I arrived at the investigation site within 5 minutes luckily the kid didn't move around at all he was completely knocked out. The ambulance hadn't arrived yet which is good I wanted to search the kid anyway to see if I can find his name. When I parked at the investigation site Tio, Manako and the head of the investigation site came to greet me. Manako seems to have just finished her investigation and came over here to see what I found. when I exited the car the head of the site immediately hounded me on who I found.
"You said you found a kid right where is he?" (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer)
When he asked I immediately open the driver's side back seat for them to see a knocked-out sweaty teenager in the back of my car!
"...Did you tranquilize him? Dammit Smith they're too strong to be used on humans!" (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer)
"Wait hold up I did not tranquilize him! I think he had a heat stroke I don't know how long hes been out there!" (Smith)
"H-How did he even get out there?" Manako asked shyly.
"He doesn't remember." (Smith)
"Bullcrap." (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer)
"No I believed him on that part, but I what don't believe what he was doing before he was in the forest." (Smith)
"Which is?" (Tio)
"Hanging out with friends in Akihabara." (Smith)
"That doesn't sound too far-fetched." (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer)
"Doesn't matter, if what this kid said is true then he's under my jurisdiction." (Smith)
"All power to y'all I still have the south side of the forest to worry about. If you need anything regarding the kid just ask. The ambulance will be here soon that's just what happens when you stop traffic." (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer) He said as he walked away happy that he didn't have to write paperwork on this.
"Tio help me get him out of the car." I commanded her.
"Why? If the poor baby had a heat-stroke wouldn't a cooler environment be best for him?" (Tio)
"We need to search him I want to finish it before the ambulance gets here and takes him." (Smith)
"D-Do you think he's somehow involved in this?" (Manako)
"With what he said in the car it's a possibility." (Smith)
"Allrighty then." (Tio)
Tio then approached the car easily picking up the teenager in a bridal carry-like style before gently putting him down on the ground.
"D-Did you get his name?" Manako asked as she was going through his pockets.
"No, it was going to be my next question though." (Smith)
Tio was busy taking off his dress shirt to make sure there were no hidden compartments in it. He is dressed as if it's winter he had another shirt on but this time it was just a white T-shirt. When the dress shirt was fully off we noticed some contraption strapped to his left hand.
"What is that?" Tio asked.
Manako raised his hand to examine the contraction looking at it from all sides before responding. "I wouldn't be able to tell you what it's made out of but I think it might be a grappling hook." Manako often becomes excited when dealing with tech.
"...A grappling hook?" (Smith) I don't know what to say to that, that was the last thing I expected to find on him.
"I don't think he can use it if he doesn't have super strength. It might greatly injure him or completely take off his arm considering that I can't even make out what it's made out of." (Manako)
Tio then looked at me with a confused yet worried expression. I don't know what she wants me to say other than continue the search and take it off. The grappling hook was easy to take off it was attached to him via 4 leather-looking straps.
"Should we send this to the lab?" Manako asked.
"Yeah I'm interested in what it's made out of." (Smith)
We were about to continue before Tio interrupted. "Should I send his wristwatch to the lab as well it doesn't look like anything special."
"Might as well it might not be one." Although I did hear ticking from it I just need to make sure. After I responded to Tio she tossed the watch over to Manako.
We continued our search, I found his wallet in his back pocket. Luckily his ID, school ID and school train pass were in it...Haha, Kurusu Akira small world...2004?! Shouldn't he be 8 or 9?!... I didn't wanna believe he came from 2020 but this is a state-issued ID I have seen a lot of fake ones this one is not fake...Damnit. He wasn't lying when he said he was in Shujin I haven't seen many school IDs but this one doesn't look fake either. As I was going through his wallet Manako called out to me.
"Um..Ms. Smith I found something.." (Manako)
"What is it?" I asked as I looked at her, she raised some journal.
"A-A state-issued juvenile probation journal.." (Manako)
"What?!" (Tio/Smith) She nearly dropped it after we screamed. With his glasses, he looks too much of a geek to commit a crime.
"Let me see it." (Smith) She handed it to me pretty quickly. I took a looked inside the end cover of the book to find a barcode. If you scan it at a police precinct it'll identify who the book belongs to. There's no Ifs, ands or buts about it it's a probation journal.
"I'm gonna read the first few entries in the journal to see if I can understand anything about him. tell me if you guys find anything else, and get a blood test done to see if he's human." (Smith) They both nodded and continued the search last I saw Tio was taking off his glasses and shirt. I heard murmurs of "A hidden ikemen" and "Oh my". I went to lean on my car as I read.

I originally received this on the 10th Sojiro forgot to give it to me probably trying to get used to my presence. Should I write one for the 9th? I'm not sure so I'm just going to go ahead and write one.
When I got off the train I had trouble finding Sojiros house so I asked an officer that was in the area he was nice enough to tell me where it was at. When I got there, no one was home, a mailman was there luckily trying to deliver a package he said I could find him at his cafe he owns somewhere in the back streets of Yogen-Jaya. Again I had trouble finding his Cafe so I asked the same officer he seemed a little annoyed with constant questions but in the end, still told me where it was at.
When I arrived at his Cafe an elderly couple was finishing up their cup of coffee. After they left he started grilling me I'm not surprised though I am a 'criminal' he's completely on the defensive again I'm not surprised. I'm not staying in his house but a dirty attic in the cafe at least it's big though. The best thing about it is that he won't here at night so maybe I'll throw a party... Yeah, I know bad joke I can't be kicked out now.
I spent the afternoon and most of the evening cleaning it up. I still have more work to do though, I'm gonna half to get rid of this ladder later. He complimented me on the work I've done when he came to check up on me I didn't think he was a bad guy just worried for himself. I went to bed after he closed up shop I was exhausted from the train and cleaning up.

I had a weird dream last night probably the weirdest dream I've ever had. I'm going to chalk to what I've experienced for the last few days. It was all about me being in a prison or a jail chained up in my room. The people there were completely creepy too first there was the old man with a long nose with bloodshot eyes calling himself the master of a set of twins that we're acting like the wardens. Claiming that I was a 'prisoner of fate' that I had to go through 'Rehabilitation' to avoid 'Certain Ruin'. I'm sorry I really shouldn't use this as a dream journal that's not what this is for.
Sojiro drove me to meet my teachers today at Shujin he was only going to do it today tho and said that I would have to take the train starting tomorrow that bodes well. God the principal was such a dick that I don't even bother to remember his name. My homeroom teacher Kawakami was all right but I'm positive she's afraid of me. But I'm not surprised I'm more surprised the principal own shirt wasn't choking him out considering how fat he was. Even Sojiro was commenting how everyone was giving me the 'cold shoulder' after we left.
The car ride back to the cafe was longer than we both expected. A train accident completely derailed from the tracks earlier today 80 people were involved. Sojiro said that there were a lot of accidents lately he said that a 15-year-old girl died earlier that week. When we finally arrived at the cafe the sun was already down being in a trapped environment with him wasn't all that fun. When I went up to my room Sojiro soon followed me up there to give me this journal. After I flip the closed sign to the cafe I went to bed, Sojiro called me because he forgot to do it.

Who thought this would happen I go-
"Hey, Smith we finished our search and found something weird.." Tio said as she approached me.
"What's up?" (Smith)
"It's his phone." (Tio)
"What about it." (Smith)
"It doesn't exist." (Tio)
"What do ya mean?" (Smith)
She then reached inside her pocket and pulled out his phone she showed me the back of it. it read Samsung near the top of it while the bottom it read Galaxy S10 Plus. I grabbed the phone from her I flipped it to the front of the phone and pressed the power button. His locked screen was a picture of 4 girls his age in kimonos.
"And it's locked." (Smith)
"Yeah Manako already tried. Found out anything about him?" (Tio)
"Not much other than he lived somewhere in Yogen-Jaya." (Smith)
"That's better than nothing." (Tio)
Manako then approached us. "I've got a blood sample.. Can I have your keys to put him in the car?"
"Sure." I said handing her my keys. I then moved to the hood of the car as Tio follows. Manako starts the car first then she opens the driver-side back seat.
"Do you want me to start looking for his parents?" (Tio)
"Even if you did I don't think you would find them." (Smith)
"Then what do you want me to do?" (Tio) We then heard murmurs from Manako complaining that he's heavier than he looks.
"I'll look into face and name recognition for now. If that doesn't lead to a dead-end then you can go ahead and look for his parents." (Smith)
"What? I don't understand isn't it usually the other way around?" (Tio)
"Usually but-"
"Ahhh!'
Manako let out a scream Tio and I rushed to the back seat to see what had happened. I thought he woke up but what we found instead was hilarious. Manako was pinned in the back seats of the car with half the naked teen on top of her. The kid had fallen on her what's worse is that it looked completely... Questionable pose. He fell more towards her left side completely crossing their legs as their legs hang out of the car.
"Having fun Mana?" Tio asked trying to hold in a chuckle.
"Nooo get him off!" Manako said with the redist face she could make while tears were coming out of her eye..
"You carry around a CheyTac Intervention M200 yet you can't handle a teen?" (Smith)
"He's heavier than he looks! He's nothing but muscle." She quietly muttered the last part thinking we couldn't hear her.
"Smith I don't think she wants our help." (Tio)
"She doesn't but-"
"What happened over here?" Doppel asked as she approached.
"Help me..." She said quietly about to lose consciousness herself.
"Behahaha Mana I didn't know you like younger men. Smith let me use your phone I need to send a pic to Bina!" At this point, Manako has already lost consciousness.
"What happened to yours?" I asked as I got out my phone.
"I dropped it." (Doppel)
"Please tell me not in the toilet again?" I asked. She then snatched the phone out of my hand.
"If you don't wanna know don't ask." (Doppel) She said as she was taking multiple pictures.
I turned to look at Tio to ask her something. "Where's the blood sample?" She and I slowly turned our heads to Manako and the kid.
"*Exhale* We better help her." (Smith)
"Just a few more pics." Doppel asked with puppy dog eyes.
"Why? Its the same picture but with different angles." (Smith)
"It's blackmail material." Doppel said with no hesitation.
"For who? The kid or Mana?" (Tio)
"Yes!" (Doppel)
"This is getting us nowhere. Tio get Manako out of that car so the kid can rest." (Smith)
"Ok!" Tio had easily pushed the teen aside and pulled Manako out of the car. She then shut the door so the AC could circulate throughout the car.
Click*
Tio and my head turned to look at the car that made that sound.
"K-Kuroko?" (Tio)
"No...Don't you dare say it." (Smith)
"...Should I break the window?" (Tio)
"...No I'll just call Triple A." (Smith)
"What about the ambulance?" (Doppel)
"...I guess we'll have to break the window..." (Smith)
"...What an amazing day." (Doppel)
"Doppel?" (Smith)
"Yeah?" (Doppel)
"Shut the hell up." (Smith)
After 10 minutes had passed Zombina had shown up she had finished the investigation on the south side of the forest. Doppel excitedly showed her all the pics she took of Manako and the kid funny enough it was just enough noise to wake her up.
"God I have ta work and miss this?!" (Bina)
"It's not funny!" (Manako)
"It is a bit! I didn't think you'd get so close to a man!" (Bina)
Manako couldn't say anything as she covered her face with her hand and into a feeder position trying to hide.
"Listen I know we all I want to make fun of you but where's his blood?" (Smith)
She waited a long moment before she responded."...I already gave it to the head of the site not too long before I went to help him."
"Alright then it shouldn't be too long till we find out what he is." (Smith)
"I thought he was human?" (Brina)
"...Most likely he's a human but I wanna know if he has any magic in his blood to see if he's the cause of this." (Smith)
In this day and age, the only way to determine if a liminal has magic is via a blood test. The experimental team or Lab has created a radar to pick magic up but It can't determine one particular source.
"Even if he has magic I don't believe a human could cause this." (Zombina)
"It could be different from where he's from." (Smith)
"You mean when?" (Tio)
"No, when I tried asking him about liminals he had no idea what I was talking about." (Smith)
"Wait, when?" (Zombina)
"Smith thinks he could be a time traveler." (Tio)
Zombina and Doppel turn their heads towards Tio then immediately towards me.
"That would explain his phone and ID." Manako muttered softly.
"... I never outright said it but I don't think he's a true time traveler because I asked him if he recognizes the word liminal and he didn't." (Smith)
"Could be the effects of the heatstroke." (Bina)
"I don't even know if he has a heat stroke at this point." (Smith)
The head of the investigation site had walked over.
"Hey guys the ambulance is here." (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer) He said as he pointed at where it was at. I saw the paramedics taking out the stretcher.
"What about his blood test?" (Smith)
"We don't have the equipment to test it here." (Cultural Exchange Security Squad Officer)
"Of course we don't." (Smith)
"Seems like nothing's going our way today." Manako muttered barely audible.
"Tio break the window to get him out." (Smith)
She nodded then walk to the front seat door of the car hitting the window with her elbow shattering it completely then using the console to unlock the doors. I immediately guided the paramedics to the kid, after he was loaded into the ambulance I directed them to take him to the nearest hospital which was Saitama Northern Hospital sadly he couldn't go alone because he was underage so I had to go with him. The head of the investigation site said that he would take the girls back to HQ so I had to trust his word that he would.
