pass out! That was tiring!"
"I can tell. Twins must be hard work. I thought your belly was bigger than with Willow!" Her doting husband tells her.
"What shall we name them?" Cleo asks her husband.
"You do our girl and I'll do the boy?" Suggests Lewis.
She nods simply saying okay.
"I quite like the name Hazel?" Cleo wonders.
"Yeah, and maybe Oliver for the boy?" Lewis replies.
So, their family now consists of Lewis, Cleo, Willow, Hazel and Oliver.
Emma's POV
Willow is such a cute kid. So far in less than 24 hours I've had around 100 play dough cakes. And that includes her sleep as well so maybe about 10 hours.
"Aunty Emma! Come look Mummy is Face Timing you!"
"Ok sweety I'm coming!"
I connect the call and I see my childhood best friend looking absolutely exhausted.
"Hi Willow! Hi Em!" She says breezily.
"Hi Mummy. Do I have a baby brother or a baby sister?"
"Well… you have both!"
"Oh my god are you alright?" I but in.
"Yes, don't fuss! They weren't born until about 10 minutes ago."
"Mummy, do they have a tail like me and you or are they like Daddy?" She asks.
"Well, my little Willow tree, you didn't get you tail until you were six months, so we don't know yet!" She laughs.
"I have a question. What are their names?" I question.
"Well, I was thinking of tree girl's names, so the girl is Hazel. And Lewis named our boy so he's Oliver after the Olive tree!"
"Cool so tree baby names!"
"What I don't understand is why your boyfriend is such a good tree name!"
"Oh yeah. Ash! I didn't realise that was a tree name actually!"
"Hey!" My boyfriend laughs from our bedroom. He's not good with kids so he's been isolated in his room.
He comes in and looks at the phone. "You look terrible Cleo!" He teases and walks off.
"Thanks for the compliment. Try having two kid in 20 hours or so!"
"I think you look really nice Mummy!" Willow tells the phone. Being a three-year-old her vocabulary hasn't improved enough to say anything, but it means a lot to Cleo because one thing a child will never do is lie.
"Anyway, do you want to come over? I'm gonna text Rikki and Bella in a minute."
"Umm okay!"
Ten minutes later, we walk to Cleo's block of flats (Ash as well). I've had a talk with Ash and we're going to swap our house with Cleo, Lewis, and their kids. I mean as long as they're happy with it.
We go upstairs to their top floor flat and watch Willow run ahead. We walk up quickly and watch Willow fawn around her new brother and sister.
"Hey Cleo! Me and Ash have been thinking… do you want to swap our house with your flat?"
Her eyes brim with tear and she passes the twins to Lewis and throws herself on me.
"Would you really do that for us? Honestly?"
"I'd do anything for you. You're my best friend."
"We'll pack up tonight and we can give it to you tomorrow as long as your packed up!"
"That's fine with me!" I grin.
All at once, Rikki, Bella (the girl Rikki and Cleo palled up with when I was travelling) Allie, Alex, Will and Zane piled in.
"Hi!" Cleo exclaimed but nowhere near as joyful as when she saw me.
The twins are packaged off to everybody to have a look and Allie (Bella's daughter) looks overcome with cuteness looking at her little cousins (not literally)!
"Mummy," Says Allie, "Was Alex this cute when he was a baby?"
"Yeah of course he was!" Says her tired mother.
A/N so there is now 3 McCartney kids. Who'd have guessed it?
