A Galactic Nation in Crisis

Ever since the end of the Ori war the Jaffa Nation has been struggling to reorganize their galactic nation; This is do them not have much of the needed Political and economical institutions to maintain a moderate centralized Galactic government; As well do to the many millennium of enslaved from their former Goa'uld overlords not be willing to share any of their Political and Economical power among their Jaffa and the inhabits of worlds for they feared in could lead to a massive slave revolt and rebellion to overthrow them. The Jaffa Nation however has inherited from their former Goa'uld overlords some of their Galactic infrastructure needed to maintain their Galactic nation's territory. The Jaffa Nation's internal Political and ideology factions within their Galactic nation have being since the end of the Ori war have been fiercely competing with each for power and Influence. The Jaffa Nation Political and ideology factions have being sense their Liberation from their Goa'uld overlords and with their Galactic war with Ori have been trying to setup power bases on as many planets within their nation to gain more influence and seats on the Jaffa High Council. The Jaffa Nation has loosely under their control and influence over 2,658 planets with over 92 Supply Planets spread across 52,250 light years with each Political and ideology factions having influence and planets under their control to provide food, medicines and raw building materials for their civilizations into the future.
The Jaffa Nation's Main Political and Ideology factions within the Jaffa Nation where: The Liberal Coalition Party faction* lead by Teal'c among with other Moderate Liberals and Liberal Progressive leaders like Ka'lel(a formerly member of the Hak'tyl* Resistance.); The Traditionalists Coalition Party Faction* lead by Bra'tac among other moderate and Hard-line Traditionalists; The Free Jaffa Nation's have 2 Political and Ideological extreme factions with their Nation. Those 2 where the Progressive faction* lead by Shameka*; The other extreme faction is the Militarists faction* lead by Jabare*.
As of May 2010 the Jaffa Nation Political and ideology factions have been able to setup power bases on most of their planets. On the Jaffa Nation High council each of Political and ideology factions have been able to gained enough power and influence on the council to have a few of the Jaffa High council members under their directly influence to either become their Factions leaders or to have Council members replaced with their Faction leaders. With the Jaffa Major Political and Ideology factions now with their power bases have began to debate on what type of Galactic Government the Jaffa Nation should have. Some wanted a Galactic direct democracy for everyone of their nation's citizen to vote on every Political decision by popular vote. As well to have each citizen of the Jaffa Nation to have the right to the freedom of expression, right to peaceful assemble, right to petition the Government as well some Galactic security; Others wanted the Jaffa Nation to be reformed into a Galactic constitutional Federal Republic with a moderately centralized Galactic government that should be moderately limited in power to stay out of their citizen's lives with the same type of freedoms as the others; Some wanted the Jaffa Nation to be reformed into a moderately decentralized Galactic constitutional Federal Republic with a moderately decentralized Galactic government where the Galactic Government would only have enough influence in their Galactic Nation to maintain their Law and order services; As well to have a strong military to maintain their Galactic Nation's Galactic Territorial borders. Some wanted the Jaffa Nation to be reformed into a Galactic constitutional Federal Empire with a very strong and hugely centralized Galactic government that has the power to intervene in their citizen's lives; As well with some of the same type of freedoms.
Both the Moderately Political and Ideological factions leaders have quickly found that their 2 extreme Political and Ideology Factions: The Progressives and Militarists factions where way to extreme in their viewpoints; As they continued debating with each other the 2 Moderate Political and ideology factions: The Liberals and Traditionalist founded that they have more common Political and Ideological ground with each other than both of their 2 extreme Political Ideological factions. They have found that they leadership and voter bases that they are willing to negotiate with each other to help solve both Political and economical issues; Both of them found that they couldn't find much or no to compromise with both of their extremist Political and ideology factions on anything; The resulted in massive Political and Ideology divisions in which they won't give ground causing both the Progressive and Militarist faction leadership to break away from their alliances with their Political and economical coalition Partners; They have learned that after their break away from their alliance with their Political and economical coalition Partners that they are beginning to arm themselves to fight for their extremely Political and ideology viewpoints against their Political and Ideological opponents; This resulted in the Free Jaffa Nation being fractured and split into several small nations fighting among each other that has erupted into a full scale Galactic Civil war within their nation.
With the Jaffa Nation now erupting into full scale Galactic civil war each of the Major Political and Ideology factions have began to form massive armies and Galactic fleets to compete and fight each other for power and influence within the Free Jaffa Nation. As the Jaffa Nation Galactic civil war gets underway The Jaffa Nation Political and Ideology factions/nations: Liberals and Traditionalists that have more common Political and Ideological ground with each other; As well supported their ideas of wanted a type of democracy to give their citizens some amount of Personnel freedoms decided to form a Political and Ideological alliance to form a United Front to oppose their Political and Ideological adversaries. They formed their Political and Ideological alliance to bring Political and Economical stability to their nation as well to oppose their Political and Ideological adversary Political and Ideological opponents: The Progressives and Militarists Factions/Nations.
*The Liberal Coalition Party faction is lead by Teal'c and Ka'lel and other leaders; Both themselves and their voters wanted the Jaffa Nation to become a Galactic constitutional federal republic with a strong centralized Galactic government that should be moderately limited in power to stay out of their Civilian lives. They wanted the Jaffa Nation to have each citizen of the Jaffa Nation to have the right to the freedom of expression, right to peaceful assemble, right to petition the Government as well some Galactic security. They wanted the Jaffa Nation to have a 3 branch system of Galactic Government with 3 branches of Government: The Executive Branch, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government as a form of checks and Balances to not have the change of a power hunger dictator that could cease total control of their Galactic Government, suppress any Political opposition to their rule as well extremely restrictive their Galactic Nation's citizens right of freedom of expression. They wanted to divide the Jaffa Nation into several Galactic states each with a number of senators to represent each of their Galactic states in a type of Galactic senate. The Jaffa senate would to do the incredible long and complex decisions that would affect the future or the Galactic Nation like New Galactic Nation Laws, the organization the supply of the Jaffa Nation Republic's Galactic natural resources, to determine how large the Jaffa Nation Republic military forces would in time of Peace and it times of War. They said that the Jaffa Nation would still have their High Council that would make the quick decisions for the Jaffa Nation Republic, like if the Jaffa Nation Republic was suddenly attack by an Alien Race that might try to Exterminate them and take their Galactic civilization resources then the Jaffa High Council could quickly response to the threat by send a strike force to retaliate against the Threat.
They have 4 members on the Jaffa High council to represent them on the Jaffa High council; They have a core population of 220.817 million people living in their territory; Their have a Galactic army of roughly 2.20817 million Jaffa troops and 14,721 staff cannons; They have a Galactic fleet made up of 1,519 Ha'tak, 929,513 Death Gliders, 464,742 Tel'tak's and 232,285 Al'Kesh's to defend their Galactic nation and their interests in the Galaxy.
*Hak'tyl was a resistance movement of female Jaffa who once belonged to the Goa'uld Moloc. When Moloc decreed that only male Jaffa would survive, having begun to believe that the female Jaffa were weaklings, Ishta, one of Moloc's high priestesses organized an underground movement to spirit infant girls to Hak'tyl.
*The Traditionalists Coalition Party Faction lead by Bra'tac and his fellow leaders; Both themselves and their voters believes that their people should have a mostly centralized Galactic Government that has a modest amount of authority in their way of governing. As well having strong military for defense to maintain Peace and order in the Jaffa nation; As well to have a sizable offense force to go on the offense against their nation's enemies that attack them; They want a Galactic Government should be lightly moderate in power to keep a moderate amount of security to keep an eye of possible enemies and criminals but other than that their Galactic government should stay out of their nation's civilian lives unless absolutely necessary. They agree with their friendly competitor Political and Economical faction: The Liberal Coalition Party faction leaders and voters in believing in what rule their Galactic Nation's Religious organizations should be in their Galactic Nation; They as well believe in mostly the same liberties as the Liberal Coalition Party faction leaders and voters do.
They as well like the Liberal Coalition Party faction agrees that their Galactic nation government should have a form of checks and Balances to keep a balance of power within their Government to not have the change of a power hunger dictator that could cease total control of their Galactic Government, suppress any political opposition to their rule as well extremely restrictive their Galactic Nation's citizens rights. They believe that the Jaffa Nation should a have a Galactic senate to be elected for a limited amount of time(every 8 years) before being reelected. They believes that things should stay roughly the same in society and should if new ideas are to be brought into they nation that it should happen slowly over time. They wanted the introduce of new ideas into their galactic nation slowly over time so that the new ideas they introduced won't cause major social issues within their Galactic Nation that could cause a massive amount of both Political and Economical problems to raise that could cause massive amounts of unrest within their Galactic Nation. They believe in the idea of the family live to have strong family bonds with each family member to raise them love and respect each other; They believe that 1 should always studying history to learn from the mistakes from the past but not get stuck in past history to try to regress society to a time in the past where they are doing the same mistakes that history is trying to teach them to learn from and avoiding repeating over and over again.

*The Progressive faction lead is by Shameka and her fellow Progressive faction leaders; Both themselves and voters wanted a direct democracy where every Jaffa civilian votes on everything(in essence using mob rule controlled state.); They wanted in theory the Jaffa Nation to have each citizen of the Jaffa Nation to have the right to the freedom of expression, right to peaceful assemble, right to petition the Government as well some Galactic security. As well wanted an extremely large centralized Galactic government that has total control of their Galactic Nation's resources and to re-disturb the wealth and income of all Jaffa Civilians where they all are equal both in wealth and social standing; As well wanted the government to take a mass part in their civilians private lives; They as well didn't believe that there should be any form of Galactic Territorial borders between Galactic nations and that they should all be united as a single community with no boundaries; They have come to disagreed with Liberal Coalition Party on what type of governmental voting system in the Progressive faction wanting their nation become a direct democracy to vote on every Political decision by popular vote because that would lead to massive amounts of Political Corruption and voter feud by other political factions that could steal the votes for their political opponents and count them as their popular votes.

*Shameka is a formerly member of the Jaffa Hak'tyl rebel movement but left after the collapse of the Goa'uld empire do to increasingly extreme different ways of how the Jaffa should lead themselves after the fall of the Goa'uld.
*The Militarist Faction is lead by Jabare and his fellow Militarist faction leaders; Both themselves and voters wanted their Jaffa Nation to become an extremely power Galactic Empire some of the freedoms as the other Political factions within the Political factions wanted; However they wanted the Jaffa Nation to be run completely by the Military with a strong Military Leader as Head of state; Or a Straight totalitarian based Galactic Empire with none of the Freedoms that would allow the Populous speak out against them along with a strong Military to conquer other Galactic Powers; They as well like the Progressives wanted an extremely large centralized Galactic government that has a large amount of control over their Galactic Nation's resources; However unlike the Progressives the Militarists would allow some private ownership of prosperity as long as the owner didn't interfere in their national interest or cause major economy problems to rise causing more social unrest; As well unlike the Progressives the Militarist factions are very extremely nationalist and wanted their Galactic nation to have little to no foreign influence in their Galactic Nation; They as well believe that their Galactic nation and cultures are is far superior to that of other Galactic Nations and cultures.
