Emmett POV:

I jumped in my car after walking out of Rosalie's house. I was still in shock at what happened. I had fucked Rosalie Hale and it was the best feeling ever. The question was how would we make it through dinner without anything finding out what had happened. Would one of us purposely start an argument to make it known that everything is normal? Would we just not talk? Would someone catch onto us if we were nervous around each other?

There were so many questions running through my mind as I drove. I needed to get home and shower. I didn't want to wash her scent off of me, but I was a sweaty mess. I wondered how she was feeling now that things were said and done. Her telling me to go didn't bother me. I knew that would be part of the deal. The sex was done and we weren't going to talk about it. But I wondered if the sex had been so good that she didn't want it to be a one-time thing.

Rosalie POV:

Emmett had left and I was still laying on my bed. My mind and body were in shock. Was I expecting good sex? Yeah, but I wasn't expecting mind blowing sex. How the hell was I going to ensure this stayed a one and done thing. I wasn't going to give him the pleasure of more than one time, but god, he knew exactly how to use his fingers, his hands, his body.

I sat up and groaned. My body was already sore from this event. Awesome. I walked to the bathroom looking into the mirror, checking for any obvious signs of pleasure. I had a small sign of finger prints on my hips, and a hickey on my boob. I rolled my eyes and got into the shower. I had an hour to make myself presentable and normal. Nobody could find out about this little meeting Emmett and I had.

I arrived at Alice's house and didn't seen Emmett's car. This was a good sign. This game me time to get a little intoxicated before seeing his face again. I had wondered if I left any markings on him. How would he hide them? Would he even try or would he want people to guess who he'd slept with this time? I shook the thoughts out of my head. I'm here to have a good time. I turned off the car, grabbed my bottle of wine and walked to the door. Alice opened it, smiling bright at me.

"Hungover as hell and still so beautiful. How do you do it?", she smiled as I made my way up the stairs.

I smiled, laughing a little. "Ali, you look so much better than I do. I'm on my deathbed right now".

We made our way inside and I said hi to Jasper, Edward and Bella. Everyone cracked jokes about me being alive and not murdering Emmett. I laughed along, just letting things be. They didn't have to know how my morning went.

I walked to the kitchen and put the wine away in the fridge. "Is your mom bringing her amazing red velvet cake?", I turned and asked Alice.

"Yeah. I think so, at least. She mentioned bringing a dessert and also some macaroni and cheese.", She replied as she mashed some potatoes.

"Yum.", I responded just as I heard a laugh. Oh no. He was here. I bit my lip as I sat at the counter, trying to come up with anything to avoid talking to him. "So, when do you find out the gender?", I asked curiously.

"Hopefully in 2 weeks. The baby is stubborn though. I think he or she gets that my side of the family.", she chuckled. She wasn't wrong there. Alice was pretty stubborn, but Emmett was so much worse.

I smiled at her. "I'm so excited for you two. I really hope you have a little girl".

"Me too! I have a feeling it'll be a girl and I'm hoping my intuition is right.". Just at that time, Emmett came into the kitchen.

"There's my little sister", He laughed and hugged Alice. With him facing me and Alice unable to see his face, he winked at me. Goddammit, was he really going to start this already? He let go off Alice and gave a small smile to me, "Rosalie.".

"Emmett.", I responded. I wasn't going to let him get to me that quickly. He walked to the fridge and grabbed a beer. Both of us watching each other, but losing eye contact when the others came into the kitchen. I started fidgeting with my nails. "I'm going to get some air. I'm not feeling so good.", I said as I stood up, walking to the backyard. I sat in the lawn chair putting my head in my hands. I was feeling slightly nauseous and it was because of Emmett. "I hate him. I hate him. I hate him.", I whispered to myself as a reminder. I took a deep breath and contained myself.

I walked back inside and see Carlisle and Esme in the kitchen. "Rose! Hello! How are you?", Esme smiled at me as she hugged me. I hugged her back, wincing as she lightly squeezed me.

"I'm doing good. How are you?", I smiled at her. Esme and Carlisle were the sweetest. Back when Alice and I were in college, they allowed up to completely take over the kitchen table and do homework. They would provide us with one glass of wine and a bunch of snacks and gave us privacy. They would occasionally look over our lesson plans, mainly Esme since she was a retired teacher.

"So, Emmett. How are things going at the firm?", Carlisle asked. Emmett took a seat at the table and took a sip of his beer.

"It's pretty busy right now. I have 3 clients all for serious crimes so I've been working late most nights. I also have meetings nearly daily with other clients who are minor and don't need as much attention", He replied.

"It's a busy time in all professions, it seems like", Carlisle replied as he gave me a hug. "And you, Rose. How are your kiddos?".

"They're good. Learning a ton and getting ready for first grade", I smiled at him.

"They have an amazing teacher. Both your kids and Ali's. They're so blessed to have you two!".

"They got the best of the best", Emmett piped in, smiling at me.

I could just feel the blood rushing to my cheeks. 'Stop, Rose. People are gonna notice', I told myself just in time for Alice to announce that lunch was ready. As the men made plates for their wives, Emmett made his own plate and I went to the fridge to get my wine.

Esme and Carlisle had gone. Carlisle had gotten called into work for a surgery. Dinner had went decent. I ate two plates of macaroni and cheese and didn't talk much. No one suspected anything, which was good. I stood up from my seat to take everyone's empty plates to the sink. I started with mine. Jasper made a comment about the baseball game being on and the boys headed to the living room. As soon as they were gone, Alice looked at me.

"So, what's going on with you?", Alice asked.

"Uh, what do you mean?", I questioned. Did they notice me blushing earlier? Could they tell when I popped my fingers, it meant that I was so turned on and couldn't do shit about it?

"Between you and my brother, silly. You two are hiding something", She smirked before piecing things together. "You slept with my brother, didn't you!?", She exclaimed.

"Shut it!", I said loudly not even caring that I was trying to get her to be quiet. "Nothing happened.", I lied and lowered my voice. "Nothing happened with Emmett!".

"Rose, I put it all together", she giggled. "The sexual tension is crazy high, he has a hickey and scratches all over his neck. You're walking funny, you're blushing, and at one point, you were watching him very closely. I mean, if you did sleep with him, cool. I don't care. I don't want the details. I just want you happy".

I sighed. "It was a one-time thing. I will never ever sleep with him again, let alone being in a room alone with him", I replied.

Bella laughed. "Oh, Rosie. You think it's a one-time thing? The tension during lunch says it'll be a multiple-time thing".

I became flustered. "Hm, no. No, no, no.". This would definitely be a one-time thing. We tried it out, it was great, and now it was done. "We're done with this conversation.", I took a sip of my wine.

Emmett POV:

I sat with the boys watching the game when I heard a faint voice say "You slept with my brother, didn't you!?". My body froze and I heard Rose say "shut it!".

I laid my head back against the couch, waiting on Edward and Jasper to catch on and begin questioning me over it.

"Wait, did I just hear Ali ask Rose if she slept with you?", Jasper asked.

"Uh, you heard that. But nothing happened. I took her home, cleaned her up and left.", I partially lied. We both agreed that it was one time and we weren't going to talk about it. I was going to stick to my end. If they figured it out, it was on them. But I wasn't going to flat out say it.

"Liar. You think no one noticed that hickey behind your ear or the scratches on your neckline. She fucked you good, didn't she?", Edward laughed.

I smirked. "She rocked my world, dude.", I finally admitted. "But you can't tell your wives that you know. It was a one-time thing and it isn't happening ever again.".

"It'll happen again", Edward replied. "Bella and I tried to have that one-time only thing. Just to try something new. Now look at us. We're married.".

"Nope. Not happening for us. But hey, let's just drop it. Act like you don't know anything.", I requested. The last thing I wanted was for Rosalie to think I casually told them. "So, anyways, you think Boston will win today?", I asked, changing the subject.

"I don't know. We need to help you get a ring for Rosalie though.", Jasper chuckled, changing back to the dreaded topic.

"Yeah, sure. A promise ring stated we're never sleeping with each other again.", I went along with the joke.

The boys would never let me live this down. I wondered if Rose was being tortured with jokes like I was.

Opinions? Will it be just a one-time thing?
