FIRST DAY BACK AT THE dorms and already a headache was forming in Bakugo's head. And said headache appeared in the form of an irritated Deku barging in to his room without bothering to knock.

He really need to train his dormmates how to fucking knock and wait for an answer before entering his room. It was common courtesy and a sign of respect!

"We need to talk," Deku announced very seriously after closing the door behind him.

"Didn't you know how to knock?" Bakugo demanded.

"I could've, but you won't even answer so I didn't bother," Deku replied.

"Wow, look who's grown a pair and swinging it around," he mocked. "What the hell do you want?" He snarled, adding a bit of glare too for effects.

Deku glared back and snarled at his childhood friend. He was a pretty easy-going guy who can't even think of hating on Kacchan whom he looked up to since they were kids. They might've grown apart since Kacchan manifested his quirk, but he soon caught up to him after his chance run-in with All Might a few years back.

"What the hell was that implication you made at the picnic?" He demanded, clenching his fists on his sides and snapping at Kacchan through gritted teeth.

"Whatever the fuck do you mean?" Bakugo feigned innocence at what Deku was talking about. He knew what he was referring to, but since Deku clearly didn't want anybody to know about his relationship with their TA, why the heck would he make it easy for him to wring out whatever answer he was hoping to get from him?

"You know damn well what I'm talking about."

"I honestly don't," he insisted.

"Bullshit," he hissed. "You know what you said so don't tell me you don't fucking know!" Deku yelled out the last bit of his tirade.

"Jeez, language, Deku," Bakugo teased. He really was upset about that, but why? Was it because he figured out his dirty little secret? Who cares, though? He was happy with Togata, right? Or could it be...

"Are you ashamed about your relationship?" Bakugo speculated, squinting his eyes and rubbing his chin between his thumb and forefinger as if he was in deep thought.

"Why you—!" Deku took a swing at Bakugo driven by his unbridled rage.

Bakugo was expecting this reaction from him and caught Deku's swinging fist and dodged his aim. He clasped his hand firmly around Deku's wrist and braced himself for the follow-up side kick he was sure his childhood friend would do since he stopped his initial attack. Bakugo blocked Deku's shin from connecting with his side using his free hand and shoved an angry Deku away.

"That reaction spoke a thousand and one words, Deku," he spat. He moved and gave himself and Deku as much distance as possible. He even went and slid open his balcony door to let some cool spring air in (and possibly use the balcony to jump off to safety in case Deku decides to go berserk on him again; he didn't even mind that he was on the fourth floor of the five-storey dorm building). "What are you really upset about, huh?" he chided.

Deku remained standing where he was, his fists clenched tight in front of him, his arms braced for an attack. He was doing some breathing exercises to calm himself down, which was a good thing because if he didn't want to bring attention to them it would be wise for Deku to stop using his damn fists to talk.

"How?" Bakugo thought he heard Deku growl.

"What?" Bakugo snapped.

Deku raised his gaze and met Bakugo's. "How the fuck did you know? Nobody knew, not even our closest friends, and yet you somehow figured it out. How?" he demanded.

"How?" That was what he was upset about? He was going off his rockers because he figured out that he and Togata were freaking dating?! "H-hold up, are you seriously pissed off because I found out about you two before you two could even out yourselves to everyone else?" Bakugo just wanted to clear the air out before he continued this conversation – whatever kinda conversation this might be – with Deku.

Deku didn't reply right away, but his face slowly turning a bright shade of red starting from his neck up to the tip of his head was all the answer Bakugo needed.

"Jeez," he let out a long, exasperated breath then pulled his red and black leather gaming chair and sat his ass down. "If you two really don't want to be found out, then you should stop overreacting like you just did and shrug off whatever comments or side remarks you might heart until you are good and ready to admit your relationship status." Bakugo wasn't much for lecturing anyone, but he felt that Deku needed to be lectured with the way he was acting right now.

Deku calmed down enough to drop his hands on his sides, but he remained standing where he was and Bakugo didn't feel inclined to invite him to have a seat anywhere he felt like it. He was, first and foremost, an unwanted guest in his room; Deku barged in with the intent to beat the shit out of him, Bakugo doesn't feel like he needed to offer him a smidge of courtesy for doing what he just did.

"But still, I wanna know how you found out," Deku insisted.

Damn his stubbornness! Bakugo rolled his eyes skyward and pushed himself off his chair.

"I have eyes, moron," he pointed out. "I might not look it, but I fucking pay attention to my surroundings, alright?" And also he knew Deku's tells since they've known each other since preschool, so he can pretty much decipher what was up between him and Togata.

Deku's face crumbled after he told him how he knew. It didn't really need one to be a genius to figure out that anybody else who watches others would pick up on subtle hints about him and Togata.

"Then that means..." Deku's voice trailed off, his face looked ashen from shock and disbelief. He was probably internally panicking too, which was a typical Deku move and something that Bakugo hated especially once his internal monologue starts spewing out for everyone to hear.

"That's means squat!" Bakugo snapped. "If people noticed but are too chicken to say anything, then they're either idiots or don't really see you as a friend to be worried about."

"What does that make you then?" Deku chided.

"Me?" Bakugo scoffed, hiding his surprise at the question Deku threw at him. "I'm just an idiot who doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut."

That response seemed to break the ice. Deku let out a woof of a chuckle and his shoulders loosened up.

"I appreciate your idiocy," he mumbled.

"Whatever," Bakugo shrugged off his comment. "Just be mindful next time, especially once the new term starts," he warned. "Our idiotic classmates might not have picked up on you and Togata dating, but there are others at school who might pay an extra close attention and figure it out the way I did," he added.

Deku appreciated Kacchan's concern and apologized for his behavior. He stayed in his childhood friend's room once he calmed down and they talked about whatever came to mind. He felt glad and relaxed that finally he had someone to share this secret with; he and Mirio were worried that they might not have an ally once they started dating. Heck, Deku didn't even think he'd be dating a guy after all the countless dates he has had with girls at UA, but there was something about Mirio that made him stood out like a damn sore thumb out of everybody else he dated.

"YO, GOT A SEC?" BAKUGO waited until everyone in his class left before calling out to their TA. He noticed Deku lingering about waiting for the room to empty so he could be alone with his boyfriend, but Bakugo beat him to it. He received Deku's scathing glare when he walked past him and called out to Togata once the last of their classmates cleared the room.

Bakugo looked over his shoulder and signalled Deku with his eyes to scram. He didn't want him to be around when he talks to his boyfriend.

He waited until Deku angrily marched out of the room, exchanging another nonverbal conversation with his boyfriend when he walked past him before disappearing from their view. Bakugo felt his phone vibrate in his back pocket a few seconds after Deku left the room, but he didn't need to check to know who was contacting him.

Togata finished packing his stuff before addressing his student. "What can I help you with today, Bakugo?" He asked, keeping his TA hat on and plastered his usual annoying happy smile on his cutesy face.

Seriously, what did Deku see in this guy? He was cute, but good looking? If Bakugo had to choose, he'd say Amajiki looked more appealing than Togata. But nobody asked him and why the heck would he even have a fucking preference?!

Dammit, Deku! He mentally cussed his childhood friend. Ever since that afternoon he barged in to his dorm room and they had a talk, Deku's been coming by or texting him almost daily just to talk about his relationship. Since nobody else in their class knew that Deku was seeing their TA other than Bakugo, he suddenly became his childhood friend's sounding board when it comes to anything and everything Mirio Togata!

What does he know about male on male relationship? Just because he was open minded about him dating Togata doesn't mean he was well versed in the world of BL romance!

"I'll keep it short, and this has nothing to do with today's lesson," Bakugo paused and met his senior's beady blue gaze.

Togata understood what he was referring to and nodded. He wasn't rattled or intimidated in the least. Bakugo was impressed at how unshakable the former Big 3 member was even though right now he was quirkless.

"What is it about then?"

"If you're not serious, then get the hell out before someone ends up hurt." Bakugo wasn't known for mincing his words, and since he knew they were both on the same page he didn't have to elaborate on who and what he was referring to.

He fished his phone out of his pocket as soon as he was out of the classroom and headed towards the shoe lockers. It kept vibrating the entire time he was in the room with Togata. Damn Deku for being so damn impatient!

"Two dozen messages in under five minutes? Damn, chillax man," Bakugo chortled and clicked on the pop-up bubble to open his message.

DEKU: what the fuck are you doing?!

DEKU: answer me, dammit!

DEKU: don't bully him, you moron!

DEKU: why aren't you fucking answering me back?!

DEKU: dammit, Kacchan! Don't you dare pick a fight with him. He hasn't done anything to you or me, dammit!

DEKU: seriously, WHAT DO YOU WANNA TALK TO HIM ABOUT?!

DEKU: are you guys done? Can I go see him now?

A few more messages along the same line as his previous ones flooded Bakugo's text message window. He almost felt sorry for Togata having to deal with a worrywart like Deku.

BAKUGO: relax, i didn't blow him up if that's what you're worried about.

He hit the send message before another thought entered his mind and he knew it would rile Deku up some more. He couldn't resist and at this point he didn't care so he sent him a follow-up text message.

BAKUGO: i leave the blowing him up to you, if you catch my drift *winky face* *grinning devil face*

He didn't have to wait long to receive a text reply back. He wasn't even upset that the reply was in all caps either.

DEKU: FUCK OFF, KACCHAN! *angry face* *angry swearing face*

Bakugo couldn't control the bark of laughter that bubbled up from the pit of his stomach. He threw his head back and slapped his locker door hard. He was surprised when his phone vibrated again and when he looked at the sender it was an unregistered number in his contacts list.

UNKNOWN NUMBER: That was uncalled for, Bakugo. *stern face*

Bakugo figured out who it was from after reading the message. He didn't want to save his number in his contacts list, but he figured having his number in the future might come in handy so he saved his number under BABY FACE SENPAI and didn't bother replying back to his message.
