"2 fuels! 4 ammos! And 11 steels! This is 2-4-11, Naka-chan speaking, are you ready to hear the idol SING!?"

A loud roar of cheers from a horde of otaku fans of 'Naka-chan,' are excited to hear the concert play like wild.

"Then, HIT IT!" Shouted Naka as Jintsuu started the music and Sendai moved the lights towards Naka.

It's only the middle of night and the noise is starting to do her head in as Louis pushes herself out of bed and covers her ears.

"At that time! REALLY!?" Louis shouted as the music was getting too loud for her.

It hasn't been a day and the noise still drives her crazy. Slamming the door open, Louis had stumbled upon a few shipgirls.

"Huh? You again!" Ooi exclaimed.

"Listen, Ooi-san, you're not the only one who's disturbed by this noise." Sighed the irated Admiral.

"Tch, you're right. Damn Naka…"

"Hmm~ I can't sleep." Inazuma mumbles while rubbing her eyes, hoping they're not bagged.

"Anyway, who's 'Naka-chan?'" Louis asked, putting on her glasses.

"The noisy one who couldn't stop bragging about being an idol, and she started singing! Ugh! If Yuudachi was there, she'd have bitten Naka-san like a hellhound!" Growled Mutsuki as she's already healed and wasn't too pleased with staying up all night.

"I see. Looks like we'll have to pay a visit with a bunch of annoying freaks outside."

The four then marched together towards the entrance of the main building, tired and irritated.

The main door opened as Naka had finished her song and so many cheers were booming which caused the admiral to pull out her megaphone.

"WHOEVER IS 'NAKA-CHAN,' SHUT UP! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP HERE!" Roared Louis as it freaked out the otaku group and cornered them all.

"Huh!? Is that the new Teitoku!? Wow! But I'm having a live event." Said Naka, tilting her head in confusion after hearing an enraged young woman shouting at a fleet's idol.

"Have it somewhere else, you're bothering some of us! And who're you three!? Yeah! Including the both of you!"

A couple of girls are surprised that an admiral has arrived and she's still around after her first day, and now they're caught.

"Calm down, Teitoku. Here's a poster for my next live event." Naka smiled while giving out a piece of paper which shows the schedule of a live concert, Spring event.

"Really?"

"Yep! We'll introduce ourselves tomorrow, and I promise there won't be a live performance tomorrow." Waving her hands nervously as Naka tries her hardest to be nice as well as keeping her idol image.

"There better not be. Also where on earth did you girls come from?"

"Hm? Oh, Kongou-chan built us in an attempt to bring back her sisters." Naka answered.

"Huh?"

"WHAT!?" Exclaimed Inazuma after hearing what Kongou did earlier, barging through all the fans as well as yanking Naka's tie towards herself. "How much!?"

"Um… Well, she used up 700 steels, 500 fuels, 1000 ammos and 1000 bauxites to build us kanmusus, but she instead got the Sendai class sisters." Answering again as Naka nervously replied to Inazuma who wasn't pleased with the use of resources on constructing them.

"One… Thousand… How!?" Tightening her fists as Inazuma's rage is slowly fuming inside.

"Is it a bad thing?" Asked Louis.

"It is a bad thing! We won't be able to do any sorties this morning!" Mutsuki answered while stopping Inazuma from going all out on those around her.

"And these things are important to use." Said Ooi.

"Elaborate these things for me, please." Louis had become curious about those resources that Inazuma worried about.

"Well to start off with steel: they're very useful to our ship parts as well as being repaired, we can't go well on water if there's holes or they're damaged. Next, we have ammo: the things we use against the enemy and without them, you're screwed." Ooi paused her explanation after seeing Louis raising her hand.

"And why can't you beat them up, hand to hand?"

"Because it's suicide and you know it! Also they'll kill us in an instant!" Ooi yelled, knowing that Louis is an idiot ever since they first met.

In Ooi's mind, not only that Louis is an insect that should've been crushed for going near Kitakami (since they introduced), but she's plain stupid to understand the concept of them shipgirls and how they operate.

Ooi then finishes off her explanation: "Thirdly, fuel: we needed those to run well on water with equipment on, so make sure all of us are filled up otherwise some of us will be stuck out in the ocean forever, if you're lucky with the waves. And finally, bauxite: an aluminium that can be used for anything, especially making the food taste better! Now do you understand, Teitoku?"

Louis may not get it, but she finally understands the concept of using resources.

"Oh... Then I'll talk to Kongou in the morning."

"Huh? How are you calm about this!? We have no resources to fight off against the abyssal fleet!" Shouted Inazuma who was now struggling to get Mutsuki off of her.

"I needed some sleep after what happened earlier! Isn't it too much to ask!?" The admiral answered with an exasperated sigh and picked up a megaphone. "I suggest all of you, including the new kanmusu to get back to sleep and those who don't work here, GET OUT!"

Louis, Inazuma, Mutsuki and Ooi are watching the group split and leave the school ground(ish) place and the Sendai trio are heading to their rooms.

To Louis, it's going to be an even massive headache to do all that work by raising all the shipgirls and facing the abyssal fleet at the same time.

Early in the morning in the Admiral's office at 06:35, Louis, who is seated on a chair in front of Kongou and the Sendai trio, stares at Kongou with her bagged eyes after what Naka said earlier.

"Ah-"

"Stop. I know who you are, Kongou class fast battleship Kongou-san, born and created in Britain, and raised and used in Japan, a self proclaimed English-born returnee who recently used up all the resources. Now explain." Louis interrupted.

"Erm, about that: I kinda used up all the resources." Answered Kongou nervously.

"But why!? I was told to save up to send you guys out and fight against the abyssal fleet!" The Admiral then cried, banging her head on the table in depression.

"I didn't know we were low on resources! Also, they're my sisters and you know they're my beloved family!"

"Family, huh." Louis got the 'family' part ever since she left her little brother, meaning she missed messing with him. "But that doesn't change the fact that you used up all my resources without Teitoku's permission. Do I say dismiss?"

"You can say whatever you like, Teitoku." Kongou is helping out since it's her Admiral's second day of working in this base.

"Well… Ahem! You can go out now." Said Louis, letting Kongou off the hook for now.

There's something that Louis forgot to tell Kongou is that she's actually half British-Japanese that had an English heritage from an ancestor.

Louis clears her throat.

"Okay, now that I got the three of you from yesterday or this morning, I would like the three of you to introduce yourselves."

"I'll start. Okay, I'm sorry about my little sister, she's too much to handle, considering that I've been helping her with the lights." The short twintailed brunette chuckles after knowing that the Admiral is too tired to shout at her. "Anyway, Sendai class light cruiser Sendai, if there's a night battle operation, then leave it to me." Grinning as Sendai offers some assistance when it gets dark.

"I'll think about it, Sendai-san. Next." Said Louis.

The second one, a long brunette, took a step forward and took some deep breaths. "If I may, Teitoku, um… I'm the Sendai class light cruiser Jintsuu, and I would appreciate your favour." Saluting and bowing as Jintsuu tried her best to act formally in front of her superiors.

"And I'm the fleet's idol, Sendai class light cruiser Naka-chan! Nice to meet you, Teitoku!" Naka barged as she's the third one to introduce herself towards the Admiral while posing like an idol.

"So you're the kanmusu that woke some of us up. Why am I not surprised." Sighed Louis while taking off her glasses and stroking her baggy eyes.

"Ehh… I'm sorry."

"It's okay. You three can go now." Louis also lets the Sendai sisters off the hook after being built and recruited to be a part of the crew.

Now what she has left are 354 steel, 554 fuel, 54 ammo and 162 bauxite which took 2 hours, 42 minutes of those resources to recharge in order to go against the abyssal fleet.

"Perfect. Let's hope that's enough for the mission, and then continue on my scrapping plan." Louis never forgets her main goal so no one can go against her.

The Admiral then pokes a damaged yet stable microphone and speaks out: [This is Teitoku speaking, our schedule or our first mission takes place at the uh… 'Sea in front of the naval base!' Yeah, that's it! Anyway, you girls prepare yourselves at 0700, thank you. Second day and I hate my job so much!]

Later at 06:50, a group of shipgirls are lining up together at the indoor docking area, already prepared with their equipment and looking straight at the outdoor ocean while Louis is holding a notepad to see if they're all here.

"Okay, so we got Inazuma, Mutsuki, Sendai, Naka, Jintsuu, Kitakami, Ooi, and Kongou. Since you girls are all prepared, those who go out on their first mission should be… Inazuma!"

"Nanodesu!" Inazuma replied.

"Mutsuki!"

"Nyash!" Mutsuki replied.

"Kitakami!"

"Okay!" Kitakami replied.

"Ooi!"

"Really!? I get to work with Kitakami-chan!?" Ooi gasped with excitement.

"It's great isn't it, Ooi-cchi." Kitakami grinned towards Ooi after being accepted to join in on their first mission.

"Jintsuu!" Louis continued.

"Eh!? I'll do my best!" Jintsuu replied.

"And Naka!"

"You know it! Naka-chan's ready to beat up those abyssals!" Naka finally replied but with excitement.

"Wait, what?" Kongou had become dumbfounded after knowing that her name's not on the list.

"Kongou-san, you and I needed a talk in my office. And Sendai-san, I'm sorry about not sending you out to battle." Louis apologised.

Sendai sighed with a little disappointment.

"It's okay. Ah well, back to training I go. Good luck out there, Jintsuu-chan, Naka-chan!" Wishing her sisters luck as Sendai put up one of her thumbs to her sisters.

"Onee-chan… Thank you!" Naka cried tears of joy after hearing her sister's wish for luck.

"Thank you, onee-san." Jintsuu reacted the same way but more quieter and put her hand to her own chest.

"Come on, Kongou-san." Louis pushes Kongou all the way back inside, so she won't get in the way of those getting prepared, followed by Sendai.

"But, but…" Stuttered as Kongou tried to make a complaint.

"No buts. I'm Teitoku, and what I say goes! Geez, being the leader is hard." Louis sighed.

Every shipgirls who're chosen to do this mission are set, waiting for the signal but are without one thing they need for deployment.

"Ready?" Louis called while looking at her phone.

And finally, it's 07:00.

Fuel: 562 - 532

Ammo: 62 - 32

Steel: 362 - 332

Bauxite: 187 - 157

"BEGIN!" Shouted the Admiral.

"LET'S GO!" Cheered Naka.

6 shipgirls are starting their engines, releasing their anchors and boosting their way to freedom, meaning it's the beginning of an old tale where they used to fight the abyssal fleet, just like old times.

[World 1-1: Sea in Front of the Naval Base

Mission start!]

Behind the group are a couple of girls running and stopped by the fence in exhaustion.

"They finally deployed!" Harusame pants after all that sprinting and camping.

"Well let's go after them, poi!" Yuudachi jumped through the fence and dashed towards the docking area.

"Wait! We need to see Teitoku!"

"Huh? Why, poi?"

"Because… If you're sure that Teitoku is a bad person, then I'll be the one to judge." Harusame has gotten serious, especially when they're in a situation where their friends are getting themselves killed.

"Nee-chan… Then let's split up!" Said Yuudachi with a smile.

"Eh?"

"You'll go inside the building and see Teitoku, I'll catch up with the others before they sink, poi!"

"I see. Please don't sink, okay."

"I won't, nee-chan, poi!" Yuudachi then released her limiters and instantly equipped her ship parts by jumping on the ocean and zoomed all the way to the same destination Inazuma and the others went.

"Be careful, Yuudachi nee-san." Harusame then sprints towards the entrance in order to see the Admiral.

Even without Shigure, they're still determined to save their friends and comrades.
