When a human being from the Quadwal cluster is chosen by Primus and the Dynasty of the Primes to be the Guardian and Recreator of the Allspark Cube in the Tyran cluster, a lot of good and bad things are bound to happen. Will Cuervosplicer and his new army of Autobots help Optimus Prime's Autobot army emerge victorious? Rated T for violence and death.

3. Bumblebee vs Barricade

Chapter 3: Bumblebee vs. Barricade.

(Author's notes: In this chapter, Bumblebee will deal with Barricade while Cuervosplicer handles Frenzy.

I'll be honest. I was hoping that my troops would meet us at the location where we would meet Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Jazz and Ironhide.

But apparently, they wanted to provide backup just in case any more Decepticons showed up to back up Barricade and Frenzy.

Once my troops and I made our way to the spot where Bumblebee was to do battle with Barricade, we turned off our engines/afterburners and waited for Bumblebee's signal.

I couldn't even believe Barricade found Sam. I guess Magnastatic's efforts weren't enough.

About two and a half hours later, it was getting nearly – and I do mean nearly late, but our patience paid off as Bumblebee came speeding in our direction, honking his horn.

Once Bumblebee ejected his passengers and transformed to robot mode, we revealed ourselves and transformed to robot mode as well.

Though slightly taken off-guard, Barricade's forward momentum didn't stop as he transformed to robot mode and tried to take Bumblebee down with a flying forward flip kick.

Emphasis on TRIED TO, as Knoutlash blasted him with his Missile Barrage Attack.

Though slightly damaged, Barricade's stance showed us he wasn't gonna go down so easily, even with the odds against him.

So, he focused his attention on each and every one of us, as he had Frenzy take care of Sam and Mikaela.

That was a mistake on Barricade's part, as he didn't know that I had disappeared to take care of Frenzy.

Because Frenzy was smaller, he thought it would be easier for him to use his height to his advantage, just so he could get the drop on me and pull a fast one.

Oh, but he was so wrong.

I managed to get him pinned down long enough to rip his spark out of his chest armor and I crushed it.

Once I was finished with the Decepticon spy who had the audacity to attack Air Force One to hack into the military network, I felt satisfied that I got payback for the endangerment of President George Bush, Jr, as he was onboard Air Force One when Frenzy attacked.

Adlerwheel came up to me and said, "Dude, we just helped Bumblebee trample Barricade!"

I stated, "Excellent work, Adlerwheel. But make sure Barricade stays down."

Adlerwheel saluted me as he made his way back towards Barricade.

Once I followed Adlerwheel, we both made sure Barricade wouldn't be able to repair himself for a good while.

We all reunited with Bumblebee as we made our way to Sam and Mikaela.

I could hear the same conversation, even if the words were slightly altered because Bumblebee wasn't alone this time.

The dialogue was as follows between Sam and Mikaela, and I quote: "What are they?" "They're robots. But like, uh, kind of different. You know, like super advanced robots. They're probably Japanese. Yeah, they're probably Japanese." "What are you doing?" "I don't think they want to hurt us. They would've done that already if that was the case." "Really? Well, do you speak robot? Because they just had, like, a giant droid death match, and the one with the bat wings ripped out the core of the smaller one." "I think the one that turns into my car wants something from me." "What?" "Well, that's because the other one was asking me about my eBay page." "You are the strangest boy I have ever met."

Sam then asks Bumblebee and me, "Can you guys talk?"

I answered, "Yes, we can talk. If you're curious about the light my friend shone towards the sky the other night, that was a beacon calling our allies to come down to the planet."

Mikaela asks, "So, you and your friends are alien robots?"

Beetlewing answers, "Yes, but technically, the police car robot and his little spy, they're not our friends."

Talonfeather suddenly said, "Guys, we have two hours before our friends land."

Bumblebee stated, "Well, then, we got enough time to tell them everything."

I looked over at Rigskipper and Magnastatic and said, "Make sure that Barricade isn't pretending to be in stasis."

Sam asks me, "Who's Barricade?"

Bumblebee replies for me, "Barricade is the robot we fought, the one that turns into a police cruiser."

Mikaela asks me, "What are you guys?"

I answered thoroughly, "We're a race of sentient robots called Transformers. We're a race of living robots with the ability to take on different appearances, such as vehicles, weapons, every day objects, wild animals, dinosaurs and dragons. Even though our bodies are made of Durabyllium steel, one of the strongest metals in the galaxy forged on our home planet, we Transformers still share the same thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams that most human beings do. All Transformers come in countless shapes and sizes. Some Transformers, like Barricade's partner, Frenzy, are tiny. Others are huge, and some, like our god, Primus, are truly gigantic."

Sam asks me, "So, how do you Transformers transform anyway?"

I replied, "We Transformers have a special organ in our bodies called a transformation cog. It allows us to scan our new forms, it allows us to transform if needed, and it allows us to access our integrated weapons."

Mikaela then inquires, "Okay, and what do your people transform into in terms of vehicles?"

I responded, "We Transformers turn into cars, trucks, motorcycles, construction equipment, tanks, jeeps, fighter jets, passenger planes, helicopters, and speedboats in terms of vehicles. Some subgroups of Transformers prefer to take on the form of wild animals, dinosaurs and dragons."

Sam then asks, "Okay, and what planet do you guys come from?"

I answered, "The majority of the Transformers race hails from a giant, metallic planet we call Cybertron. However, me and about four hundred and sixteen of my friends, minus Bumblebee and the remaining majority, are actually not from this universe."

Mikaela asks, "What? What do you mean by that?"

Cornejaclaw answered for me, "The thing is, about four hundred and seventeen of us were once human beings from another dimension similar to this one, only the race of Transformers are works of fiction. The universal cluster we come from is called the Quadwal cluster. Every bit of Transformers, including every human ally of the protagonists, are fictional."

Mikaela asks uneasily, "Um, are we really... fictional?"

Rigskipper answered, "In our home dimension in the Quadwal cluster, you guys are fictional. But here, you're all real, I can assure you."

Mikaela sighs in relief.

I continued, "But the thing is, the reason why we had to fight Barricade is because, for approximately four million years, Cybertron's population has been plagued by endless warfare between the heroic Autobots, who fought for freedom and equality, and the warmongering Decepticons, who dreamt of ruling Cybertron and the universe with an iron fist. And they literally outright murder anyone who gets in their way. You see, Cybertron was once a powerful empire after the beginning of time. But then, the leader of Cybertron's military, Megatron, started to wage a war for control of the Allspark Cube, an ancient source of power capable of bringing new Transformers to life. And so began the war between Autobots and Decepticons. Any Autobots and disillusioned Decepticons who defied Megatron were either murdered or imprisoned. In a gambit to prevent Megatron from abusing the power of the Allspark Cube, the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime, ejected the Allspark from Cybertron and sent it to a distant corner of the galaxy. Megatron followed it to the Arctic Circle in 1895, only to be frozen by the extreme cold of the North Pole. The Arctic Circle was where Amundsen Witwicky found him."

Sam remarked, "My great-great-grandfather."

Tube Sleek continued for me, "It was an accident that intertwined our species' respective fates. You see, because Megatron was frozen before he could retrieve the Allspark Cube, he crash-landed underneath the area where Amundsen and his crew were exploring. Amundsen stumbled upon the Decepticon leader, and accidentally activated Megatron's navigation system. The resulting light from Megatron's red eyes burned the coordinates for the Allspark's location on the lenses of Amundsen's glasses, and the same light rendered him permanently blind."

Mikaela asked us again, "What happened to Sam's ancestor after that?"

I replied again, "Amundsen was sent to an asylum to be shut up by a secret organization called the Order Of The Witwiccans, whose mission is to prevent the entire world from ever discovering the true existence of the Transformers on Earth so as to prevent worldwide panic. Amundsen spent his remaining days in an asylum without anyone caring enough to help him with his blindness. Anyway, in 1913, a secret American government agency called Sector Seven found the Allspark and Megatron. To keep the two a secret, President Herbert Hoover formally created Sector Seven and had the Hoover Dam built as Sector Seven's headquarters and had the two of them transferred there. In the years that followed, Sector Seven studied Megatron's robotic body and reverse-engineered it to create all of the modern machines of the world."

Sam and Mikaela were stunned speechless and outright enraged at the treatment of Sam's ancestor.

I continued, "Anyway, the reason why there was never an attack on the Hoover Dam to cover up was because the Allspark Cube's energy signature was concealed by four football fields' worth of lead and concrete to prevent any Autobot or Decepticon from finding it. And upon finding out about the Cube's ability to bring Earth machines to life, Sector Seven experimented with the Allspark's power to test its capabilities."

Sam and Mikaela were so shocked that they couldn't keep from leaving their mouths open.

Spinsting continued, "But that's not all. Just this year in the Quadwal cluster, the company responsible for the creation of the Transformers franchise made a series of live-action movies going five movies in total with the timeline in the twenty-first century spanning twelve years. We happen to have memorized every detail of the movies, starting with this year's first movie."

Sam asked me, "So, do you intend to help your new fellow Autobots in the war against the Decepticons?"

I answered, "Yes, but bear in mind that our respective foreknowledge can easily be abused by Sector Seven, anti-Autobot bureaucrats in the government, the Decepticons, and government people who might want both Autobots and Decepticons dead if any of them were to find out what we know. So, therefore, we'll have to be extra careful."

Just then, Aerostain tells me, "Cuervosplicer, we got fifteen minutes until Optimus Prime and the others arrive."

I stated, "Okay, but first, Bumblebee needs a different vehicle mode."

Beetlewing projected an image of a 2009 Camaro in Bumblebee's colors for Bumblebee to scan.

Bumblebee scans it and transforms to his new vehicle mode.

Mikaela and Sam enter the new Camaro as we all transform to vehicle mode.

Soon, we were all on our way to the landing site.

(One half-hour later...)

We finally got to the landing site, and it was eight o'clock in the evening.

Once we settled down, we saw twenty-six Cybertronian meteors descending towards specific parts of the surrounding area.

Once one of them landed and transformed afterwards, we immediately saw that this one was Ratchet.

Soon, we started to get twenty-six Autobot readings across the city.

Once the other four Autobots made landfall, they each scanned their own vehicle modes.

They're getting ready to rendezvous with Bumblebee.

However, what was concerning was that their scout had encountered an army of unknown Autobots, amounting to two thousand, seven hundred and seventy-three in total.

Still, even Optimus Prime supposed that with the help of these numerous new Autobots, they can end the war against the Decepticons sooner.

Omake number 1: Starscream calls for backup to arrive in thirteen days.

In his vehicle mode of a Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor fighter jet, Starscream stood silent as he activated his transmitter as silently as possible, thankful that he can't be detected by humans.

The second-in-command of the Decepticon Army and the Air Commander of the Decepticon Seekers chortled to himself, being extra careful not to drool in vehicle mode as it could draw unwanted attention.

Activating his long-distance Decepticon transmitter without being detected, Starscream said in Cybertronian dialect, "This is Starscream, calling Decepticon Seeker Squad Delta. Calling Apeguard. Optimus continues his transmission, "Aerialbots, I have an executive order for you to carry out. You are to rendezvous with any Autobot reinforcements that might arrive on Earth in thirteen orbital cycles from now. Once you have made landfall, you are to scan this planet's non-sentient aircraft. Under NO circumstances are you to reveal yourselves to anyone who are not Autobots. Understood?"

Everyone on the other side of the transmission replies, "Yes sir!"

Optimus ends the transmission and drives off to the meeting site.
