A new person is coming down here to Rapture, this Sofia Lamb woman is said to be best in her job field which is Clinical Psychiatrist. The people wanted her here and now they got her. However others such as myself and other council members don't like this idea of bringing a psychiatrist to Rapture, even Ebony himself voiced his disproval to the other council members saying that "Bringing this psychiatrist down here only cause trouble, discord, and harm other than the good for Rapture and her people." While others like McDonagh thought that Lamb coming down will help ease and calm the people down. And now because of this, Lamb is now coming down here to Rapture. If she can calm and make the people down here happy and nice again then she's welcomed to stay, however though should she try to cross me or anger me like what Fontaine's doing now. She will find herself in an unmarked grave of my choosing.
