Meeting the mom.

[ Luffy's pov ]

Nami and I just finished our run ending near Bell-mères house. As she turned to me I asked. "I know you wanted to go swimming but I think there might be something else you might like better." Watching her get a confused look. I walked to the storage room beside Bell-mères house, and pulled out some rope. Watching her give me a worried look. Rolling my eyes. "It is for you to hold on. You can tie it around my neck and under my chest to hold on better." I change and allow her to tie the rope. The more she works the more excited she gets. As Nami gets on my back just behind my neck directly above my front shoulders. I see Bell-mère coming out of the field. "Later! " Jumping straight up and flapping my wings.

I hear Bell-mère yelling. "If Nami doesn't come home in one piece seawater won't save me from her wrathful vengeance!" Looking down I see her fist in the air.

Hearing Nami yelling in joy. I turn my head and see her happier than I've ever seen her. 'God she is beautiful.' Looking back forward I am glad eagles can't blush.

Nami asked me. "How did you know I wanted this?"

"Every time I take to the skies you look like your heart is breaking. I figured you wanted to be up here with me. Or be flying yourself." As she gives me a big hug I see her smile. Passing by where we normally go swimming I see Nojiko sitting on a rock skipping stones. Laughing Nami taps my neck wanting in on the joke. "My ears are extremely good. As we left last night Bell-mère told Nojiko to find out how you breathed underwater." Laughing again.

Nami looked shocked. "You think she will tell Bell-mère? Wait is that the real reason why you took me flying" Watching her get depressed.

"No! And don't think like that. You look so happy swimming in the water. And you asked is this what it was like in the air. So I wanted to show you the difference." Feeling her relax and give me another hug. While I am flying I noticed the wind cooperate like never before. Every turn, dive, bank, and even gliding. 'Is this her?' Looking back I see her in a riding position like a jockey. 'She is in heaven right now.' I hardly get tired at all in fact it is almost like I lost no energy at all. As if the wind was carrying me. As we passed over Bell-mère's place I heard her call for lunch. "I think it's time for lunch." Gliding in we landed in the yard. As Nami got off I change back. Just as the ropes hit the ground I am tackled, as I gain my balance Nami kisses me on the lips in front of Bell-mère.

As Bell-mère clears her throat, Nami jumps back blushing hard. "Can you go get washed up Nami I want to talk to Luffy." As Nami gives me a worried look she runs inside. "Well?"

"I was just taking her flying, that's all. I swear."

Bell-mère gives me a look right through me. "I know from what you said at the stream you know about women. So convince this Mother she has nothing to fear."

Getting mad I walked up to her. "I care about Nami. I wouldn't take advantage of her."

Crossing her arms Bell-mère asked. "And if she is willing?"

"I am just a kid. I am not ready. When I come back I don't know. She may not even like me anymore." Felling the tears starting I turn around not able to look at her. "I am not hungry." Running off hearing Bell-mère cry out "I'm sorry." I go to where I swim with Nami. Forgetting Nojiko was there. About to jump in I hear Nojiko cry out. "Wait!" Stopping but not turning around.

Nojiko runs up to me. "What is wrong? Where is Nami?" I am tempted to just dive in but they took me in and have been nice.

I tell her about the conversation with Bell-mère, and Nami's kiss. Then I tell her about how scared I am. Nami will not remember me. And what if it's just a crush. As she comforted me she asked if a swim will make me feel better. I told her yes and she asked if she could come, for company. I agree and tell her how Nami breathed underwater. The kiss was quick but nice then we dive in.

[ time skip ]

[ Nojiko's pov ]

As we walk back to the house. I can't help but feel in awe. The splendor of the water, but more his confidence. He was natural, calm, in control, and sexy. I feel like I am a queen around him.

As we enter I see Bell-mère giving me a glare. "I think you should talk to Nami, young lady." Also she gave Luffy a death glare.

I go to the room and find Nami crying. "What's wrong?" Sitting next to her.

As Nami pulls away she tells me. "You knew I liked him and you kissed him, that's what!"

Realisation hit me. She must have followed us. "Luffy I know about your hearing. Can you come here." When he gets to the door I ask. "Can you go for a long flight we girls need to talk in private." As he nodded and left he told me to wait 10 minutes to be sure. Those were the longest 10 minutes of my life. "Ok Nami I kissed him to go swimming like you but not to take him." As Nami glares at me I continue. "He is scared you will forget about him. Or that you are just having a first crush and some other guy will catch your interest. He did nothing to chase me I promise."

As Nami brightens up and asks. "Really he likes me?" I nod. Then Nami sees me sad and asks. "What aren't you telling me?"

"I kinda fell for him while swimming. I mean he is confident above water but below. Wow." As Nami gave me a death glare I stopped her. "Whait Nami peace I may have a solution." She stopped but still stared. "I have been doing some research on lions, and eagles. Lions have many females called a pride that they care for greatly. And eagles mate for life. If you combine the two his fruit may influence him to need many females, especially with his stamina. And if he mates for life every woman would be special." As I see the gears turning in Nami's head I continue. "Look he isn't ready to go all the way like Bell-mère gave us the talk." As we both shudder. "But neither are we. So let's spend so much time with him that till he comes back we are all he can think about. After all we are sisters and share everything already." Smiling at her.

As I saw Nami's face lighting up she nodded. "Except I get first crack. At him I saw him first." I nod after all as long as I am in I am good.

[ time skip ]

[ Luffy's pov ]

The last week and a half have gone extremely well. I was in shock to see the two getting along so well at first when I came back, but now it feels natural. I can only take one up at a time flying, because I am scared of them falling. I always find it easier with Nami. Like the wind knows what we need. I feel no difference with Nojiko except extra weight. However I have learned to never tell a woman that. We are currently swimming over a ship. Both girls have taken to making the kisses lasting long as they can even slip their tongue in sometimes. I am finding I really like it.

All of a sudden I feel something coming at me extremely fast. Pushing Nojiko out of the way I am tackled and sent backwards over 200 yards. Hearing Nami and Nojiko scream and follow me. I look down and see long black hair on a slim woman. "Mom? Mom!" Grabbing her in a big hug.

Hazel holds me at arms length. "God I missed you. You got so big."

As Nojiko and Nami show up. "Mom let me introduce…"

Mom spoke up. "Nami and Nojiko." Watching mom as she pointed to the correct girl as she spoke their name. "I have been watching you since I left. Off and on of course."

As Nami and Nojiko give a scared look at one another Nami said. "You've been watching?"

As mom pulled me into a side waist hug she responded. "Yes and don't worry I would have done the same thing if a Griffin was near my daughter."

As everyone relaxed I asked. "Is that what I am a Griffin?"

Mom smiled. "Yes, and from where we are from it is the king of mythical creatures. The perfect combination of strength and intelligence." Giving me a huge hug. "And I am going to give Garp a talk. Where does he get off making you unbalanced by not working on your education. When I get ahold of him he will wish I was still in my world." Hearing the girls snickering. "Oh you girls are so cute. But let's go meet your mom. Now when we get there don't let on I am not upset about shooting Luffy." Smiling at them.

As we walk up the hill there is a lot of wind 40 ft around us. Mom is storming up the slope. Out of water she is 5 ft 8 in tall, thick shoulder length black hair cut away from the face, white thick shirt blue jeans, and no shoes. Her face is thin and tall brown eyes small lips. Her hands are clenching and unclenching. We see Bell-mère walking up from the orchard and dropping her basket seeing my mom. Mom turned into a sprint as we follow. Bell-mère cringes and closes her eyes curled away.

Then mom grabbed her at the last minute in a Bair hug saying. "Thank you for Luffy's birthday party. He was so down I am glad you and your family did that for him." As Bell-mère is about to hyperventilate or die from shock. Mom busted out laughing. "You should have seen the look on your face. Oh God I will cherish that for a long time." As the storm started dying immediately we all started laughing. Mom calmed down. "That was for scaring me when you shot Luffy. I thought I was going to halve a heart attack. You don't know how hard these last two years have been."

Bell-mère going pail stuttering. "Y-you s-saw? I can explain."

Mom counted. "No need, I just wanted to get you back for scaring me. Luffy didn't get all his playfulness from Garp. And surely not from his father." Pointing the thumb on both her hands at herself. "Most are from yours truly." Smiling a huge smile.

All us kids are Smiling behind her. I speak up. "Bell-mère if you haven't guessed this is Hazel. My mom."

Mom spinning towards me speaks up. "Oh before we sit down for dinner I have a gift for you, well two actually. However you have to change into one in private. Giving Nojiko and Nami a firm stair. The other you will get after dinner." Pulling a bronze coloured thick shirt like garment out of the bag on her hip. Followed by another bronze coloured shorts. "Go change I will keep them company."

[ Hazel's pov ]

As Luffy goes in to change I turn to Nojiko and Nami. Gesturing for them to come over I kneel down and put my hand on their shoulders. "Your mother can't hear us right now. I am using the water trick from Luffy with communication. It only works above water if you are touching and if he has transferred the ability recently. I approve of what you girls want with Luffy. He would be lucky to have such special girls like you two. And Nojiko you are right about Griffin mating habits. Better get him hooked now." Smiling at them and watching them smile.

Standing up I see Luffy walking back out looking disgusted. He is wearing a bronze thick shirt with a blue trident on it. With bronze shorts half way down his thigh. Luffy speaking up. "Mom I look ridiculously funny."

I laugh. "Well it was a good thing Aphrodite saw it then because she thought the same thing. Adding a permanent mist to it. The mist is something that makes humans and demigods see something else than what is there. Concentrate on what you're clothes were before."

Luffy concentrated and his image changed to what he was wearing before. "So cool."

"It can be anything you want. Also she added a cleaning feature every time you go in water. It isn't just for show think of armor."

As he does it changes to a bronze solid chest piece printed embossed coming out of the armor is a trident covering most of the chest. It also has leather short sleeve armor underneath for padding, over the lower half is bronze thick leather shorts, and a belt with the trident on the buckle. I tell him. "The shorts are as strong as the chest piece easily enough to stop a bullet. Hephaestus was concerned about repairing it if damaged so he added some of my blood in the forging process allowing it to heal in seawater. It will also protect you from some energy attacks, or devil fruit attacks. However in doing so it will drain your demigod power so be careful or it will run out. The best way to prevent this is get stronger in your demigod power level. I will talk to Shanks about training. I saw him 4 days away sailing this way. Now change into your half form." As Luffy looked scared I told him. "Trust me. They won't get scared or think it's funny."

Before Luffy was an 8 year old and 3 ft 4 in tall. After changing he was 4ft tall. The head of an eagle with wite feathers on the head. The feathers turning to gold colored on the neck then golden fur turning white just below the elbow. His shoulders are raw muscles big enough to make Garp think twice. Not over done just like Garp in his prime. His hands and feet are big like gloves with barely any fingernails. He walks upright but his legs are like in his full form just longer. The armor expanded accordingly. On his back are wings with golden fathers they are pulled in close arching up to almost the top of his head then down to about his kneecaps.

Crossing my arms. "Now don't be shy Luffy. Show them your claws." When he hesitates I glare at him. His fingers grow three in long claws going from a point to an inch at the base. "Good now run to the end of the Grove and back." As he crouches Nami runs up beside him. "Ready. Set. Go." As they take off Luffy leaves Nami in the dust getting to the end before she gets half way. Using his claws to dig into the earth he reversed directions almost like a ball hitting a wall as he runs right at Nami he jumps over her gliding for a second then landing still in a sprint immediately getting back in step. As he gets to the starting point he uses his claws to dig in almost stopping immediately. Looking back Nami just finished turning around and is coming back.

As Luffy grimaced. "She will be mad. I showed her up."

As I laff at him I tell Nojiko. "Close your mouth dear your drooling." Watching her blushing. Nami comes back out of breath. Looking at Luffy in awe. 'Yea they got it bad.' Smiling at Nami. "Ok Luffy change to your full form."

As he shifted to his full form I saw a bronze disk with a trident in the center on his chest with 3 In wide leather straps coming out the top going around his neck and the bottom a thin leather to his waist then around back with a place cut out for his wings. I tell Luffy. "Think saddle." As he does a saddle appears on his back with a harness to strap someone in. Speaking up again. "Luffy think double saddle." As he does another place appears in front of the first and the second moves back so the rear person is wrapping their legs under the wings almost. "Luffy you should take Nojiko and Nami for a ride. I will keep Bell-mère company." Smiling knowing they will be gone for a while.

As I turn towards Bell-mère she gives me a weary look. "Let's get some coffee, and relax at the kitchen table."

As we see Luffy and the girls leave Bell-mère sits down and takes a sip of her coffee speaking up. "Ok I have been around enough people in the marines to know when someone wants a serious talk. So what is it?"

I smile at her. "Straight and to the point. I like a person I don't have to dance around the issues with. Even though I like being wild and free at my core I am still and calm. I hope I can teach Luffy the power of that. Life's too short to be serious all the time, but at your center you need it. First what do you know about Nojiko and Nami?"

Looking at her cup Bell-mère responded. "I was an officer in the marines. I advanced rather quickly with my sniper skills. Also I lied about my age when I began at 14. During the battle in the Oykot kingdom I got ambushed. I was wounded by the time I won. Bleeding out from a gut shot. I was content to die. Then Nojiko showed up carrying Nami in her arms. Nojiko was 2 and Nami was a baby. I asked Nojiko about her parents and she said her mom died earlier in the battle and never knew her dad, a sailor she thinks. She found Nami crying with her mother laying over her as a shield. Nojiko said she was drawn to Nami. I couldn't let them die so I fought through the pain and got them out. At the triage center after I woke up I found out I can't have kids anymore. I thought about those two and got Garp to help me get the adoption to go through."

I look at her. "So you have never?" Letting the question hang.

Bell-mère smiling back. "No a few girls for fun, but all the guys were ass holes. And after coming back. Well those two are my life and no man wants a broken mother of two who can't feed both herself and them." Watching her look down sad.

Smiling at Bell-mère I say. "Well I want to take all of us swimming tomorrow. You could use a pick me up. Also I want to give you something for the girls." As I pull stack after stack of beli out of my pouch. Her eyes went wide and I laughed. I can't use it where I am now and what I have accumulated. . Well this doesn't even scratch it." As she looked at the stack of money to the small pouch on my side. Then to me. "It is a small bag of holding. Able to fit a little more stuff into it than this house could. Plus only a God or demigod can reach into it. Nifty to prevent pickpockets. I plan on giving Luffy one after his flight."

Bell-mère shaking her head pushing the money back towards me. "That is way too much there must be 20 million there. Garp already paid us, and Luffy is so wonderful I hate to see him go."

As I sigh I look at her with a sad face. "You have laws that govern you right?" Watching her nod. "So do we when it comes to how much we can interact with mortals. Poseidon is not the head God Zeus is. Along with a council of the most powerful gods. I can't fight some battles, and Luffy is too weak. But I can give aid." Smiling at Bell-mère. As I see the gears turning in her head. "You will need it to keep your family safe. We can see more of what happens in an area than just around our children. Keep it hidden but a little on you. You will know when to use it."

As Bell-mère takes the beli she asks. "How can we ever repay you?"

I smile at her. "You will figure something out in about 9 years roughly."

[ time skip ]

[ Hazel's pov ]

As we got on Shanks' ship I walked up and shook his hand. "It is a pleasure to meet you Red Hair. I am glad Makino found you. And yes I have been watching your crew since Luffy ate his fruit and I am impressed."

Smiling and taking his hat off to bow. "The honor is mine lady Hazel."

Scoffing and flicking his nose. "None of that I am not my father got it." Giving him a stern look as he placed his hat back on his head. "Now I don't have long because I have a few other places to go before the door closes and I have to leave for home. However I want to stress Luffy is a Griffin and they are the king of mythical creatures because they are a combination of intelligence and strength. Garp only focused on strength and left out his education. I Hope you will try to correct that issue. Along with his fiscal strength and dexterity I expect things like Chess, history, tactics, science, and navigation to name a few. Though navigation is more so he understands what he feels while on the water." As Shanks and Luffy looked at me funny I told them. "The information is in his head, but without understanding the information it will give him a headache. That is why he got them when he was on your boat before. Also he can do things like this." Putting my hands on the deck all the sails rolled up and stored in place the rigging coiled up nicely and three more ropes attached to the dock. As everyone looks at me as I smile. "Any ship I am on I can control, and get at least 20 % better performance out of it. This is a good way to strengthen your demigod power level Luffy." Smiling at him.

After dinner and shanks resupply his ship we get ready to leave.

As Luffy said goodbye to the girls and Bell-mère I walked up. Nami said to Luffy "You won't forget about us will you Luffy?" Goodness they can give those puppy dog eyes. Luffy said "Never!"

Nojiko and Nami looked at one another and nodded then looked at Luffy speaking together. "We will wait for you Luffy. Please come back to us." Both giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

As I give both a big hug I tell them. "Good job girls." As I pull back they both are blushing.

As Bell-mère holds out her hand. I look at the hand then grab her in a bear hug. I whisper to her. "While we were swimming that first day when I got here I healed all of your inside ailments. Yes you can get pregnant now." As I pull back I see her shocked face and pulling her into another hug. "Just make sure he is a special man. I just felt like Nami and Nojiko deserve to have the option of a sister available." As I pull away I see her crying.

Wiping the tears away Bell-mère tells me. "Thank you."

As they leave and Shanks crew starts to make preparations to sail. I ask Shanks. "Do you mind if I take us out, captain." When he tips his head I crossed my arms over. All the crew looked shocked as the sails unfurled in the best position, ropes connected to the dock retracted, and the helm moved on its own. "Feels good to be on a sailing ship again."

[ time skip ]

[ Luffy's POV ]

It has been a week since mom left and I am practicing my endurance in my full form when I spot three people on a rock. As I circle up high I see they have been there awhile and are looking ruff. As I examined them I noticed the man adult tie a tourniquet on his leg just below the knee. Then he draws a big kitchen knife. Realising what he is about to do I shrieked. Thrusting downward a few times and tucking my wings in like a bullet I continue to screech. Nearing the ground I break hard landing with a thud kicking up dust. Staring at the man from a 50 ft away I keep my wings out to intimate him. He is now barely standing on one leg the other completely useless, clutching the knife. As I pull my wings in, the two kids come over the ridge on both sides. As he sees me noticing them he tensed.

Thinking he is about to do something he will regret I speak up. "I mean you no harm." He almost dropped the knife. "I want to help if I can."

"How do I know this isn't a trick to let my guard down so you can eat me?" The man said.

"Fair enough I don't feel comfortable enough to let my guard down either." Taking a deep breath I asked. "I take it you care for these children since you gave them all the food. So I can promise not to hurt them if you drop the knife." Sitting down I relax.

"What he has is a big sack of food right beside him." The boy said.

"Shishishi. Is that what he told you two. I have a good nose. You two are rationing your food and she has a little less than you. But not by much. There is nothing in his bag but metal. I would assume gold, and no I won't take it. I said I would like to help. Stealing will be the opposite of helping. So are you going to let me help all of you or are you going to cut off your own leg for food in front of them." Hearing the kids gasp.

As the man dropped the knife he answered. "Fine but what can you do?"

As I change into my human form everyone gasps. "The ship I am traveling on is 2 miles away heading here after hearing me cry. After I fix your leg I will take you there and fead all of you." His eyes go wide. "I couldn't fix your leg if you cut it off." Crossing my arms. "I don't want to see all of you starve. And I believe that giving them your food when you could easily take it from them even with a busted leg deserves some reward."

Looking at me with hopeful eyes he said. "How can you heal me?"

"If I told you you wouldn't believe me. I have to show you."

The man looks at me then the kids. "You promise they will be ok?"

"I give my word to all of you making it to port." He nodded. Walk over to him and look at his leg. "This is the part I hate. To fix this I need more water than what is around here so a dip in the ocean. We will need to jump in and for that I will need to transfer the ability to breathe underwater."

"What!" All three scream.

The man asked. "Ok so how do you do that?"

"A small kiss." As he grimaced I responded I hate it too but it is the only way. He nodded and I gave a quick kiss. Changing to my half form everyone gasps again. I grabbed him bridal style and jumped in. In the water he finds he can breathe. "Ok here it is. I grabbed him and started healing his leg. After it was done I changed to my Griffin form with a saddle. "Get on." When he is seated I rocket out of the water circle around a few times and land.

As he gets off I change as he tests his leg then gives me a hug. "Thank you I thought I lost it for sure. I am Zeff. "

The boy was next giving me a hug. "I am Sanji."

The girl grabbed me and gave me a hug and a kiss on the lips. "I am Lanju." As Sanji rushed over and pulled her off of me.

"Ok how about I take the two younger people first then come back for you and your treasure." Zeff looks worried. "I swore already all the way to Port." As he nodded I changed and made a two person saddle.

As we landed on Shanks' ship I told Shanks. "They need food and water. I will be right back." leaving to fly back for Zeff. As I return with Zeff I see everyone on deck. Sanji and Lanju are eating and watching for us. I see Lanju give me the same look Nami and Nojiko gave me when I changed into my half form for the first time. As I set the treasure down and we landed I saw Shanks getting tense.

Shanks and his men get tense. Shanks said "Red leg. Of all the people to find on an island, it had to be Red Leg." Sanji and Lanju get in front of Zeff drowning a kitchen knife each.

As everyone gets tense and Zeff looks worried, as he is glancing at the kids. I step in front of Shanks. "I promised them safe passage to port Shanks." Glaring at Shanks.

As Shanks puts on his happy face that I still can't tell if it is real or for show he said. "Fine but if he hurts my crew or you he will regret it."

Hearing Zeff laughing. "I wouldn't bite the hand that feeds us, save our lives , and healed my leg. "

At hearing this Yasopp steps forward. "Did you say healed your leg?" Looking like he was in shock.

Zeff said "Yeah he took me into the ocean and it somehow healed me." As Zeff started to sway the kids caught him and led him over to the blanket on deck with food. Where he starts eating between bites he asked. "How did you do that?"

As I smile at him I tell him. "One of the perks of being a grandson of the God of the ocean. I can use water mainly seawater to heal myself and others."

As Yasopp looked at Shanks then back at me. "Can it heal sickness?" Seeing me nod he continued. "My wife is slowly dying. Can we go to her so you can heal her."

"Sure but why aren't you there?"

As Yasopp sighs. "I am a pirate if I stay there I will be arrested."

"Sure anything for you."

As Shanks claps his hands together. "Ok Luffy the port is where?" Raising his eyebrow.

"UUUGGGGGG" closing my eyes as everyone looks at me. "72 degrees off the port bow. 2 and a half days normal, 2 days if I help." Opening my eyes rubbing my temples.

Shanks looked pleased. "Well after you put us on the right heading you can get on with your studies. I believe next is military tactics. Your mother was very specific and I don't want to disappoint her."

"Fine." I placed my hand on the deck and the rudder turned. As we aligned to the right heading the sails tightened to the perfect position, and a few others unfurled to catch more wind. The three newcomers' jaws hit the deck. I wiped the sweat from my forehead.

Lanju spoke up. "Can I help I know a lot about military history?"

That night, looking at the stars from the figurehead, I was about to turn in when Lanju came on deck and asked. "So you're going to become a pirate?"

Smiling at her I say. "Not quite yet I have a lot of training to do. I plan on keeping my face covered when I train to hide who I look like. Me and my two brothers agreed to all set sail at 17. I am just getting my feet wet to train because of my mom, and devil fruit."

She looks at me. "I feel kinda jealous actually. I mean you get to sail the sea above and below. I want to go but without abilities like you I would be dead weight. And Sanji wants to find this all blue or whatever so one day we will set sail. I don't want to leave him either. He's the only family I have left." As she looked to the stars.

Smiling at her. "Tell you what. If Zeff can help train you and Sanji in sailing and fighting of some sort. When I come back to become a pirate for real in 9 years I will look you two up." Watching her face light up. "That is if you and Sanji want to come."

Lanju grabbed me in a hug. "Of course we will. That will give us time to prepare." As she looked at my questioning face she rolled her eyes. "I have ways to convince him." Smiling at me. 'Even if I have to resort to blackmailing Sanji. You aren't getting away from me so easily Luffy.'

"So how did you get so good at military tactics and history?"

Lanju looked worried. "Our father was very cruel to us after our mother died. He was a military man and we ran away." As she looked sad and continued. "Please don't tell anyone or my brother. We won't survive if we go back."

"I will never speak to anyone on it. However if you can tutor me I will take you swimming underwater." Watching her smile like a Cheshire cat and nod. 'Yay a tutor.'

[ time skip ]

[ Luffy's POV ]

As we get to the island and land on a beach so as not to be noticed. Zeff, Sanji, and Lanju walk off and head up the slope. I wave goodbye to them.

Yasopp goes into town and comes back with two people. A woman in his arms and a boy walking beside him. I recognize the boy as his son Usopp because of the nose. Yasopp speaks up. "Can you help her?"

"I can try. Healing an infection deep inside the body is difficult for me." Walking up to her I tell her. "I am going to try to heal you. However to do so I will need for us to go deep underwater." Watching her get worried I tell her I got it covered. As she looked at Yasopp he nodded to her. She nodded. As we wadded into the water Yasopp hands her to me. I give her a quick kiss and head to an underwater trench nearby. "You can breathe now. Relax it will get better."

She asked "How are you doing this? Is it a devil fruit?"

"No it is a trait I get from my mom." As we get deeper I thought. 'Grandfather and mother please let this work.'

As I channel a large portion of my energy into her I feel it slowly heals her. After 10 minutes I have to stop. I feel it is almost gone but still fighting back. "Almost there I just need to catch my breath, so to speak." Taking out a piece of ambrosia I eat it. Gaining my strength back I continue after 5 more minutes she is healthy. As we come out of the water I see Yasopp and Usopp looking worried. "It should be gone." As the family embraces the woman in a hug.

A few minutes later As we are getting ready to leave I see Yasopp give his son a pistol and a rifle. With my hearing I hear him telling Usopp that in 9 years I will be finished my training and will need a sniper for my crew so train hard. He also gives his wife a Den Den Mushi number to reach him.

As we leave Yasopp gives me a big hug. "Thank you Luffy."

Shanks said. "Ok crew we are going to paradise to train Luffy for two years, or till you can convince me that you are ready to go to the new world."
