A portal opened in the middle of the Woods and from it Sirin comes out huffing as she was tired because this was the first time she had teleported this far way, and from the portal came out the Honkai companion following behind her. and as she turned to look behind her she noticed that John wasn't there.
"John!" Sirin called out, but no answer came.
"John!" Again she called out there was no answer. Then Sirin began to think "Did John abandon her? Did he leaver alone?" But she squashed these traitorous thoughts, she knew that John wouldn't leave her, she was overthinking things.
Suddenly she felt a tap on her shoulder and she looked to the Honkai companion.
"What is it?" Sirin asked the creature which simply pointed to something.
Sirin turned around to see and object which was covered by bone a white objects similar to the Honkai creature that instructed her to retreat once John had knocked out that Vlakyrie, and as for the object itself there seemed seemed to be a purplish-black opening.
"You wanted to come here?" Sirin asked the creature which nodded, and went into the construct as if it was swallowed.
"Wait?!" Sirin called out to it as she fallowed suit, but was cautious as to the result of it. But Sirin took a deep breath reached out her arm believing that it was solid object.
And same as with the Honkai companion that had led her here her hand passed right through.
"I can pass through this?" Sirin though in surprise as she walked inside the construct only to see a void of purple and black.
"This Place..." Sirin said as she suddenly hears a crying noise and then she turned around to see a medical bed with machines beeping and IV tubes put into a person's arm, and a girl crying.
"Mama please don't leave me alone!" Came the girl's cries which made Sirin stop as she remembered that this was her memory before she was taken from the orphanage and sent to Babylon tower.
Then a voice suddenly spoke
"That's right. Tear open your Human heart and become a true Herrscher." Said the voice
In Babylon tower.
Back in the facility Einstein was taking measurements on the subjects for abnormally high amounts of Honkai Energy before being shipped off to safety. While Theresa and Patricia were counting them to make sure that they were all accounted for.
"...Not a single one of them displays an abnormal high amount Honkai Energy." Said Einstein as she looked at the device in her hand.
"See I told they had escaped." Said Patricia as she finished counting.
Then Einstein turned her head to look at Walter.
"Director can you detect their position?" Einstein asked Walter, who didn't feel anything coming from the 2nd Lawmaker and her knight inside the Babylon tower.
"I don't feel their presence inside the Babylon tower." Said Walter while shaking his head, while Einstein walked around to find some Honaki Energy Residue close to an air filter.
"There seems to be a high amount Honkai Energy Residue here... And the nearby timespace seems to be highly unstable, and I believe that our suspects used Honkai Energy to create a spatial fissure and escape." Said Tesla as she looked at her equipment and gave her deduction.
"Spatial fissure?!" Said Siegfried out loud. "If what you say is true then we are in deep trouble, and the Siberian Climate isn't making our job easier with it messing with our equipment. And I hope you have a way to find a person in this vast frozen tundra." Said Siegfried while getting worried for the situation to not get any worse than it has.
"Unfortunately Anti-Entropy's equipment are also being effected by the climate." Said Einstein as she recalled the faulty drone outside.
"Oh well it's time for plan B, I guess." Said Einstein as she filled bottle with the leftover Honkai Energy Residue.
"What are you doing Einstein?" Asked Patricia as she looked at Einstein.
"Don't worry much Patricia." Einstein responded to Patricia's answer and she then turned to Theresa.
"And Lady Theresa I am going to need you assistance for this plan to work." Said Einstein as she looked at Theresa.
"Ok? What do you need?" She asked curious about the plan Einstein had in mind.
"Have you brought Juda's oath along with you I would like to borrow it for a moment?" Einstein requested, to which Theresa simply nodded in confirmation.
Timeskip after Theresa went to grab Judas Oath and Evacuating the former test-subjects of the facility.
"So what are you planning?" Theresa asked Einstein wondering why she needed Judas Oath, because as far as she knew the God Key had a range of 100 meters when put into "hunting" mode.
"I brought Judas... But it has a limited seeking range and can seek out targets in a 100 meters radius." Theresa said as she remarked Judas' small range in regard's to finding the Targets.
"And that Miss. Theresa is where you are wrong. During some excavations into some ruins we found sometime ago." Einstein began to explain. "The Oath of Judah along with Mr. Siegfried's own judgement of Shamash are weapons constructed by the Previous Civilization- God Keys. And other than a weapon Oath of Judah has four other functions." Einstein explained their findings as she opened the bottle containing the Honkai energy residue and poured it onto the God key giving it the "scent" it need's to find it's target.
"Miss Theresa I gave Judah the Honkai energy residue the purple haired girl has left behind and id we can find her we might find her Knight as well, and all you need to do is activate Judah's hunt mode to find our targets." Einstein instructed, though Theresa was a bit nervous as she didn't know that Judah had such a function.
"The Souls steel that the God Keys are made out of can feel the User's thoughts, just touch Judah and think about finding our targets." Einstein said as she grabbed Theresa's hand and placed it onto Judah which caught the diminutive Valkyrie by surprise.
"That's Einstein for you." Said Patricia with a bit of humor in her tone.
As Theresa touched Judah she began to focus on finding the targets.
"Find... Find..." Theresa though as Judah began to glow and suddenly opened her eyes as she saw Judah shrink.
"Judah! How is it this small?!" Theresa asked surprised at Judah's decrease in size to the point of fitting in the palm of her hand.
"Soul steel is created from nano-machines. In hunt mode Judah will turn the soul-Steel in the cross to search for the enemy. At it's limit Judah can search for target at a 200km radius." Said Einstein as the Chains created by Judah expanded and one glowed much brighter than the others indicating that the target had been located.
"It seems that Judah has found it's target, if you could Miss Theresa can you start moving we need you to lead the way to the target." Remarked Einstein seeing the glowing chain.
"Otto you didn't teach them how to use the God Keys..." Welt thought in exasperation seeing how Theresa didn't how to fully use Judah "hunting" mode.
"Master Siegfried we detected a large number of Honkai Beasts, which suddenly appeared, are approaching the Babylon tower!" Came Shalome's voice as she contacted Siegfried. "This time we count 300!" Shalome said as she told Siegfried the number of Honkai Beasts approaching the facility.
"Hold the line, I am coming to help!" Said Siegfried as he moved to provide support for Shalome and Nicholas, but was stopped by Welt who grabbed his shoulder.
"The Honkai Beasts, are just a distraction, and are here to delay us. Ignore them." Said Welt who then turned to Patricia and Einstein.
"Patricia, Einstein. You are going to provide support to defend the Tower while I, Siegfried and Theresa go and find the 2nd Lawmaker and her knight." Said Walter as he gave the orders to Patricia and Einstein.
"Don't worry, Walter we'll hold the line." Said Patricia as and Einstein went to positions to defend the tower.
"Let's get going time is off the essence." Said Walter as the three of them began to move in order to search for the 2nd lawmaker and her knight.
With Sirin
In the "cocoon" a voice kept whispering to Sirin "Tear away... Tear away... Tear away..." The voice said as Sirin medical gown went in flames and began to change and as Sirin opened her eyes an evil smile spread itself on her face.
Elsewhere with John
As John sat inside the cocoon memories flashed of the time in the facility playing in his mind. The painful experimentations done to him by the scientists in the facility. The friends he just made perishing in front of him. And then the voice started talking he heard earlier spoke.
"Do you want revenge? Do you want to avenge those that had their lived taken away by the selfishness of humanity" Said the voice. The boy knew that it was wrong, but a part of him wanted blood, blood for those who deserved to live.
"Yes." John said his voice being barely but a whisper.
"Then tear away you human heart, and join your queen in her quest for vengeance." The voice said a John closed his eyes and was engulfed in a bright flame.
Back with Sirin
In Schicksal owned island.
A woman with white hair, blue eyes, fair skin, was holding some shopping groceries from the shop nearby, she was wearing a short sleeved white shirt, a pair of black trousers that reached to her calves, and a pair of shoes was walking towards her home until a holo-screen appeared with the words message highlighted with blue.
And as she responded Siegfried's face appeared on screen.
"Hello Siegfried, is anything alright?" She asked Siegfried.
"Hey, Cecilia. I am calling because the mission will take longer than was expected, and I am calling that I won't make it for diner, also tell Kiana that I am sorry for not arriving on time." Siegfried said as he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.
"I understand Dear, and please don't be to brash on your mission, safety first." Said Cecilia with a smile on her face.
"Don't worry honey, I'll be careful." Siegfried said as he closed the connection.
"Siegfried, Theresa I hope you guys can return safely." Cecilia Thought as from the corner of her eye she noticed a Blonde child wearing just a white shirt.
"Whose this child?" Cecilia thought out-loud to herself as she noticed that the kid was unaccompanied by an adult.
With the Blonde Kid
Otto was having a bad day, correction, it was a horrible day. Why? You may ask? Well first when Otto went on to use his new body he made a slight miscalculation and rushed the process.
"Damn, I Rushed when preparing my new body and made a mistake." Otto thought as he recalled after putting the body for repairs. "Before the New body is repaired I'll have to make due with this back up body." Otto thought as he had to use the child sized body and for a man of his standing was a tad humiliating. (Think of Shota Otto.)
17km away from Babylon tower Facility
"The Place Judah is leading us to is here." Said Theresa as she along with Walter and Siegfried arrived at the spot where Sirin had entered. "However what is this thing? Will we find the purple haired girl here?" Asked Theresa as she went close to the "egg" and was about to touch it.
"Theresa! Don't touch that!" Warned Walter as he grabbed Theresa's attention. "That "egg" suddenly emitted a massive burst of Honkai Impact, get away from it." Said Walter as he warned Theresa, who stopped in place.
"Understood." Said Theresa as she turned to the two, but suddenly a hand burst out of the "egg".
"Wha-" Said Theresa in surprise as the hand grabbed her arm and several others started grabbing her and pulling her inside the "egg".
"Theresa! Theresa Hold on. I'm coming to save you!" Called Siegfried as he ran to save Theresa, but was stopped by Walter who grabbed his arm.
"Calm down Siegfried! We are still uncertain about the enemies' intentions and we could be walking into a trap, and you might end up throwing away your life needlessly." Said Walter as he warned Siegfried.
"Throwing my life away?" Siegfried asked Walter. "No matter the danger, I'm still going to help Theresa. Kaslana never abandon their comrades." Siegfried told Walter as he walked to the "egg".
"A loose canon." Thought Walter a exasperated by Siegfried.
"If you are afraid, you can go back, I will deal with this myself." Siegfried said as he turned to Walter and touched the "egg's" solidified surface.
Then her turned to the "Egg" and saw a pair of hands coming out of it.
"How did those hands appeared..." Siegfried was about to asked.
"A Honkai beast?!" Asked Siegfried as a Honkai beast bursts out of the shell which suddenly proceeded to crush Siegfried with it's hands but Siegfried stopped it with a bit of struggle.
"Wait... a moment!" Called out Siegfried with baited breath.
Inside the "egg"
After Theresa was released by the astral hands inside the "egg", then suddenly she heard a male voice.
"You parent's died from a disease called Honkai." Came the voice as Theresa as she fell on the floor with her feets.
"But do no fear. Schicksal will take care of you from this moment on." Said the Man.
Than Theresa turned behind to see the man holding a syringe.
"Furthermore, you are very lucky. Schicksal has been developing a vaccine, but we need your help for some experimentation" Said the Man while the purple haired girl pulled out her arm.
"It might hurt a bit, but no need to fear." Said the man while injecting the Syringe's contents into the purple haired girl.
"Wait!" Theresa said trying to stop the man.
"It Hurts!" Came a young female voice. As the scene before Theresa changed into a holding cell.
"This subject is failing to? Tsk. Useless bunch." Said the man a bit angered at the test's failure.
"It Hurts! It Hurts! It Hurts!" Said the Girl while clutching her head in pain .
The scene changed before Theresa again as she saw the purple haired girl standing in of three graves.
"Auroa, Agata, Bella." Rest well, the girl said while looking onto the graves.
"Are you done burying the refuse?" Asked the man with impatience in his tone. "Hurry up, we need to continue with the experiment. I don't wat to waste anymore time with these trash." Said the man putting some emphasis on the word trash, while the girl remained Silent.
Then Theresa walked towards the girl and gave her a hug.
"I'm so sorry..." Said Theresa with a saddened tone.
But the girl merely gave a hallowed chuckle.
"Hehehe... Did you just now think this false apology?" Said the girl as her gown changed.
"Too late, I want revenge." The girl said as she looked at Theresa. "And I will kill everyone from Schicksal." Said The girl as a devilish smile appeared on her face.
"I will kill everyone of those hypocritical, selfish adults." The girl told Theresa. "However I can let you go, you seem the same age as me. Also there's the scent of Honkai on you. Do you want to join me? How about it? This way can let you live until the world's destruction." The girl gave Theresa an offer but the diminutive Valkyrie simply shook her head, refusing the offer.
"No I refuse. Please give up on your hatred. Otherwise I must stop you here." Theresa warned the girl who simple gave a halfhearted look.
"What a shame. I shared my misery with you, and here I thought you'd be able to understand me." Said The girl who simply leaned her head on her hand.
"Oh well." She said while snapping her finger causing the Astral arms to appear again and grabbing Theresa.
"Why don't you go chill for a bit I will deal with you once I am finished with the interlopers. " The girl told Theresa as one of the astral arms took hold of Judah and took it from the latter's hand and give it to the purple haired girl.
"Oh and one more thing. why don't you leave this annoying cross here, it's not as if you need it." She told Theresa as she looked at it with curiosity.
Outside of Babylon tower
Nicholas pulled out a squid jerky in her hand.
"...Hey Shalome do you want a snacks~?" Said Nicholas as she looked at Shalome, though the latter had an irritated look. While Nicholas put squid jerky in her mouth a Honkai Archangel almost approached the entrance but was cut down by a laser beam.
"No!" Said Shalome irritated by her co-worker.
"Your loss~." Said Nicholas as she began to chew on the squid jerky "Gah, the squid jerky frozen! It's rock hard!" She thought while chewing on it. Bu she dropped from her mouth as Shalome grabbed Nicholas by the Jacket.
"Stop goofing around! We are still on guard duty and we can't let any Honkai Beast pass through." Said Shalome with irritated tone.
"Speaking of that... It's not as if we can help right about now as our associates seem to be nice and dandy." Said Nicholas as she looked at the battlefield filled with drones and Honkai Beasts.
"Unit 1003 and 1094, eliminate the Honkai Beasts on the right flank, and deploy 300 more Eins drones at sector x-2." Einstein ordered while looking on the device on her hand. "Orders received beginning, beginning extermination." Said the Bots system while 300 more drones appeared on the battlefield.
"A simple battle." Said Einstein while letting out a sigh, while below the Schicksal Valks gave weird looks.
While the scene temporary changes to Tesla yelling at Einstein.
"However-." Einstein began to say. "I feel like I am forgetting something." Einstein said having a strange feeling that she forgot something.
30km away.
Anti-Entropy campsite
"Ah... Achoooo!" Came a sneeze from the campsite where Tesla is on her own with the Titans
"It's been hours! Why hasn't that mophead called yet?!" Said the angered Tesla.
On the Babylon tower forest overlooking that battlefield
"Finally, She finally awoke." Came John's voice. "Time to get started then." He said as he looked on the drones and they suddenly caught ablaze.
With Einstein.
"Abnormal Honkai Energy detected!" Came the voice form the device in Einstein's hands. And she then raised her head to see the drones catching fire
"I must tell Welt." Said Einstein as she realized that the Knight had awoken .
