The team immediately put Mar'i behind him while the league also took on a defensive posture as soon as a portal similar to the one Mar'i went through opened again.

A certain sprinter came out of the portal murmuring. '' Please be right, please be right! '' A boy with 14 or 15 years old black hair walked beside him.

He opened his eyes and assessed everyone, when they landed in Mar'i, he let out an exaggerated sigh. '' OH THANK YOU! '' He exclaimed to no one in particular.

The boy shook his head and returned his gaze to the garter. 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm Zachary Zatara, and the fool here is Flash and judging from the civilian clothes of some of you, you should already know who he is here, so it is better to rephrase the phrase, this is Wally. ''

'' Inconvenient? Did you launch my best friend's daughter into another dimension, inconvenience? '' Wally was practically freaking out.

'' I'm already sorry. ''

'' Well, it wasn't inconvenient for us, it was actually a pleasure to meet Mar'i. '' Flash (Barry) approached, interrupting their meeting.

'' How can we know for sure who you are? We will not hand the girl over to anyone. '' Batman interrupted the sprinter.

'' You can use the lasso of truth on us. '' Wally replied.

As they talked, another mental conversation took place.

Man I'm hot! -Wally

Wally! -Megan

What? It is true? -Wally

'' Before Nightwing and Starfire kill you for losing their daughter. '' Zachary added with a sly smile.

'' Don't think I'm going to take the blame alone, both are much scarier than the bat when it comes to Mar'i. ''

'' Nightwing? '' Robin asked.

'' You older. '' Both responded.

'' You couldn't be the boy wonder forever, so you've created a new name and now you're the defender of Bludhaven.'' Zachary explained as he took a step back and opened the portal again.

The league had to be impressed, that was a lot of magic for someone so young, and he used it quietly.

''Make no mistake, my mom temporarily increased my powers so I can do this, I'll probably pass out when we get back. ''

'' Very well, time to go. Mar'i, how do you say? '' He released her and she flew across the room handing out hugs.

'' Thank you for staying with me until Uncle Wally arrives. ''

'' It was a pleasure dear. '' Megan smiled, the league still surprised by recent events nodded.

Batman and Robin approached the girl, Robin smiled and returned the hug. '' Take care of yourself there.''

'' Ok. '' Then she flew to the bat, hugging him as calmly as the rest.

'' Stay safe. And tell your dad that I'm proud. '' He whispered.

Robin smiled at the father figure.

'' I'll say, bye everyone! '' She went back into the arms of Wally, who had put on the Flash hood again.

'' Bye. '' Flash and Zachary said before and go through the portal.

The room was silent.

'' Is it weird that I want to know what's going on there? '' Artemis asked.

'' No, I think we all want to know. '' Canary replied the young archer.

When another portal opened, the room became tense again, but when a masked man with black hair and a black uniform with a blue bird on his chest crossed the portal with a woman with orange skin, red hair and incredibly familiar green eyes. behind him, they relaxed.

Robin's mouth opened and Batman gave a small smile of pride as the man looked around the room with a bat-worthy glow.

'' Hello. '' The woman greeted, although she looked a little tense. '' You've seen a little girl with black hair and green eyes, she goes by Mar'i, starshine or little Robin. ''

'' Or a scarlet sprinter who will soon become mincemeat? '' The man added.

''Nightwing!''

'' He left our daughter to go to another dimension and we only found out why GA called us after he saw it happen! Either I cut Wally to pieces or my brothers do it! ''

Everyone looked at each other, 'brothers?'

Is that what I'm thinking? -Megan smiled.

It looks like I'm going to win brothers. -Robin returned the smile and looked at the mentor who pretended he didn't see the malicious smile.

Is anyone else worried about my counterpart when that grown Robin finds him? -Wally

A noise from someone clearing their throat made the couple look at the group again, just as it made the team come to.

Canary smiled proudly. '' It's good to meet you too, you must be Nightwing and Starfire, Mar'i told us about you. Yes, we saw your daughter, she was being taken care of by us, Wally came and took her home a few seconds ago.''

''It saw? It's okay, we can go home now and then you can do whatever you want with Wally. Zatanna won't be able to keep the portal open forever, you know. '' She said to her husband, who seemed to relax and as he turned to the living room, she smiled. '' Sorry for the inconvenience, we need to go back. Thank you for taking care of our little girl. ''

'' Thanks, now if you'll excuse me, I've got a sprinter to catch. '' Nightwing returned to the portal.

Starfire shook his head. '' It's good for Wally to run, as there will be four bats behind him. '' She crossed the portal

'' FOUR? '' Wally screamed, just to get slapped on the back of the head.

Zachary shook his head at this, already weak from opening the portal twice with the power amplifier. His mother certainly already knew and had no way of escaping the sermon.

Wally took a deep breath to calm himself, Dick wasn't going to know, there was no way for him to know. Neither does the bat. It was just Mar'i to keep secret and everything would be ...

'' WEST! ''

Wally turned in time to see the bat's eldest son run into the room next to Starfire.

'' Damn ... '' He turned and ran at top speed, hoping that he can get out of the satellite.

Even with the other man's super speed, Dick Grayson chased his childhood friend through the shortcuts he knew would make for teleports.

Starfire approached his daughter.

''Mommy! Weren't you on a mission? '' Mar'i asked when the alien princess caught her.

'' We finished earlier than expected, my love. Now how about we go to save your uncle from dad and then pick up grandpa and go back to the mansion. Alfred will probably have cookies for all of us. ''

The girl smiled even more.
