Thinking I answer '' Base on what I see I think Hera is the Goddess of Motherhood, Fertility, Marriage, Guardians, Duty, and Order''.
Stunned Michael stares at Hera's retreating figure in disbelief that she was that powerful unknown to him the others could hear him and Hestia and Hera both stood straighter as the two walked off.
As they walk off I knew that there will be hundreds of gods meaning almost every domain will be taken snapping his fingers he created the Council of the Minor gods this way every god and goddess can have a voice with the Minor gods dealing with their domains without needing to speak to the Major Gods without it dealing with the domains of another god something the Olympians will deal with as he does that he makes the Position of King of the Minor Gods open as he does that 4 Seats on the Olympian council would remain empty until the King and Queen were chosen from the Minor Gods and the 2 strongest Minor Gods or Goddess were Chosen.
Walking to the center I call upon a Sword and smile at Michael who grins as he Grabs a Sword and the two of us attack.
Hearing the whistle of the blade I allow my Blood to boil as I parry the blade stepping into the sword I push him back but Michael jumps back before I can counter walking around him Michael makes a quick Jab which I step back from then I hold the Sword in a Stab position and then tilt it up as I held to my chest moving I watch Michael's Footwork and eyes as I dance around him sliding my foot to the right I dance into Sword- spear stance then back then I take three steps forward causing Michael to shift to the Left attacking downward I watch Michael dance then attack the right as I go down I turn my Blade Parrying Michael's blow and slid my sword upward causing Michael to stumble backward to disengage moving quickly I shoulder tackle Michael who falls down with my Sword at Michael's chest cursing Michael yells '' Fuck I should remember you always change things up ''.
Nodding I step back as Michael gets to his feet and frowns '' Father we have gotten reports on Earth of Monsters attacking humans mind if I lead a force to Spread the gods' name and stop the monsters ''.
Thinking I nod and answer'' Yes but make certain Kronos doesn't hear about us we aren't ready ''.
Nodding Michael frowns and asks '' Father do you mind if once they get a handle on their Powers and at least Advance training you can free those from Tartarus ''?
Nodding I reply '' Yes, that's my plan then I want you to make them Masters of their main 3 weapons and then their Symbols of Power should be ready by then''.
Nodding at the command Michael gets back to the center and the two of us spent the next 3 Hours training and sparring of those there were 200 Spars I only lost 1 of them.
Panting we stop suddenly I hear cheering looking around I notice 2000 of my subjects came and watch us smirking I notice Michael blush as a beautiful angelian( Name of the Humans of Heaven)smiles at him then she walks over and holds out her hand making Michael grin as he kisses her hand and the two starts talking.
Looking at her I try to think if I knew she is getting nothing I connect to my throne which tells me that she is a part of A family of Merchants one of the only ten who he permitted to sell weapons and other items made by the Elder Cyclops and hundred handed ones right now they have 3 Silver, 5 Gold and 2 Imperial Gold Mines under their House.
Suddenly I start as I realize that I have not created laws for Heaven thinking I created 2000 Laws right off the back with my Seraphs when not in war acting as Law Enforcement with Positions open for House guards, House Militia, and City Guard for the Angelians.
The 2000 Laws dealt with the regular crimes of Murder, Thief, Rape, etc plus a ton of Laws on Individual Protection, Business Protection, and rights, Property Value and Protection plus the Rights for Citizens with clear guidelines on the Laborers and Workers a Business, House or Building an employee, Protection of the Sex workers along with laws on Doctors and what the Future Nobles all had to follow. I also add that only the King can name a Region Overlord but the Overlord can name and Strip Lords under them, laws on Taxes and How much must be paid, and laws on when the Death Penalty and when it's allowed to sentence someone to the Arena and for what crimes could they be sent to fight or they serve a house when is that house allowed to send to the arena and what they must do which includes paying the Servant's family the Servant's pay for the next 10 years, Of course, the family who runs the Arenas want competitors so they pay rewards to competitors and Houses.
With those laws dealt with I added two laws 1 Slavery was banned and 2nd On traveling to Earth or other worlds was pay through the bank and must have Passport.
To deal with all this he named Gabriel, Michael, and Amenadiel to take care and Adminastor all of it with Lucifer name as Celestial Justice meaning he was to make certain the Laws were followed both Divine and Celestial and should a Celestial break the laws Lucifer was to bring them to a court of Himself and Gabriel. Should a Divine Lucifer was to bring them to him and he would judge unless it was minor or an accident something Gabriel and himself must judge and they could decide the punishment.
Pleased with his laws he put it into effect suddenly Heaven trembles as the laws went into effect and angels started flying out to enforce his laws with Amenadiel getting the Angelian who wants to join and assigning them.
Shaking myself I see the Angel Uriel bowing in front of me '' My lord I am here to assign you, 30 Guards ''.
Grunting I nod knowing it was needed with an Elite squad chosen I nod then I mention '' Uriel mind telling the Seraph Anna to Create and lead a Group of Angelians and Angels called Royal guard to defend the Royal family and our Properties and Businesses only no limit on the force ''.
'' Yes, I will also Assign those 30 Guards as members of the Kingsguard to defend only who and your direct family ''.
Pleased at being so well protected I hold up a Hand '' Yes, also I see you aren't correctly made so I rename you and Upgrade you I name you Uriel Archangel of Rhythm, Logic, and Puzzles and I assign to my Palace as My Hand ''.
Uriel glows with Light as he becomes an Archangel he was stunned at the massive power boost.
Uriel says '' I wasn't alone it was Castiel who added me ''.
Nodding I smile '' Then I name the Seraph known as Castiel the Archangel of Reason, Understanding, and Caregiver of Heaven and a Member of my council along with the other Archangels''.
Seeing a Light off into the difference I see my Will was done as the two were flogged by admirers.
Walking away I think of another way to help my follow gods while also knowing human nature waving my hands I place Lanterns deep beneath the earth which would collect Hope, Will and other emotions from Earth which would be turned into Prayer for the Gods this way he can use the Prayer Lanterns to repower a God or Monster as needed.
Time Stops
As it does the room Spins appearing inside of a Massive hall I gasp and Kneel

Summoning a Vial of Water Lady Chaos hand it over and speak '' This is water from the River of Time with it you can speed up, Slow down, stop time even see and Travel to the Future and the Past ''.
Stun at the Gift I grasps it and then Time resumes.
Focusing my Power I sent the Water to a hidden Spring inside my throne room which I then blocked off and sent to a Private Dimension this way no one can find it and use it but me.
As I do I feel Lady chaos give me the Title God of Time and Keeper of the River of Time and a suggestion '' You should spread your gift of Magic out a little through Humans and others ''.
Confused Harry just nods and teleports to his throne sitting on it I focus my Power using my Magic I create Ley Lines that would naturally be created in Life given planets then I made it so it would spread its gift by Creating Magical creatures and Give the Gift of Magic to a select group of Humans as I do that I made it so that it was 3 types of Magic the Spells of his Favorite Magical world of Harry Potter, Merlin, Doctor Strange, and his Dimensional Magic and creatures and finally the world of The Witcher
As I finish I feel my Power grow as Magic itself spreads unknown to me one of my future Brides Hecate Goddess of Magic, Mist, and Crossroads grew to equal Zeus's power along with a few of the other Gods and Goddesses of Magic.
As that happens the Dimensions were all created with Dommarnu being created as well as Magical Rock being created.
Multiple trees around the world became magical conduits too.
Sighing I yawn as I spent 20% of my power today getting off my throne I head off to my room rubbing my eyes I open my door eat a meal and pour a goblet of water and lay down on my bed which Magically covers me as I do I think '' I need to hire Servants and other angelians to work here ''.

Looking out my window I was grim seems my Laws should have been made earlier I have had to build 3 Prisons and a ton of angels into the upkeep and security for criminals of them 1 was full each of the occupants had a 10 to a 14-year sentence with a few Serial Killers, Bandits being given the Death Penalty only a few lied about crimes which Lucifer found out by using angels with powers over truth to detect the truth along with Angels who can sense and see the past.
Lucifer hired a ton of Angels and Angelian who have or are great at Detective/ Other Police work to work directly for a few Stations.
After that, he hired Zachariah as Police Commissioner, Balthzazar as Deputy Commissioner, and Namoi as DA( Defends or Prosecutes).
Sighing I watch as a ton of Movement was being made in the courthouse as Lawyers and People were tried and judged by a Court of Angels who answer to Lucifer who answers only to Myself and his Mother.
Shaking my head I couldn't believe that in this small short of time so many have already broken the law or done something so heinous as to deserve Death.
Behind me a flash of light appears frowning I turn behind me was Hecate Titan Goddess of Magic, Night, and Crossroads feeling my heart pulse I watch as my Wife appears behind her then Aprohdite turns to me '' My love what do you say with another wife ''?
Mind blown I gulp as I stare at Hecate Nodding I grin at my luck and how great my wife is. Taking the two to bed.

Sitting in bed I feel my Wife Hecate lay her head against my chest stretching her head I ask '' My shadow what do you say being Lady Magic and dealing with Earth Magic from her creatures to humans ''?
Humming Hecate kisses my chest '' Thank you my Light ''.
Hearing the yes from that I smile as I look to my other side where my Queen of Heavens and Gods sleeps while Hecate was Consort of the two of us and our second wife.
Unknown to anyone around the world a separate dimension known as the dungeon was created ( Like in video games Dungeons are filled with monsters and should it ever happen a Demigod or Magical would be able to create their own world which would be filled with their defeated dead.
Heaven's workshop
Sitting in her Workshop Rhea was hard at work using her Husband's blood, her children's blood, and a hint of a feather from Lucifer's Sunstar's wings she was creating a foe for each of her children who would be near their power but their opposite and want them dead.
From Kronos's blood and her children, she creates a titan version of the gods as she creates the Titans she adds the blood of the Titan Tethys who she got permission from, and thanks to their deal she would say Kronos Raped her and she would back her exchange her daughter Amphitirite will marry Poseidon and be Queen of the Sea plus the Seas and Oceans will be distributive between them and the other Gods of the seas plus Poseidon must Marry his Firstborn to the Njord first Daughter their child the next so on and so forth until the sea Gods children were taken.
Feeling a life source she waves her hand seeing the Titans to Earth where they will grow in power until Kronos was defeated then they will be ready and war between her children would begin even Lucifer would have an enemy who she named Satan the God of Evil, Sin, and Torture and just like Lucifer had heaven he would have a Realm called hell and where Lucifer has Angelian and Angels he would have Hellions and Demons.
Using the Feather of her sons she created the Well of Eternity and with it made the seven gates of hell meaning Satan could not leave hell until the Well is captured and turned by him meaning he would send his army to capture the well.
To stop that she spilt the Well a part with the strongest part hidden deep in the Deepest Ocean in Heaven and the other five pieces on earth hidden in a glamor by the Ley Lines.
Sighing she gets up to spread the news on what Kronos has done to her children and fellow titans.
