3 Days Later...

"I call this court to order!" The judge said. "How dare you cat." Sabrina shot a glare at Petey and Ashley. "How dare you kidnap my son!" Petey retorted back. "Okay before things get outta hand, let's move one. We are here to decide the custody of Li'l Petey." The judge continued.

"What should we do? We don't have evidence that they're kidnappers. They'll win by a landslide and we'll have no more Supa Buddies!" Ashley whispered. "Relax. I got this. I got plenty of evidence while we were trapped down in that disgusting dungeon." Dog Man said. "Dog Man, you're a genius!" Petey said.

"I call….Ashley to the stand!" The plaintiff attorney said. "Good luck up there sis." Petey said. "Yeah right." Ashley muttered, walking up there. She was determined to get her nephew back.

"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" The lawyer asked. "Yes I do." Ashley said as if she'd done this many times. "Good. You may be seated." The lawyer said. Petey and Dog Man looked at each other in concern.

"Miss Ashley, you have been with Petey for a while now, correct?" The judge said. "Yes." Ashley said, nervousness creeping up towards her. "And how long have you been with Li'l Petey?" The judge said. "Almost as long as Petey." Ashley replied, almost sure something was about to go wrong. "You may stand down." The judge said. *Phew. That was close. But two questions? Stupid.* Ashley thought, sitting back down next to her brother. "I call….Dog Man to the stand. " *Oh nutheads. This'll end well* Dog Man thought, walking towards the stand. "Welp, now we're dead." Petey whispered to Ashley. "How? Dog Man may not have a lot of history with Li'l Petey, gien he is part dog, but how does that relate to us about to be destroyed." Ashley said. "That's my point. We're gonna be destroyed, we're gonna lose the fight, and I'll lose Li'l Petey forever!" Petey replied. "We're not gonna lose Li'l Petey. I'll make sure of that." Ashley said.

"Dog Man, you balance Li'l Petey's custody between you, Petey and Ashley. How does it work out?" The judge asked. "It works pretty well." Dog Man replied. "Nice save Dog Man." Ashley muttered, smiling in determination. "How long have you known Li'l Petey. Just as long as the other two?" The judge said. "About as long as Ashley has." Dog Man replied. "Good. You may stand down." The judge said. *Well, that was easy* Dog Man thought. "This trial just gets easier and easier." Ashley mumbled.

"Now for the last part. I call Petey to the stand!" The judge said. *Welp, now we're dead.* Dog Man thought. "Just get through this last bit and we win." Petey muttered.

After almost a half an hour of Petey VS the Judge(XD)...

"Well, that did not go well." Ashley said. "We're so gonna lose!" Petey said. "We will now decide the decision. Jury, we shall go and decide." The judge said, walking out with the jury. "Oh good lord. We are so gonna lose." Dog Man said.

15 minutes later, the jury returned. Ashley and Petey jumped up in hope. Sabrina and Michael clenched the table, knowing they'd win. "Alright the jury has decided that Li'l Petey's custody goes to…." Petey clutched Ashley's arm in hope. "Sabrina and Michael Mitchells." The judge said. "Oh yeah! BOOKYASHA!" The couple cheered.

"Well that was weird." Ashley muttered after the very weird exchange. "WE WON! WE WON! WE WON!" The couple cheered in joy. " WE GOT FOUR CHILDREN AND YOU GOT NONE! HAHAHAH!" They teased. "I will end you." Dog Man said, running towards Sabrina. "OBIEZIONE!" A familiar voice shouted. "Yolay?" Dog Man and Ashley asked. Yolay, Sarah, Chief, Nurse Lady, and Milly walked straight into the courtroom movie style.

"In 2013, Sabrina Mitchells and her now husband, Michael Robins, kidnapped 6 children and were sentenced to 3 years on parole. 3 of the missing children were found, but the other 3 have never been located or found." Chief said, reading off the Colardale prison archives. "Those three children they have are the three missing children that were never found!" Ashley realized. Sabrina stared at the 11-year-old. "Ya know. The child is right. Officers, arrest those criminals!" The judge ordered. Police ran into the room and arrested the couple. Once they were out of the room, Petey and the others walked over. "What the actual heck just happened?" Dog Man asked. "Now that that's over, I hereby give Ashley, Dog Man, and Petey custody of Li'l Petey once again." The judge said. "VICTORY!" Ashley and Dog Man screamed, high-fiving each other in victory.

"Hold up. We won?!" Petey said. "Oh yeah! BOOYAKASHA TO YOU MITCHELLS!" Ashley shouted. "W-we got Li'l Petey back?!" Petey said, almost about to have a meltdown for what seemed like the hundredth time. "Oh yeah we did." Ashley said, freeing the young child. "PAPA!" Li'l Petey screamed, jumping into Petey's arms. "H-h-how is this possible?!" Petey cried, hugging Li'l Petey back. "I do my research." Chief said. "You went through the prison archives, didn't you?" Dog Man said. "Yep!" Chief said, smiling. "Hey uh, what should we do with those 3 children?" Sarah asked. "Let's get them back home to their real families." Ashley said.

3 Days Later…

"OH YEAH! I BEAT YA AGAIN PETEY!" Ashley screamed. "Ya have an obsession with destroying my papa in Smash Brothers." Li'l Petey said. "Yeah I do." Ashley said.

"Well than. I SHALL DESTROY YOU THIS TIME!" Petey declared, starting the fight again. "ATAAAAAACK!" Ashley screamed.
