Chapter 3: Found plan and mind blown
The four members of Cobra was shocked when the boy revealed them to the news about a ready if not nearly prepared superweapon delivered by him.
"What's this weapon actually?" asked the Cobra Commander from the kid.
"Something against the society can surrender ease. I call it as the Quirked Dominator." revealed Izuku the weapon's name. "There is a technology to suppress Quirks and Quirk Factor in a human or animal body. The way it works is simple, it generates a continuous force field, which turns of these permanently, turning people with them into Quirkless. Because the society is built around Quirks, this is the best ace in our sleeve."
"What's a Quirk?" now Mindbender was curious, from the shock both Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow released him from their hold.
"A kind of superpower ranging from useless to nation levelling force. They seem to be physical abilities through the boy's explanation. And every fifth person have one." explained to him and the other two Cobra member their leader.
"But this sounds if it only works on people inside the field." commented the Baroness.
"Oh, Izuku's project is way much stronger than temporal depowering." added the boy's mother.
"The micro scale variant only works in an average room. But I can make into statewide or possibly even larger in radius. The force field not only depowers, but beings can't birth with a Quirk under the field's range. On the top of all, I made devices allow to retain Quirks to singular people in the field. Because it's like radio waves in motion, there is no way to defend against it. I made it to counter powers and tech, which could work against it." explained to them the little genius.
"How does it look a generator of this force field?" asked the Baroness.
"It's simple, they're towers in look. Tall towers with stealth generators and self-sustainable energy generators for better protection. I took the idea from a hammy RTS game, that went with mind control instead mass depowering." told them the boy.
"The former idea is tempting, but we should keep this." declared the Cobra Commander, Mindbender looked at him with a rejecting look. "Listen, mind control never worked out well. However, ruling by monopoly works much better." explained the leader his thoughts.
"Then how we'll proceed from now?" questioned Storm Shadow.
"Mom and the Baroness will establish the Cobra Industries tomorrow; we make sure to count our funds and I'll get our resource from the outside to work."
"But if we are low on resources." said Mindbender. "We can't make even a small army right now."
"Oh, really?" turned to him the founder of Cobra and his tone turned into the high pitched one from his usual baritone. "Don't we have factories? Don't we have someone coming up with the best resource harvesters? Don't we can manage our resources perfectly? Can't we play nice until we're forced to play evil? THINK FOR THE LONG RUN! WE NEED TO START FROM THE SCRATCH! WE WILL SHOW THEM! EVERY COBRA STARTS AS AN EGG. IT'S TIME TO HATCH!" quickly turning back to basic voice and to the boy. "Midoriya-kun, please begin the Trash Devastators' production. Mindbender will assist with the work."
"But first one more thing. PIXAL, release the Crimson Twins!" ordered the boy his AI to release the duo.
The twins' capsules opened in a perfect sync and after a three minute pause, they leaped out in a flip. "Tomax and Xamot Rogue are here!" declared the brothers to them.
"You two will help with my mom and the Baroness to establish the Cobra Industries, the Commander will assists PIXAL to make our security prepared and reactivate the BAT units for protecting us and the C-Island, Mindbender comes with me to work on the Trash Devastator production and finally, Storm Shadow, you come with us." sent out Izuku his orders just to hear a cheerful applaud from the founder of Cobra.
"You're making great steps, you just ordered five of the Cobra High Command if you were the leader of the whole organization." complimented him happily.
"Oh, thanks." replied shyly the child, his mother was proud, her son is slowly getting confidence.
"Yes, we'll assist the ladies." said Tomax.
"This won't be a problem." followed Xamot.
"We are more than ready to help them." finished the twins as they bowed.
"Don't mess with mom! If she sues you, you'll pay for your entire life. She is one of the best lawyers from Japan." told them the small boy his warning. They quickly gulped on the thought to mess with her from now.
"Why are you need my assistance?" asked Storm Shadow from Izuku.
"To be his bodyguard until we don't have extra manpower to hold Mindbender back from trying to examine him." replied the Cobra Commander in the kid's place.
The official leader quickly went to the central security room to work with PIXAL and to his shock, he learned the AI can't be terminated easily when the latter told him the possibilities of her elimination.
"Not even Mindbender could make your destruction permanent." commented the man.
The trio of men, well, two and a preteen went to the North Shipyard, because Izuku told them the Trash Devastator's are large robots collecting trash and converting into usable materials.
"I made them for helping the mankind, they'll do it fine." exclaimed the boy as he uploaded the schematics for production.
"Amazing, this machine is a wonder of technology. Their molecular furnace equipment is an incredible invention. I would like to see them attacking ships on the see or submarines." mused Mindbender on the new robot's utility.
"That won't work, their AI is already preset for their role. All Trash Devastators are singular entities on their own, however, they have a kind of hivemind to make their teamwork excellent. Plus I made their AI impossible to be hacked. And they have a hardcoded loyalty to me, even if you can hijack one of them, the other's will track it down and destroy it, because that unit is not their fellow anymore after your hijacking." explained him the child, why the mad doctor's plan can't work.
"Wow!" Storm Shadow was truly amazed on the demonstrated capabilities of the AI of these robots.

"What are their other capabilities?" Singh only got more interested in this piece of technology.

"With mom we're using Trash Devastator Kid and Mom Series." replied the boy with a little embarrassment.
