About an hour and a half later, Pain stirs in his sleep then opens his eyes, he then yawns, rubs his eyes then sits up. He looks at his younger brother and sees Panic sucking his thumb still asleep hugging a cloud like pillow as a plushy, Pain starts to smile at the sight of his baby brother being cute, then he notices something and looks down, he blushes and whimpers as he sees and feels that his diaper is wet, tears start to form in his eyes. But he shakes it off as he didn't want to cry because unlike him, Panic was sometimes a light-sleeper thus is very easy to wake up.
After 5 mins of thinking on what to do: cry so his newly found dad would come and help him, but risk waking Panic. Or just lay down and catch a few more zzz's…
Finally Pain decides to himself "I don't wanna wake Panic so maybe I can just ignore it".
With that he lays back down and rolls over, then gently grabs his pacifier and starts to suck on it then pulls the blanket up on himself as Panic had his own blanket, and about to go back to sleep.
"It won't hurt not getting changed at the moment right?" he whispers in his head as he curls up and falls asleep once again.
-(hour later)-
Hades was looking over some scrolls of new arrivals, when he heard some soft whimpers coming from the throne room.
"Oh? they're final are up?" Hades thinks to himself then stands up and walks into the throne room and hears some sobs coming from the crib.
He walks to the crib and peeks in to see: Panic sleeping soundly hugging his pillow, sucking on his thumb, but Pain is softly sobbing and Whimpering, curled bundled up in his blanket.
"Hey...hey... what's wrong Pain?" Hades gently asks as he rubs Pain's head then lifts up the blanket Pain was bundled up in.
"Do you need a change?" he asks as he reaches towards Pain's diaper to check it.
"I-I'm okay…" Pain whimpers but tries to stop Hades from feeling the diaper, but Hades manages to pat it wet but also saggy
"Pain why didn't you tell me?" Hades says worried as he quickly scoops up his 'oldest' and rubs his back trying to comfort him, how long was Pain in this diaper? It was very squishy and a bit saggy…
Pain doesn't say anything as he rubs his eyes, and clings to Hades's shoulder whimpering and squirmed when Hades patted his diaper as if to double check something.
"It hurts...I...I...didn't want...to wake Panic..." he sobs as Hades rubs Pain's back and lays him down on the throne which Hades had manifested a portable changing mat on.
Hades then snaps his fingers and a diaper bag appears.
"I-It hurts..." Pain sobs wiping his eyes as he hiccups from crying.
"I know~...I know~.." Hades tries to soothe Pain as he starts to take off the diaper and sees the reason for Pain's pain.
"Awwww... Pain, why didn't you tell me sooner now you have a bad rash..." Hades rubs the bridge of his nose and looks worried, as he lifts Pain's legs to fully remove the dirty diaper.
"W-What's that.." asks Pain as Hades throws away the dirty diaper into a flame.
"It's a thing that happens when you're in a wet diaper for too long, that's why I said for you boys to tell me if you have an accident..." Hades scolds Pain as he grabs a baby wipe.
He then gently wipes Pain who whimpers as the baby wipe makes his behind sting more "I know it hurts…" Hades says sadly as he keeps going to finish cleaning Pain's diaper area…
"I just...didn't wanna wake Panic up…" Pain says sadly as he looks back at the crib where his little brother was still asleep.
"I know….but you still should have told me, you wouldn't have been in this situation if you did" scolds Hades as he slides a clean diaper under Pain and threads his tail though.
"I'll have to put some diaper cream on okay?" He then explains as he pulls out of the diaper bag: a small pot with some cream in it.
"It will help with the pain.. okay Pain" Pain sheepishly nods after Hades explains what the cream will do.
Hades then lifts up Pain's legs and gently rubs the cream on Pain's diaper rash, Pain yelps at how the cream felt.
"It's cold...dad" Pain squirm softly not liking the cold feeling.
"I know, but it will help it, now stay still" Hades gets a clean wipe then uses it to cleans his fingers from the rash cream, and grabs the baby powder and gently powders Pain, then tapes on the new diaper.
"There we go" Hades says as he buttons up Pain's onesie then manifests some baby mittens.
"What are those for?" Pain asks as he tilts his head at the sight of the mittens.
Hades looks at Pain "your rash will make you feel itchy, so these will keep you from touching and scratching at your diaper.".
Before Pain could say anything Hades put the mittens on him, Pain pouts and slightly sulks about now he has to wear mittens "do I HAVE to wear the mitts…" he whines.
Hades nods as he picks Pain up and cradles his oldest "Yes, also just tell me when you need a change ok Pain, or else your rash will get worse, do I make myself clear?"
Pain sighs and nuzzles against his newly found dad's shoulder "okay...".
Hades smirks at Pain then walks over to the crib and gently rubs Panic's back "Panic? time to walk up~"
Panic groans then opens his eyes. with a sleepy look on his face, he removes his thumb from his mouth then rolls over to look at Hades.
"Do you need a change of Panic?" Hades asks softly as he puts Pain in one arm then uses his smoke tentacles to pick up Panic who looks like he wants 3 more mins of sleep.
"Nope..." mumbled the imp as he rubs his sleepy eyes, Hades smirks softly due to Panic being half asleep still, but when he checks his youngest was dry still.
"Okay… now do you boys wanna have some play time?" Both imps look at each other, when their father says that.
"Really?" Pain says in a slightly annoyed tone as he gently rubs his diaper.
"Pain what I say before…Don't rub your rash might get worse" Hades says slightly glowing orange as he gently slaps Pain's hands away from his oldest's diaper.
Panic looks at his 'older' brother with a surprised look "Did Pain get a rash?!"
Pain blushes as he knows Panic will use this as teasing material "Shut up!"
Hades can't help but laughs at his sons as he takes them to his work desk office, where there was a playpen with toys in it
"Okay you boys can play while daddy works" Hades explains as he puts both imps down in the playpen, Both imps blush as Hades sits down in his work chair and goes back to work.
Panic just giggles at Pain "I can't believe ya got a rash~".
Pain sulks slightly as he pokes Panic's chest with a mittened hand "Honestly I got my rash because, I didn't wanna wake up my sleeping BABY brother~"
With that Panic looks away embarrassed "Fine I won't poke fun at your rash…" with that he looks around at the toys in the play pen, then looks at Hades.
