Compared to how I was in my previous life, I was adamant to not be a total troublemaker in this life. Or at least, make as little trouble as I possibly could. But in a world where everyone literally wielded magic and weapons, surely my antics wouldn't be considered that chaotic right?

After all, my family... or my new family as I called them, was quite sweet and caring. Of course, I just couldn't see it in my future to replace my old family with them just yet... or ever for that matter.

Don't get me wrong, they're absolutely great. In the past 2 years I've been on this world, they've tried as hard as they could to raise me and my brother well. If anything, it reminds me of how clueless I was as a father myself.

I chuckled at this and tried to cover up the redness in my cheeks before someone could see me again-

But of course, Arthur decided to take a break from whatever weird form of meditation he was doing at that moment to give me a glance and stick his tongue out in a teasing manner.

Oh right, I forgot to mention. My adorable baby brother Arthur, whom I will never call my older brother despite him being born a couple of seconds before me, had spent the past year sneaking into the study and then meditating.

Our parents didn't seem to realize that was what he was doing, and I must admit it was a funny sight seeing Alice check Art's diaper whenever he was in a meditative pose. His face did look like he was trying to let loose a stuck deuce whenever he was in that position.

Of course, when I learned my baby brother was meditating, I tried to figure out why he was doing it. As well as how a baby even knew how to meditate in the first place.

This just further solidified my theory that Arthur was also reincarnated like me. Although if I knew him in my old world, it was hard to say for sure.

Ah, I'm getting off track here. So, I tried to read what Arthur was reading which most probably led him to start meditating. My brain had developed quite well over the past two years, to the point that I could read the floating words much better than I could as a newborn. Alas, it wasn't that big of a leap.

If my assumptions are correct, Arthur was either meditating to form a mana core, or praying to Brahma Thor. And if you're wondering why the second interpretation is even an option, then you obviously haven't spent much time as a demigod.

Now, while Arthur was doing... whatever it is that he was doing... I wasn't slacking off either. As I mentioned before, my father in this new world turns out to be a skilled swordsman and augmenter.

An augmenter is a type of mage that possesses incredible strength, defense, and agility. And as a demigod, those traits really hit close to home for me. So, of course, I decided I would definitely become an augmenter once I grew up. Although the fact that I could control water, earth, and storms kind of made me a bit of a special case.

Speaking of my wondrous demigod powers, while I have yet to figure out why I still have them,(Fates I beg you please don't tell me the gods also exist in this world) that didn't stop me from honing them to a sharp point.

During the day, my father would practice his swordsmanship and magic outside, and I'd watch him and try to imitate his movements as best I could. During the night, while everyone else is asleep, I sneak downstairs into the kitchen to practice my water and earth manipulation.

I've yet to try my storm powers since I'm not sure if my body can handle it. Also because there hasn't been a storm in these parts over the past 2 years and the last thing I'd want is to draw attention to myself.

My peaceful (at least compared to my demigod days) life ended the day that Arthur decided to become a terrorist at the young age of 2.
