Azazel arrived in the Tannins training ground, where there were several explosions going off that were white and crimson in the air and throughout the battlefield. It's been 7 years since Issei training and he was excited to see his progress. Especially the power he was feeling was up to the ultimate class but what made him even more proud was the fact that Issei wasn't the only who progressed, his daughter has as well. "Azazel, I see you've finally arrived."
"Haha I just came to pick up the two, so did they master their sacred gear?" the fallen angel questioned. Tannin snorted and chuckled.
"They mastered it months ago, they just sparred and have been trying to increase their overall power. I'm even proud to say that one on one, with their full power they can beat me, especially the host of Ddraig." Tannin answered.
"I'm not even surprised considering their heritage."
"I was surprised at their strength without their balance breaker, I witnessed them sparring in their normal forms and if I had to judge their strength, they would be high-class. The boy was even able to help the girl increase her demonic power." Tannin said, trying to suppress his laughter.
Azazel narrowed his eyes at the dragon, curious as to why he was laughing. "What are you hiding?"
Tannin stopped chuckling and smirked. "It also seems the girl has taking to the boy
, this happened two years ago."
"Haha, well I approve and it might help Issei after he hears the news." Azazel said with a grim look. Before Tannin could ask, a red light smashed into the ground in front of them, creating a dust cloud. There was a flash of a bright red light in the cloud and as dust clear, a shirtless brunette was standing in the crater, rubbing his head.
"Itai, damn Vail (AN: female Vali, changing the name.) you sure do pack a punch. I guess that brings us to another tie." Issei said, staring at the sky. There was a big white flash in the sky, and a silver-haired girl landed on the ground wearing a sports bra and ripped pants. (AN: she looks like Rossweisse but eyes like Raynare.)
"Hmhm, you're tougher than that darling." She then looked behind Issei and noticed the arrival of her father figure. "Oh tou-san, you're here." Issei turned around and waved at the fallen angel.
"I'm impressed, and even so more since you two can suppress your energy. Right now you feel weaker than what I've felt from you two. Especially you Issei, when the ladies get a look at you, they'll be coming for your virginity." Azazel said, causing the brunette to blush.
"I'll say," Vail walked over to Issei, grabbing his arms and putting his arm between her I-cup breasts. (her size is the same as Kuroka.) "hey darling, I'll trade mines for yours." Vail offered, licking her lips.
"As much as I want to, we're only 14 years old, 'and plus Akeno, Raynare, and Irina were in line first'." Issei said before turning to Azazel. "How are Akeno-chan and Ray-chan?"
Azazel frowned at the question but he knew the boy would find out sooner or later. "Issei it's time we go to heaven and explain a few things." Azazel said, making Issei cock his head to the side in the confusion.
Heaven 20 mins later.
Issei was standing there eyes wide open processing everything he was just told, but the most shocking thing was standing in front of him with angel wings, It was his mother. He was told of Shuri's death. (canon death.), Akeno andRaynare's disappearance a year ago and his mothers death by Kokabiel. "Why? Why did he attack kaa-chan?" Issei asked, embracing his mom in a hug.
Grace returned and signed. "Because he wants to start a war and by killing me, he was hoping your father would get involved with the other gods. It would start a conflict with the fallen angels and other factions might join in if the others seem weak I assume." Grace explained.
"but she was most fortunate," Issei lifted his head from his mom's shoulder and looked towards his right and noticed a woman with curly blonde hair. "Where is my manners, my name is Gabriel and I'm one of the four seraph. I reincarnate your mother into my joker." Issei looked towards his mom and she gave him a warm smile and nodded.
"She saved me Issei-kun and I'm happy because if it weren't for her I wouldn't be able to see you again." Grace told her son.
Issei nodded and backed away from his mother, turning to Gabriel. "Thank you for saving my mother." Issei thanks with a bow. Gabriel grinned and giggled a bit at the boy's politeness.
"It's fine issei-kun but I do need a favor." Gabriel responded in a serious tone. "A friend of mine needs help, she sent two exorcist to eliminate some strays but they ran into a few fallen angels, I need you to travel to England and assist them if you will. Because of my status I can't interfere but you on the other hand can." Gabriel finishes explaining.
"None of those fallen are mine, so feel free to go all out, it would be a good test of your abilities" Azazel added, approaching the group with a blonde hair angel next to him. Issei wasn't sure who this guy was but he knew he was powerful.
"Greetings Issei-kun, my name is Michael and I'm the leader of the angels, but we can save an introduction, I would be in your debt if you would accept our request." Micheal spread his arms apart, then a huge light appeared between his hands blinding Issei. When the light faded, there was a sword floating between his hands. "This is the holy sword, Ascalon."
'Where did he get that?' D'draig asked with shock and anger. 'Partner, be careful of that blade, it's known as the dragon slayer.' the red dragon warned. Micheal seeing Issei's eyes widen, he figured Issei realized the purpose of the blade.
"Do not worry Issei-kun, I'm giving you this as a sign of trust between us and as a thank you for your service. I'm aware you have your grandfather's blade but take it if you may." Micheal offered.
Issei nodded and took the blade in his hand. He felt the holy magic coming from the blade. "How do you know If I would accept the task, I could've said no?" issei asked.
Micheal chuckled. "Because you self proclaimed about being a hero or did you forget." Issei's face turned red, remembering himself as a kid boosting himself.
"A-anyway when do I leave?" Issei asks, trying to stir the conversation quickly.
"You can leave right away, but when are you planning on putting on a shirt?" Grace asked.
Issei looked down and noticed he was still shirtless. Chuckling lightly and rubbing the back of his head, he snapped his finger and was wrapped in a magic circle that surrounded his body now he was wearing a red t-shirt and plain blue jeans. "I almost forgot."
Micheal approached him and gave him an exorcist robe, which confused the boy. "As much as I would like to see your sacred gear in action, try to hide your abilities if possible, and if you do use it, at least hide your identity for now. Whoever the strays work for, we do not want to tip them."
Issei was disappointed but understood. Soon he was warped to New England in a magic circle. Grace waited until her son disappeared to cast a questionable gaze towards Gabriel. "Gabriel-sama, if you don't mind me asking, why didn't you inform Issei-kun that Irina-san was the one he was assisting?"
"I thought it would be a nice surprise, plus can you imagine her face when she got a load of how handsome he became?
Grace laughed a bit. "Or how beautiful Irina became."
"Plus Griselda-san was hoping that Issei would get hooked up with Xenovia after hearing all the stories I told her about him. She said Xenovia takes her job too seriously even though Irina couldn't break her out of her funk. Hopefully Issei can show her life isn't just meant for work but also enjoyment.
"Just leave it my Issei." Grace said in pride.
England.
Issei appeared on top of a building in England looking at the view. By the look at the sky, he would have to guess it was around 9 at night, but what was bothering him the most was the fact he felt like he was forgetting something. 'Maybe the fact that the Irina girl lives here somewhere.' Issei's eyes widened.
"Hmm, I wonder how she is doing?" Issei asked himself, thinking about his childhood friend.
"I'm sure she's a fine partner, but in the meantime she got a job to do. Even though you can't use his balance breaker, why don't you try the other thing?" D'draig asked with a hint of excitement. Issei nodded and smirked.
"HOLY DRAGON GOD MODE!" Issei chanted, causing his body to glow a white color and on his face was holy energy shaped like dragon scales. "Time to go!" Issei took off where he felt a couple holy energies.
Another part of England.
"Gah!" Irina cried as she was sent flying by Freed. Xenovia jumped behind the stray exorcise, with a downward slash with her excalibur destruction. Freed jumped out the way and shot holy bullets at Xenocia with his gun. Xenovia blocked it by turning her blade sideways.
"Come on, if this is you bitches got. Maybe you should down your sword and start taking them instead, because to me that's all you two are good for." Freed taunted.
"We will bring you in for your betrayal and punish you in the name of god." Cenovia stated in a monotone voice ignoring Freed insult. As she charged towards him, a light spear came from above heading towards the blue haired exorcist. She was able to dodge it and looked up and saw multiple fallen angels.
"Haha, it seems my friends have arrived, too bad i couldn't play with you more. I totally would have love to roll around in the hay but this is where you die, so long dolls." The fallen angels in the air threw multiple light spears toward Xenovia.
'There's too much for me to parry!' Xenovia thought as the spears closed in on her at a high speed. She closed her eyes as the spears closed in on her and crashed creating a smoke screen.
"Wow, that was close. I'm glad I arrived in time." Xenovia opened up and noticed she had an arm wrapped around her torso. She looked up and saw a cloak figure holding her while standing on the roof. He looked down and gave her a smile that was radiating with warmth. "Are you ok? You're not hurt are you?"
Xenovia shook her head. "Hey! Who the fuck do you think you are? The bitch was mine first." Freed yelled at Issei.
Issei put his free hand under his chin and smiled. "I was sent here by the heavens to aid these two beautiful exorcists." Irina and Xenovia blush, but Xenovia was confused on why she did, while Irina felt familiar with this 'stranger' . "I'm the Crimson Hero!" Xenovia had stars in her eyes because she always admire heroes, while Irina had stars in her eye because dhe admire justice,
"What kinda a shit are you spouting? You're just a dumbass loser, who probably saved these whore so you can get your stick flip." Freed said and pointed his gun towards Irina. "If you are a hero, try to save pigtails here before she kicks the bucket." Freed pulled the trigger and the bullets headed towards Irina.
Issei closed his eyes and cladded his body with light and to Issei, it looked like everything was moving in slow motion. With Xenovia in his arms, he ran down the side of the building at blinding speed and lept towards Irina, collecting her in his other arm and jumped back on the roof of the building. Everything around turned to normal after he deactivated his light armor. "Heh, but how..?" Irina asked until she noticed she was standing next to Issei along with Xenovia.
"You just keep getting in the way of my prey." Freed yelled in anger and turned to the fallen angels in the sky. "Hey sorry ass, kill this bastard." all the fallen grunted then charged up the light spears.
"You two stay behind me, I'll protect you." Issei put Irina down and walked in front of the girls and stretched out his arm and summoned a magic circle. He then reached into the circle and pulled out a sword. Freed, Xenovia and Irina eyes widen. 'Ascalon?!' the three thoughts.
He then surrounded the blade with a flame and holy magic and raised it in the air. "Purging Flame Blade!" Issei yelled and swung his blade towards the fallen angels. They screamed in agony and were destroyed. Freed eyes widen in fear seeing this destructive power. 'Shit, I have to get out of here."
"Now, it's your turn stray." Issei said, raising sword towards Freed. The priest panicked and threw down a flash grenade, blinding the Issei and the girls. When the light died down, Freed was gone. Issei signed and turned to the girls. "Are you two ok?"
"Yes and thank you for being helpful, it must have been God's will." Irina said.
"You're kinda right, I was sent here by heaven Irina-chan." issei said.
Irina paused for a moment. "Wait how do you know my name?"
Issei chuckled a bit. "I think I would know the name of my childhood friend." Issei answered before taking off his hood. Irina's eyes widened and she glomped on him and wrapped him in a loving hug.
"Issei-kun, I missed you so much." She squealed, rubbing their cheeks together. Issei was blushing up a storm at the contact but he was happy to see her.
"I've missed you two Irina-chan, you have grown quite beautifully." Issei complimented. Irina blushed and smiled. She had grown and her hair became longer. She now had pigtails as long as her arms. She wore a black tight battle gear, with arm sleeves disconnected. She still had the same beautiful violet eyes. And she had a pair of E-cups. One thing Issei loved about his crush was her bright personality. If he could describe this girl in a world, it would be a gorgeous cheerful angel
Issei turned his head towards the other girl. She was a blue hair girl with a green bang in the middle and had dark yellow eyes. She was slightly more muscular than Irina and a little bit taller. She was just as beautiful as Irina and also had E-cups. From what he could see from her, he would assume she was a tomboy with a serious complex. He would probably describe her as a beautiful fearless knight.
"Eh?" Issei was snapped out of his thoughts when he looked at the two girls. Xenovia looked nervous while Irina was pointing her index finger looking down with a blush on their face. Wait did he..? "Did you mean what you said about me being a gorgeous angel?" "and me being beautiful."
'I spoke out loud.' Issei blushes and regains himself. O-of course I meant it." Irina had a bright smile on her face and kissed issei on the cheek.
Xenovia just stared at the boy. "Issei-k was it, no one ever complimented me before considering my boyish nature. I honestly never thought of myself as attractive." Xenovia confessed. "But yet, when you called me beautiful, it made me feel happy and warm. I see why Irina always talks about you. You're a kind man Issei-kun and you're very strong."
Issei blushed at the compliment. "So what are you two going to do now?"
"Irina and I have to return to the church."
"What!" Irina screamed and latched her arm onto Issei's arm. "But I want to hangout Issei-kun." she turned to face him, giving him the puppy eye look. "Issei-kun, don't you want to spend time with me? I've missed you a lot."
Issei's heart was pumping through his chest, being this close to one of his crushes and how beautiful she bloomed over the years. He was entranced by her eyes and slowly leaned forward. Irina picked up on this and mimicked his movement. As their lips were about to touch. "So this is what you call a kiss, you are highly infatuated with Issei-kun, so are you going to proceed to make babies after." Issei and Irina paused and blushed up a storm.
"W-what are you talking about Xenovia?"
"It matters not, we are returning to the church." Xenovia said before turning around.
"Not so fast" The three turned to the voice and a magic circle appeared revealing Griselda. "Xenovia, I think you should hangout with this boy. You are too serious, god wouldn't want you to turn yourself into an emotionless soldier. He would want you to enjoy yourself, hangout with people your age or make friends."
"But nee-san." Xenovia stopped when she felt a cold shiver. Griselda had a creepy smile but behind it was anger.
"I will not repeat myself, I want you and Irina-san to enjoy yourselves for once. Do you understand?" Xenovia nodded in fear. Griselda turned to Issei "Hyoudou-san, why won't you take these two girls out on a date before you return to japan. I'm sure Irina would love too." She then pulled out a debit card and handed it to Issei. "Your mother put some money on the card, she never went shopping. Plus Xenovia could do a little sprucing up."
"Ah nee-san." Xenovia pouted.
"Calm down Xenovia, it's for your own good and plus. Now instead of the church, I rented you a room at a hotel called the guardian dreams that's run by my friend Azazel," Issei narrowed his eyes. "It's lovely. 5 stars, free breakfast and there is an amusement park not far." (AN: the japanese amusement park with an arcade, roller coasters and a swimming area. Hint, hint.) Griselda walked closer to Xenovia ear. "I can tell you're more interested in Issei-kun than you let on." Griselda said, making Xenovia blush. "Anyway, I must return. Issei, Please take care now. Xenovia, try to have fun for once, and Irina, do not make any unnecessary purchases." Issei chuckled, while the two girls continued with their pouting.
Animeharem, if i didn't mention, i'll say it now. Vail is female vali. this was requested and i like the idea of it. basically Vail is going act like esdeath towards tatsumi, a battle lover but not a masachist. i introduce Xenovia early because i had his parents play setup and issei is going to have another surprise waiting for him at his home in japan. i'm trying to make this as different from the anime as possible and for the fight scene with the angels. at first, I was going to have issei drag it out but i took a page from Natsu from fairy-tail when he wiped out bruno after his time skip. issei is not a ultimate class unless he uses balance breaker. also if you haven't seen it, Issei will have dragon god slaying magic but it won't be call slayer magic. Vail will have devil slayer magic both have every element. someone said they wanted some of raiser peerage in the harem as well like Xuelan, Karlamine and Isabela. I'll let you decide on that.
