3. Rewrite Notice

I'll make this quick.

I'm currently in the process of rewriting the two chapters that exist of this story, chiefly by splitting each of them in half so they're not so... unwieldy. I thought that it'd be easier and quicker to write 5,000 word chapters instead of 9,000 word ones. Considering it took me two weeks to write the second chapter that's probably not true. I remember when I could do nearly 10,000 words a day. Now I struggle with 500. Of course I also never tried editing, I just threw chapters out there minutes after being done, which I am now.

Anyway, this is to let you know that when I eventually update this fic for real in maybe a month it will be with the rewritten chapters up to the point in the story it currently is, Shinji waking up in the Gantz room, plus one new one, Shinji probably talking with everybody and starting the first Hunt. So if you get a pair of updates in quick succession jump to the fifth chapter. It should basically be the same story. Except Shinji has a camel and the world is way more post-apocalyptic.

If you do want to read the currently rewritten chapters, basically chapter one but with 3,000 extra words, as they are finished then you can do so at Archive of Your Own. The story and my profile names are the same.
